По отношение на хигиената има какво да се желае. Нощната лампа беше счупена. Вратата не се заключваше добре.

Hanno una terrazza con vista bellissima su Bosforo e Moschea Blu. Peccato sia poco attrezzata. Potrebbero sfruttarla meglio.

Hola! me ha gustado mucho el Hotel y la atención de los 2 chicos en recepción, han sido muy atentos con mi pedido de transfer al aeropuerto e imprimiendo unos documentos. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, un barrio muy seguro y bien conectado.

Solo me hubiese gustado que la terraza arriba, hubiese tenido mas ambiente.

Excelente localização, café da manha bom. Funcionarios cordiais. Excelente preço.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a tan solo unos minutos (subiendo la calle) de Santa Sofía, la Mezquita Azul o el Palacio Topkapi. Además, al estar ubicado el hotel en una calle secundaria y poco concurrida, no hay molestias sonoras que se filtren del exterior, por lo que la estancia es tranquila y silenciosa. Contribuye a ello, también, la buena insonorización de los ventanales. El desayuno, variado y sabroso. En general, muy buena relación calidad/precio: 318 € por cuatro noches en una habitación triple (para un matrimonio con un hijo adolescente).

Se trata de un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, y algunos clientes no fueron conscientes de que hablar en los pasillos -al llegar o al abandonar sus habitaciones- podía generar ecos ruidosos… También, al subir y bajar por las escaleras. Pero son comportamientos anecdóticos que, en nuestro caso, no supusieron una verdadera molestia.

Location was perfect. Staff were kind and generous. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was great.

Благодарю персонал отеля за гостеприимство . Персонал как на рецепшн так и в ресторане помогал мне по всем вопросам. Отель расположен в десяти минутах ходьбы от главных достопримечательностей Стамбула на тихой улочке недалеко от Босфора. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Номер чистый и очень уютный. Очень удобная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за прекрасный отдых.

У отеля очень удобное расположение — можно легко пешком добраться до различных достопримечательностей и интересных мест. По фотографиям ожидания от комфорта отеля были немного выше, чем оказалось в реальности. В целом отель был удобным, особенно хочется отметить кровать — она была очень комфортной. Это хороший отель среднего уровня.

К сожалению, нам совсем не понравился завтрак — хотелось бы увидеть больше выбора и качества. Также возникла проблема с парковкой. На Booking было указано, что у отеля есть парковка, но на месте выяснилось, что она платная. Кроме того, для больших автомобилей стоимость выше. В итоге мы заплатили 30 евро, что стало неприятным сюрпризом.

Our stay at Perapolis Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of all the major attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The staff deserve special recognition. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety. The value for money is simply outstanding. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. If I return to Istanbul, I won't even consider staying anywhere else. I highly recommend Perapolis Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, an unbeatable location, and a memorable stay. A well-deserved 10/10!

The hotel is conveniently located near most of the tourist spots, restaurants, and bazaars. The room was spacious, and the staff were very supportive and helpful throughout our stay.

The food was amazing. The only downside was that the menu remained the same during our stay.

My room was on the fourth and top floor before the rooftop, and some guests would go up to the roof late at night and drag chairs and tables, causing a lot of noise that would wake us up in a panic. So, I think if I go there again, I won't stay on the fourth floor. Also, the sounds of the neighbors in the adjacent rooms are very audible, especially in the bathroom; the noise is so loud that you feel as if they are right there with you inside the bathroom.

Раковина была забита и вода не уходила. Электричество замыкало и не выдерживала телефонную зарядку. Обещали за час починить, после двухчасовой прогулки дождались мастера и сделали.

Очень шумный коридор, хотя может пару номеров было занято.

Гостиница находится в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей , вид из окна на мраморное море . Номер чистый , завтрак включен . Все было хорошо.

