Quelques améliorations à apporter aux équipements notamment dans la salle de bains

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, está muy cerca de la playa. Aprox a 2 minutos caminando. El anfitrión muy simpático, la habitación para 5, muy amplia, con lo indispensable en la cocina y una pequeña terraza perfecta para coger aire.

Posizione eccellente, 100mt dalla spiaggia di Logaras, ristoranti e locali praticamente sul bagnasciuga. Borgo piccolo e tranquillo, pace e relax. A brevissima distanza in auto (ma ci sono bus che collegano) imperdibili Lefkes, Naoussa e Pariokia. Lo studio è in un piccolo complesso circondato da giardino rigoglioso e frequentato da adorabili gattini. Host accogliente e disponibilissimo.

l'arrêt de bus était proche ( quelques mètres), la plage d' à côté est belle.

La propreté globale des lieux laisse forte à désirer. ( Insect dans les draps et dans la chambre, trous dans les draps ainsi que des tâches, odeur dans la douche et dans les lits. L'odeur de moisi est présente). Gérant de l'hôtel injoignable par téléphone, seulement par booking.

Ευρύχωρο με υπέροχη αυλη και βεράντα!ανετο μαλακό στρωμα,εξοπλισμένο ειχε μεχρι σχοινιά και μανταλάκια για να απλώνουμε τα ρουχα μας! Σωστή πίεση νερού στο ντουζ και καζανάκι που λειτουργούσε σωστά. Το κατάλυμα είναι οπως απεικονιζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πανεύκολα προσβάσιμη τοποθεσία, 3 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο την παραλία του Λογαρα και τη στάση των λεωφορείων!ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος! Θα το επιλέξω και για μελλοντική διαμονή μου στο νησι !

Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, ωραίο μπαλκόνι δίπλα στο πλάτανο, καθαριότητα καθημερινή, κοντά στη θάλασσα με τα πόδια, και ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης,μας κατατοπισε με τις πληροφορίες για το νησί.

We had excellent stay at Deep blue studios. Elias and his mother are friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and spatious, and terrace was even bigger than the room itself. Kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-fi worked well, which is rare for Greece... I would definitely come back!

the studio was outdated, furniture was too old. We had broken toilet cover and when you took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded, because there were no shower curtains. AC was full of mould and it smells badlly. AC also didn't work well - it stoped working if the door or window was opened and could't be turned on again without the use of a screwdriver. Kitchinette is really small, so we didn't prepare meals. Beds were ultra hard, sleeping on the floor would be better. The owner completely ignored our complaints and didn't repair toilet.

Lovely studios, 2 mins walk from beautiful beach and services (restaurants, mini market, 10 mins walk to Piso Livadi village. Lively balcony, big terrace with sea view. Nice host. Barbecue in common area

There was a constant smell of moist in the cabinet. Made your clothes smell bad. There is also no reception at the place. The phone nr on google and booking is also not the nr to the manager, so we had to wait and ask a housekeeper for his personal number so we can reach him and finally get into our room, on top of that they said check in is at 14:00 and it ended up being ready at 15:00.

Il monolocale era spazioso, anche due spazi esterni. Inoltre c’era la possibilità di usufruire di un bel barbecue

Niente, forse solo il fatto che dopo la doccia il bagno si allegava per assenza di box doccia, ma con il mocho si risolveva tutto!

Vicinanza con il mare

Ho chiesto assistenza perché l' aria condizionata aveva smesso di funzionare: ho dovuto chiamare al telefono la proprietaria che mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia; poco dopo è arrivato l' altro proprietario che in modo saccente ha sì risolto il problema ma poi se ne andato in modo scocciato senza salutare. Inoltre ho dovuto richiedere più volte un cuscino perché puzzava di muffa.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα,με όλες τις ανέσεις, με τοστιέρα, φρυγανιέρα για τα πρωινά, με σκεύη για μαγείρεμα, με πιάτα, με aircondition και σίτες. Φροντισμένος κήπος, ωραία άνετη βεράντα με θέα στον κήπο και πολύ κοντά σε υπέροχη πεντακάθαρη και δροσερή παραλία, φτάνεις με τα πόδια σε 1-2 λεπτά, στην παραλία του Λογαρά. Κάθε μέρα αδειάζονταν τα καλαθάκια σκουπιδιών. Αλλάζονταν και οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια. Καθαρά και μοσχοβολούσαν. Υπήρχε ψυγείο, ηλεκτρικά μάτια και μπάρμπεκιου ψησταριά και εξωτερικός ξυλόφουρνος. Ευγενέστατος ο οικοδεσπότης.

Δεν βρίσκω κάτι που ναμη μου άρεσε.

Ubicación. Aunque está cerca de la playa, no es un paraje atractivo. Es mejor alojarse en otros municipios.

Je cherche encore, nous sommes partit des le premier jour, suite a une allergie de ma femme après avoir passé une nuit dans un des lits.

