Airport Palms Motel

Nice and tidy, and very conveniently located near the airport. Despite being so close to the airport, we didn’t hear any aircraft engine noise. Keep up the great work!

Clean , comfy, and close to airport . Guy at reception organised a very late arrival for us.

Spacious room with a nice big bath. Close to airport for the early monrning flight.

Nothing bad to say

Clean and tidy

Cars could see directly into the living room and bedroom if the blinds open.

Location is very convenient, a five-minute drive from the airport and connects you to the full city. Very clean room and facilities, helpful staff, always eager to assist. I stay here regularly and have never been disappointed.

Very comfortable all round will stay again one day

Lugging bags up stairs

Clean,tidy and well appointed

The accommodation was really lovely! It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The heat pump was put on for us before arriving which we were grateful for (temperatures were very cold). The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was amazing, clean and very spacious. Having the heater on when we arrived was a lovely surprise.

There was nothing!

Fantastic service, great communication and helpful staff. Staying after a flight cancellation and lights and heater were on when we got there.

This was a last minute booking for us for to our flight being delayed. Great comfortable room, very clean, bed was comfortable and it nice that they put the heat pump on when we arrived late in the evening

Very clean, well set up apartment for a family.

After an evening flight cancellation, the team at Airport Palms Motel was fantastic. They organised a 3 bedroom apartment for our group, picked us up from the airport and organised an early morning taxi pick up for us. Thank you to the team. Your hospitality and care for us was outstanding.

When I arrived every thing was amazing

The layout and cleanliness of the room

Comfortable room located close to the airport. Good value.

Super clean room! Could hear next door but not after 8.30 pm and not before 7.00am. Very quiet through this period. Can’t hear planes. Excellent restaurant across the road at Gateway Motel. Would recommend the slow cooked lamb shoulder to share Walking distance to other eateries within in 5-10 mins Easy check in and super comfy rooms/beds.

Very good choice for a short stay

Very nice and convenient. Comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bed-good location too.

Clean tidy and all coffees teas hot chocolate and milk replenished daily.

The shuttle is only available from 7am and the reason for staying there was we had a 6am flight so meant we had to pay for a taxi.

Exceptional service!!! Extremely friendly atmosphere and rooms very clean and comfortable. We can highly recommend. We will return!

Clean, good size bed and bath room

Having an UK phone we could not contact the shuttle bus

Good location, not far from airport. Studio room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Quiet room, didn’t hear much traffic noise. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for having us.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a desk, kitchen and a very comfy bed. Milk, tea, coffee and cookies were provided. The bathroom was roomy with heating and a very good shower.

The shuttle service only runs specific hours. Outside of the hours you must book a taxi which is approximately NZ35.00 depending on the time.

Clean and well presented. Everything you'd require and expect from an airport motel.

Good location - very clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful experience staying at Airport Palms Motel. The communication throughout was excellent, making everything smooth and stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The location is also very convenient, especially for airport access. A special mention to Sanket, the hotel manager—he was outstanding. His service, communication, and willingness to help truly made our stay memorable. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including arranging an early check-in during one stay and a late check-out during another, which we greatly appreciated. We stayed here twice and both experiences were consistently excellent. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean.

Location

Close to airport, very clean, comfortable

This motel is almost new. The price, service, cleanliness, and communication with management were excellent and appreciated. I have stayed in many hotels and motels in Christchurch while visiting on business , this motel would be my choice in future.

The room was imaculate and beautifully presented. Great location near the airport

We were desperate. This was perfect

The motel is conveniently located close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully presented.

The experience we had with airport palms was beyond our expectations ,our room was offered to us early just what we needed to get sorted for a 3am trip to airport , staff on duty cleaning rooms were so friendly and made sure we were happy with room before settling in for a rest after long drive , so handy to bus stop and airport , our accommodation for any upcoming trips to Christchurch thanks so much from 2 happy travellers Michael and Dianne ….. Melbourne

Was well suited for what we were in Christchurch for. We were there for the car racing at Ruapuna raceway. Easy to get on to motor ways to go anywhere. Plenty of places close to get food.

We like having barbecues rather than cooking in the room. Good barbecue but no lighting which Madrid difficult. At least they supply you a touch in the room which I could USA.

Grosses Zimmer, super Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber.

room on second floor

We arrived late. They were kind enough to help us with taxis. The lights were on the heat was on everything worked to treat.

Good Service, Airport Transfer only 15 NZD, very clean rooms, friendly staff

This is the second time we have stayed at Airport Palms. We will stay again if in the area. The room is very clean with full kitchen amenities. The location is close for airport access, yet it is a quiet safe neighborhood for taking a walk and for sleeping. The staff are nice and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel at 3 am for an early morning flight. They arranged transportation for us so that we did not have to worry about waiting for a ride service to show up at that time in the morning. And sure enough, our driver was right on time at 3 am. This is the kind of service that you want and appreciate that small local hotels can provide.

Excellent hotel. We had a booking.com issue but was sorted by the Hotel at no cost to us. Thank you.

The room was very clean and warm.

We had trouble with car parks. I thought park in front of the room was allocated to the people in the room but we left for dinner and got back with no car parks available.
