D avoir payé le petit dejeuner sans pouvoir le pre dre. Vol à 6h du matin et ouverture du buffet à 7h30.

The hotel is exellent, the food is great.

A cash amount of mony equivalent to 800€, which was kept among personall belongings and packed inside a sock, went missing from our room. All rooms are left open and unattended during cleaning creating a serve security risk. Following the event, the incident had to be reported repeadetly to individuall stuff members, creating an inpression of a theft on a beach or in the publick transport, rather than a robbery inside a managed hotel where the victims were registred gusts. Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of internal communication within the menagment, or an underlyning assumption that such a distressing event does not concern them. We reported the matter to the police, and the formal complaint is now submitted. The Head of Hotel Administration and Stefi acted with great professionalism, which we highly appreciate. A formal response is expected.

Hotellet är 10 minuter från stranden och det gjorde det till en rofylld vistelse. Mycket bra pool område med många solsängar. Vi hade rum mot poolen som var tyst, men lite mindre i storlek (14 kvm). Städningen av rummet var mycket bra. Vi hade halvpension med måltid på morgon och kväll, fantastiska måltider med nytt tema varje dag. Fins både supermarknad och restauranger på någon minuts avstånd.

Rökning tillåts överallt på pool området och som icke rökare fick man varje dag taktiskt hitta en plats utan någon rökare bredvid sig, och det gick inte. Skärpning här, gör ett rökfritt område och ett för rökare. Vill du använda gymet så är det föråldrat och få maskiner.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with our experience. Money went missing from my wallet while it was left in our room. I understand I should have used the safe, but I honestly would not expect this to happen in a 4-star hotel. Also, our room had a very strong sewage smell throughout the entire stay, coming from the shower and sink drains. We reported it several times, but the problem was never resolved. The smell was so strong that it actually made me feel sick. Considering these issues, I expected at least some compensation or discount, but nothing was offered. In my opinion, this experience does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The only positive thing was the food.

Lage zum Strand

We liked the location as it was close to the beach but at the same time far enough so that it was not noisy during the night. Also, it was conveniently located in front of the bust stop. The room was also nice (especially the spacious shower) and there was the option to have eggs freshly made for you at breakfast. We also enjoyed the outside pool (although the bali beds needed extra payment which was un unpleasant surprise). The personnel was also very friendly, especially the ladies at the reception.

1. We were not happy with the quality of the cleaning. It felt always rushed and not thorough enough. One day the cleaning lady even forgot her cloth in our bathroom and another day the solution on the toilet seat was not even wiped. It felt that the cleaning personnel was only going over the things with a cloth not seriously cleaning (e.g., while we were there the toilet seat was wiped but not the top or down part, we could see the lines from the cloth used on the mirror and other objects and found pink thread on the bathroom floor which must have come from the mop). 2. There was also lots of noise on the hallways coming from the personnel which would wake us up early in the morning. We could hear other guests being mindful with their volume and shhhh-ing each other but there was no restraint from the personal with regards to noise. 3. The water at breakfast tasted horrible. We mostly ate watermelon to compesante the lack of water (as the water with oranges which had a better taste often also had cinnamon in it which we did not like). Overall, the breakfast could use some variety. For example the juices, salad ingredients, sweet pastries (pancakes were nice thiugh!), yoghurt and cereals were exactly the same each day. There were slight varriations for cooked food and sausages, hams, cheeses, etc. but these, although plentiful, did not taste like best quality; except for the mallorcan corner daily foods and the jamon (which was good but we only had it 2 or 3 times during our 10 days stay). 4. The food at the food truck next to the pool. We only tried once as we were really not happy with the quality. There are better and cheaper options close by.

Insgesamt werden die Grundbedürfnisse abgedeckt.

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel und den entsprechendem Preis, bin ich anderes gewohnt. Seien es Kleinigkeiten wie keine Body Lotion, kein Begrüssungswasser im Zimmer oder auch relevanteres, wie Aufzüge die doch eher „wackelig“ daherkommen.

Sehr kleine Zimmer mit Waschbecken neben dem Bett Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr. Ist bei Radtouren am Vormittag etwas zu spät, wenn es Mittags zu heiß wird.

Für ein paar Nächte Mallorca völlig ausreichend. Gutes Frühstück und gepflegte Poolanlage.

Check In war etwas chaotisch, hatte per Mail von 1 Bett auf 2 Bett Zimmer upgegradet und auch bezahlt, dies war jedoch nirgendwo hinterlegt. Ich sollte dann per Screenshot von meinem Onlinebanking nachweisen, dass ich wirklich bezahlt habe, das darf nicht passieren und geht besser

The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the shade from the palm trees. The food / breakfast was a great selection and tasty.

The room was a lot smaller than we expected it to be from the photos. I checked on their website and we could have had a much larger room for less than we paid for.

