Hot/warm inside pool was adults only. AC temp is only 22C to 25C, basically it was either too cold on AC or too hot without AC on arrival toilet and sink needed cleaning. also toilet seat was moving so it was fun Smallest of cups on Breakfast so that I had to go to the counter 3 times per breakfast. Mosquito nets will help Tv is old and no smart service on it ... good thing i had packed a hard drive warm water was absent one evening... the rest of the time we had to wait for it for a minute or two high pillows is not a good idea. looks great but not comfy balcony dryer came apart like 5 times and had to be mended. no info that we need to get towels on reception.. had to some investigating. also - ants everywhere

Местоположението беше отлично. Плажната ивица беше много голяма и беше чисто като на плажа така и в целия комплекс.Закуската беше богата и вкусна. Персонала любезен.

Не ми хареса кафето което се предлагаше в ресторанта. Климатика който беше в стаята не охлаждаше достатъчно.

Había muchos mosquitos, se necesitan mosquiteras en las ventanas, eso les quita muchos puntos al hotel. No nos gustó mucho el acceso en las instalaciones. No había mucha variedad en el desayuno y cena.

Wonderful hotel with plenty of space, and the sea is literally right in front of the property. The private beach is a fantastic bonus and really adds to the experience. The food is quite varied and tasty. The only small downside for me was the lack of a proper espresso in the restaurant . However, our suite had a Nespresso machine, which was regularly restocked, so that was a nice touch. 😊 Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!

The staff, the beach, the pools.

We paid for 6 nights with breakfast and dinner included, but unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible considering how much we paid. And being in Greece, at a 5-star hotel, not having fish included on the menu is simply unacceptable. Come on! There were also ants everywhere in our room — on the bed, in the bathroom, and throughout the room. The room was cleaned every day, yet the problem continued. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and definitely not what we expected from a 5-star hotel. We will certainly not be coming back.

Закуската - Всеки ден имаше малко неща ,бяха едни и същи и не ставаха за ядене повечето.Яла съм по-хубава закуска в по скромни хотели. На вечеря -малък избор от храна,няма много неща,но поне основните ястия се сменят всяка вечер и очаквах повече морска храна ,все пак сме в Гърция.

Местоположението на хотела е чудесно!

При изхранване на полупансион, т.е. закуска и вечеря, нямаше никакви базови напитки! На закуска имаше вода и сок (разбит прах с вода) от машина, в малки чашки 150мл., но на вечеря НИЩО!! Дори елементарно вода от чешмата няма. А имаше доста семейства с малки деца. Всички напитки бяха платени, например бутилка бира 330 мл (местна марка) беше 5.50 - 6.00 евро, а литър бутилирана вода 3 евро. Сутрин имаше рядко, подобно на чай, кафе в кана, разбито инстантно кафе. И в допълнение предлагаха кафе "еспресо", което се оказа малко по-наситено от същото разбито инстантно кафе. В десертите пък изобилства евтина сладкарска сметана, каквото взех, върнях го! На плажа кафето струваше 4.50 евро. Извинявам се, но за нощувка в порядъка 250-300 евро и претенции за 5звездно обслужване, някак лично на мен ми остана горчилка... Дребни неща са, но остават неприятни впечатления!!

Плажът не беше препълнен и имаше свободни места, въпреки нахалниците, резервиращи с кърпи шезлонги. Дълбочината на водата беше подходяща за малки деца.

Нямаше кафе всяка сутрин, няма безплатна вода вечер, камериерките много държаха чаршафите да са опънати по конец, докато подът не беше почистен подходящо, нямаше кофа за боклук и се налагаше да събирам обемист боклул на терасата, който стоя там 5 дни, преди да бъде изхвърлен. Сифонът на душа се запушваше постоянно и не беше почистван редовно, а другият сифон в банята не вършеше никаква работа , защото беше поставен на най-високото място и банята се завиряваше цялата, а липсваше моп за обиране на излишната вода и така цялата мръсотия се разпостраняваше и в стаята.

Deși hotelul era plin la capacitate maxima, nu pare a fii aglomerat. Plaja cu nisip cu sejlonguri confortabile, întrare lina in mare .O plaja ideala pt. familiile cu copii mici. Curățenia hotelului exemplara, mâncare gustoasa, restaurant elegant.

