Best hotel of our lives! Wonderful design, and all the staff goes above and beyond and tries to help everyone they encounter. Couldn’t recommend it any higher!

eDas Hotel verfügt über eine außergewöhnlich schöne Architektur. Die Zimmer sind sauber und vor dem Check-In wird nochmals überprüft ob alles tatsächlich in Ordnung ist. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend… besonders Lia ist uns sehr aufgefallen:) Das Essen ist ebenso hervorragend sowie auch der Transfer!!!

Die Lage war nicht so optimal, da fußläufig man nicht so viel erreichen kann aber bis Sanur gab es einen kostenlosen Shuttle was es etwas ausgelichen hat

Μείναμε απόλυτα ενθουσιασμένοι με τη διαμονή μας! Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο, με εξαιρετική αισθητική και μοναδική αρχιτεκτονική που ταίριαζε απόλυτα με το περιβάλλον. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη και όλα ήταν πραγματικά προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό. Ένα μεγάλο plus είναι και το Tsune που βρίσκεται στον επάνω χώρο, με εξαιρετικό sushi — πραγματικά αξίζει να το δοκιμάσετε!

Ειλικρινά, δεν έχουμε κάτι αρνητικό να αναφέρουμε. Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος.

Staff and food were outstanding. Only a 10 minute walk to the main area.

As a older couple and one with a bad knee the stairs were not our friend or the sunken lounge. The pool wasn't skimmed from vegetation around the villa every day.

Everything was honestly amazing - the service was exemplary, the restaurant was phenomenal, the spa service exceptional and the actual villa was out of this world - absolutely incredible place to stay!

Beautiful property and the villa was great.

Not as close to the beach as we thought, but it was a cheap and easy taxi or hotel courtesy bus to get there.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The design of the resort is different, a bit unique. The place was clean. Lovely towel animals on bed when we arrived! Brilliant massage at the spa Breakfasts were nice Nice shower, Japanese toilet, coffee machine and the powerpoints with USB are a nice touch. A WhatsApp group set up to communicate with hotel staff was a great idea.

The room was a deathtrap, designed for Instagrammers and not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Stairs and sunken lounge are a deathtrap. The stairs are steep, differing heights, lacking a proper handrail and has random pots glued on it. Even getting in the pool isn't straightforward. Looks nice in a photo but not so good for using. There is nowhere comfortable to sit, everything is square and hard. The room was tiny compared to previous reports we stayed at, felt very claustrophobic. Only mood lighting in the room and the smart Alexa system wasn't set up properly. All lights on or off. Bathroom set up in the hallway/kitchen is weird. Not practical or useful, absolutely nowhere to store toiletries. Don't come with any luggage larger than a tote bag because it will just need to be left on the floor, no way is it going up the stairs unless you want to break your neck! The toilet is open air, see through, and unless you are very comfortable sharing your bodily functions you should consider your stay here. A flimsy linen curtain is all that is provided. The private pool is not private, it is overlooked by the floor above from their also-not-private outdoor bath. You can also see into the neighbouring bedrooms from the pool. 7 remote controls to operate things in the room is excessive, 4 just to operate the tv/projector! Not that you can watch it from your square hard couch, part of the screen is behind the handrail. Rooms aren't well soundproofed, neighbours kept us awake and sounds of flushing toilets from above. The hotel is not well located, it's closeish to the harbour but very inconveniently located. There is a hotel bus service but we found it too inconvenient to use. Grab was easier and it was a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Beware that the road by the hotel doesn't have a turn right when heading north for several kilometres so any drive to and from in quite long.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Very attentive staff and we enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment.

The public pool area needs attention. The shuttle services were reduced during our stay which was inconvenient - the one time we did manage to use it was lovely. It’s a little out of the way, just off the main road and we didn’t really feel safe walking alongside the busy road to get access to a point where we could head towards the beach. So we did have to rely on transportation to the heart of Sanur waterfront.

Die Lage des Sanur Seascape Resort & Spa by V Hospitality nahe am Hafen ist praktisch, das Personal freundlich und der moderne Shuttlebus zur Mall ein angenehmer Pluspunkt – dennoch konnte das die enttäuschenden Zimmer und das schwache Frühstück nicht ausgleichen.

