Меня заселили не в тот номер который был заявлен во время бронирования . Намного меньше , грязной джакузи и кривым унитазом . В душе вода из лейки делась просто струей . Приходил мастер , но делал я сам своими руками душевую лейку . Унитаз висел криво и я боялся что он может просто оторваться от стены . Он был перекошен вправо . На джакузи следы от скотча грязные . Смотрелось ужасно . Бычки от сигарет на балконе .

We had a wonderful stay at Asty Mykonos. The property itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. What really stood out was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and was always happy to help. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but they were handled quickly and professionally by the management team. A special mention to Jacqueline, the manager, who was fantastic—attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was resolved and that we had a great experience. Overall, Asty Mykonos is a really great property with lovely staff, excellent food, and management that truly cares about its guests. We would happily return.

The road in front of the hotel could really benefit from a crosswalk but that’s not within their control.

Le personnel était très attentif et très efficace. La chambre était super et très jolie. L’emplacement est top à 10min à pied du centre. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est incroyable. Et les plats du restaurant sont très bons.

Si vous voulez du calme ne venez pas ici. L’hôtel est le long d’une route avec énormément de trafic 24h sur 24h. Le wifi est très mauvais. La literie pourrait être plus confortable au vu du standing de l’hôtel.

Nous avons aimé la décoration de l’hotel : bohème. Le petit déjeuné à la carte était bon : peu de choix sucré. La chambre est spacieuse, le spa sur la piscine est un +.

L’établissement est situé en haut d’une montée abrupte sur plusieurs mètres. Il faut vraiment être équipés et avoir un minimum de cardio. Nous ne pouvons pas nous faire livrer de nourriture et ni consommer une bouteille d’eau à la piscine. Tout est payant. Même l’accès au spa. On se sent pas libre dans cet hôtel. On aurait aimé un petit déjeuné buffet : c’était à la carte et assez redondant si on loge plusieurs nuits. C’était des produits congelés notamment les pancakes et viennoiseries. On entendait beaucoup le ventre qui filait pas la fenêtre de la chambre.

The hotel was out of this world.

I liked everything.

Our stay at Asty was lovely! Room was large with a private pool and the food and cocktails were brilliant! I love the Al a carte breakfast, it really enhances the 5* feeling. Vibe around the pool was also great with good music!

The hotel is next to a busy road, so when chilling around the pool you can often smell petrol/diesel which can take away from relaxation, it also is quite noisy. We also felt like the staff were sometimes a little too controlling/attentive. We weren't allowed to pour our own drinks by the pool which made us feel a little childish and we also were asked to settle our final bill the day before we checked out as it was due to be busy. This made us feel like we were being rushed out the front before our stay was over and it wasn't busy at all the next day. The 5 minute taxi to the airport was also 40 euros which is completely obsurd, if it wasn't for our suitcases we would have done the 20 minute walk.

We loved literally everything, the hotel is clean, lovely design and architecture. Staff is very lovely. The breakfast is exceptional and overall the service is a 10/10. We used the hotel transfers quite a lot and never waited more than 10mn for it to be ready to pick us up anywhere in Mykonos Big plus for the room and it’s private pool The spa looked amazing as well but we did not have time to enjoy it Fantastic Recommend overall staying at Asty!

Perfect location both from the airport and to the main town. The rooms are perfect size, with good storage and areas to get ready etc. the breakfast offering is 10/10 and ordered from a menu, staff were always on hand and couldn’t do enough to help you.

You do have to pay additional for spa use (€30 per person) and we weren’t notified of a complimentary massage until it was too late into our stay which was a shame.

Everything was simply great except for the Check in process is a bit long I suggest having it online to speed up the process.

The hotel is absolutely amazing—beautiful, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is incredible and definitely one of the highlights! The location is also excellent, close to all the main tourist attractions, which makes exploring the area super easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

La chambre était particulièrement grande et décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons également profité du spa. Le lieu est vraiment beau et permet de faire une pause loin de la foule.

L’emplacement n’était pas idéal pour nous ; nous n’étions pas véhiculé et il fallait traverser une route assez dangereuse et passante pour descendre dans la ville. Également beaucoup de bruit à cause de la circulation.

