Indra Maya Pool Villas; die Villa an sich bekäme eine 10, super Blick, groß, pool schön...Personal zuvorkommend, der Buggy um umherzufahren ist total klasse und nötig; strand damit auch gut zu erreichen (man ist da quasi alleine);; Betten bequem; im Außenbereich viele Mücken ( Autan wird täglich bereitgestellt), in der Villa nicht; Villa und das gesamte Areal kommt ein wenig aber aus der Mode

Man sollte wissen, das man in einem.riesigen abgeschirmten Areal ist, quasi in der heilen Welt, das Ressort ist an sich mit Schranke zu passieren und die Ressort Area auf Bintan erneut) ; man hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, kann aber nichts frisches in dem Areal kaufen; von den 4 Restaurants war das indische für uns am ansprechensten aber für indonesische Verhältnisse dann recht teuer, zu 4 100 Euro mit einem Getränk ohne schnickschnack ( nicht mit Deutschland vergleichen); es gibt aber ja Grab :-); nur entspannen : okee; es war im Juli so gut wie nichts los, also Ruhe bekommt wer will, Angebote ( ( SPORT) gibt es ...im Vergleich zu Singapur billig, für Indonesien teuer

We had an excellent 6 day, 5 night stay at Indra Maya Villas, Nirwana Gardens, and would highly recommend it. This was our third stay at Nirwana Gardens, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. A special mention must go to the Front Office Manager, and all the staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with helped make the stay relaxed, easy, and enjoyable. The wider Nirwana Gardens complex is fantastic, with so much to do that it genuinely feels difficult to run out of activities. During our stay, we took part in air rifle shooting, the airsoft shooting range, paintball, bowling, horse riding, Kids Club, ATV, Ninebot/Segway, batik painting, bodyboarding, the Great Mable Tube ride, jet skiing, and parasailing. The only time we left the resort was to go on a nighttime guided fireflies boat tour, which was organised by the resort and is highly recommended. It made for a very active, fun, and memorable family holiday. We stayed in a two-bedroom beachfront villa at Indra Maya Villas. The villa was beautiful, extremely spacious, and very comfortable, with a master bedroom, second twin bedroom, huge lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, three bathrooms, and an outside shower. The view out to sea was superb, and the villa felt very private and not overlooked at all. Having a dedicated golf buggy allocated to the villa full-time was also a brilliant touch and made getting around the resort very easy. Considering how many activities we did each day, along with restaurants and room service, the overall cost was actually less than we expected. Overall, this was a superb stay in a beautiful villa, within a resort complex that offers an impressive range of activities, supported by genuinely excellent staff. We highly rate Nirwana Gardens and will certainly be happy to return again.

Only very minor constructive comments: softer pillows could perhaps be provided as an option, and the outside shower was not working during our stay, although this did not affect us in any meaningful way. There is also a golf course next door; however, given the excellent range of activities already available within the resort, an on-site driving range would be a very welcome addition.

Villa was very nice with great pool. Free buggy made travelling around the locked down property very fast and easy. Restaurant at ain hotel and Spices served high quality food. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Beach below villa was not very clean (plastic on sand and muddy water). Other beaches were much better. Breakfast was ok but no refrigeration so warm yogurt, cheese etc. 50 mins+ to prepare some poached eggs which was unfortunate. Was not able to leave the grounds on bike rentals. TV was very fuzzy so not ideal during world cup. Very high prices for food and drink compared to local bintan prices.

Villas are very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The staff is super kind and helpful. I also recommend activities as well the massage. Both onsite restaurants: seafood and Indian have good level, much above scores. I highly recommend a few day leisure here.

The villa felt like a natural home away from home having a relaxing atmosphere with serene pool area that facing the sea.

The staff was excellent and the location convenient. Linens and towels were changed daily. Having a personal buggy for transportation was a nice feature.

Overall maintenance and cleanliness could improve. The villa was comfortable, but there were areas of stagnant water in the bathroom and dusty curtains.

Villa are as awesome but the food across the property in multiple restaurants including the pool side restaurant , the Indian restaurant and buffet breakfast was average. For this price point, specially for pool villas guest I would suggest a better quality , exclusive breakfast experience . They should also consider a local cuisine restaurant and overall improve food quality.

- Pest Control could be better: a lot of insects particularly bees entered the villa at night despite the windows and doors were kept closed: kids were quite disturbed for 1st 2 nights. - staff were friendly in general but lack the very personal touch and warmth - building and facilities look old and need some refresh? - quality of complimentary buffet breakfast could be better and with more variation through the week.

If there is no housekeeping, the place will not be so nice to live in, as the leaves will fall to the pool and the rubbish not cleared.

The villa was very comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The kids could enjoy the pool, while the others could keep an eye on them from the inside or the sunbeds. In addition, the fact that they give you a buggy to go around the resort is very convenient as well.