L hygiène de la literie, rideau de douche et équipement vieillissant, laisse vraiment à désirer. La clim ne fait pas de froid.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, dormir con las ventanas abiertas no es lo más indicado ya que hay demasiados mosquitos. Estoy seguro que el aire no funcionaba y ellos estaban conscientes, ya que solo asignaron una pequeña sábana para arroparse no una más gruesa si en dado caso el aire acondicionado funcionara 😂

Big apartment- we were expecting a studio. 1st floor which we had requested. 3 balconies- two back and a terrace front. Front one shows a bit of sea view but great to have choice of sun or shade throughout the day. Big living room and bedroom. Lots of electrical equipment- coffee maker/ toaster etc . ELECTRIC KETTLE!! A must for English tea making. Very friendly host very helpful at all times. Gardens/ amazing trees at the back and view up to Marpissa - a beautiful little village with brilliant small restaurant up the road to the windmills. Freshly cooked food and lovely staff. Nearest bakery- a superb deli/ coffee shop one- 7 minutes flat walk away. ( don't believe when someone tells you it's 100 yards away !!!)

Tiny kitchen area but everything you needed by utilising the dining table. Local large supermarket closed ( maybe only temporary but a real nuisance) . 2 small local shops ,one only 5 minutes away.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ces quelques jours passés sur Paros. L'hébergement chez deep blue studios était parfait : très bon accueil d'Elias et de sa maman, l'emplacement est idéal avec la plage à environ 100m. Merci

good location, lovely surroundings with a garden and plenty of places to sit and enjoy it. Room facilities are excellent; even a toaster, which is most unusual! The family live onsite and are always ready to help.

The hosts are super friendly and kind. We had everything we need in the apartment, they clean the apartment every single morning and change towels and make the bed. The location is 10/10, 1min on foot to the Logaras beach and mini supermarket, rent a car, restaurants, etc and 8min on foot to Paralia Piso Livadi. Best place to stay

La proximité avec la plage au calme avec de la verdure, le parking pour la voiture juste devant. La gentillesse d'Helias et de sa Maman. Nous avons passé un bon séjour!

A améliorer :. l'évacuation des toilettes très compliquée ! La wifi très moyen mais bon!! A savoir sur la plage il y a des transats avec parasol mais 50 euros, un prix très exagéré ! Sinon il y a des tamaris un peu plus loin , parasol naturel!

Υπέροχο μέρος που θα ήθελα σίγουρα να ξανά μείνω. Η τιμή πολύ καλή για αυτό που παρέχει. Δεν ειναι ένα λουξ μέρος. Είναι ένα μέρος πάρα πολύ φιλικό με οικογενειακό κλίμα σαν να πηγαίνω στο χωριό μου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και φιλικός. Ευχαριστούμε.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Mutter und Sohn. Uns gefällt die Unterkunftsart sehr, weil es familiär ist. Die Anlage war nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand und zu lokalen Geschäften. Die Bushaltestelle war in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Unsere Betten waren gefleckt. Die Farbe der Kopfkissen war nicht weiß. Die Handtücher sind zwar gewaschen aber hatten fleckig. Das Bad war nicht für Gäste empfangsbereit. Sollte man niemandem zumuten. Luxus ist nicht wichtig aber Flecken auf dem Boden um die Toilette und in der Dusche sahen sehr unappetitlich aus. Es tut uns sehr leid, wir würden gerne wiederkommen, aber nur in ein sauberes Bett und sauberes Bad.

Por dónde empiezo… En la casa hay cucarachas por cada esquina, sobre todo en la cocina y entre los cubiertos, por no hablar de que la vajilla tenía restos de comida. Además, convencidos de que éramos seis personas (aclaró que no era así) entraron dos veces sin permiso en la habitación, y en una de ellas pilló a una huésped en ropa interior. La otra nos vio durmiendo y nos despertó. (la dueña) El alojamiento contaba con una red wifi que no funciona. La vitro cerámica se sobre calienta y no pudimos cocinar más de dos comidas. Las camas eran muy duras. En el apartamento contínuo (también del mismo hotel) estaban de obras a las 8 am. Y por último, el hombre del apartamento nos amenazó con entrar de noche sin avisar dentro del alojamiento para “ver si éramos 6”

Perfect host. Elias is so helpful and friendly. Perfect location set in delightful gardens, close to the beach, but quiet. Very relaxing. Perfect facilities, well equipped and very clean. Second visit but will definitely be back!

A dream property. Had everything and more. Kostas and his family great hosts. Kostas met us at the airport and got up to take us back at 5 am. If I could rate 20/20 I would. Highly recommended.

El dueño nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas para visitar la isla, personal muy atento. Apartamento muy cómodo y en buena zona

La ducha no tenía cortina o mampara y al ducharse se mojaba todo el baño en exceso. Por lo demás apartamento perfecto.

The room was so spacious and clean. The staff was really nice and the check in and out was very easy to proceed with. The room also had a kitchen and many appliances that were useful to cook with, plus an amazing balcony to enjoy the meal.

