Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre

The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small, but I feel that is reflective of the price. It's located in the old part of Singapore, close to markets and food halls. There is a nice pub across the road.

The room and bathroom were very small.

Room too small. Booked room for 2 people and only got 1 breakfast? That makes absolutely no sense! Breakfast that i did get. Food was cold. Cold eggs. Cold baked beans. Cold coffee. Not value for money.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent and very rich, and the views from the higher floors are especially nice. The location is convenient, with Singapore's main attractions easily reachable by a short taxi ride. I would gladly stay here again.

La stanza estremamente piccola e il receptionist che mi ha chiesto una recensione positiva appena arrivata. Ci ha fatto perdere tempo ed abbiamo dovuto saltare la colazione perché avevamo un tour già organizzato. Perdeva tempo con la recensione.

The view from our room was amazing. It was very close in walking distance to all things we wanted to go to.

Breakfast was included in my reservation but when we went down early to eat before our departure, no one was there.

Zimmer sind sehr kalt, leider geht die Klimaanlage nicht komplett ausschalten. Frühstück ist ok, aber eben aus Singapur Standard, dafür kann das hotel aber nichts

L’hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino al quartiere cinese. È possibile raggiungere a piedi molti punti di interesse. Molto comoda anche la fermata della metropolitana Maxwell. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

The hotel was conveniently located near the China Town, food courts like the Maxwell food center and supermarkets. It was also a walkable distance to the CBD.

The room was a lot smaller than i expected, especially for the price that i paid.

You can easily reach the hotel with metro. Room a bit small, but clean. Walkable distances for sightseeing.

Room was a little small. We had 1large bag and had to open it under a desk. We wanted to stay at the pool as we had a late flight, but had to pay $120 for the privilege. We have never had this before at other hotels.

El hotel está bonito. La piscina es enorme aunque no hay muchas hamacas. Hay café gratis en la habitación y dispensador de agua.

La habitación es muy pequeña. El baño tan estrecho que es incómodisimo.

Property is in a great location. You have access to MRT right outside the door of the hotel. You can walk to Chinatown and downtown. Breakfast was busy but good choice.

Room was slightly small but still comfortable, maybe I would consider upgrading if I were not solotraveling.

Next to MRT Blue line- either ride to Chinatown or Telok Ayer and walk up to the lobby. Location is solid. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, some shopping, Chinatown around corner. It’s roughy a 34-39 SGD ride to airport by grab if you don’t want to ride subway.

Gym was under maintenance so small gym is by pool. It’s super small. Pool was crowded the time we were staying. Room was small. They didn’t leave water daily. No one brought us to room to show us where the safe was. Safe is hidden.

The room was very small for 4 people. The space between the cabinets and beds was extremely small. It would have been nicer to have just a little bit more room.

Leider hat sind wir nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt worden und das Zimmer ist sehr begrenzt.

Das Mercure Icon ist ein neues Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage und mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Auch ein schöner Pool und Fitnessraum sind vorhanden. Wir haben als 4er-Familie die super Anbindung an die U-Bahn und die sehr gute Möglichkeit, auch vom Hotel zu bekannten Punkten laufen zu können, sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel können wir daher (bis auf die Enge im Zimmer) uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es war uns bekannt, dass das Familienzimmer klein ist. Dass es jedoch so klein ist, haben wir nicht erwartet. Leider gab es keine Schränke, sodass wir aus den Koffern lebten, die auf dem seitlichen, langen Regal lagen. Der Gang zwischen Betten und Regal / Koffern war so schmal, dass wir nicht im Zimmer nebeneinander laufen konnten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel et un grand merci au réceptionniste Égyptien qui avec sa disponibilité et son Français nous a bien aidé. J’oubliais la superbe piscine.

Pour un groupe Français ne pas avoir TV5 monde, c’est oublier la clientèle Française. Manque de transats à la piscine.

Location - Telok Meyer station directly beneath the hotel. Rooms, although very small, we had all we needed and were spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Space is at a premium causing very minor issues as a consequence. No bedside tables so phones had to be charged and put on the floor beside the bed. Phone chargers and light switches were behind the pillows meaning I inadvertently turned lights on during the night as pillows moved against them. Shower cubicle is very small.

40 m Pool der Hammer, großartiges Frühstück, Zimmer klein, aber so ist es auch beschrieben! Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt ist perfekt.

Air condition war echt kalt.
