Aircon wasn't working in the unit

I was a bit worried seeing how close it was to a main road, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. We received a message with clear instructions for our late check-in, along with a friendly welcome note upon arrival. Staff even checked in on us the following day to make sure we had everything we needed—excellent communication throughout!

If you are looking for upmarket accommodation, this isn't the place. While clean and tidy, there is some obvious wear and tear, though everything functions fine. Additionally, the shower has a high step to get into, which could be an issue for guests with limited mobility.

Could do with a hot / cold sign on the shower as it took a long time to heat up so thought i might have had the tap the wrong way, only a little thing but it would be helpful

No where to hang towels in bathroom, step up into the shower.

Nothing. False advertising. See breakfast was in room. They didn't say there was an extra cost. If I knew there was I wouldn't have booked the hotel. There booking info was didn't from booking.com.

Bed mits, broken toilet paper holder, wasnt cleaned properly, we had dinner at the dinning table and a white tail crawled out from under the table cloth. When you close the toilet door the ceiling moves. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I should have taken more photos

Very well presented and easy location. Clean, spacious, friendly customer focused approach. Very good value for money. Easy distance to airport. Reccomend to all. We always stay here when in Auckland. Thank you.

Spacious unit with ok facilities

A bit rundown and old, charger kept falling out of the power outlet. Staff weren’t on site on arrival and a young mum guest and myself had to deal with a confused old man who didn’t speak English and was going to sleep on the chair outside the office, we had to call the police to come get him and take him home, staff we called were unhelpful.

The back rooms of the unit were very noisey from a very busy road - perhaps a hedge or more effective trellis could have reduced the noise level.

The property was good

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was like a one-bedroom apartment, with a convenient and equipped mini-kitchen, plus a small outdoor sorcery with a picnic table, where I had my dinner. As a visitor, I couldn’t quite read the neighborhood, which seems a somewhat unusual mix of residential, commercial, and industrial. But they provide you with information on things of interest nearby, such as a night market. And there’s a mini-mart and take-out Indian restaurant just across the street. Bottom line — convenient!

Nothing. It’s a ways from city center, but convenient to the airport and a good getaway location, particularly if you’re headed south of the city.

Clean and well appointed. Helpful member of staff who met us and showed us around despite our late arrival. Bed had a very nice mattress. The toilet paper was of notably good quality. Not something I’d normally comment on! The slightly idiosyncratic decor was fun.

The shower is a little tricky to get to the right temperature. It’s fine once you’ve found exactly the right point.

The receptionist was very, very lovely! The studio was very comforting and had homely touches. Fresh linen and towels, which got changed when we were out. When we walked into the room they had opened the windows for us and also their was a fresh smell of incense.

Some of the dishes, utensils and cooking ware was dirty/not cleaned properly. Unfortunately got a sore back from the bed.

The rooms were a nice size with the perfect bed configuration for our family of four. The place was super clean and just what we needed after a long day of travel.

The pillow on my son’s bed was really not ideal. It was uncomfortable and filled with something like polystyrene beans?

C'est pratique de pouvoir se garer devant notre logement. Il y avait une peluche Hello Kitty dans notre logement , ma fille à adoré ! le petit coin jardin est sympathique ! nous reviendrons certainement !

j'aurais aimé avoir un balai à disposition pour nettoyer les pavés du coin extérieur.

Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutte le attrezzature per cucinare. Spazio esterno in piccolo giardino con tavolo grande. Parcheggio davanti alla porta molto comodo. A 20 minuti dall’aeroporto. Zona tranquilla.

Le personnel est super accueillant, du lait, des gateaux et des bonbons offerts a l'arrivée. Le logement etait parfait, idéal avec les enfants, tres bien équipé et bien agencé, propre. La lessive en poudre est mis à disposition gratuitement près de la machine a laver et le sèche linge. Le petit jardin est un plus. Je recommande très fortement. La place de parking gratuite est située juste devant le logement.

With the smooth tiles in shower, as an older couple, found it very slippery. Maybe a mat in there would help us. But it didn’t detract from our stay.

A bit of road noise from the local village idiots sharing their crap music with anyone who didn't want to listen to it. To be fair to motel it was Saturday night, so week day nights may be quieter.

Have stayed in a few motels around Papatoetoe/Mangere many times before. The Grange Motel has been the best by far. Friendly Hosts, very obliging. Unit was clean and just what we needed. Close to family/ Motorway. Have booked to stay there again. Regards Brenda Norgrove

-TV had Netflix -We had a private cute outdoor area with a umbrella table and chairs -The staff were very friendly and helpful -Parking was very easy as our room had its own designated parking next to our door -Sofa was very comfortable -Got given a free cup of coffee and offered biscuits by reception on check out which was so lovely

-We had got given another room then what we had booked which was bigger but quite outdated -There was too much furniture everywhere which made it a little hard to get around so we had to rearrange it to make it spacious -The bathroom was tiny and with my biggest fear the toilet right across the shower plus the shower was outdated -The sink in the bathroom was leaking when it was turned on which made a puddle next to the toilet ☹️ -The bedroom had a musky smell -Might want to do a checkup on the AC as it looks outdated -The fire alarm made beeping noises every 2mins which was annoying and uncomfortable to try and sleep with

My family stayed here because it was close to the airport and had 2 bedrooms. We had an emergency in the morning. My husband was ill and needed to see the doctor before our flight back to USA. Our host was very kind and took the time to help us. We made our flight on time!

Loved everything about it! They upgraded our room and it was a great experience for the kids. The place was spacious so kids can go around and play around.

I just didn't like the bath area. They need a non-slip mat in the bathroom so kids can stay for too long in the shower without me worrying.

Lovely host. Very welcoming. Everything I needed for one night stay. Warm. comfortable bed.

The online pictures looked better than the actual unit, but it was fine for a night before an early flight.

The office staff are absolutely amazing people! The night before we stayed we were spending on Waiheke Island and needed somewhere to park the car whilst we were away. They let us leave it in the motel car park for free for the 48 hours we were on the island and then it was safely there when we came to check in. Also, they gave us an upgraded room which was bigger and had more space. We had a lovely hand written note in the room and some tasty snacks for when we arrived. Great location close to the airport which was perfect for what we needed (probably not a good choice for the city centre - it’s about an hour on public transport!). Kitchenette had everything we needed and the heat pump kept us nice and warm.

A little old and well-loved, but still perfect clean and lovely to stay in.