Хотел је погодан за породице са децом. Храна је разноврсна, локација је одлична, плажа је мирна са лепим песком. Особље је љубазно и труде се да одговоре на сваки захтев. Собе се чисте сваки дан, постељина се мења сваки трећи дан.

Недостатак мрежа против комараца. Има доста мрава у собама.

Стаите ни бяха пълни с комари. Като допълнителни комари чакаха при всяко отваряне на врата или прозорец. От хотела изпратиха човек да напръска в стаите, но това не ни помогна особено. Въпреки, че си закупихме допълнителни репиленти и машинки за контактите, проблема си остана. Явно тревните площи не се обработват срещу комари. Храната не отговаря на звездите на хотела. Много амортизирана леглова база. В 9.00 сутринта, камериерките започват да тропат по вратите.

Отлично местоположение. Страхотен плаж. Спокойствие. Стаите с басейн са прекрасни. Четвърта година посещаваме хотела и сме много доволни. Следващото лято ще сме там отново.

útulný hotel, super pláž a čistucke more + niekoľko bazénov, pri bazénoch vždy dostupné ambrela a lehátka. Dobrá obsluha pri mori a bazenoch, ochotný personál. Pláž skoro individuálny, velky osobný priestor pre každého hostia. Reštaurácia a bar super, personal tiež nápomocný ochotný a milý ; strava rôznoroda, chutná pestrá.

horúca voda občas večer nebola dostupná; dostupné lehátka bez poplatku pri mori treba obsadiť úplne skoro ráno. Pri hoteli žiadna promenáda, nemáte kde sa večer prechádzať, iba do mesta 30 min cesta. Matrace hrozne, hrejivé, vankúše tiež boli iba hrubé, vysoké, (ako pre kardiakov), aj po výmene nebolo to dobre. TV starý, bez podpory YouTube, Netflix... Klima tiež stara, teploty da sa regulovať iba 22-25°C, bez timera. Pytna voda iba za poplatok 3€! 🙆🏽‍♂️ (aj pri večeri) , pri tom že vodu z kohútika piť sa neodporúča. Kupili sme potom viacej v Lidl obchode v meste.

Комплексът е страхотен - точно на плажа, който е просторен, чист и плитък (много подходящ за малки деца). Стаите се почистват всеки ден и персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Има и малка детска площадка, която беше идеален вариант за игри след вечеря.

Имаше доста комари вечер (дали имат практика да обработват срещу такива в рамките на комплекса, не се знае), а стаите нямат комарници, съответно вечер след плаж се "доизкъпвахме" в репелент, но все пак не ни се размина. 🙄😁

Wir mussten im Restaurant für Wasser bezahlen, obwohl das Abendessen im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen war. Wasser sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein.

The hotel is excellent for a family with kids if you want to relax and possibly visit surrounding locations like Mount Olympus and Thessaloniki. It offers several pools suitable for very young kids (70cm depth), and green areas where the kids can run. The beach is literally a few footsteps away from the apartment, with nice sand and temperate waters. Food was good in general, with some things being excellent and others merely reasonable, so you need to pick your food well.

Toilets in the main building had several issues: not very clean, no soap, stuff not working. Drinks not included in the dinner and charged very high prices. Most food very salty presumably to incite purchase of drinks. To get a simple meal for our young children in the middle of the day we needed to take the car to the nearest town because the hotel bar and restaurant do not provide "simple food".

Dinning hour changed from last year from 6 pm to 7 pm which I find quite late. We've been here also in 2025 and the price increased in 2026 with 45%

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, great beach. Everything was nice for a holiday. We had a room with Sea view and it was amazing. Breakfasts and dinners were great with everything necessary. Will visit again.

Двойна стая с частичен изглед море беше много просторна и с красива гледка. Меки и удобни легла. Удобно и бързо се стига до плажа, басейните и ресторанта. Сутрин има свободни шезлонги и шатри. Чистеха и сменяха хавлийте всеки ден. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Не сме имали проблеми. На пешеходно разстояние от града. Плажа е страхотен. Голяма пясъчна линия и чиста плитка вода. Има и голяма свободна зона, но почти няма външни хора. Препоръчвам за спокойна почивка.

Няма Комарницки и не пръскат против комари. Има много и хапят постоянно на вън по алеите и в стаите. Трябва да се помисли за справяне с тях. Също така климатика не се регулира и духа много студено. В стаята става 15 градуса и не може да се седи на климатик.