That there was no Indonesian restaurant at the resort. There was only the option to order some Indonesian dishes at the western restaurants. For that reason we had to go to another resort to have Indonesian dinner.

Hotel staff at reception, housekeeping and bell service were superb. Extremely helpful and service oriented. They made us felt comfortable and were attentive to our needs as we were travelling with an elderly requiring assistance. There are bathrooms in each of the rooms and view spectacular.

Villa is rather dated. Would be nice if there's a jacuzzi section in the pool.

The food was great- The only option for food is at the resort and it is very very expensive. We did not mind paying for the food as it was decent.

Be careful as what they advertise is not what you get- We were told that we would have the mini bar replenished daily which was inclusive of beer, soft drinks and water. This was not the case. It was 2 sprites, 2 cokes and 2 beers for 7 people staying in the villa. There is no where near to buy food and drinks from- only the resort- They are expensive! We are not sure as to why there is a kitchen? There is no dishwasher, or tea towels sufficient to clean up nor can you buy actual food to cook with. When we enquired how close the nearest grocery store was- it is a 45 min drive there and back! We were also advised that the Villas would have a personalised host service. This is not the case- There are no hosts- you are on your own. No one checked up on us to see if we were ok or needed anything. We had 3 Villas booked out! The resort is very quiet- No one around. The activities such as horse riding were not operating- There was always an excuse as to why. If we were staying in the other parts of the resort we do not know how we would have spent our time- Cramped in a little room. Do not ask for the BBQ at the Villa- We made the mistake of requesting this option as we have had this option at many other resorts we have visited. Not only did you need to pay for the BBQ, chef and Coal- they expect you to pay per chair and tables they were going to bring in. The food was cold and not edible. This was over $1000 Australian dollars- The biggest mistake we made- Internet is not good at all. Ensure you have your own means of internet if you require it. It is such a shame that this resort is in the state it is in. Not many people there for our entire stay- It is a huge resort! Perhaps if they were not so focused on making more money off the travellers and actually provide a great service- people would recommend for their friends/fam to visit. Very overpriced for what they provide. Many other resorts on the island that may seem pricey before you go but everything is included.

It was exceptional, a beautiful well-appointed villa in a gorgeous location. The villa was really spacious with three indoor & one outdoor bathrooms. It was extremely clean and plenty of towels were provided. The infinity pool afforded a great view over the bay and there were plenty of seating options provided. The villas sit within the wider Norway’s Gardens resort, which is actually made up of five separate properties, so we could choose to eat at any of the resort’s restaurants. The food was good, mainly what you’d expect at a resort (buffet breakfast, sandwiches & salads for lunch) but there were plenty of Indonesian options and the Spice restaurant (Indian) was delicious. We loved the over-water bar & its cocktail selection & friendly bartender. A golf buggy is provided for the villa which was really handy (it would be a lot of walking if you didn’t have it) and which my late-teenage boys loved. There was a huge range of activities if you wanted to be active - we jet-skied, played ten pin bowling, did archery and target shooting, released baby endangered Hawksbill turtles. The resort is set in lush jungle and gardens and we enjoyed views of the wildlife (monkeys, bats, squirrels & butterflies). The villas exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it was amazing. The only thing that surprised us was how quiet the resorts were during the week. This place appears seriously under-rated.

Choice food is very limited. Also quality is not vey appealing. As transport is troublesome, there should more food option with better quality.

Great pool villa for a family weekend getaway. The pool was very enjoyable and the nearby beach is excellent. They give you your own buggy to navigate the sprawling estate, so getting around is not an issue. Food is alright, and the Calypso bar is great place for a nightcap. Staff is very courteous and eager to help, which is a big plus (their English language skills were also better than expected).

The wifi didn't work properly in the villa throughout our stay despite the staff's attempts to fix it. Some of the estate facilities are not up and running for some reason (perhaps still in the process of re-opening from the COVID days). Food is quite pricey.

Service was noticeably good which made the stay very enjoyable Villa’s are large and comfortable not 6* but very acceptable the pool was great

1) the auto car has to be self driven if you have a villa. this is dangerous and you are risking any accident as it’s a small battery operated car you are driving between villa and different resort facilities. specially challenging if you have young kids. this is probably becuase they are understaffed post covid, but still a challenge for visitors. 2) some facilities are not open. like the bowling alley. 3) while cleanliness overall is good, the towels in the villas are not sparkling white. they look like old towels in multcolors. this is a put off if you are paying so much for a luxury villa. 4) internet is super slow and does not work half the time. we called the technician multiple times and they did come, but internet sucks.

I am totally impressed by the all the service staff. Everyone is so professional and friendly. It is a trip after the pandemic to give my family and opportunity to take a break and the hospitality we had received really made us feel safe and welcome!

