Déjeuner impeccable , tout y est présent (fruits frais, salé, sucré, différents types de pain. Service impeccable. Buffet rechargé régulièrement. Sauna et piscine accessibles et propres. Chambre propre. Personnel serviable.

*Pratiquement pas de WIFI dans la chambre, très mauvaise qualité (au 3ème) On me signale que je peux aller sur le canapé au 2ème, seulement la lampe est sur détecteur donc embêtant quan on veut préparer sa randonnée avec ses cartes étalées.De même j'étais souvent en tenue de nuit quand je préparais ma journée du lendemain , donc pas pratique d'aller dans le hall du 2ème. Je n'ai pas su non plus faire certains travaux au PC comme je l'avais prévu. *Pas de parking sinon pour +_ 10 voitures, sinon parking public non payant. *Il n'y avait pas grand chôse comme porte manteau pour sêcher ses affaires lorsqu'on rentrait trempée (pas adapté aux randonneurs, hôtel d'un certain standing) * Note de 7 car je ne renseignerais pas cet hôtel malgré tout le positif suite au fait qu'il privillégie une certaien clientèle." Le dernier jour, je réserve ma table pour le souper auprès d'une jeune dame qui me signale être sur la terrasse. J'arrive à 19 h et la dame plus agée me place à l'intérieur dans la mi obscurité où il n'y avait que 3 tables occupées. J'interpelle la jeune dame à qui j'avais passé réservation, et après discution avec sa collègue me replace en terrasse. J'ai vite compris pourquoi on voulait me placer à l'intéreiur. Il attendait une tablée de 6 dames et la dame plus agée a demandé à une famille déjà atablée d'aller à l'intéreiur pour libérer sa table. Si je n'avais pas été à ma table, il aurait pu refaire une tablée de 6 à ma place." Je trouve ce comportement inacceptable, de privilégier des gens extérieurs à des persones de l'hôtel qui y passent 13 nuits. Je ne cautionne absolument pas ce comportemment.

Gyönyörű épület remek elhelyezkedéssel. A tetőteraszon medence van elképesztő kilátással.

A reggeli remek, de nem túl nagy a választék es nincs változatosság, pár nap alatt megunható. A TV kicsi és streaming nem elérhető rajta. A parkoló nagyon szűkös, kevés parkolóhellyel. A szerencsén múlik, hogy van-e hely és befér-e az autó

Velmi krasny a stylově zařízeni hotel. Pokoj velmi hezký s balkonem a výhledem na jezero. Postele pohodlné, čisto a navíc střešní bazen s výhledem a posezením. Snídaně vynikající. Personál byl velmi milí. Kousek k jezeru a po okolí.

Nic.

Skvělá poloha, bazén, snídaně. Není co dodat!

Das Hotel als auch das Restaurant ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und detailverliebt dekoriert, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet als auch im Restaurent. Essen hervorragend und auch in der Küche wird mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt.

Es gibt recht viel Servicepersonal, beim Frühstück schienen die Damen etwas unorganisiert. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Čekání na večeře bylo velice dlouhé a kuchyň fungovala jen do 20.30

Vi besökte området för att prova på vandringslederna och känna på atmosfären i Sankt Gilgen - vi blev verkligen inte besvikna! Vandringslederna (vi vandrade upp till Schafbergspitze och ner till hotellet under en hel dag), är väl utmärkta och erbjuder hisnande vyer så vackra att ord inte räcker till för att beskriva. Lägg därtill charmen som hotellet och byn erbjuder och upplevelsen är perfekt! Vi kom med EV och hotellägaren lät oss nyttja deras laddstation (1st), mot avgift vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Frukosten var omfångsrik, fräsch och underbar att intaga på terrassen som vetter mot Mozartplatz i sommarvärmen... Underbart!

Kanske en petitess, men något vi reagerade på: Vi åt frukost vid bord dukat för fyra, men personalen särade vårt bord till två mindre långt innan terrassen ens var till hälften var belagd med frukost gäster. Vi hade lite svårt att förstå varför när det aldrig var frågan om platsbrist.

Meget fint og smagfuldt gennemrenoveret Gasthof med øje for detaljerne. De er lykkedes så fint med at skabe den helt rigtige og autentiske Østrigste stemning.

La vue sur le lac depuis la chambre avec terrasse, le pittoresque des décors et le poids de l’histoire des lieux. Patron sympathique et serviable. Possibilité de recharge voiture électrique.

Prestations moyennes pour un prix fort avec des petites réparations faciles non faites. Utilisation ingénieuse des volumes mais design un peu suranné. Personnel attentionné mais un peu rigide.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist klein aber fein. Die Zimmer und auch das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war wunderbar sauber, und das ganze Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der rooftop Pool ist auch eine coole Sache.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Very warm see epitome, extremely helpful staff. Katrina at the reception was a sweetheart. The hotel itself was beautiful, and they paid attention to every detail. All the staff working there looked happy. It felt very personal. Very satisfied with our stay. Our girls loved it too

Schoon, ruim en erg vriendelijk personeel

Het enige minpuntje is dat er weinig Parkeerplekken zijn.