Πλημμελής καθαρισμός δωματίου. Μικρή ποικιλία φαγητών για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο. Κακοπαρασκευασμένα γλυκίσματα. Κακής ποιότητας καφές. Ανεκπαίδευτο και άπειρο προσωπικό στο bar της πισίνας και, εν μέρει, στο κεντρικό εστιατόριο.

This was our third stay at the hotel, which reflects how much we enjoy coming back\. The food at Erato Restaurant, where we had breakfast and dinner, was excellent, as was the food at Paprica Restaurant\. The service and the attention of the staff at both restaurants were outstanding\. We also really enjoyed the beach and the hotel’s location, as well as the location of our room\. Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing, and we had a very enjoyable stay\.

For the first two days, we were accommodated in a room where the washbasin was located inside the bedroom, while the shower and toilet were in two separate compartments\. As we were travelling with our 5\-year\-old daughter, we found this layout difficult in terms of privacy, which was the reason why we requested a room change\. After several requests, we were eventually moved to room 1511, located on the ground floor\. The main issue with room 1511 was the bathroom ventilation\. The bathroom window did not open directly to the outside, but into an adjoining enclosed space from which an unpleasant smell was coming\. As a result, there was no proper way to ventilate the bathroom, particularly after using the shower, when the humidity remained both in the bathroom and in the room\. We tried to air the room using the air\-conditioning system, but this could not replace proper bathroom ventilation\. I believe that installing a proper ventilation system or an extractor fan would greatly improve the comfort of the room\. I would also suggest installing an insect screen on the room door, so that it could be left open for fresh air without mosquitoes entering, as there were quite a lot of them during our stay\. These comments are not intended as criticism, but as constructive suggestions\. This was our third stay at the hotel, and on our previous visits we had nothing to complain about\. Apart from these points, everything was fine and we had a very pleasant stay.

Buffet was excellent - wholesome fresh prepared food with good variety from day to day. Pool outside the room was perfect for kids. Beach and included umbrellas were easy to get to.

Rooms were a little cramped for a family of 4 - but ok for a short time. Pools closed quite early even though it was still hot outside.

It's spacious, the rooms are very big, the balcony is big, even at full capacity the spaces and pools feel empty, the beach as well. The staff is nice as well.

Even tho there's so much empty space it feels underutilized, more sunbeds are needed around the property. It also feels like a maze with fences and walls between the various pools and the beach you have to walk double or triple the distance, or jump over fences. The pool water was very cold, probably 5-8 degrees colder than the sea. No mosquito screen on the balcony door. There are mosquitos at night and instead of being able to sleep on an open door to the fresh breeze and sound of the sea you are forced to sleep with doors closed and AC on. Prices on the bar and even for drinks at dinner are quite high.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια, η οργάνωση και το φαγητο(πρωινό και δείπνο) ήταν πολύ καλά, όπως έπρεπε να είναι ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό σε όλα, ευγένεια και ανταπόκριση σε οτιδήποτε ζητήσαμε.Ειχε και live βραδιά, πράγμα που το έκανε ακόμα πιο ωραίο.

Обслужването, храната, удобствата и обстановката са прекрасни! Помислено е за всичко. Кърпи се сменят всеки ден, спално бельо на всеки 3 нощувки. Плажът е фин пясък, плитко море навътре. Удобни и качествени шезлонги, разделени на групи на огромна плажна ивица.

Водата на влизане в морето беше мътна като боза и имаше доста морска трева. Но ако влезеш навътре - става чиста и е плитко, рай за малчуганите. Няма никаква анимация за деца, а повечето гости са семейства с деца.

Разположение на хотела

Стайте са малки ,няма достатъчно място ,гардероба е нефункционален.Външните тоалетни не работеха .Тоалетната на басейна беше мръсна ,дамската не работеше поради запушване и така и не я оправиха.Водата в ресторанта по време на вечеря се плащаше по 3€ за литър

The hotel is right on the beach and this was very comfortable for us because we have a baby, so it was super easy to come and go for naps, feedings etc. Also, there was plenty of available deckchairs, so we had a lot of space (which we definitely needed having a stroller and all of the stuff for the baby). The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food is excellent, and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

The bed was actually two beds that are pushed together, so this was not optimal because there was a gap in the middle.

Minden tökéletes volt. Tiszta, jól felszerelt és nagyon szép hotel, minden megtalálható ami szükséges. A strand közvetlen a hotel mellett található. A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon finom, és rendkívül változatos. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Tervezünk visszatérni.

