Υπέροχο κατάλυμα με πολύ φιλόξενο κ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια πηγαίναμε το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

I loved the size of the room and bathroom. The small plunge pool. The staff were so lovely and accommodating from the moment we arrived. I especially loved how the breakfast was served until midday and it was menu style rather than buffet. The location was good for us as it was just far enough away from town from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos (10-15 min walk down hill there and 15 min up hill back) which we knew before we booked. The bar and pool area is very nice as well. Highly recommend this accommodation if you want to relax but also see Mykonos Town.

Me gustó especialmente el personal, amable, sonriente, afectuoso, no tan obvio en Grecia y sus islas. Estaba muy limpio y su ubicación era buena para ir a Mikonos town

Hay algo importante e incomprensible y es que ofrecen un desayuno muy cualitativo, sin embargo solo ofrecen café de filtro de pésima calidad y pedir uno con leche o un té tiene un precio de 6/7 euros con una calidad muy deficitaria también. Me parece inadmisible porque esto es lo más barato que existe como bebida para cobrarlo aparte a un coste excesivo. El zumo de naranja no es en absoluto natural como indican y por último no hay ninguna bebida que entre de forma gratuita.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a Mykonos e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti dell’esperienza. La struttura è molto bella, curata e accogliente, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Un elogio particolare va alla reception: l’accoglienza è stata impeccabile e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire davvero coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. La colazione, servita con una splendida vista sulla piscina, è stata semplicemente superlativa: ampia scelta e cibo di ottima qualità, con prodotti davvero molto buoni. Anche la posizione è un grande punto di forza: strategica per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Mykonos, ma anche le diverse spiagge dell’isola, rendendo gli spostamenti molto semplici. Consigliamo davvero questo resort a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e curato nei dettagli. Ci torneremmo sicuramente!

La vue mer était un peu décevante car il fallait un peu viser entre les arbres pour la voir ..

Personnel aux petits soins, disponible pour toutes sortes de demandes nous facilitant l'organisation de notre séjour. L'hôtel est propre, très bien décoré et idéalement situé proche du centre. Encore merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur disponibilité et gentillesse. La chambre était spacieuse, avec une surprise de jacuzzi privatif à l'arrivée. Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans la prestation, était copieux nous nous sommes régalées. Si nous devions revenir à Mykonos, nous séjournerons à nouveau à Ostraco Suites !

Odalar çok temiz ve güzel. Otel personeli çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle kahvaltı servisini yapan William’dan bahsetmek istiyorum. Kendisi harika biri, her zaman güler yüzlü ve çok iyi hizmet veriyor. Çok nazik biri ve kahvaltıyı daha da keyifli hale getiriyor. Mykonos’a giderseniz kesinlikle bu otelde kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

La atención de William y las recepcionistas. 100% atentos, gentiles. Amenos. William ae esforzó por hacer de nuestra estancia un momento especial. No hablaba español pero buscó el traductor y la forma de que la comunicación fuera adecuada. Los gatitos infitriones de cada villa.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The room was clean and equipped with the stuff we need, and location wise it was very close to the city walkable.

The room was a surprise, witha a double terrace one really private with a bath tub and lounge chair and a second one for drink and breakfast. The room was really nice and quite. Location is perfect 10min walk from town, 5 mins from airpot (no noise)

Breakfast: we were told the breakfast would open a 8am but till 8:10/15 the service wasnt ready plus it is a breakfast a la carte and not buffet... Orange juice was chemical and not fresh and size of bowl was way too small, not a typical greek breakfast.

Beautiful property with exceptional service, delicious breakfast and amazing location. Would come again!

The room was comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent — very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Although everything was pleasant, the hotel did not have anything particularly special that would make me want to return. I felt the overall experience was good, but not memorable.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita, confortevole, belle le aree esterne relax e l'area della piscina. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior suite con vasca idromessaggio fronte mare, ampia e dotata di tutri i comfort.. il personale eccellente, accogliente e disponibile. Colazione variegata.. Super consigliato.

Road was quite noisy

The staff were amazing, especially on reception. Super helpful and accommodating. Really helped us out when our flight was delayed. Lovely accommodation, and a great pool and food was top class, particularly the breakfast!