Das größte Problem war definitiv das Zimmer: viel zu dunkel, da es praktisch keine vernünftige Beleuchtung gab. Selbst tagsüber konnte man kaum etwas erkennen. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr eng und aus unserer Sicht schlecht geplant. Das Waschbecken war kaum nutzbar, weil es fast keine Ablageflächen gab. Nach kurzer Zeit unter der Dusche lief bereits Wasser ins Badezimmer, wodurch alles nass und rutschig wurde. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer so vollgestellt, dass man sich kaum frei bewegen konnte. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel vielleicht noch okay, besonders wenn man in der Nähe des Hafens übernachten möchte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es allerdings nicht empfehlen. Auch das Frühstück war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war sehr klein und stark auf japanisches Frühstück ausgerichtet – unter anderem mit Fischkopf am Morgen, was einfach nicht unser Geschmack war. Zwar hat man vom Restaurant aus eigentlich einen schönen Ausblick, allerdings wird man morgens extrem von der Sonne geblendet. Statt eine bessere Lösung zu finden, wurden einfach die Jalousien geschlossen, sodass man die Aussicht gar nicht mehr genießen konnte. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben.

밤비행기로 발리 도착해서 11시 반 넘어서 숙소 도착했는데도 24시간 리셉션이라 무리 없이 방 안내받을 수 있었습니다. 풀장도 야외에 있지만 관리가 잘 되어있었습니다. 사누르에 가면 또 방문하고 싶어요.

마사지 패키지가 포함되어있어서 이용하려고 했는데, 당일 예약이 어려웠습니다. 전날 밤 늦게 도착해서 다음날 체크아웃하는 날이라서 오전에 마사지 이용을 할 수 없었던게 아쉽습니다.

Staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly! The food is exactly the same as the pictures on the room service QR menu, identical. Room was larger than expected and the pool area and bath great, really private with full height window and electric blind! Projector with netflix for entertainment, double air conditioning and a JBL soundbar for your music. The top floor of the property is the restaurant with a view straight out towards the ocean, perfect for sunrise breakfasts. Whole experience 10/10

Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Pool und Bad war sehr schön. Hat mir gut gefallen. Personal war sehr freundlich und die Massage war wirklich sehr gut.

Ich habe Frühstück gebucht für auf dem Wasser, es hat aber geregnet und habe drinen gegessen, keine Geld Rückgabe oder irgendwie etwas zurück geben, sehr schade. Und Shuttel fahrer sehr aufdringlich und ich solle vorwärts machen obwohl ich noch nicht parat war. Schade.

Het bed was iets te hard en het zou beter zijn als de beamer in de slaapkamer hangt zodat het geprojecteerd word op het grote gordijn.

Room with outside bath and breakfast were superb. Pool was ok for cooling off but not swimming. We enjoyed the 10 min walk to the seafront, but grab taxis are so quick and cheap it doesn’t matter. Very accommodating with an evening flight and a complementary ride to the airport. Perfect spot prior to flying out, we can highly recommend Seascape.

Complementary massage was quite strange. We sat in chairs next to each other and tops remained on, so oils not used.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, my arrival to the room was just gorgeous! They had decorated the bed with a beautiful welcome and cake, and I had requested the flower bath which was stunning. It’s a wee bit of a walk to the nearest shops and beach but not too far, and is quiet considering it’s off a busy road. The restaurant and breakfast served really yummy food.

Veel onervaren medewerkers in de bediening. Traag en sloom. Spreken slecht Engels. Totaal geen flexibiliteit in menu’s mogelijk wat wij voor deze prijsklasse ronduit slecht vonden. Zowel niet voor ontbijt/lunch als diner. Gemis aan meedenken en creativiteit. We moesten al vroeg weg ‘s ochtends ivm vertrek boot. Kregen 3 boxjes mee met daarin een puntje witbrood, wit klein bolletje en een klein croissantje. Cupje boter en een cupje jam + een pakje jus d’orange. En wat gesneden fruit. Geen bestek/mesje. Erg karig en viel ons erg tegen.

Un accueil excellent, le personnel répond a tout vos besoins. (Besoin de scooter qui est arrivé en quelques temps)Le resto est juste très bon même si c’est que de la cuisine japonaise nous sommes restés 1 nuit donc pas dérangeant ainsi que le petit déjeuner vraiment top. La chambre aussi rien à dire, les photos parlent d’elle-même.

De moeite die het personeel heeft gedaan om ons het toch naar de zin te maken. We hebben gekozen om een ander hotel te zoeken.

De temperatuur regeling in het restaurant was niet best. In de ochtend al zweten om te eten. Het eten is afgestemd op de japanse gasten.