La posizione direttamente sul mare, bella la spiaggia, confortevole il letto, la camera con ingresso diretto in piscina è una chicca speciale .

Il mangiare compreso nella mezza pensione non è di un hotel di 5 stelle. Molto gentile e apprezzabile il manager che ci ha cambiato la cena con il pranzo presso ristorante alla carte dove si mangiava molto bene.

The location and beach are excellent. There was also a good variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. The staff in the main restaurant were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

The rooms and facilities are quite outdated and do not comply with a 5 star resort. The rooms were not cleaned properly every day. Upon check in we were told that the sunbeds, apart from the cabanas, are free for hotel guests, but on a random Tuesday we were told that one of the beach bars is now paid 10 euros because quoting “ the manager decided that as of today this beach bar is paid also for hotel quests”. What made this particularly confusing was that the beach bar had the exact same sunbeds and beverage selection as the other beach bars, making the sudden decision to charge guests feel inconsistent, unnecessary, and poorly communicated.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Although there were many guests, it never felt crowded. Our room was spacious, and both breakfast and dinner were very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

The only drawbacks were the lack of mosquito screens on the windows and the housekeeping schedule. Rooms were cleaned between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., which happened to be the hottest part of the day. As we were traveling with a small child, this was also the time when our child took an afternoon nap. Because of this, we were unable to have our room cleaned during our entire stay. It would be helpful if housekeeping hours were more flexible or if guests could choose a preferred cleaning time.

Had trouble fix8ng our toilet in the room, water ran much of the time. Staff attended to any other needs very well.

I definitely liked everything. The complex is large enough so that there is no crowding. There are always free sunbeds on the beach and at the pools. The a la carte restaurants offer varied and delicious Greek and Mediterranean food, and the main restaurant, where we eat for breakfast and dinner, offers a very varied cuisine. And Nikos and Stavros make sure that you don't miss anything, it's obvious that they love their job.

What we were missing was a mosquito net on the door to the veranda.

Uns hat’s gefallen, paar Auskünfte hätte besser beschrieben werden sollen ( z.B.wie ist mit Liegen am Pool und am Strand zu bezahlen sind, welcher frei sind) Zimmer sind nicht 5 Sterne Standard, Wunderschöne Lage und schöne Pool Landschaften… Personal sehr nett Essen viel aber meist das gleiche…Fisch und Fleisch meist trocken gewesen… aber gabs genüg anderen Gerichten die mann essen könnte.

Die Getränke sind teuer, (liebe am Stand gegenüber vom Eingang, Kaffe, Eis und Wasser zu kaufen.) Wellnes Bereich , hiermit meine ich Behandlungen , falls ja nur bei Anastasia buchen und Pediküre und Maniküre auf gar kein Fall machen. Sparen sie sich das Geld.

Gepflegte Garten- und Hotels Lage. Grosszuegig gestaltet, viele hochwertige Materialien. Auch gutes Essen. Sehr guter Roomcleaning-Service, Danke! an die Hausdame Monika!

Leider kein echtes 5*Hotel, Blechbesteck, viel zu enge Bestuhlung im Speisesaal, langweiliges Buffet ohne Ambition, Geldmacherei bei Getränken und Sonnenliegen, Kommandorufe durch das Restaurant zwischen Personal... Und auch das Publikum war eher 2*...

Excellent value for money. The hotel is located directly on the beach with a beautiful sea view, making it a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, ideal for rest. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Both breakfast and dinner offered good quality food with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

Breakfast and Dinner selections were beyond expectations...lots of variety...healthy dishes which aren't available when eating solely at the usual ' tourist' eateries. I loved the quietness & calm of the hotel , beach area & surrounds...vs...the main areas of Paralia which is overcrowded & noisy. I felt safe...as a solo older woman.

Although my suite was well soundproofed from outside surroundings (even the pool) ... unfortunately, the ceiling was a source of disturbance late at night from the upstairs rooms...i.e., sounds of furniture being dragged along the floor, crying babies...also from the plumbing ( showers / spas ) .

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, πάνω στη θάλασσα, σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία μακριά από την πόλη. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση.

Персоналът е много любезен, местоположението е отлично. Стаите са големи. Момичето, което работи на плажа на последната зона с чадърите е много любезно.

