Reviewed Sep 20, 2025The hotel is very nice and conveniently close to the bus station, which makes it perfect for spending your days out exploring and then coming back for a comfortable night’s sleep. The restaurant on-site is also very convenient, though I wish there were a bit more variety in the menu. That said, the breakfast menue is great – especially the pancakes, which were a highlight.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Good parking lot and convenient location. It is not too far from the center if you have a car and the mercado is near by if you walk on foot too. However, it is about 20 minutes walking to the center per the staff, we had a car and drove everywhere. The staff we interacted with were all nice, and they even followed up on some towels I had asked for in the morning and forgot about until they called later to see if I still needed them. I also liked the reception area and the fact that they had an elevator.
I mostly just didn't like the carpet, but overall I thought the room was okay. Good value if you really just need to stay somewhere safe, convienent, and with all the basic amenities one needs these days such as wifi, hot water, and air conditioning.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025Short drive from the city centre, the staff was nice and welcoming.
Everything smelled like food all the time, and the room was clean, but smelled like chlorine. You couldn't even open the window because then the smell was even worse On our first night we had someone outside our door shouting and banging for someone who "overdosed", which was really scary and it took a long time before they went. No one from the hotel staff came to see if we're okay, apologise or offer compensation.