St Gilgen is een rustig maar leuk plaatsje. Goede locatie voor dagtrips. Vanuit St. Gilgen met rondvaartboot naar beginpunt van de Schafberg gevaren en daarvandaan met het treintje naar boven. Best prijzig maar de moeite waard.

Geen goede wifi.

Lovely place. We enjoyed the charm, the festival just outside, the family hotel room was perfect for our family of four and staff was wonderful. This was a highlight of our 2-week vacation in 3 countries. Thank you!

Pokoje vypadaly jako bych byla ve staveni pred stovkami let, stylove veci mam rada, ale stare komody, ktere zapachaji starotou, kdyz do nich date obleceni, tak nasmradnou, uz ne. Zavesy, ktere propustily vsechno svetlo. Koupelna, ktera zapachala plisni, po kazdem uklidu p.uklizeckou to zrejme i ona citila, protoze bylo otevrene okno. Pokoj absolutne neodpovidal nafocenemu interieru. Pokoj byl primo u schodu, ktere vedly od restaurace, tedy jste vzdy citili, co se ten vecer nejvice vari. Opravdu neprijemne spat s nadechovánim smazeneho rizku. Jedine opravdu krasne byla terasa s bazenem.

Super Frühstück, nur das Gebäck wäre toll wenn es der Bäcker nebenan liefern würde (Bäckerei Oberauer), der hat eine top Qualität. Resch und Frisch Gebäck passt nicht zu diesem Hotel!!!

Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter begeistert. Das Essen im Gasthof ist eine Haubenküche, einfach köstlich!

Sehr zentral und schön

Sehr gutes Familiengefuehrtes Hotel alter Schule. Hervorragendes Restaurant. Perfekte location direkt im Zentrum, ideal fuer den Weihnachtsmarkt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Glas Schiebetuer versehen. Diese zu mattieren waere vielleicht besser.

The WiFi was not working well at all. It really bothered me. Also the staff had two days off I didn’t know about and from 18:00 there was no one to help us. To turn the heat on, for example. Lastly I think it will be nice to have a kettle in the room and an option to make hot drinks

Keine Klimaanlage,winziger Fernseher man konnte nur vom Bett aus gucken und selbst dann hatte man eingeschränkte Sicht auf den Apparat. Dieses Zimmer wurde als De Luxe Suite bezeichnet.Der Preis steht in keiner Relation hierfür.

The property is a well maintained charming building and is located in a good area beside Wolfgangsee. We had a good view of the lake and mountain from our room. The staff who served us at the reception, room service and breakfast area were exceptionally good.

The waitress who attended to us at the dinner table was a bit abrupt. Probably she was struggling with all the tasks seeing how busy the restaurant was.

No coffee maker in room. No refrigerator to store our cheese and meats. Staff helpful. Price for rooms very high compared to the same quality you could get elsewhere.

Accommodation: The room was spacious. There was a big bed, a corner with the couch and a terrace with 2 sun loungers. It was a very quiet room with a mountain (and only partial lake) view. And there was a prepared bag with additional towels for the pool! Everything was exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with external blinds on the window/door to terrace. The room has a movable curtain, covering the glass wall of the shower cabin - if you wish to know what is happening inside ;) Location: the hotel is located in the middle of the town. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the lake embankment or few more minutes to the public beach. It is surrounded by restaurants. Personnel: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast: it is great! It consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. There was a variety of fresh juices. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs as well. Parking: they have their own territory for parking or they can provide you with an allowance to park on the public parking. Public parking is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Benefits: there is a sauna. There is even a pool on the roof with the amazing view!

There is no air conditioning in the room - so be prepared. Actually, in the evening it is possible to sleep with open windows - the air is cool, no mosquitos and the town is quiet. Personnel was extremely helpful and found a standing fan to deal with the heat. In the end it was not hot in the room despite the sunny weather. The door to toilette is just a thin mate glass door with low level of sound isolation.

The room clean and quiet. The breakfast is awesome, the staff comes to me and ask whether I need anything that was not on the table. I recommend this Hotel.

I stayed in room 209. The floor in the shower area and hand washing area is sloped. The overflow prevention in the shower area was not done well and caused the floor in the hand washing area to be full of water after taking a shower. Families with elderly and small children should be careful to wear non-slip shoes!

Overpriced. It felt like they were trying to gouge you.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable and the staff work so hard and are so helpful and accommodating. Some of the best food in town at the onsite restaurant. The location is terrific, the hotel is beautiful, warm and inviting - it's like living in a fairytale.