The staff is super courteous, they go above and beyond to assist all your needs. The premises are clean and beautifully surrounded by gardens. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Ako ste ikad boravili u hotelima sa 5* ovdje to nemojte očekivati…na prijemu smo dobili osnovne informacije, i preporuke za neke restorane ali na žalost nisu nam na karti znali pokazati gdje se nalaze neki od tih restorana što smo mi pohvatali 2.-gi dan i sami si označili na karti radi lakšeg snalaženja…doručak je za hotel te kategorije, smiješan…jaja na 5 načina, 3 vrste palačinki, žitarice i pladanj voća, to je sve što možete naručiti ili dobiti, ako ste duže od 2 dana zaista zamorno …niste na Mykonosu zbog gledanja TV-a, ali opcija 50 kanala od kojih pola ne radi nije nešto što očekujete u takvoj kategorizaciji…svjetsko prvenstvo u nogometu, nećete gledati, ni na kojem kanalu ali ni nigdje u hotelu…imali smo sobu sa bazenom koji nije za korištenje, bazen nije grijan, voda ne prelazi 20’C, bazen nije očišćen i prljavo je staklo kao i rubovi bazena…hotel je smješten tik uz jedne od najprometnijih ulica koja je izuzetno opterećena i to dan i noć, pa opcija spavanja sa otvorenim vratima ne dolazi u obzir, čak i kad su zatvorena nisu dobro izolirana pa se buka čuje cijelu noć…nama lokacija nije predstavljala problem jer volimo šetati, centar grada nije predaleko ali je izazov zbog neprekidnog prometa prijeći preko ceste i nije preporučljiv za ljude koji nisu baš brzi i spretni, naime izlaz iz hotela je na krivini i ne možete vidjeti kad dolazi neko vozilo, također ako niste u kondiciji povratak iz grada može biti naporan jer cijelo vrijeme idete strmo uzbrdo…okolni putevi za povratak nisu preporučljivi jer na Mykonosu cesta koja je široka za 1,5 auto je naravno dvosmjerna i uz to još pješaci uz rub silaze ili se vraćaju iz grada, u najmanju ruku opasno i neshvatljivo za tako popularnu destinaciju…inače kompletna infrastruktura otoka je ispod nivoa, osim samog centra grad je prljav, putevi jako loši, ali domaćini su zaista prijazni i susretljivi pa nadoknađuju time dosta toga…cijena boravka je “debelo” precijenjena i ni približno ne vrijedi 500-600€ ili i više u vrhu...

Since it was start of the season, the spa and restaurant (only breakfast was served) was not yet functional which we did not know in advance. There were a few glitches with hot water but that was resolved quickly.

A fantastic stay at Rate Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect — peaceful with stunning Aegean views, yet close enough to reach Mykonos Town easily. Our room was a standout, especially the private balcony overlooking the sea and the private plunge pool, which made the stay feel truly luxurious. The amenities were high‑quality and thoughtfully chosen. The spa facilities were excellent, offering a calm, beautifully designed space with everything needed to unwind — from relaxing areas to well‑maintained wellness features that made it easy to switch off and recharge. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations and seamless arrangements. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh, beautifully prepared dishes and great service each morning. The overall dining experience was consistently impressive.

If anything could be improved, it would be the noise from the road in front of the hotel, which was noticeable at times. That said, it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a superb stay.

Il posto era bello come struttura, lo staff erano molto bravi.

Volevo condividere che non mi è piaciuto il comfort della suite privata con piscina privata che avevo scelto, per pagare una cifra del genere a notte, almeno i muri della camera non dovevano essere tutti sporchi, in alto sembrava come se c’era un po’ di muffa ,il bagno quando lo vedevi capivi che non eri a un Luxury di 5stelle. Ne ho visti di Luxury che sono stati molto più meglio di questo.

The service, quality standards and overall experience at Asty exceeded mine and my friend's expectations. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with every detail carefully thought out. The staff were incredibly attentive, and it was some of the best service I've ever received. We also loved that we had two bathrooms and two showers in the rooms, and our own plunge pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos, and it's the nicest hotel I've stayed at to date.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, unser Zimmer mit Meerblick und Whirlpool war auch toll uns super ausgestattet und vor allem schön groß (Deluxe Doppelzimmer ) , Poll area ist sehr schön angelegt mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und Frühstücksareal ebenso sehr schön.

Nicht gefallen hat uns die Lage oben auf dem Berg. Um nach Mykonos Stadt zu kommen, muss man eine schmale Straße ohne Bürgersteig 500 m den Berg runter bzw. wieder hochlaufen. Um über die Straße vor dem Hotel zu kommen, muss man ein ganzes Stück entlang zurücklaufen, da das Hotel in einer Kurve der stark befahrenen Straße liegt und es auch für Erwachsene eine Herausforderung ist, diese durch den starken Verkehr zu überqueren. Für den Taxi Transfer vom Flughafen ( 1,2 km) wurden 40 Euro über Privattransfer berechnet, andere Hotels bieten in ihrem Übernachtungspreis kostenlos Shuttles zum Flughafen oder Fährhafen an, das ist hier nicht der Fall. Uns wurde erklärt, dass die Regierung einen Mindestpreis für Privatshuttles (externe Anbieter) von 40 Euro festgelegt hat. Taxen gibt es in ganz Mykonos nur begrenzt auf 30 Stück. Andere Hotels bieten auch über whatsapp eine Abholung abends aus Mykonos Stadt wieder an, um zurück zum Hotel zu kommen, falls dieses so wie unseres oben auf dem Berg liegt; der Weg nach dem Abendessen zurück zum Hotel war jedesmal im Dunkeln auf Straßen ohne Bürgersteig eine Herausforderung, von den Höhenmetern ganz zu schweigen. Das Frühstück dauerte an 2 von 3 Tagen fast mehr als 1 Stunde, es gibt kein Buffet, am ersten Tag wurde uns fürs lange Warten eine Sektflasche aufs Zimmer gebracht, die wir eigentlich nicht wirklich benötigten. Am zweiten Tag wurde als Entschuldigung zwar unsere Zimmernummer notiert, eine Entschädigung für 1 Stunde warten erhielten wir aber dann nicht mehr. Auch nicht bei der Schlussrechnung. Die Mengen des Rühreis, die dann serviert wurden, waren leider immer so groß, dass sie für 2 Personen gereicht hätten.

