Casa del Alma Hotel Boutique & Spa

Bella struttura elegante e moderna.

No frigo bar, no macchina caffè, no secondo cambio pomeridiano, abbastanza carente.

Ambienti molto belli molto curato ristorante molto buono e personale gentilissimo . Camera molto spaziosa bella silenziosa

Location, out private terrace, design

Bathroom could have been better, the faucet knob was too close to the sink make difficult to use, glass doors would slam close and it sounded dangerous

Muy buena ubicación personal muy amable

Me gustó todo

Design, Lage

Very clean… staff was very nice and the food from the restaurant next door was delicious

Absolutely everything. The beds are so soft, the room was huge, very clean, good shampoo and conditioner ( extra points for that in MX) shower temperature and pressure is fantastic, balcony, very romantic feel, beautiful place, and let me tell you about the A/C. Yep maybe I love this place. Walking distance from life of san cristobal, block from central park just far enough to not hear the noise when you get worn out because San cristobal (because you will) is amazing every time we come.

Location to the zocalo

The internet bad

Muy bonito hotel

El precio,no lo vale. Los pisos d los pasillos muy feos

Amazing hotel; Super luxurious and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Bathrooms are awesome, hot water guaranteed :) Everything is just perfect!

Comunque struttura consigliata

Everything was high class, good facelift, clean with beautiful spa service, warm.

No dislikes at all, it was perfect.

Wonderful hotel, service and staff.

Breakfast was much slower pace than in my home country.

The hotel is excellent Great service, large rooms, and good location Highly recommended

My flight was delayed and very emotionally heavy for me; when I arrived at Casa del Alma, I felt immeditely cared for and pampered, was received with a welcome drink and my baggage was taken care of; breakfast was included, abundant and traditionally delicious; the staff was 24/7 kind, warm and always ready with tips and a helping hand. The attention to detail to my necessities and comfort was extraordinary. I highly recommend the hotel.

1. Transport in the town is very limited and of more or less bad quality (that depends more on the city than the hotel, but just so you know). 2. The gym was extremelyyyyyy small and the equipment was not very good for a full body session (just for cardio is ok). 3. The breakfast is from 7am on, buttttt the reallyyy good staff is from 9am on, before that, the staff is a little bit sloppy and can ruin the full experience of a beautiful breakfast, other than that is ok, they always try to do their best.

All was excellent

Nothing

I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience!

The staff was very kind & the rooms were clean.

Our only complaint was housekeeping arrived late in the afternoon to clean our room. It was a minor inconvenience, as this was the time we were headed back to the room to get ready for the evening.

This is a lovely hotel with a special design. The room was very nice, El Secreto restaurant was great: excellent food, very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay there.

Lo maximo

Las instalaciones increíbles. La amabilidad de todos maravillosos!

Todo estuvo muy bien.

The only one thing was missing was the cofemaker avaible in the room, other than everything was excellent.

Hotel cómodo, tranquilo, silencioso, bien atendido y bien ubicado

Colazione internazionale nel ristoranze interno all' hotel.

Tranquilidad, sin ruidos.

Todo bien

Buena

Excelente servico

Stanza estremamente accogliente e ottimi prodotti del bagno in omaggio.

This was a great location, staff really helpful with booking tours. Close to everything very walkable!

Excelente

Big room in a beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast is also one of the highlights in a proper restaurant serving actual dishes. The hotel is also about a 5 minutes walk away from the city center. We arrived late and couldn't speak Spanish, so one of the hotel employees even joined us in the car to guide us to the hotel parking lot.

Nothing

Personal amable, buena ubicación, muy limpio

Comfy and central

Everything was ok

Property is quite nice, beds are comfortable, service is ok

Bien ubicado.

Bien ubicado y personal amable

Cleanliness, size and comfort of room, landscaping of hotel interior, being able to access excellent food via hotel restaurant room service.

Nothing

Limpio, seguro, accesible

Hotel is very centrally located, building is gorgeous, comfortable, well lit, spacious and more importantly, quiet and serene. No wonder the WiFi network is CALM.

Only hiccup is about pillows. Bed isn’t extremely comfortable, it is actually juts average and doesn’t match the context, and pillows are cluttered -old- not firm enough, just not nice. All of them. I visit San Cristobal often and I have stayed in several hotels, most of them fail to address correctly the issue of wonderful beds, lining and pillows. Incorrectly thought this one would be different.

Ilike the front desk service excelentand locacion

The hotel is in a great situation for exploring San Cristobal. Close to the sites and the many restaurants, bars and live music venues. The rooms were big, clean but dated. Unfortunately the rooms didn’t have coffee/ tea making facilities, which would have been useful on our second morning when we had a 5am start. Breakfast was good and served in the main restaurant. Staff at the hotel were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Very smiley and helpful reception staff.

Beautiful comfortable hotel in city center. Close to restaurants and city action but quiet. Lovely large room with comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom with all of the amenities. Highly recommend.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Wifi worked well. The size of the room was great with a very nice bathroom. Beds we were extremely comfortable.

We didn't have a view and the room was very stuffy. It was not possible for us to manage the climate in the room, other than to open windows and doors. And that still did not help with air flow. We often got fumes from the kitchen.

Se anuncian con A/C y no es asi

The SPA at the hotel should be more affordable to hotel visitors
