Tutto il resto! La piscina sembra uno stagno e non è utilizzabile. La stanza è molto diversa dalle foto! Estremamente modesta, al limite dell’utilizzabilità. Spazi ridottissimi (eravamo in 3 e non ci stavano i trolley) e pulizia davvero davvero scarsa in quanto la doccia era piena di capelli.

A due passi dal sito archeologico di Palenque, la struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort...piscina, servizio bar e ristorante. Noi abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi...cibo e cocktails buoni, la piscina è un toccasana dopo una giornata movimentata. La cabanas che abbiamo scelto aveva il bagno privato, un'amaca per rilassarsi la sera e un terrazzino. In questa struttura ci siamo sentiti in contatto con la natura, abbiamo visto tanti animali tra cui una famiglia di scimmie...è stato davvero fantastico.

In piscina, degli ospiti sono stati maleducati. Dei ragazzi hanno utilizzato l'intera piscina come fosse un campo da calcio impedendo agli altri ospiti di fare il bagno in relax; credo che l'hotel abbia l'onere e l'obbligo di far rispettare le regole per il rispetto di tutti gli ospiti, soprattutto se si considera che sono aree comuni. Il cameriere ha visto più volte questa scena, ma non c'è stato alcun richiamo verso questi ospiti incivili.

Il luogo è splendido grazie a un giardino con fiori e piante bellissime in perfetta armonia con la natura che attornia le rovine che si trovano nei pressi. La camera è molto comoda, con un materasso in ottime condizioni e ho trovato tutto pulitissimo. È possibile mangiare al ristorante a un prezzo ragionevole. Buona qualità e varietà delle offerte. È molto facile raggiungere la struttura dalla stazione dei bus del paese (basta prendere l'economico "collettivo" -cioè mini-bus di privati-, attivo sino alle 18.00).

Alcuni (solo alcuni) addetti al ristorante e alla reception potrebbero essere più gentili. L'acqua della piscina potrebbe essere più pulita.

De locatie was fantastisch en de omgeving van het park was prachtig! Je kon de apen in het bos horen en vele vogels en hagedissen spotten nabij en zelfs op de accomodatie.

Ik was al voor de incheck tijd gearriveerd en kon een locker gebruiken om mijn spullen voorlopig in op te slaan. Om hier gebruik van te maken moest ik, tot mijn verbazing, zelf een slot hebben meegenomen of aanschaffen. Dat was mij voortijdig niet bekent. Verder was de wasmachine helaas stuk en moest ik mijn was dus maar zelf en met de hand wassen. Ik kreeg waspoeder mee in een plastic zakje, waarvan ik eigenlijk niet zeker weet of dit bestemd was voor een handwas.

M'ha agradat el lloc perquè les cabanyes estan ubicades just enmig de la selva. També està al costat de les taquilles per comprar les entrades per a la zona arqueològica. Les cabanyes són normals amb un grau de confort mitjà. Estan bé per "backpackers" que volen visitar les runes de Palenque.

Les cabanyes podrien millorar el confort pel que fa als lavabos. Són una mica petites.

Chambre très agréable avec climatisation. L’extérieur est très agréable. Il y a aussi une petite cuisine partagée pour se faire rapidement à manger.

Hôtel/camping juste à l entrée du site de Palenque, vous pouvez garer la voiture devant le resto qui appartient au site puis prendre vos billets et les taxis obligatoires à pied, c est pratique et on économise le parking payant. Un resto sur place qui sert toute la journée et une cuisine partagée à disposition (très sommaire) mais qui permet de limiter les coûts des repas en famille ! Personnel très souriants et accueillants.

Piscine très sale (voir photo) Pour moi pas du tout un hôtel au cœur de la jungle comme certains commentaires le disent : c est construit dans la forêt mais c est tellement touristique il y a du passage, du bruit et de la musique en continu, perso je ne me suis pas du tout sentie dans la jungle. Bungalow assez anciens, confort minimum. Avantage ou inconvénient : c est près de l entrée du site archéologique mais à 15-20min du centre ville : resto (sauf celui de l hôtel) commerces… un peu loin, voiture utile!

Das Restaurant hat fast ausschließlich europäische Gerichte auf der Karte. Pool könnte sauberer sein (aber mitten im Dschungel gibt es nunmal auch viel Laub).

The whole place is so lush! Full of green spaces. The pool was great, and the location close to the ruins was just spectacular.

As in many other places in Mexico, their recycling efforts are precarious. They can do way better. Also, the staff were just okay.

Because the pool flows from the smaller part to the larger part, the larger part was often full of leaves, bugs, hair, etc. which made it undesirable to swim in

The location is very good and the whole setting very nice.

The restaurant was convenient, but the atmosphere was rather cold and uncomfortable. The laundry service is far too expensive. The rooms are quite small.