Условията не отговарят на хотел 5 звезди по никакъв начин. Няма комарници на балконските врати, стаята се пълнеше с комари, въпреки че купих изпарител против комари, нахапани сме. Възглавниците са ужасно високи, наложи се да спя на сгънато шалте. Осветлението в стаите е ужасно слабо, не може да се чете книга вечер. Обща завивка, която е просто чаршаф, резервна няма. Бутонът за вода на тоалетната чиния беше развален и трябваше да го връщаме, иначе водата не спираше да тече. Сушилникът на терасата буквално се разпадаше при всеки опит да сложа нещо на него. Терасата сутрин е неизползваема, защото няма нищо, което да прави сянка. Огромно разнообразие от храна, но с много ниско качество. Срамота е в Гърция да се сервират пластмасови домати, меки краставици, безвкусни диня и нектарини, само портокалите бяха хубави. Цените в ресторантите към хотела са безбожни и отново с ниско качество храна. Салата Цезар беше пълна с царевица и с майонеза, а не със сос Цезар. Една салата Цезар, един клуб сандвич и две коли - 36 евро. Фреш - 7 евро. На другия ден пробвахме другия ресторант в комплекса. Сервираха ни калмари без лимон, 3 пъти помолих за хляб, който донесоха след като вече бяхме приключили с обяда. Октоподът беше с пюре, което мразя и помолих да не ми го слагат, сервитьорът се държа супер арогантно и каза, че така върви порцията, какво съм искала. Казах, че просто не го искам в чинията, а не замяна или отстъпка от цената. Отделно дойде възрастен мъж, предполагам управител и започна да крещи по сервитьорите пред клиентите, което беше доста грозна гледка. Шезлонгите на плажа са по 30 килограма и цял ден го влачиш, за да имаш сянка. Предложение - сложете допълнителни леки чадъри, за да може който иска да си постави, както са направили на плажа на хотел Акрогиали, а не да влачим тези дънери през 30 минути. Реално хотелът е около 3 звезди, не повече, спасява го само местоположението. Евтини мебели, матраци, възглавници, стара база като цяло, което носи усещане за Соц хотел.

Hotel zu alt und vieles sachen sind defekt, Strand unsauber und mit defekte ligen, sauna fast immer nicht warm genug, dampfbad nicht dicht und sitz defekt, im zimmer immer ameisen von haupteingang gekommen tür ist gar nicht dicht unten im boden, tresor x-mal defekt bis neu gewechselt sind 8 tage vorbei, jede morgen von 10:30-11:30 im strand hat extrem gestunken nach Gass, wegem Sport bote, weil die dumme leute haben immer getank mit hand, persönliches strandsachen von sonnenligenstuhl Die Kellnerin hat ohne zu fragen weg genommen ect.

The hotel staff members were kind and friendly. Our breakfast/dinner hosts Niko and Stavros accommodated us in regards to food necessities and preferences. They were very kind and hospitable, amazing service. Thank you for a great vacation!

Die Lage ist sensationell. Der hoteleigene Strand fantastisch. Das „Village-Konzept“ trägt dazu bei, dass alles etwas entspannter ist. Alle und zwar jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist grossartig, freundlich, hilfsbereit!!! Wunderbar!

Everything was perfect! Staff is very polite and positive. Hotel is great for families! Food is also great. We will definitely be back!

We liked everything, but If I have to say something it is that internet connection can be much better and also there are no mosquito nets.

Морето беше по-бурно от очакванията, но добрите условия в хотела и басейна не позволиха това да рефлектира на цялостното приятно преживяване.

Wir haben ein abgeschiedenen Hotel gesucht ohne Massen am Strand. In diesem Sinne haben wir genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben. Es ist herrlich ruhig, wenig Menschen, Weitblick, beste Strandlage, Duschen, Umkleiden. Alles perfekt. Auch am Pool gibt es kein Gezanke um Liegen. Im Pool waren wir manchmal ganz alleine. Das Essen war hervorragend, überwiegend sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Team vor Ort. Vielen Dank!

Hier und da ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten zwei Zimner gemietet. Bei beiden war die Balkontür kaputt, Licht ging nicht. In einem Zimmer stank es aus dem Bad heraus. Die Preise für Getränke waren übertrieben teuer, da macht es als Familie keinen Spaß vier kleine Cola für 18 Euro zu bestellen. Die erste Strandreihe haben sich konsequent die Rentner ab was weiß ich wie viel Uhr reserviert. Wir sind dann auf überdachte Liegen für 30 Euro/Tag ausgewichen.