Average breakfast. Rooms vary a lot regarding to the amount of natural light especially those lower down

La experiencia nos decepcionó desde el primer momento. Al entregarnos la habitación, no estaba limpia y, durante los cinco días de estancia, tampoco la limpiaron en ningún momento. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Las tres camas individuales no eran comodas. El desayuno, además, era muy escaso y de mala calidad; a pesar de tenerlo incluido, terminamos desayunando fuera del hotel todos los días. Por último, la habitación era bastante ruidosa debido a un sonido constante, similar al de un aire acondicionado o tuberías, que no sabíamos de dónde provenía y que se escuchaba todo el tiempo. Entendemos que el precio es económico y que no se pueden esperar lujos, pero la puntuación en Booking resulta engañosa. Como mínimo, se debería garantizar un nivel básico de limpieza en las habitaciones.

Понравился в принципе завтрак, он конечно был скудный, но отзывчивые девушки готовили достатонетчно хороший омлет. Понравилось месторасположение.

Повелись на рекламу блогерши в инстаграме об этом отеле, конечно, все было не так прелестно, как у неё в видео. Первый косяк мы бронировали номера с хорошим видом, нас обманули с видом подсунули номера с видом отстойным. Сказали что за эту плату идут и те и те номера. Второе что не понравилось это очень грязно в номерах уборка отвратительная даже постельное белье оно хоть вроде и было постиранное но все равно было в каких то катышках волосах и так далее. Отвратительные грязные одеяла внутри просто какие то пледы старые. Везде очень пыльная. Все очень печально по мебели, отломанные ручки. Сломанные держатели и так далее. Ремонта там давно не было очень. Большая слышимость слышно все что происходит в соседних номерах.

The only thing good about this hotel was its location - right in the heart of Sultanahmet. All the major attractions (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, etc.) are within walkable distances.

We were given horrible rooms to start with - very small, dark, morbid, cold, and dirty. It turned out that 2 of the 3 rooms that were given to us were not meant for guests at all - they were for the staff to stay in. None of the 3 rooms looked anything like the photos that are there on the Booking.com listing - and are very misleading. When we asked the staff to get our rooms changed, they said that they are fully booked and can only change our rooms on the 2nd (last) day. We did agree to that and they promised to move our bags to the new room once we left the hotel for sightseeing. However, on coming back we saw that some of our bags were left outside near the Reception area and the rest were kept in the old room which was unlocked. No consideration at all for safety and security of luggage. We decided to cancel our reservation mid-way and left the hotel after staying there for only one day. In essence, we never got what we were promised.

We stayed at Perapolis Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay better. However, there were some issues. The lift is very small and the property is not wheelchair accessible, which created a lot of difficulty for us as we were travelling with a wheelchair. The breakfast was very poor and needs improvement. Parking was also a big problem, and the roads around the hotel are uneven, which made movement difficult. However, the main attractions are about a 5-minute walk away, which is a big advantage. Overall, the location is excellent and the staff are good, but improvements are needed in accessibility, breakfast quality, and parking.

В номерах уборка желает лучшего, не пылесосят, полотенца меняют не своевременно.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ καλη τοποθεσια

Το πρωινό ήταν απαράδεκτο και η καθαριότητα του δωματίου μέτρια.

Больше всего понравился персонал, очень отзывчивые люди, в первый день, не смотря на то, что мы приехали раньше времени заселения, нам предоставили сразу номер и завтрак без дополнительной платы. Через пару дней наклонялся к тумбочке и случайно задел и разбил головой плафон от лампы (благо был в шапке), подошел на ресепш и рассказал об этом, думал с меня возьмут дополнительную плату, но нет, мне сказали, что главное со мной все хорошо и чтобы мне было комфортно. Так же у меня порвался рюкзак, и женщина, которая работает в гостинице предоставила мне набор с нитками и иголкой. Отдельно хочу отметить, что вид из окна и с террасы просто волшебный, весь спектр Босфора как на ладони, можно кормить чаек прямо на террасе.

Все понравилось. Единственное, чтобы поесть по нормальным ценам, надо выходить из туристического района

La struttura e vicinissima al centro di Sultanhamet e ai mezzi di trasporto. Molto pulita e accogliente, colazione buonissima e abbondante. La camera pulita e tutti i giorni veniva sistemata. Lo staff molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e richiesta. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!