I loved the place. Clean hotel room, nice jungle ambience, sweet and caring staff, functional and well equipped guest kitchen, right across from the colectivo/ticketing station for Palenque archeological zone. The pool was nice especially for very hot days. I loved the bug nets on the windows so you can sleep with the windows open and soak in the jungle air without bites. After check out I was allowed to use the public areas so I could catch a quick dip/shower before hopping on the long ride home. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

It’s just far from everything- not a lot of food or spa options - but that’s the way it is for being in the jungle.

Muy buena ubicación tanto para llegar como para trasladarte a las ruinas, tiene algunos senderos para caminar, la piscina es buena opción para relajarse en medio de los sonidos de la selva, si haces check out puedes guardar tus cosas en un locker, mi transporte salia por la tarde y pude hacer uso de la piscina, duermes rodeado de la naturaleza, pero cómodo, buena opción si vas a Palenque y quieres desconectar un poco (aunque hay wifi y es buena la señal).

Beautiful location in the forest and close to ticket office for the ruins. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept and the pool was lovely.

Food in the restaurant could be better and it annoyed me they added 10% tip by default because of this. They also have an inconvenient code system for the internet which only lasts 3 hours. The huts are mostly without walls so if there are noisy guests around you hear everything. Shared bathroom facilities were very rustic but the shower temperature and pressure was good, which has been a rare occurrence during my travels in Mexico

The best was the proximity to the ruins, and waking up to birds singing. The cabin was modest, but clean, right in front of the pool, which is very well kept. It's a place to relax. They keep noise to the minimum which is something I'm deeply grateful for.

The food isn't the best, but they have a basic kitchen to prep basic meals.

L’emplacement est vraiment paradisiaque, dans un endroit entouré de nature. J’ai pu entendre les singes le matin. Voir plusieurs animaux différents se promener autour. La cuisine est très très propre et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut. Juste à côté des ruines.

Un peu loin du centre. Si vous souhaitez faire des courses ou autre il faut prendre un collectivo qui passe toutes les 10min à peu près.

Prachtig terrein midden in de natuur. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het heeft een rustgevende sfeer.

Beautiful cabanas set in gorgeous gardens, right next to the entrance to the Palenque National Pk. The cabanas were very comfortable, we only had a fan but that was enough for us. They had nice toiletries and a huge bed! The pool was also very nice.

Front of house staff were polite but not very knowledgeable-ie: they could not tell us how much the entrance fee to Palenque National Pk / ruins was (though it’s both the main attraction and 1 min walk from them). The restaurant was uninspiring- we used it only once and then reverted to Don Muchos, which is in the hotel opposite it-highly recommend it.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Garten und viel Wasser und viel Grün. Unsere Unterkunft war eine kleine Hütte mit eigener kleiner Terrasse und Hängematte. War mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Die Anlage lud auch zu kleineren Spaziergängen ein, sogar Brüllaffen und anderes Wildlife haben sich gezeigt. Es gab auch ein ordentliches Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Anlage war ausserdem prima gelegen direkt an der Zufahrtstraße zu den Ruinen von Palenque, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befand sich zudem das Ticketoffice und die Haltestelle für die Shuttle Busse.

Heel handige ligging aan de overkant van het bezoekerscentrum en de bussen die naar de site van Palenque vertrekken.

La struttura è molto bella, le camere pulite e i letti super comodi! Posizione strategica per le rovine Maya ma a prescindere è ovviamente meglio soggiornare qui in mezzo alla foresta che nella città di Palenque.

Very good location close to the park. Very very and helpful staff and easy there was a tourist information point next to the hostel. Across the road you can buy tickets for the park and there is a very good restaurant. And cool there where lizzard or something walking over the terrain

Die Lage ist voll im Jungle, man sieht und hört jeden Tag Tiere. Mega schön! Das Restaurant fand ich auch gut.

Der Pool war fast 40 grad (ich hatte keinen Thermometer aber das Wasser war vom Gefühl her noch wärmer als die Luft und die Luft war 39 grad.

De locatie is werkelijk magisch, en de sfeer is geweldig. Ook was onze accomodatie schoon en netjes, en het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Omdat de accomodatie een eindje uit het centrum ligt was het fijn dat we dichtbij konden ontbijten en dineren.

One of the most social hostels I've stayed at, and you can't beat the location — right next to the archaeological sites. Easily my favourite place in Chiapas. Will definitely be back.

Fijn zwembad, hele fijne kamer! Lekkere douche. Goede locatie! Het was rustig toen ik er was, maar ik was met iemand anders dus was prima en juist lekker.

Le lieux est incroyable. La nature, les animaux, la piscine.. les dortoirs sont confortables et les sanitaires partagés très propres et fonctionnels. Tout le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Je suis restée 3 nuits ici et je me suis sentie vraiment très bien. Il est facile de se rendre aux ruines à pied, ou booker des excursions pour les cascades et autres à des prix raisonnables.