Die Lage ist ehr nicht so praktisch. Leider etwas zu weit weg vom Strand. Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist auch nicht gerade einladend.

Ich habe hier auf Booking.com eine 70m2 große Suite bei Bordoy „Cosmopolitan“ gebucht. Dafür wurde meine Kreditkarte mit 556 Euro belastet - für eine Nacht. Angekommen gab es keine Suite. Sie sei belegt. Ich könne ein kleineres Zimmer haben. Das ist ein Lockangebot. Booking.com macht sich wissentlich oder unwissentlich zum Komplizen dieser unangenehmen Praktik, denn wenn man einmal angekommen ist, dann wird einem schnell ein anderes Zimmer untergeschoben. „Sie wollen Geld zurück? Dann wenden Sie sich an Booking.com“. Ich werde weder dort noch auf Booking.com weitere Buchungen durchführen. Das ist ein unangenehmer, verantwortungsloser Haufen.

Hotel ist sehr sauber.das Essen war sehr lecker, es ist für jeden etwas dabei.mein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in unterer Etage wurde erfüllt.Zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin gab es eine Flasche Sekt...sehr aufmerksam.Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Bis bald

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful — they were always willing to help and offer solutions. The room was small but cozy, and the mattress was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the room cleaning wasn't always top-notch—the floor was often not very clean, with sand remaining. In our room, the sink was located right on the counter by the entrance, not next to the bathtub—this was inconvenient and a bit odd. In my opinion, a sink could have been installed next to the bathtub. The shower and toilet doors are thin and don't close completely, leaving a gap between the wall and the door. This is odd and uncomfortable, especially if you're traveling with someone else.

El trato del personal, todos ellos muy agradables. La limpieza de la habitación siendo clientes fue perfecta pero si es verdad que cuando entramos el primer día, en la ducha y en el suelo del baño había pelos de los anteriores clientes, (fui gobernanta y lo veo todo jajajaj). Das tolle Zimmer mit großer Terrasse

Great hotel. Nice staff. We arrived at 11:00 and they let us stay at the bar, outside, near the pool while we waited for the room. Very good breakfast.

The hotel was pretty busy – tanning beds are almost all taken at 9:30-10:00 when the pool opens. And if you plan to stay longer than 2 days and have large suitcases the smaller rooms are not comfortable with all the luggage.

Schöne moderne Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktionierte top, Betten bequem, Frühstück immer mit frischem Obst und Säften. Schöner Poolbereich

Die Toilette auf unserem Zimmer war kein geschlossener Raum und hatte keine richtige Tür, sondern eine durchlässige Glas Vorrichtung. Dadurch wenig Privatsphäre.

Personeel ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, rustige locatie, eten qua ontbijt en diner goed verzorgd en hygiëne.

Sommige jonge gasten van één bepaalde nationaliteit misdragen, praten te hard en schreeuwen in de gang zonder respect voor andere gasten ook laat in de nacht.

Es war alles sauber und renoviert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut – der Bierkönig ist in maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war relativ freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Für mich eine klare 10 von 10! Die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig und die Qualität der Speisen ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und zudem sehr klein. Nachts war es durchgehend laut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht nicht. Besonders bedenklich ist die Düse im Pool: Ein Freund hat sich daran verletzt, da der Sog ungewöhnlich stark war. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist die Ausstattung des Zimmers enttäuschend. Es fehlten sogar einfache Annehmlichkeiten wie Kosmetiktücher. Insgesamt gibt es in derselben Preisklasse deutlich bessere Hotels.

Das Essen war hervorragend, lecker und viel Auswahl. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein geschlossener Kleiderschrank wäre toll.

Sehr schönes Erlebnis, freundliches Personal im großen und ganzen ein sauberes Hotel und Poolanlage.

Das die Toilette nur mit einer dünnen Glastüre abgetrennt ist die an allen Seiten offen ist und nicht zum Abschließen ist. Da sollte man vielleicht mal eine richtige Tür einsetzen.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, das Frühstück war vielfältig. Man hatte alles, was man braucht. Check-In war schnell und einfach erledigt und die Lage zur "Partymeile" ist perfekt.

Um 8:00Uhr waren die Reinigungskräfte schon unterwegs, soweit, so gut. Allerdings haben die sich ziemlich laut auf dem Flur unterhalten. Das war wirklich störend, da es recht hellhörig ist. Dass manche Gäste laut sind, ist ok, aber das Personal sollte sich wenigstens in einer angemessenen Lautstärke unterhalten.

Les fenêtres qui donnent sur la ruelle, le voisinage et la non insonorisation. Aucun équipement fourni a part les serviettes qui sont déchirées et ne sentent pas le propre. L’odeur nauséabonde qui sort des douches

Sehr große Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, klasse Aufschnitt und viel Obst.Eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich finde es sehr schön wenn frische Eier oder Omlett zubereitet werden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
