とても良いロケーション、海側の景色最高のわりに、お値段安い。 改装中だったのが残念でしたが、スタッフの配慮と対応がとても良かったです。

予定の便が欠航したことから、到着が遅い時間に なりました。遅い時間でも、スタッフは丁寧に 対応してくれました。 海が見える部屋、朝食にも、満足しています。

とても親切なホテルで、朝ごはんが美味しい。 少し古い建物のようですが、頑張ってリフォームしているようです。 スタッフのみなさんが笑顔で挨拶してくれるのが、とても感じ良いです。

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room had an excellent view of the beach from the balcony. And you coyld go out on the balcony when rain and not get wet.

Hotel is not new but super clean, staff were so friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have chosen a better location. Coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores all near by and 5 minutes walk to the beach, perfect! Mr Ngo Anh Tai, the general manager, was professional, inviting and really kind and was happy to assist us during our stay. If you're in Da Nang i highly recommend this hotel. Excellent in all regards and will definitely be back soon!

I had some of my wash done here and I was in a bit of a hurry to get back on the road. At my next stop I looked at the bag and they intentionally or unintentionally left about a quarter of my clothes out. Not happy!

Arrived late at Night. 24/7 access. Very Friendly Staff even though most of their English, understanding & speaking was Limited. Very close to Beach & Restaurants. Arrange Tours & also Exchange Money. Free Breakfast. Young staff but they Accomplished their Jobs Satisfactory. Indoor Pool. Comfortable Beds. Room always kept Clean & Tidy. Fruit in your Room upon Arriving. Could walk to Dragons Bridge & Marble Mountain if you feel fit enough. I did, enjoyable Time, seeing different types of Buildings, Casino not far. Front Desk Manager, very Friendly. Got along pretty well with all the staff. Never had any Problems about anything. Enjoyed my Time there.

I stayed here because the hotel is near the places for the conference. When i came to the hotel , it's about midnight and looks spooky because the lobby is so dark and the receptionist were sleeping in the sofa. The building looks an old building. I just surprised because i read the review for this hotel, it is a good hotel. The reception told me that 3 floor in the hotel is under renovation, so it's look like a quite hotel. A breakfast is not good enough, they dont have much variety of menu. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

The location was noisy. Bike had no gradual ramp to access and had rough elevations. The car/bike park was smelly. Pool was nice, unheated and lacked ventilation. The hallways were excellent Room was amazing Windows needed cleaning.

Stayed here because of a conference we had in the hotel. Rooms were fine, so were the served lunches and dinners. The breakfast was very Asian, and least in terms of quality. My room had a connecting door which was locked, but the door is very thin so I could enjoy every sound my neighbor made. Staff is very friendly, but their English is very limited. Close to the beach, restaurant and enough nice places to eat or drink around.

Satisfy with the staffs service and they are really helpful. Breakfast taste and choices are good enough as they change their menu daily (we stay for 5d4n). Room space is big. Wifi is a bit weak compare to lobby area. Swimming Pool is small. 1km walking distance to beach.

Business trip for an exhibition in March 2018. The hotel, booked because it's located near the fair, has an excellent ratio quality/price. What has made the difference in this trip has been the great assistance and courtesy of the staff (more than 5 stars). Facility clean and rooms sufficiently big for the use.

Decided to treat myself to a bit of luxury while traveling Vietnam. Very glad I did. Such professional staff and a amazing room with an amazing view. Breakfast was excellent as far as Vietnam hotel breakfasts go. Really nice omelette. Would certainly stay again.

수영장을 이용하고 싶었지만 제가 간날은 공사중?인가 암튼 이용을 못해서 옆에 프리미어빌리지가서 수영장을 이용했습니다. 그 점 말고는 진짜 숙소 가격에 비해 완전 좋고 조식도 한사람당 두개씩 골라서 요리도 해주고 완전 깔끔하게 청소도 잘 해주고 굳굳!! 위치도 공항에서 택시타고 15분 밖에안걸라고 롯데마트는 한 9분 정도 옆에 바로 바빌론 스테이크 집있고 괜찮았습니다!!강력추천

First time we went to Da Nang and stayed at Fansypan Hotel. The hotel had great location, not far from the city centre or golf resorts.The dining room was also beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff, service and amenities at this hotel are outstanding. i'll come back soon.

We paid a little extra to stay in a beachview suite. We enjoyed every minute of it. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Location is close to the beach and some interesting action. Room may use an update. We slept good here.

