המלון מדהים נקי צוות מאד שירותי יש מסעדות מהדרות במלון האסיאתית פשוט מדהימה ברמה גבוההה דים סאם בין הטובים שאכלתי. המלון בנוי מפינות ישיבה מהממות מלון גדול מאד שתי כניסות מאד מפואר ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. ספא מעולה מסאג שווה. נהננו מאד בבריכת המלון. המלון רחוק מהמרכז נסיעה של מעל שעה , אבל יש הובר ומגיעים לכל מקום. בנוסף לקחנו נהג הובר שהכרנו מנסיעה אחרת, ליום שלם של טיולים במחיר של 3800 רופי ליד המלון יש שני קניונים מקומיים עם אפשרויות שונות לאוכל מקומי אותנטי או לבין לאומי כמו פיצה דומינו מקדולנדס וkfc. אבל שוב ממליצה על איסט 32 המסעדה שווה והמחיר אומנם יחסית יקר להודו אבל ב 65 שקלים ארוחה מלאה וברמה גבוהה מאד.

הזמנו את המלון בטעות ( למרות שמאד נהננו ) במקום לילה פאלאס ולמרות שפנינו למלון שעתיים אחרי ההזמנה כשהבנו את הטעות , המלון לא הסכים לוותר על דמי ביטול מלאים אפילו שמדובר באותה רשת וביקשנו רק שיעבירו את ההזמנה , לא הסכימו ואילצו אותנו להתארח בו. וכמו שכתבתי לא סבלנו נהננו מאד , אבל רצינו מקום מרכזי יותר

Never have i been deducted 2 times as security deposit for the same booking from 2 different credit cards. The staff just did not listen or want to understand.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. A special thanks to the Guest Relations team (Srishti & Pratibha) for making our stay so comfortable, especially with our baby. Apart from that, everything was great. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay!

One suggestion would be to have a more comprehensive food menu for breakfast and dinner, particularly with more vegetarian options, as we found the choices somewhat limited.

Quarto com pouco isolamento acústico parto exterior o que deixava entrar o ruído de festas que aconteciam no piso térreo ou imediações.

The staff

The rooms could do with an upgrade Carpet in corridor could do with a clean as it was smelling. The double rooms were dusty with flies and when the ac was turned off you could smell old wood. The club rooms are decent

We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur! Traveling with twin babies can be a handful, but we enjoyed our time a lot, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mohit and Pawan for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend!

Our dining experience was truly exceptional and became one of the most memorable parts of our stay. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Jyoti welcomed us with such warmth, grace and genuine hospitality. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Kaushik, who looked after us so wonderfully throughout our stay. His service was consistently attentive, professional and thoughtful, and he always made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Property was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was sad. Very limited choices for non vegetarians, considering how many foreigners stayed there during my visit. Also, the bathroom was filthy there was fungus everywhere in the shower area. Half the buttons to the lights of the room weren't working. The air freshener that they used in the hallways was so nauseating and strong just smelled like paan.

Went with family for spending some quality time at Delhi 32. Hasan, as always, made everyone feel very welcome and ensured everything was upto mark. Chef Lucky prepared house favorites which were immensely enjoyed by everyone. Poojan's impeccable service was icing on the cake. Have been visiting for past many years now, and have always enjoyed the wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to Hasan, Chef Lucky and Poojan, and other members of staff for the wonderful evening.

Ms. Dami is a very good therapist and she did foot massage out of top standing and have an excellent knowledge about all pressure points. Her behaviour was also excellent! 👌

Relaxing Experience I had an amazing 75-minute massage from somi, and it was exactly what I needed. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and I felt completely rejuvenated afterward. Had a great dinner at Dilli 32. Great food and amazing, super attentive and polite staff especially Roshan who cared for us. The chef came to the table too to double check if the food was okay; which speaks volumes. The live music added to the beautiful dinner experience. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the leela ambience convention hotel in Delhi. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities.Housekeeping was prompt and the beds were very comfortable.The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and well-maintained.WiFi and other facilities worked smoothly without any issues. I especially loved the service and attention to detail.Overall it felt like great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit! Special thanks to Zoya at reception. She was the one who assisted me at the hotel she was very kind and helpful too!

Spelende kinderen tot laat in de avond. We hebben 2 nachten niet kunnen slapen. Hotel manager bood ons andere kamer aan. Maar laatste nacht, slapen voor nacht vlucht was helemaal verhinderd.

I asked the property to arrange for a cake for my husband a it was his birthday. It was shared at the time of booking and also at the time of checkin. Multiple reminders were given but still didnt get that! This is tge only thing that disappointed me. Rest the stay and everything was wonderful and lovely.

Behavioural aspect of staff, very shrud, some rules regulations very inconvenience. Rooms are very cozy didn't give feel of five star hotel property.

Excellent atmosphere. Staff is very helpful. I really enjoyed massage.

The hotel staff were great and helpful. The morning breakfast was phenomenal. There was a lot of variety and we were treated exceptionally well by Chef Himanshu. He made us specials which tasted delicious. The uttapam and banana chocolate crepe were absolutely incredible.

Lovely atmosphere and Jeru was patient and gave amazing massages. Made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommended.