Privacy limitata, soprattutto se -come nel nostro caso- condivido gli spazi comuni con una numerosa scolaresca. La cucina ha tutto l’occorrente, ma il gas è davvero debole e l’attenzione all’igiene è lasciata nelle mani degli ospiti che purtroppo non sempre sono tutti attenti. Centro città raggiungibile solo in taxi. Servizio ristorante poco smart

L’emplacement : en face du guichet où il faut acheter les tickets pour visiter les ruines . Il y a juste à traverser . La propreté d’une manière générale est impeccable ( sanitaires communs et chambre) . Le personnel est super sympa et très souriant . Le lieu est très beau ! Frigo et eau à disposition .

La piscine bondée et très sale ne donne pas envie de se baigner . L’esprit se veut « chill » mais malheureusement le samedi après-midi certaines personnes autour de la piscine mettaient la musique volume maximum et impossible de se reposer ou de profiter de l’esprit jungle , des hamacs ou autre … La cuisine sert pour dépanner uniquement . Le restaurant n’était pas très bon.

Chambre partagée manque un peu d'intimité

Le capanne sono basilari ma funzionali e comode, pulite e ben tenute. Sono circondate dal verde e ogni mattina abbiamo incontrato qualche iguana nel giardino, o abbiamo potuto osservare le scimmie urlatrici, scoiattoli e vari tipi di uccelli. Anche un paio di paca! Fantastico.

Quando le camere da 4 letti si riempiono è praticamente impossibile muoversi. La cucina c'è ma è attrezzata veramente al minimo.

This place is an awesome little hidden gem. Beautiful gardens and pool area, hammocks to lie in, water running through the middle of it, loads if nature around. Such a lovely chilled place to stay. I wish I’d had more time! If you’re going to Palenque ruins, check in here for a night as it’s really close and lovely to come back to after.

Just one thing - the automated check in message tone is kinda unfriendly and like a long list of telling you not to do various things. I know it’s important to communicate this but I recommend rewording it as it doesn’t give the best first impression and everyone at the place is lovely when you arrive.

Me tocó la cama de arriba en una habitación compartida y la primera noche me agarré del caño de arriba de la cama para subir, que resultó ser el barral de una cortina apenas apoyado, así que me caí y me golpée tan fuerte que pensé que me había roto una costilla. Lo comenté al personal y dijeron que se iban a ocupar de mejorarlo pero ni siquiera buscaron compensarme de alguna forma. Por otro lado, la cocina es demasiado pequeña para toda la gente que la usa y está muy mal equipada. Finalmente, mi última noche tuve que cambiarme de habitación y el baño que estaba cerca (justo abajo) estuvo los dos días muy sucio.

What a great place within the jungle. Very close (walkable) to the ruines and only a short collectivo ride to town. The beds were really comportable, there were enough bathrooms around and the kitchen wasn't very big, but able to cook. The pool and the hammock area were great as well.

Such a beautiful place, outside the centre but there are collectivos that pass every 5mins and drop to right outside. The facilites were amazing, the river, bridges, fogatas, jungle vibes, hammocks etc. Has a shared kitchen but can sometimes get a bit crowded at peak hours. Plenty of bathrooms through the property. Place to wash and hang your clothes.

We stayed in the shared dorm, beds were comfy but having a curtain around the beds would give some privacy as you share with 6 other beds. It’s 2 bedrooms connected with one shared bathroom. In the bedroom at the back there was only one working plug between 3 beds, you have nowhere to store your things in the room other than putting bag under bed. There are lockers by reception but seemed a bit pointless to store our things there as the room was far away .

Een super unieke locatie, naast het park met de ruïnes. Je hoorde en zag veel dierengeluiden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

We hadden veel schimmelvorming in de badkamer. Onderhoud was achterstallig.

Abgelegen, dafür mitten im Dschungel, gleich beim Parkeingang. Nachts hört man die Affen. MA an der Reception und im Restaurant freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bungalow schon älter aber sauber. Für ein/zwei Nächte okay.

Abstossend sind die vielen Verbotsschilder die in der ganzen Anlage verteilt rep. aufgehängt sind. Auch die generierte Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com ist ein absolutes „no go“. Darin wird einem nur mitgeteilt was man in der Anlage nicht tun darf und welche Verbote und Konsequenzen auf einem zukommen. Ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht ein Rennovationsstau.

Purtroppo, ho avuto una coppia di vicini maleducati,ma di certo non dipende dalla struttura

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Eingangstor zum Palenque-Nationalpark (mit den Ruinen). Freundliches Personal mit 24h-Verfügbarkeit. Saubere Duschen, moderne Bidet-Toiletten. Waschmaschinen und Wäscheleinen stehen zur Verfügung.

In meiner Hütte gab es nur eine einzige Glühbirne mit grell-kaltweißem Licht - hier hätte man durch z.B. eine Nachttischlampe eine deutlich bessere Atmosphäre schaffen können. Die Vorhänge sind nicht ganz blickdicht. Der Safe war bei mir defekt. Die offene Küche war sehr klein und nicht immer sauber. Restaurant in Ordnung, aber verhältnismäßig teuer.