Die Lage, der Strand, die Cocktatils

Dass mas die Liegen am Strand extra zahlen musste. Dass der „adults only“ pool nur für swim-up Zimmerbewohner war. Dass das Buffet zu wenig Auswahl am Abend hatte.

The only beacon of customer service were the breakfast staff. I observed two of the staff, Stavros and Nikos, who should be promoted to head the customer service for the entire hotel. When giving instructions to staff, they were calm and relaxed. And the staff was calm and relaxed when performing their duties. The beach sunbeds were good and the layout of the hotel was good.

Other than the breakfast staff, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in Greece. Afternoon staff was often tense, cleaning staff wouldn't leave if my wife stopped in to shower/change, requests for our daughter were often a no. I don't know what foreigners run this hotel (not Americans) as such customer service comes from the top. And I have a complaint about the towels. Normally when you bring towels back, you receive the deposit. The first time I attempted to get back to deposit, the gentleman at the desk insisted that I have the ticket. As we were checking out, I had to go find my wife to get the ticket. And when I returned and checked out, the towels were taken but I did not receive 20 euros deposit. By that time I was not feeling well after walking back in the heat as I also was not able to shower because the hotel did not have water. This happened a number of times during our stay. This message should be read by management because you have a serious problem with this hotel. Well I will have future projects in this area, I will not be returning.

Плажът е много чист и в непосредствена близост до стаите. Храната за закуска е задоволителна, но за вечеря не беше равна на 5 звезди. За трета поредна година посещаваме и този път сме разочаровани. Ще пропуснем следващата година!

Няколко пъти спираше водата и не можехме да се изкъпем. Последната вечер течеше кафява и ледена вода от чешмата и душа и изобщо не можахме да се изкъпем след плаж, което беше изключително неприятно! Информирахме персонала, но съветът им беше да я оставим да се поизточи 40мин и ако не дойде да ги информираме отново.. Е, не дойде над 3 часа. Това е абсурдно за пет звезден хотел!

Много хубав, чист плаж и наличието на средиземноморска храна на вечеря!

Няма комарник на балконската врата и я колко пъти се случи да няма топла вода!

Food and the fact that there were no kids events.Very expensive drinks at the bar and at the restaurant,5€ for a small beer is non sense

From Nikos and Stavros from the restaurant and the Guest service lady( Im sorry, I did not get the name) we got amazing service! This is our second time in the hotel and for sure there will be a next one.Keep up the wonderful work.

Има какво да се желае относно защита от насекоми и качество на храната и относно напитките. Нормално е 5 звезден хотел да е включил вода към вечерята. Консумацията на др. Напитки е уместно да се заплаща отделно.

Was very good, perfect location and great atmosphere.

We had an issue with ants in our room. The staff responded promptly and cleaned the room, but unfortunately, the ants returned the following day. This caused some discomfort for my family, especially our children. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

The location is perfect. The beach is perfect. The pools are perfect. The food is great. The staff is great.

The rooms were not very well maintained. The doors were very noisy. The floor was not cleaned daily. There were no nets on the windows, so bugs did come in. The bedroom was very small. The "beds" in the living room were very small. They were actually small sofas. My teenage daughter could not fit in.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. We will come back again

Всичко беше на ниво!

Персонала е много вежлив, храната е чудесна, плажа изключително широк и чист.

От няколко години ресторантът към комплекса организира празненства (сватби). Петък, събота и неделя музиката е до зори, много силна и не може да се спи. Недопустимо за място, което се позицонира като Premium курорт и като категория, и като цена. Въпреки многократните ми оплаквания нищо не направиха, а т.нар "мениджър" не благовли да разговаря с мен. След многократните ми опити да получа някакво станивище по въроса и евентуална компенсация ни дадоха ваучер за безплатни напитки за една вечера...

The beach, the parking was near the building

The outer door of the room was broken and we were forced to use force to be able to close and lock it. The mechanism for the outer door to the yard was not functioning properly and we had difficulty opening it. Breakfast and dinner were not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The room was old, the bathroom leaked when strong shower. For such huge price we would be able to have 2 or 3 nights in a hotel with similar level. Disappointing....

В банята ставаше наводнение каквото и да правим , водата оставаше не се отичаше и беше адски неприятно , ставаше като локва , стаята беше 1825
