Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était sale, les draps avaient des taches et il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité vraiment désagréable. L’état de la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas à ce que j’attendais. Je n’ai même pas pu y rester : j’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence tellement je ne pouvais pas dormir dans ces conditions. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, vraiment à fuir.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026La localisation est très bien, à même pas 10min en voiture de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est correct, choix limité et salle petite ! Le Check out jusqu’à 12pm nous a permis de prendre le temps de faire nos bagages après le petit déjeuner, ce qui est appréciable.
La chambre 511… que dire… tout était sale mis à part les draps du lit et encore, on y voyait des tâches de pleins de couleurs. Des poils, des cheveux et même de la nourriture étaient présents au sol par terre à notre arrivée. C’est inacceptable venant d’un établissement hôtelier comme celui-ci. Les fenêtres laissent passer beaucoup d’air et donc du bruit ! Nous donnions sur l’axe routier juste à côté et nous avons été gêné les 2 nuits par les bruits incessants de véhicules car les fenêtres ne ferment pas totalement.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere Sepilok. Personale accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto le valige per un giorno e una notte quando siamo aandati via per fare un tour al Kinabatang river.
La struttura è piuttosto datata e non ben tenuta. Non si puo' dire che le stanze siano pulite e accoglienti.Il bagno della nostra stanza aveva una vasca molto vecchia e scrostata, muffa sui bordi ma per lo meno aveva il vetro che permetteva di farsi la doccia senza allegare il bagno.La stanza era incredibilmente rumorosa perché esposta da lato dove è piazzato il motore o i motori del condizionatore.Colazione scarsa davvero, pochissime cose e tutte fredde, veramente deludente. Complpessovamente giudizio basso,per il costo d'altronde non ci si può aspettare di più.Hotel giusto da usare di passaggio 1 o 2 notti al massimo.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026NULLA - A mio parere, l’unico vero vantaggio della struttura è la posizione comoda per chi deve trascorrere una sola notte vicino all’aeroporto.
Purtroppo la mia esperienza al Pavilion Hotel di Sandakan è stata decisamente negativa. La pulizia della camera è stata il problema principale: ho trovato sporco generalizzato, capelli e residui di sporco sia sul pavimento della camera sia in bagno. Anche la doccia era sporca e presentava diverse incrostazioni, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per un hotel. L’unico aspetto positivo è stata la biancheria, che sembrava pulita. Anche la colazione è stata molto deludente, con una qualità decisamente scarsa e un’offerta che non ho apprezzato. Nel mio caso sono arrivato tardi e sono ripartito presto, quindi ho dovuto sopportare la situazione solo per poche ore. Se avessi dovuto trascorrere più tempo in hotel, sarebbe stata una giornata praticamente buttata. La notte qualcuno a bussato alla nostra porta spaventandoci. Con il senno di poi, avrei preferito spendere qualcosa in più e scegliere un'altra struttura e un'altra posizione. In conclusione, lo consiglierei esclusivamente come soluzione di emergenza per una notte, soprattutto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto. Per soggiorni più lunghi, personalmente sceglierei sicuramente un'altra struttura

Za rozsądną cenę serwuje przepyszne dania. Szczególnie dziękujemy Julkifli, który umilał nam pobyt cudownym uśmiechem i chęcią pomocy na każdym kroku.

Es war leider dreckig, insbesondere das Bad. Die Klimaanlage war sehr unangenehm da sie die ganze Zeit ins Gesicht gezogen hat.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The room price includes breakfast which is nice. Ot is good if you have a party of 3 or 4. It is relatively near the airport. So it is good if you have an early flight. There are plenty of restaurants but they mostly serve muslim food.
If you are looking for non muslim food, you have to go to an area called IJM which is about 19 minutes away. When you check in the hotel will give you one key card. You can request 2 key cards but if you lose any of the key cards the hotel will charge you for the missing key cards. The hotel is far from Sandakan down town and at around 1.00pm when morning school ends, it traffic can be quite heavy.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Mieliśmy problem żeby złapać graba na lotnisko, po zapytaniu na recepcji o możliwość zamówienia taksówki okazało się że hotel oferuje darmowy transfer na lotnisko więc to był dla nas duży plus. Sniadanie było fajne, urozmaicone.
Zapach na piętrze oraz w pokoju (chociaż w pokoju mniej) był nieprzyjemny. Brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem.
