Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The friendly staff and excellent location. This is the first hotel I stayed in that had staff pass by each room around 7pm asking if we needed anything. The care was quite comforting. The daily room cleaning was much appreciated and we didn’t have to request it even.
Our room’s phone wasn’t working which made it impossible to order room service and the weather was so cold and gloomy all week.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the hotel’s special couples’ night for our anniversary. It included a delicious dinner buffet, complimentary cocktails, and a lovely fruit platter in our room. This thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, tasty, and generous. Our room was very comfortable, included everything needed and had a beautiful view of the beach and pier. The parking area felt very safe, with a gated entrance and 24/7 security. The Boardwalk Casino and Mall is right next to the hotel and within walking distance, making it very convenient for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and everything else you might need. A perfect getaway for couples! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Location great Room was comfortable with heat pump Greatermann is such an asset to the hotel, always appreciate his friendly demeanor.

I had booked at the hotel for the night,I had breakfast, and then proceeded to sit at the verandah restaurant to chill.I ordered drinks while I chilled, but as I was about to order lunch,thus guy came to me and said I should leave the table and sit inside because the table I was sitting at is booked. I know they make money, but they've lost mine because I'll never come back again!

Cupboard space was limited and breakfast staff could be more attentive with coffee.