- The lack of even a very basic gym facility. - Although friendly the restaurant staff were louder (between them) than appropriate for the peaceful and pleasant breakfast setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ostraco Suites. The hotel was lovely, and our rooms and suites were very clean and comfortable, with nice views of the water. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, also with water views, and breakfast was delicious and made to order with plenty of choices. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered, from reception to the pool bar and restaurant, was warm and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions and were always happy to arrange transportation. Ostraco Suites was a lovely place to stay, with great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful breakfast.

The main thing to know is the location. The hotel is outside Chora and it is possible to walk into town, although the walk is steep and the return trip can be challenging. We ended up taking taxis quite often, which the hotel arranged for us, and they were expensive at €20 or more each way. Just be prepared to factor transportation costs into your stay if you plan to spend a lot of time in Chora.

Desde el primer momento, recibimos un trato excepcional; todo el equipo fue súper amable, con una atención excelente y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La villa era preciosa, cómoda ,impecable y con unas vistas impresionantes. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda volveremos,lo recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Mykonos. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to Little Venice, only 2 minutes from the airport, and close to all the restaurants, beaches, and attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel itself has a peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Having our own private jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning sea view made our stay even more special. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond. Whether we needed help renting a car, making restaurant reservations, or getting recommendations, they were always happy to assist and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Mykonos. Highly recommended!

TODO, desde que llegamos nos atendió Sophia, una chica súper cariñosa, simpática que intentaba hablarnos y entendernos en español, muy cariñosa con nuestra hija de 8 años, ella hizo mejor nuestra estancia. Nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación, súper bonita, grande, cómoda, todo el hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio y céntrico. Si volvemos no dudaré en volver. El desayuno y la zona de la piscina también nos gustó mucho, Markella también nos pareció muy simpática y servicial. Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una súper experiencia que queremos repetir muy pronto.

Super hotel mały butikowy, pokój z jacuzzi super. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, zamawia się z karty i wszytko jest przygotowane na świeżo W hotelu jest również restauracja oraz bar które polecam. Basen hotelowy bardzo fajny. Hotel ok 10 minut spacerkiem od miasta Mykonos. Pobyt bardzo udany polecam :)

Location is just close enough and just far enough away from the town and port. Walkable within 15 minutes. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are absolutely exceptional. Already planning our return next year.

Bellissima e accogliente struttura, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione super e pulizia minuziosa ovunque. Il centro di Mykonos si raggiunge facilmente con una camminata di 10/15 minuti. Essendo in collina si gode una magnifica vista mare.

The food was amazing especially the calamari and shrimp! Absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. We enjoyed all the cats hanging around as well :)

The reception staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and the welcome drink was great. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. Breakfast was great.

We originally booked a Deluxe Sea View Room with a jetted hot tub and a modern walk-in shower. Instead, we were “upgraded” to a completely different room that did not match what we booked at all. The bathroom was outdated, smelled strongly of sewage, and had an old bathtub-shower combo instead of the modern shower we expected. The bathtub was very high with no safety handle, which was difficult for me because of my previous knee injury. The sewage smell was so strong, we had to open the entrance door and cover all the light sources in the room to ease the smell and to stop the mosquito flying in. The “hot tub” was not hot at all — it felt like a cold pool. It was also surrounded by trees and insects, which made it uncomfortable to use. Most disappointing of all, there was barely any sea view. The balcony mostly faced houses, and the view was blocked by a huge pillar. This was supposed to be our final night in Mykonos, but the room completely ruined the experience. It was not an upgrade, and it felt like the hotel gave away the room we actually booked to longer-stay guests. I would not return to this hotel again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the design of the property was gorgeous, and the pool was lovely too. The staff was so friendly and helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations, and we really liked the breakfast.

The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the old town up a fairly steep hill - this does mean lovely views, but it definitely wouldn't be accessible for a lot of people.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel il est très bien situé , les petits déjeuners sont à la carte très bons de bonne qualité avec des produits frais . Les hôtesses d'accueil sont charmantes et très agréables .

Une mauvaise odeur dans notre chambre et l'intimité laisse à désirer les chambres sont mal insonorisées, le voisin passe sur notre terrasse alors que nous sommes dans le SPA pour accéder à sa chambre .. quelques brises vues seraient les bienvenus pour couper les vis-à-vis entre les chambres. Egalement trop bruyant à cause de la route .

The staff made me feel extremely welcome and could not to enough to check we had everything we needed and to provide knowledge and suggestions for places to visit. I have never stayed at such a lovely hotel with such wonderful staff and I am very well travelled. Keep up the wonderful work Ostraco and I hope to visit again.