The staff were fantastic, especially Natalia and Nancy on the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place had a very chilled, cool vibe. Our room was huge, two showers and two toilets. The bedroom was downstairs so was cool and dark.

We chose this hotel because of the private pool, but it was freezing cold and we couldn’t use it at all. This was late May so the weather was very nice and warm during the day. If the pool was heated it would’ve been perfect. Moreover, the mobile signal is weak at the hotel but if the wifi connection was good our problem would’ve been solved. Very poor wifi. Breakfast menu didn’t have much of option but it was ok. There is no buffet

It’s a very classy, beautiful hotel. Especially for couples or adult group holidays.

The only thing I would say is that the hotel room didn’t provide Daily replenish shampoo conditioner and shower gel I had to ask for this and also the pods for the coffee machine. I think the money that you have paid for the hotel you shouldn’t have to ring reception for this to be replenished every day, especially because they were small bottles they first give you.

Das Frühstück wurde serviert, nachdem man sich auf einer Speisekarte angebotene Speisen ausgesucht hatte. Diese waren sehr gut und reichhaltig. Es gab zuvor einen Korb mit Brot, Toast, kleinem süßem oder herzhaften Gebäck und Croissants. Dazu Butter, Honig und Marmelade. Leider konnte man weder Käse noch Wurst extra bestellen. Wir haben auch ein Angebot von frischen Fisch, z.B. Räucherlachs oder ähnliches) zum Frühstück vermisst. In den gleichen Räumlichkeiten befindet sich auch das sehr stylisch eingerichtete Restaurant, in dem man sehr gut (kleine Karte) essen kann. Positiv ist auch, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel gibt, wenn man mit einem Wagen unterwegs ist. Ansonsten ist es in Mykonos Stadt schwierig, Parkplätze zu finden. Das Hotelgelände ist mit natürlichen Materialien toll angelegt worden und mit Gräsern, Pflanzen, Palmen u.v.m. versehen worden. Die Suiten sind unterschiedlich mit Terrassen, die über kleine Pool-Becken verfügen bis hin zu Balkonen mit Jacuzzis. Es war alles hervorragend mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Service.

Leider liegt die Hotelanlage an einer extrem befahrenen Hauptstraße von Mykonos-Stadt und es ist demgemäß ziemlich laut.

Overall very beautiful design of the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Chora is easy to reach in 10 minutes walking distance.

The menu and the restaurant were not even close to what they have advertised on their profile. I understand they have some problems with chef etc but they still charged same money. For me a bowl of greek yoghurt or plain scrambled eggs with no extras is unacceptable in 5 star hotel

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La colazione è stata eccezionale, ricca e curata in ogni dettaglio, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ideale, comoda e suggestiva, e permette di vivere al meglio la zona. La cura e l’attenzione che si percepiscono in ogni angolo sono straordinarie: tutto è pulitissimo e ordinato, con un profumo delicato che accompagna piacevolmente il soggiorno. Lo staff è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, facendoti sentire coccolato dal primo all’ultimo giorno. La piscina è meravigliosa, ben tenuta e perfetta per rilassarsi. La stanza, moderna e confortevole, non solo era impeccabile nella pulizia, ma trasmetteva davvero una sensazione di eleganza e freschezza. Un’esperienza da 10 e lode che consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza indimenticabile.

La piscina privata della stanza era molto bella e suggestiva; forse avrebbe potuto essere pulita un po’ di più, ma è davvero un dettaglio irrilevante rispetto all’esperienza complessiva, che è stata splendida.

Crossing the road is a nightmare but WE DID IT!! Took a walk down to the town & to the Mykonos Windmills perfect location otherwise but I would petition for pelican crossings in this town!!!

One couple did not get visa. We expected the hotel to refund one room refund. Hotel did not oblige that is the worst part of the hotel adminstration. They dont respect genuine problem.

Very nicely decorated spacious but cosy. 15 minute walk into town, walking back is up hill. Great selection to choose from for breakfast. Coffee milk water & toiletries were replaced every day. Bef & pillows were super comfy. Towels were soft. Staff very friendly & polite.

Was only able to use our Hot tub on the balcony on the first night, after that it did not work. Even after reporting it and somebody coming out to check it it still wasn’t working as it should have. The cocktails were very small.

The music from the pool bar from 8am until nearly midnight every day was far too loud coming into our room which was directly next to the bar. We did state it was very loud but every night it continued. The pool in our room was absolutely freezing, nothing stated it was not heated when booking. There was no outside light so made it nearly impossible to see when trying to get back into the room at night time. On numerous occasions we would come back to our room to find our personal possessions moved which didn’t need moving by room service. For nearly £3000 we are beyond disappointed with Asty Hotel.