This hotel located on the street along the beach, about 5-minute walking to My Khe Beach. It's also not too far form the Danang international airport. I booked a deluxe room but the offer me a higher standard room. The view was fully with ocean. Service and staffs are great too. Definitely comeback

很合理的優格 ，離市中心有点遠 ，酒店只有幾年新 ，很清潔 ，可惜我入住時是淡季 ，每天也有兩 ，客人不多 ，早餐還算可以 。

Room was in good condition. Breakfast could use a little work. This hotel could do with better lighting, i.e. change the daylights to something warmer. I felt the corridor to the room was somewhat like those in the ‘Shining.’

We recently had 2 nights booked at Fansipan. When we arrived the staff were friendly but when we got out of the lift to the floor we were staying on, there were no lights or air conditioning on. The wall paper is peeling off the walls and our room walls were stained and had a musty smell. The curtains do not block out much light or noise from the busy streets below for sleeping. It is about 5 min walk to the beach (across a very busy 4 lane road). The bathroom was nice and breakfast ok. We checked out after 1 night as it was no where near the 3 star rating we were expecting and being woken up at 7am by the cleaners walkie talkie was annoying. I would not recommend staying here unless you are ok with hostel type conditions.

We decided on this hotel because it was close to the beach and we wanted to use their indoor swimming pool in case it rained. But when we went to the pool at 4:00pm we found out that it’s only open til 4:00pm!! What kind of pool closes at 4!? That wasn’t even the worse part of it. The hotel is old and is in really poor condition. The furniture is dated, the wallpapers are peeling and the hallways smell of mold. It could have been forgiven if it was cheap but for the price we paid this is a terrible hotel. It is in a serious need of a revamp. The doors men was really nice helped carried our luggage’s and smiled. But the service at the concierge was below average. I would not recommend this hotel.

Especially the view of the best seen from the double room on the upper floor where the sea is visible will be hard to replace anything. Also, with breakfast, this price is the highest level of cost performance.

We bilked only for one night while our villa at the Furama resort was ready. I believed the advertised photos and reviews. Nothing further from reality. The hotel is simply shoddy!! Lobby, hotel and hallways are an oven and stink! I specifically requested a non smoking room and got a smoke stinking room. Common areas are old and ran down. Not remotely close to advertised photos. At least, relatively clean room. But not the common areas. Swimming pool again, a fair cry from advertised photos. Mattress hard as a rock as everywhere in Vietnam. Breakfast at 9:00 is over. Who on earth is walking up before 9 am when on holidays??? Guess it's ok to spend a night here if yo do not have a choice. Then go!

This hotel was a saving grace in more ways than 1. Booking.com had not confirmed 4 room booking with our first choice hotel yet insteaded that cancelling 1 room must be paid we arrived at forest hotel and fully booked out. We rebooked the Fansipan via Agoda & arrived before booking received. The welcome was top class for the limited star rating. Our rooms we're "refreshed" and we checked in within 5 minutes. Upon checking out, I left behind my iPad which I realised an hour later. As I ran back & up the stairs to reception, I was greeted with miss miss you forget your iPad, house cleaning had handed it in. Smiles all round. The rooms are clean, the beds soft for South East Asia which is what you want for a good sleep. If you want a western breaky, eggs are available but there are French Pastry shops up the road. Love honesty honesty & honesty of this hotel

Pros: - location - good service (especially the bellboy who helps with taxi) - reasonable priced - clean, but a bit dated rooms Cons: - housekeeping was the worst thing in this hotel: out of schedule (we asked a roll of toilet paper and it took so long that we had to repeat the request) and when used laundry service they managed to lost my 1 pair of socks and part of the laundry was returned wet - breakfast was pretty lousy - there was good variety of spread but the tasty was awful!! (we are not very picky really)

The hotel is on a main street and traffics noise are day and night. Wifi in room is weak. Good thing I only spent 1 night there

Me and my friends staying at this hotel for the ironman contest, when we arrived, we were so pleased by the helpful staff, they are so friendly and nice, they always give us useful advices with a big smile, this is our first time in DaNang and they made us feel like home. When we had to leave early to compete at 4AM, our breakfast was prepared and rdy to take away, anyways, good hotel, good staff. Definately our crew would stay again next year.

Very nice hotel rooms within walking distance of the beach. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could contain a couple more Western choices, but there was plenty of variety and tasted good.