18년전에 방문했을때 너무 좋은 기억이라 다시 찾았습니다. 그때 모습그대로 변함없이 아름다운 빌라였습니다. 그런데 오래된 만큼 노후된 부분은 보이는 것은 어쩔 수 없었네요.

正直なところ建物・設備は古いが、主要なところは清潔にメンテナンスしてあり、そこまで気にならない。朝食は残念なレベル。スタッフのサービスに問題なく、プライベートプールのコンディションは良好、無料でつくカートは非常に便利。総合的には、やはり前述の古さ等から宿泊料の高さが否めず、リピートするかというと考えどころ。

Villa has a nice view but that was it. WiFi broke down twice and the hotel was definitely showing its age. Maintenance and attention to detail was also lacking.

It is an Overly priced villa with a poor view. The pictures on the sites are not even close to the real villas. Its all dirty , poorly maintained & highly disappointing rooms.

Pleasantly surprised! My trip came with private car transfer to the Ferry Terminal and my villa came with a private bugee for us to use. We could also choose to have our breakfast delivered to our villa with no extra charge! The staff all very accommodating & very courteous. Will come back again! Good for a relaxing family holiday or couple getaway.

We had a nice viewing from our villa. Furthermore, we spent peaceful time in our villa and resort.

There is a major difference in the staff's attitude before check in and after checkout, it is terrible after checking out, the breakfast is'nt nice, there should be improvements to it. After the checkout, the staffs are unwilling to help, example: asking the staff nicely to send us from resort hotel to the main hotel by the buggy ( the car ) they did not want to and asked us to take the shuttle bus which also arrives at the same location . Before checking in n and during the process, everywhere we went to, there will be a buggy driver sending us , service was excellent. The staffs should not behave that way, 2 faced . Bad experience but overall still alright.

I planned a surprise proposal for my fiancée (past girlfriend) in this accommodation (Bintan) and fortunately it was a success!. Truth to be told, the price is exorbitant and I guess this is the rate for such accommodation in Bintan. Besides the cost, I am quite satisfied with the overall ambience, the private pool especially was a delight to have in the villa. The scenery was magnificent at certain times of the day, overlooking the sea and definitely making an excellent background for photo-taking. Basically you pay the price for the view, the privacy and the relaxation sensation (away from Singapore) on that island. I was reasonably satisfied with the customer service provided so this is not an issue to worry on. There are also other downside (apart from the cost) to the stay such as their furniture which look slightly run-down and old. If you are on a tight budget, I would not suggest you to consider choosing Bintan Villas as your preferred accommodation. But if you are looking to give your girlfriend a surprise proposal, this is indeed one place which you can really consider one-off.

The personal buggy was a win for me. Added on greatly to the convenience of moving around. The pool was fairly clean, we did not have much issues with mosquitoes or other insects given that we were surrounded by trees. The restaurant choices could be better in my opinion but it did not really bother me much. The fully equipped kitchen is also a plus point for me! Big thumbs up. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family looking for a short getaway to Bintan.

My family of 6 stayed at the 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. My boys love the pool and swam for all the 3 days we stayed there. We got Blowfish 7 which is a slight disappointment as it was not sea facing but nevertheless the pool made up for it. It was a decent lap pool with the deepest end at 1.5 m and the pool was well maintained. Understand some complaint about the villa being old but for us, it is fine so long as it is clean. We read about mozzies and I brought my mozzies repellent along and didn't hear anyone got attack!

I came to this resort for 2 nights as part of a holiday in Singapore. I booked via the internet and rang to confirm I would be picked up at the ferry terminal. I suggest pay the extra to travel Emerald class on the ferry as it makes things so easy. Everything went smoothly with my booking. The hotel staff were all helpful. In some cases the english language was difficult for them to understand and repeats were necessary. We really enjoyed the breakfast venue and the beach shed for drinks in the afternoon. In the villa some things were slightly damaged such as the arm on a chair or a tap fitting, but this did not detract from the beautiful surroundings. The villa is spacious and it was fun to travel the resort via our own golf cart. The beach is divine in the late afternoon, and having a private pool suited us as well. Overall a very relaxing place and I recommend it if looking for a get away from Singapore.

The villa was very old and worn. We usually stay at Blowfish 2 but this time they gave us Blowfish 7. Do NOT stay here because the pool is situated at the side of the villa facing the villa wall or the jungle. Blowfish 2 is the villa that is featured on their website with the villa and pool overlooking the sea. The service at the reception sucks so try not to have to deal with them or your holiday will be ruined. I will not return even though I've been coming once a year for 5 years. This last trip was horrible beyond belief and my conclusion is that they ought to tear down Indra Maya and rebuild but it is apparent that the organization is hanging on by a thread as the villas are poorly-furnished and maintained. Will not be returning!

Every villa has a golf car so we can drive everywhere. Convenient indeed! And the staff in the elephant park are really friendly. I love this place.
