Location is great with access to Boardwalk Mall with restaurants and shopping. Renovations will be great when completed! The food menu is varied and the food was good. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but the facilities all look great!

No telephones in the room so Room service needs to be ordered through Reception. Some of our orders were delivered incomplete, e.g. no salt and pepper, no sauces, like tomato sauce and mayonnaise that were specifically ordered AND no serviettes, resulting in us having to use toilet paper. Also no clear idea of what to do with the empty plates since a tray isn't left with the delivery so dirty plates are left in the room until Housekeeping comes the next day!

une coupure totale d’eau dans les chambres a rendu le séjour impossible. Cette situation constitue un cas de force majeure justifiant mon départ anticipé. Par ailleurs, plusieurs éléments présentés sur Booking.com se sont révélés inexacts, notamment : l’absence de certaines prestations annoncées (ex. : salle de fitness indisponible), des informations trompeuses sur les services de l’hôtel et qui m'avait conduit à choisir cet hotel. Je tiens également à rappeler qu’un accord oral a été trouvé le 9 mai entre Booking.com et l’hôtel concernant un dédommagement. Toutefois, à ce jour : aucun remboursement des 2 nuits non consommées n’a été effectué, ni des petits-déjeuners inclus correspondants, et ce malgré un prélèvement effectué en amont le 2 mai pour des prestations non honorées. Je regrette par ailleurs les délais de traitement anormalement longs de votre service client sur ce dossier. Dans l'attente du remboursement intégral des 2 nuits non honorées, ainsi que des prestations associées (petits-déjeuners),

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Meerblick. Sehr gute Lage. Shopping Mall, Strand und Restaurant alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Waren zum Ironman vor Ort, super Lage hierfür. Das Frühstück läßt keinerlei Wünsche offen

The stairs leading up to the rooms were very dirty with bird poo and should've been cleaned, didn't look nice at all.

The system for ordering room service needs improvement

I’ve stayed there before. Usually a lovely place and setting.

The hotel is being renovated and construction is ongoing. The lounge, bar and restaurant is closed with only a small area at reception available to eat and have a drink. This was made only after the booking was already confirmed. It should have been disclosed and the price adjusted for the limited facilities.

Rooms are beautiful and location is perfect

After paying for my accommodation only then I received an email saying the hotel is under renovation which left us paying for all the facilities but all was not available for use . Nowhere on any of the booking apps was it mentioned that hotel is under renovations or that you have an issue with electricity outings . On arrival the electricity went out and the generator was non functioning. The dining area is tiny and the sound of people’s voices echoing was unbearable. It was not ideal to sit down and have a quiet dinner . The pool is under construction and not available for use . One thing we wanted to do is hang out at the pool . We had to go to the neighbouring hotel for dinner and was advised if we wanted to use a pool we could get a pass at reception to go to the neighbouring hotel. I feel the hotel should be upfront with all these issues . I feel I paid more for my stay this time than in January when all the facilities were available yet I paid more for less now . As a regular at your hotel I feel you should’ve done better atleast drop your rates if your facilities are not all available . I look forward to a beautiful renovated hotel and a better pricing for our next visit . Good luck with the renovation

Pool konnten wir nicht benutzen da am ersten Tag out of order. Und am zweiten Tag war da eine Gruppe die Fotos gemacht haben.

The breakfast was delicious and vast, while the location of the hotel is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the fact of having own iron and board, microwave and toaster makes it even more great.

Having to use WhatsApp for room service is a bit impersonal and invasive somewhat. Also takes away the professionality of your staff, they become too casual as WhatsApp is an app meant for casual chat among familiar people. Further to this point, all requests made via WhatsApp were not attended to and numerous times I had to go to reception to follow up on a request. Sticking to old, winning formulas even in changing times isn't always a bad thing. Please reconsider the WhatsApp.

Cold shower , room door a battle to close and secure leading to patio. No phone in our room but could phone reception but could not reach them when internet is down.

It was a shock to arrive and find that we were staying on a building site during a massive refurb of the hotel. A manager showed us to our very nice room which had recently been refurbed and we decided that we would stay. There were very few guests onsite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was filthy with a layer of chalky scum and there were some soft furnishings submerged in the water. We had to ask them to clean it so that we could swim! The hotel will be lovely when the refurb project has been completed - we just wish that we had been made aware of the works in advance.

beautiful views, recently renovated and mostly well designed room, good location relative to beach and shops, very efficient and friendly staff, pretty hotel.

Noise from highway just in front of hotel was disturbing; even more disturbing were loud guests arriving late at night and having arguments and discussions just outside our room. Insulation, both for sound and drafts is very poor in the rooms. There were no hooks and insufficient bars in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothing.

Upgraded and refurbished rooms are very good and modern and nicely laid out. Well done. Great staff - reception and restaurant and room service. Comfortable and spacious reception area and good for when waiting for the room to be ready.

refurbishment work going on but was not an issue to be honest. will be amazing when complete. Maybe if they can do more sound proofing in rooms during the refurbs going on as the hotel is by the main road.