We stayed here for just one night even though our Danang tour gave us 2 nights. We pulled out and stayed one night in Hoi An instead. Room has smell. Bathroom looks like hasn't been cleaned for years: - Walltiling has dark stain everywhere. Kinda disgusting. - Toilet isn't quite clean - Mirror has so many black spots that looks like no one seems to care to scrub them off (we were able to scratch one off thinking it's the mirror itself but it's not) Room only has ONE working powerpoint and in a "great" location as well that made everything that require powerpoint an absolute nightmare. Buffet is under average in my view and only open from 6:30am to 9:00am whereas other hotels open till 10:00am. So be sure to get down early if you want to have breakfast. Last, and this one is the WORST - the pillows in the room are so high and hard. We couldn't sleep at all as it was so uncomfortable, real bad. We ended up having to remove the pillows and folded our clothes and used them as pillows instead. Pillows are very small and narrow and looks like they have been stuffed in a very bad way. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Enjoyed our two nights there and location good. Just one thing I want to point out... If you have any issues with mobility you will not find it easy getting to the shower. The shower is above the bath and to get to it you need to find a way to get over the side of the bath into the tub and it's quite high. I didn't find it easy and felt I could easily slip. Other than that the experience was good. Would stay again. Staff very nice.

A great value hotel with high level of service. Staff very attentive and keen to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although it is some distance from central Da Nang taxis are readily available. The location is excellent being a leisurely 400 metres stroll to the beach and the side streets, too, are worth exploring.

Great cheap gym around the corner, just $1 a day to visit. Staff were helpful. Great breakfast every day. Comfy bed. Great view. Excellent cafe next door.

Spacious rooms, small but refreshing pool in a location a bit out of the rat race, but with access to great facilities in the 5 star resorts across the road. Only downside is it's a near 1km walk to beach, although it is the best stretch of beach in Danang (Resort zone so no touts hassling you). Staff super helpful, and the management very approachable (I had a problem with internet in first night which was provider issue not even the hotels fault, which they tripped over their shoelaces to fix, within an hour).

Internet service. Could not connect most of the time, even though it showed full service, it always stopped responding. Totally use less 3 days out of 4 we stayed in this hotel, 4 days too many. Was told on complaining that it was a problem for all of da nang, unbelievable since we were able to use free wifi at lots of other venues. Extra charge for room 100000 breakfast for the 2 nd person , not a great start to a honeymoon. On our 2 day, There were Not many people in hotel, so they decided, no breakfast, just offer a few items you could choose from, And the menu items were not worth 20,000 vnd let alone 100,000 vnd they charged us, asked for refu d as refused to eat any of the menu items they offered.. We also refused breakfast the last day as well. Our choice, but with advanced notice, They still refuse to refund this mornings amount, eventualy they refunded 100000, vnd for one breakfast that they cancelled. Toileties in bathroom hmmm, we used 1/2 of the single shower gel and shampoo in the morning, after room cleaned, next nothing replaced ??? Next day same except we didnt have toiletries to use even. When they cleaned the room, unless you use it all, they do not refill, or leave any more. ??? And speaking about the bathroom, well lets not forget the hot water, and the 10 minute wait, while running the hot taps to get some hot water,. Yes actually get hot water, but its a long long wait. The Ist room well was a delux, ??? Curtains were never install

Fansipan is in a great location, short walk to My Khe and close enough to walk to other spots. Customer service was excellent by the staff. Very easy stay. Rooms were good but nothing super special, more than adequate for a few days. Close to Marble Mountain.

바닷가가 근처에 있어서 전망이 좋았음.

家族4人でジュニア　スイートとグランドデラックス　ツインルーム　シービューに宿泊しました。広い窓から海が見渡せます。ビーチは見えませんが、朝日が美しいです。夜のイカ釣り漁船のライトも情緒があります。部屋はとても広いですが、水漏れでトイレの床が濡れていたり、エアコンの調節が効かなかったりしました。まあ、ベトナムではよくあることで、価格を考えれば、こんなものだと思います。朝食は、ベトナム料理と洋食のビュフェスタイル。立地はビーチまで歩いて数分。徒歩数分の圏内にローカルレストランが数軒あります。午後であれば、ホテルの車でビーチまで無料送迎してくれます。私たちは、朝だったし、荷物が多かったので、タクシーで、ミーケビーチ（1万5千ドン）やノンヌオックビーチ（5万ドン）へ行きました。ビーチへ足繁く通う方は、オン・ザ・ビーチのホテルのほうが良いかもしれません。プールの水質も問題ありませんでしたが、リゾートの雰囲気はありません。有名な海鮮レストランまで、歩いて数分で行けましす、タクシーで5万ドンも出せば、ビーチエリアの海鮮レストランの殆どの店にすぐ着きます。スタッフは英語を話しますし、愛想が良いです。

