Staff was professional and accomodating. Location and price good

Bathroom smelled horrible when i got in room. On booking, they list rooms that specify or do not specify without window. I booked one that did not say without window which was more expensive and got a room with no window. Cleaning people are loud in the AM, even playing music in the hallway.

Great location. Reasonable price. Helpful staff.

Room isn’t really sound proof. Very bad.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. In meinem Doppelbett konnte ich selbst mit 1,75 m nur quer liegen, da meine Füße sonst übergehangen hätten

Personal war super freundlich und die Lage mitten in Chinatown ist super gelegen. Man kommt schnell überall hin.

Unser Zimmer war eher eine Abstellkammer als ein Hotelzimmer, alles sehr eng und direkt neben an war ein Technikraum der sehr viel Temparatur in unser Zimmer brachte und auch zu hören war.

One thing to describe not only this, but SG accommodation is a small space, but that's worth it for all-day trip around the city.

Very centrally located in a vibrant area and just a few steps to Chinatown MRT station. Excellent for tourists ! Room is clean and new.

We stayed in an executive room, which is supposed to be one of the larger rooms. Even then, it felt a bit tight for space. But it is understandable because this is a boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown.

The only issue was that there was no way to make the room completely dark. The curtains do not cover the windows properly, so in the morning, light still comes into the room even when the curtains are fully closed.

Super central location in Chinatown. Very modern well run, very professional staff. Surprisingly large room, it even had a bathtub. Reasonably priced for its location.

No countertop, ledge in bathroom/sinks / bathtub to put your things. Bath areas very decorative and modern but not very functional.

Location is very close to metro and 30 min walk from key tourist places like Marina Bay Sands and Shoppe mall

The room is very small, bed and pillows cover are old. They provide 1 bottle of water daily which is strange. AC sound is very loud, you can also hear the snoring sound of other guests, there is no sound proof system No separation wall for shower area, so when you take a shower the whole bath floor is wet and takes time to dry, which makes it not comfortable to use the toilet

Location was excellent for Chinatown and getting to the MRT. You could see store your bags after check out. Staff were polite and professional. Not necessarily friendly.

Rooms exceedingly small we had an executive queen room. Toilet and shower in very close proximity to each other. Very snug for 2 people. Better for 1 person really.

I loved that the hotel was clean, accessible to public transport and I was safe and comfortable. Snacks were on offer from 6pm in the lobby which was a great benefit. Especially when i wanted a cup of tea in my room. Kettle, fridge & tea & coffee was available in my room.

I thought the room was very small, but i had everything i needed. Some light from Mosque Street filtered in at night, but i was able to sleep ok.

-Lage ist Perfekt -Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein aber sehr sauber und gemütlich -2 minuten von der Metro Station entfernt

-Man hört jedes einzelne geräusch ausserhalb des zimmers(zb. wenn jemand mitten in der nacht im gang rumgeht hört man es als ob die person neben dir laufen würde)

One staff sounded defensive when enquiring about late check out. Please, that’s not the way to talk to your customers, be friendly and courteous and it’s just an enquiry.

Third time booking. Convenient location, easy access to mrt, marts and restaurants! Definitely a good staying experience.

La stanza è piccola ma pulita, la pulizia è giornaliera con sostituzione degli asciugamani. Nella stanza c'è il bollitore e il caffè. La zona è centralissima si arriva ovunque a piedi . Nei dintorni trovi di tutto ristoranti, negozi .

沒有早餐，新加坡甚麼都貴，所以這間飯店的收費已經是可接受範圍。 與工作人員溝通中英文皆可通，態度很好。 選擇無窗的房間，真的起床不知現在是甚麼時候，因工作人員建議此飯店在熱鬧的牛車水街道，對外窗會很吵。

住客人品太差(強烈懷疑是中國客，但不是大媽，是年輕人)，半夜1-4點還在哄堂大笑，電視聲音大且不斷地播放；旅館人員實在有必要制止他們大聲喧嘩。住客真是超級沒水準。 不過想想會不會這飯店隔音太差了？

The location is great, right in the midst of Chinatown with short connections to the rest of the city. The rooms are on the smaller side but it has what you need.

The low amount of wall outlets and the location of them. There were none beside the bed, only 2 of them on top of the "minibar" they do have usb a type connection though. But i managed to survive.
