Der Aufenthalt im Aristocrat Hotel war rundum gelungen. Besonders überzeugt haben die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, die komfortablen Zimmer sowie das sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, zwischen Hagia Sophia, Blauer Moschee und Zisterna Basilika. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen über Hotel direkt zu buchen, ist empfehlenswert. Frühstück perfekt. In Umgebung auch viele Restaurants und Rooftop-Bars. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf die Blaue Moschee gebucht.

Hervorragender Service von Anfang bis Ende – absolut begeistert! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und das lag vor allem an dem außergewöhnlich guten Service. Schon beim super Empfang haben wir uns sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out verliefen absolut reibungslos, professionell und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die großartige Betreuung während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts: Wir wurden bestens und sehr herzlich aufgeklärt – sei es über die Besonderheiten der Unterkunft oder mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Ein so aufmerksames und freundliches Team erlebt man selten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! La terraza para desayunar con vistas estupendas a las mezquitas y el mar. El personal muy amable y servicial. Las camas muy cómodas. Habitaciones cómodas y la suite impresionante

Staff very good, reception guy very helpful. He organised our shuttle service to and from airport, which was excellent. Location of the hotel was perfect. The view from the Family room was fantastic. Lovely views from the breakfast room and plenty of food.

Hotel smaller than expected but understand lack of space in Istanbul. The balcony in the balcony room, didn’t look as if it was meant to be used.

The staff was exceptional, very kind and eager to assist with all our requests. The room was practical, convenient and the view was well worth it. The establishment's central location was a nice addition, allowing late-night wanders in the city, while offering an abundance of choices for food and drinks close by.

Reggelinél sokféle ételből lehetett választani, helyi jellegű ételek voltak. A kilátás szuper az étkezőből. A személyzet nagyon udvarias. A város közepén van, de csendes, mert nem megy az épület előtt forgalom.

Location was great for the major sites and good value for money. Breakfast was fine to good. Room and bathroom very clean and serviceable. Staff incredibly helpful.

View from room not great but didn't go to Istanbul to sit in a room. One or two minor bit of maintenance would bring up to western hotel standards but was perfectly good enough for a good price. Equally matches other hotels in the price band and in a great location.

Le réceptionniste Fehret est super sympa. Il nous a donné de bons conseils et a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. L hôtel est super bien situé, à quelques minutes de nombreuses activités. Nous le recommandons vivement

I had an excellent stay at Aristocrat Hotel. The rooms were of outstanding quality—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location. It is perfectly situated for exploring the city and visiting the main attractions. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful selection of food. What made it even more special was the beautiful rooftop setting, offering breathtaking views of Hagia Sophia while enjoying breakfast. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great rooms, comfortable beds, an unbeatable location, and an incredible breakfast experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at Aristocrat Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and many other attractions. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful view of the Blue Mosque from our room. Waking up to such an incredible sight each morning made our trip even more memorable. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

- milk in the breakfast was sour 2 days in a row, I didn’t realise until I drank the coffee which was horrible -beware that being so close to the mosques you might get woken up at 3am by the call to prayer

A localização é muito boa. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos. A vista do café da manhã também é ótima. Mas o que mais se destacou foi a atenção dos funcionários em especial do Rohat. Ele nos deu muitas dicas, ajudou com o transporte, ligando para agência e alterando o horário a nosso pedido. Nos emprestou o cartão de transporte público, facilitando a ida em outros lugares. Ele também indicou restaurantes muito bons.

Balcon qui donne sur un mur remplis de clim , qui font énormément de bruit et sur un toit où les chats venaient sur notre lit quand la dame de ménage laissait ouvert . La douche couler une fois sur deux Chambre extrêmement petite . Extrêmement bruyant . On a demander à changer de chambre , la réponse est évidemment non , sans même avoir ni regarder , ni pris le temps de vraiment comprendre.

The hotel and its staff were the best thing about this trip. I had my daughter who was solo traveling and was so excited to experience Istanbul however she had an incident that had made her feel unsafe, I called the hotel to set-up activities with transportation. The hotel staff was very empathetic, surprised and helped set- up what she needed. They checked in with her the time she was there. They helped her communicate with her airport transportation even after she had checked out. They even told her not to let the bad experience be what she remembered about Istanbul. I will be forever grateful for all of them. My daughter is 20 years old and is going to school in Spain and she has not had a bad experience traveling around the last 6 months. We will be coming back to Istanbul together spring of 2027 so we can do all the things she didn't get to do and we will be staying at the Aristocrat Hotel! The hotel staff, the food and the bed was the best thing about her trip.

Breakfast is well served from an amazing rooftop. Location is great, close to important tourist attractions.

The shower drain was not working properly and the water would not flow very well. Guests were very loud and we could hear them through the walls.

The location couldn’t be better. The complimentary breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional with an amazing view of the Blue Mosque and Bosporus. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Frühstück ist voll und ganz im türkischen Styl gehalten. Viel verschiedenes, vor allem Salate und saure Speisen. Wurst und Käse wurden angeboten. Eier in verschiedenen Variationen. Baguettes und Simit als Brot. Filterkaffe und Saft oder Wasser. Börek und Nuggets oder Pommes. Unschlagbar ist die Aussicht aus den Frühstücksraum im Roof Top. Direkte Sicht auf die Blaue Moschee, Hagia Sofia und den Bosporus.

Virkelig søde mænd i receptionen. Var søde til at hjælpe med ture- mad og andet vi have brug for. Ligger super tæt på alt og god udsigt på tagterrassen.

I had a short but amazing time at the Aristocrat hotel. My host Rohat was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He made sure I got the best room since I needed to work on my laptop and he even scheduled a luxury taxi on my way back to the airport. Thank you for everything, Rohat. The hotel is very comfortable, in a perfect location and has a beautiful restaurant with views on the mosques and the sea. I highly recommend it.

Uitstekende ligging.

Ontbijt was ok, maar niet veel afwisseling dagelijks. Verse sinaasappelsap is ook altijd leuk bij het ontbijt.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympa. Les chambres très propres et confortables. La localisation est vraiment parfaite.