到埗時，剛有兩個旅行團在大堂，前台怱怱把一個房間給我，進去才發現是兩張床的房，於是下來告訴他們我需要的是大床房。他們查了一查，說我們沒有預訂大床房，不能改。 但其實是因為起初我網上訂房是看漏了在大床房打勾，而令我自動選了雙床房。十分鐘後打印確認書時才發現，於是立即發了個郵件給酒店要求更改，而酒店也立刻回郵確認修改。故此我拿了電子郵件紀錄，他們才給我另一間是大床房給我。 到晚上睡覺時，才發覺我和鄰房是隔了一個內門。隔壁的電視聲隱隱傳來，到半夜時，走廊傳來的看足球的呼喊聲把我吵醒，到早上六點，隔壁已有人跟小孩子玩耍的聲音又把我吵醒。 喧鬧是這酒店的特色，參加旅行團的人不會有感覺，只有睡在旅行團旁邊的人才知道如何的痛苦

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close to the beach; however, it's a little far from the center city. There is a nice coffee shot to the left of the hotel. The price of the hotel is good.

酒店離沙灘一小段路程，但從房間就能看到外面的大海，在酒店往沙灘的途中還有很多小攤賣好吃的！酒店員工也很友善！

Wifi 強勁，早餐普通，入時時無留意雪櫃完來少了一枝水，可能酒店房務上個客人check out後忘記fill,所以我們checkout時候要付款。

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Duży pokój ze wspaniałym widokiem na morze. Pokój nie był sprzątany codziennie (ale wystarczająco). Pomocna i transparentna obsługa hotelowa (nie było konieczności ciągłego podawania numeru pokoju, obsługa zapamiętywała gości). Darmowa woda, herbata i kawa. Nieco uciążliwy hałas z ulicy (kierowcy nagminnie używają klaksonów).

Good stay, beautiful view

這是我全個越南行程中最好的酒店，無論硬件及服務都很優越，前台的小姐非常好，盡力協助所有旅途事項而沒有一般越南人的臭臉，這個價值有海景房更是超值，唯一不便是在海灘區，晚上周圍是死寂什麼也沒有，出鬧市吃喝玩樂都要打車。

Because of low grade, I was little bit worried about staying here before I visit. But it was really GREAT CHOICE to stay. Staffs couldn't be more supportive and kind. I loved hot shower, free bicycle, nice sea view, comfortable bed...etc. Everything made me happy during my stay. If they can clean the dirt in the room more detail, it will be more perfect. Thank you very much and hope to visit again!

In den Verkaufsunterlagen ist ein Indoor Swimmingpool grosszügig fotografiert, welches viel mehr Verspricht als das es hält. 1,2 m - 1,4 m tief, ungeheizt und kalt!

when I checked in they only have 2 double bed room only, when I asked for another room, door lock was busted, no light in hall way, I have to find my way in the dark, Food is good, the only complain was they had Vietnamse music so loud, I have to ask to turn it down. Other than that everything else were good

We stayed for 9 nights. The staff we very accommodating going above and beyond to assist us with anything. The receptionist (Na) helped us to organise tours and a guide/interpreter. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. We asked for an in-room safe and extra hangers which came within 10 minutes.

The hotel is ok , service and breakfast good. When I check in to get a room for 4 people (2 adult & 2 child, 11&13), the manager tell me I have to pay extra money for my kid's to add extre bed. The problem is my booking showing extra pay 2 adult & 2 child for a premier room fitting for 4 including my kid's age & breakfast. I have to show my booking. Finally, they get me a smaller than premier room, but it has two full size beds no extra pay. I don't understand why the manager tell me extra pay just for breskfast not for extra person & she is not ok. Luckily, I just stay a night at this hotel.

Great room, location and stay at the Fansipan Hotel. Received a room with a beach/ocean view for an amazing price and saw some amazing sunrises in Da Nang.

Great all round. We arrived a few hours early and they upgraded us to the top floor with the best views! Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty!

I am an American and I run a small tour company. I like to stay a few nights in a hotel before I bring guests to it. I stayed six nights at this hotel and found it very adequate, especially for the price. The hotel is undergoing a non-disruptive expansion and expect to have a pool and spa in by the spring of 2014, which will be a nice edition. My room was very clean, though the chairs were a bit dated. The closet was big but there are not enough shelves for folded clothes. The shower was amazing and had plenty of hot water and a lovely rain fall shower head (and other options). Very convenient to the beach and Murphy's restaurant is a few doors away (fantastic). Overall I was pleased and look forward to bringing guests to this hotel.

Staff were friendly, it's a bit out of the way so hiring a scooter or getting a taxi is probably a good idea. It's reasonable value, although the location could be better.
