Nicht gut gereinigt und eine sehr schmutzige Küche und Utensilien

Self check-in instruction was clear, staff were very friendly. Washing machine is provided for public use. In-house slippers and towels were provided. Hair dryer is provided in room.

The washroom is very small compared to other places. Soundproof might be weak, you can hear the voices from other rooms in common areas. Stairway space is small, so would be unfriendly to those bringing big luggages.

Por el precio que pagas todo correcto pero es cierto que los baños estaban bastante sucios en comparación con las habitaciones que estaban mejor. Buena ubicación.

8일간 머물렀고위치면애서 특하 좋았고 스탭들도 친절하고 빠르개 답변해 주어서 편했어요. 특히 근처에 맞집도 많고 숙소 바로 앞에 엄청 유명한 길거리 음식도 팔아서 머무는 내내 미식을 가까이에서 즐길수 있어서 좋았고 버스 정류장도 가까움. 계단으로 올라가야 하니 너무 무거운 수트케이스가 있다면 미리 숙소에 도움 요청하는 등이 필요할수도 있음. 숙소 전채적으로 조용하고 청결한 점 또한 만족스러웠음. 생수도 제공해주며 우산도 빌릴 수 있었음. 전자랜지, 냉장고, 다리미 등이 있어서 편했음. 다음에 장가로 있게 되면 다시 찾고싶음.

Everything is good, the room very clean, they have refrigerator, laundry machine, water heater work well, and water dispenser. Good very very recommended

The place is absolutely huge and much better than I expected. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a fridge, oven, and even a washing machine. The entire property is exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. Highly recommended! 🙌✨

Großes gemütliches Zimmer. Sehr günstig. Self Check-in mit Schlüsselboxen. Kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Waschmaschine vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt.

Seltsame Fenster aus Platten mit Lücken zwischendrin. Somit sehr hellhörig. Mitbewohner waren teilweise furchtbar, haben nachts bis mindestens 3 Uhr auf dem Balkon vor unserem Fenster Lärm gemacht. Die selbe Gruppe hat oft stundenlang geduscht, was problematisch war, da es nur 2 Duschen gab, die im selben Raum wie die Toilette waren. Gefühlt haben sich 15 Leute 2 Toiletten teilen müssen. Wasserhahn im Bad ging nicht. Bad extrem heiß, keine Klimaanlage dort.

This is my 2nd stay here, good clean budget sleep in georgetown, locate near local bus center and tourist street, convenient to move around the town. However, this budget stay have thin walls, and many guest do not follow quiets rules.(very small written in one corner) I suggest big quiet sign should put out, as i find many guest act They don't know, that is midnight and other guest is sleeping.

The inconsiderate guest that make lots of noise in midnight, one of the night 3 lady is making so much noise from midnight to 3am.

the single bed was a very old or bad mattress.

The facilities is complete , super comfortable and it was pleasant experience to rest and sleep

The shared bathroom makes it a bit difficult for the woman to properly feel comfort , the fact that other tenant keep other facility like hairdryer to themselve until time of checkout

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, within a 10-20 minute walk of any destination. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, making life very convenient. The hotel has self-check-in, so the staff are particularly friendly. If you arrive early and call the staff, they will patiently and kindly communicate with you and help you with any questions. If your room is ready, you can check in early. If not, you can go upstairs to store your luggage. The ground floor entrance is a combination lock, and there's a staff room on the second floor where you can store your luggage. The accommodation level has a lockable iron gate, making it very secure. I stayed on the top floor, which has several rooms with a central living room, two shared toilets and a bathroom, and a balcony for drying clothes. While the hotel isn't luxurious, you can experience local life. I was very satisfied with my stay.In addition, some of the staff speak Chinese very well.

The environment.

The room for 4 was OK. We stayed 4 nights. Price of stay OK. Got food stall down stairs in the morning and restaurant in the ground floor at night. Got microwave and fridge and water dispenser and electric cooker and washing machine and electric kettle.

No hotel parking. No attached bathroom in the room. Need to walk 4th floor for my room with the bags.

The ground floor offers the convenience of a kopitiam and a late-night hotpot. The hassle-free check-in process - simply pick up the key and enter. The variety of room options allows for flexible arrangements. It will be my top choice for accommodations in that area.

The weather was rainy on the day of check-in, and unfortunately, there was significant noise coming from the rooftop. While this may not have bothered adults, it could have been unsettling for children.

Comfortable bed. A place to cook and two dumbbells on terrace to do exercises with. Self checkin avoids communication issues.

Not only a different room than what I booked but sneaky staff, clawing extra charges once there. Paper thin doors, false windows that remain open to common areas. Karaoke noise all night. Lack of mirrors in the place but the toilet paper dispenser located outside of the toilet stalls is all you need to know about the sensibility here.

Bed was comfortable, easy self-checkin. Location could be OK if the place weren’t beside a late night karaoke place that night after night blares awful drunken screaming noise into the early AM hours.

Was given a different room than what I booked and overcharged by the property. Room that I was given didn’t have a real window but thin panes of clouded glass that didn’t fully shut so all noise and hot air, smoke etc enter the room. In early AM an aggressive group of seedy Indonesian men were smoking inside and loudly shouting into their phones before work. Not the type of guests you expect to find in a traveler guesthouse. When I confronted them about the rules they threatened group violence and one got a knife from the kitchen and ordering me to stay in my room.

Bed was comfortable, ac worked well, appartment was clean, room was bright.

A bit complicated to have shower as there is nowhere to put your stuff and there is only one toilet.

Online staff were responsive. Free laundry and drinking water. Good kitchen area. Bathrooms were okay. Good location. Easy check in and accessing the building
