The hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel. It's not, its a good 3 star hotel. The location to Clarke Quay is exaggerated. Its not that close and not easy to get to. There is construction in the area.

Breakfast area- food- far too small for the amount of people in the hotel. Little food left- line up out the door even on off peak times. Noisy, crowded. Room was small which was oldy but really stuffy. Rooftop pool - vending machine virtually empty at all times.

The location enabled us to walk over to Clark Quay for dinner most nights. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices, something for everyone. The on-site bar was was also a winner for a cold drink on returning from sightseeing.

Der Saft beim Frühstück grauenhaft. Zimmer war leicht feucht. Belag vom Boden am Pool renovierungsbedürftig. Was man beachten sollte ist direkt neben an gersde große Baustelle von Mo bis Sa macht das entspannen am Pool nicht wirklich angenehm.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and it never disappoints. It is an excellent, clean, and well-located property that offers exceptional value for money by Singapore standards. The service is warm and welcoming, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the breakfast is adequate (nothing extraordinary, but good). It also features a fantastic rooftop terrace with a great swimming pool. A quick tip regarding payment: it is better to pay on arrival. If you choose to pay at check-out, they will place a hold on your card when you check in. While this is standard practice and I have no complaints about the policy itself, from my past experiences here, it takes a long time (sometimes more than 15 days) for the bank to release the funds after you leave. I have never experienced such a long wait time at any other hotel.
As with most modern city hotels, the rooms are quite small, following the current trend of compact design.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La posizione è molto centrale , anche se la metro rimane a qualche centinaia di metri . La piscina è un plus da sfruttare dopo una giornata piacevolmente impegnativa tra visite e nuove scoperte . La colazione ricca ma proiettata al mondo asiatico e poco europea .
Per mia esigenza personale ho trovato molto fredda l’aria condizionata nelle parti comuni . Al rientro in hotel con un clima caldo e umido fuori il contrasto è prepotente .

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Lage ist zentral zwischen Clarke Quai und Chinatown, so dass man sehr schnell an der Metro sowie Shops und Restaurants ist. Das Zimmer- und Restaurantpersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl fantastisch. Der 50m Pool auf dem Dach ist das Highlight!
Viele Baustellen drumherum, daher ist es leider auf der Dachterrasse sehr laut gewesen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, für meine Yogamatte war kein Platz. Die Kategorie "courtyard view" bedeutet, dass man in einen Lichtschacht schaut...

The surrounding streets are better not exploring on your own given several people observed shooting up drugs on the street!

El tamaño de la habitación y sobre todo el baño son muy pequeños.