Lo cómodo y espacioso del departamento, la limpieza (nos cambiaron hasta las toallas y eran solo dos días), la atención y amabilidad del anfitrión, que nos fue a buscar y estaba accesible cuando lo necesitamos. La ubicación es muy buena para el que quiere estar cerca de la playa y prefiere la tranquilidad y la naturaleza, o bien para quien tiene coche.

La situation géographique est bien placée et le ménage est fait tous les jours

À notre arrivée nous constatons un lit de camp alors que nous étions 5 adultes Pas d’eau chaude. Après réclamation nous avons eu de l’eau chaude pendant 2 jours sur les 5 que nous sommes restés. Pas de connexion wifi (voir photo) il faut sortir pour capter tout juste Pour 5 adultes prévus il y avait 1 table minuscule avec 5 fourchettes 3 couteaux et 3 petites cuillères sans compter que nous avons réclamé 1 casserole et 1 poêle car il y avait seulement 1 marmite Je ne sais pas si la climatisation fonctionne mais le chauffage est bloqué à 19 degrés alors qu’il fait très humide et l’A/C de la chambre est HS Nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures car il faisait froid la 1ere nuit La moustiquaire est HS La vue de notre terrasse donnait sur l’etandage de tout l’hôtel Les coupures d’électricité intermittentes Les travaux dans la rue qui réveillent à 8h ainsi que l’inaccessibilité au parking 1 nuit alors que le propriétaire ne nous a pas prévenu La porte de la chambre qui ne ferme pas (porte voilée) Nous avons aussi réclamé du sel car il n’y avait presque pas de consommables Une chasse d’eau des wc qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 Logement à éviter si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances

Die Lage der Unterkunft

Beim Einzug extrem muffiger Geruch in der Unterkunft, kein Fenster, aber eine Balkontür zum Lüften, die man wegen der Gelsen aber nur selten ganz geöffnet hat. Geruch wurde aber im Laufe der Zeit bissl besser. Der Raum wurde anscheinend nach dem Winterschlaf nicht durchgelüftet (in den oberen Zimmerecken waren aber auch übermalte Schimmelspuren sichtbar) Die ersten 3 Tage war niemand im Zimmer, dann drei Tage hintereinander täglich (!) neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Reinigung - halte ich auch nicht für nötig (Verschwendung) - dann aber wieder tagelang niemand im Zimmer. Die 'wolligen' Decken des Bettzeuges waren leider beide verschmutzt!

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Ruime schone kamer met balkon en rustige ligging. Paar minuten lopen naar het strand en leuke restaurants.l, bakker en winkels.

le jardin doit être génial lors des grosses chaleurs car bien ombragé mais fin octobre a l ombre est un peu juste pour en profiter.

Bellissimo posto, Elias è stato un host super e ci ha consigliato diverse spiagge molto belle nella zona.

Esta en un entorno super bonito que me sorprendió mucho, cuidado y con plantas. Tenía un balcón y había tranquilidad. La cocina estaba equipada hasta con airfryer, tenían secador, buena ducha.

La cama no era doble, eran dos colchones individuales juntos y quedaba muy incómodo el centro.

Très beau à tout point de vue (logement, espaces extérieurs, vues,...) proche d'un petit port et très calme, ça fait du bien de s'y repauser 🥰

Klidné, příjemné prostředí a milý a vstřícný personál. Informace i fotky odpovídají reálu. Místo je propojeno veřejnou dopravou. Obchody i restaurace jsou v dosahu. V okolí je možnost podniknout i pěší procházky podél pobřeží i na další cíle, které se zde nachází.

Muy bonito, buena ubicación, gran mobiliario, todo lo necesario para cocinar; televisor con netflix, una terraza hermosa para tomar el desayuno, muchos gatos hermosos.

Dos camas individuales pegadas que limitan dormir en pareja y los colchones excesivamente blandos. Al llegar nos costó un poco ubicar al encargado.

Accommodation in Deep blue studios was simple but clean, well-equipped kitchenette, toiletries and hairdryer, in a beautiful garden with cats. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. In the 4 nights we spent there, they even changed our bed linen halfway through! Nearby is a beautiful beach, a bus stop, a large supermarket, a great bistro, a café and a bakery. We definitely recommend the accommodation

La calorosa accoglienza, la posizione, il giardino curato con amore. Ci hanno messo in contatto con un noleggiatore di moto e alla mattina abbiamo trovato un buon scooter davanti alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo La camera è stata pulita tutti i giorni ed ogni due cambio di biancheria.

La scarsità di acqua calda in caso di mancanza del sole. Purtroppo ci sono stati un paio di giornate di brutto tempo, freddo , nuvole e l’immancabile vento. Essendoci i pannelli solari l’acqua era tiepidina e considerato che non siamo più giovanissimi ……….Paghiamo comunque questo prezzo in nome della difesa dell’ambiente.

Schõnes, sauberes, funktionales Zimmer mit Veranda. Strandnähe, gute Restaurants, Cafebars, Lebensmittelhändler, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker in Laufnähe. Parkplatz vorhanden.
