La conección con la naturaleza, las cabañas estaba muy bien limpias y amplias y la zona de la alberca muy bonita, al llegar nos atendieron súper bien

al recepción fue muy rápido nos asignaron la habitación, todo limpio a pesar de estar rodeado de selva, solo vi una pequeña araña en el baño lo cuál es entendible, la alberca y servicio excelente, lo único fue el sabor del café, no tenia sabor pero los chilaquiles que pedí estuvieron bien, sin duda regresaría

The wide spread accomodations in a beautiful surrounding. The apartment was nicely decorated, good beds and the presence of wellness, a swimming pool and a restaurant is a big plus. Our house has a veranda and a lot of birds and butterfly's are in the direct area.

The jungle experience was not so jungle at all. It's just 3 km of the city centre of Palenque and the area is cultivated with a lot other touristic facilities. For a real jungle you have to book somewhere else. Also big organized groups can book this hotel, so you can have an invasion of noisy people who aren't interested in relaxation of quietness. The restaurant has few and unexperienced personal - teenagers at dinner time. They did their best, but waiting time was much to long (maximum was almost 1 hour!). The food tasted well, luckely.

Todo, desde que entras es una experiencia en la recepción muy amplia, los andadores con vegetación de la región brindan una calma inexplicable, las habitaciones son muy tranquilas y rodeadas de naturaleza, alberca excelente y comida rica.

Slechte bedden van amper 1m40 voor een 2persoonsbed. Beetje vergane glorie doorheen het hele domein (oude douches, zwembad groen ipv helder blauw, kapotte ligzetels aan het zwembad, …) De ene dag was het verplicht ontbijtbuffet (270 peso’s per persoon!) zonder dat we de prijs te zien kregen, de andere dag was het a la carte? Te duur voor wat je krijgt!

Schone kamers, mooie tuin en dichtbij Palenque (ruïnes). Prima restaurant waar wij hebben ontbeten en een keer hebben geluncht.

De ligbedjes aan het zwembad, je kunt er eigenlijk niet relaxt op liggen. Het zwembad zelf zag er een beetje troebel uit.

Heerlijk zwembad! Mooi gelegen in het groen, prachtige tuin. We hebben aapjes gezien in de tuin bij het zwembad. De limonade was erg lekker in het restaurant.

In onze kamer zaten hoge bovenramen, waar geen gordijn voor hing. Hierdoor was het in de nacht erg licht. Sowieso zou de tuin van mij wel minder verlicht mogen zijn in de nacht, zodat je meer kan genieten van een mooie sterrenhemel.

Beautiful jungle setting, in exuberant vegetation and exotic flowers. Very nice rooms with air conditioning inside and hammock on the balcony. Lovely swimming pool to cool off too.

Étonnant pour un hôtel "4*" d'un tel standing d'offrir des lits doubles de 1.40m et surtout de ne pas équiper les chambres de petits frigos pour permettre au client d'avoir de l'eau froide. en effet, sous 40° degrés, pas top de boire de l'eau tiède ...

Verouderde accomodatie, zowel jagers als get zwembad. Ligstoelen waren allemaal stuk Personeel was niet vriendelijk en sprak geen Engels en deed hier geen enkele moeite voor. Was het slechtste verblijf van onze volledige reis.

De ligging is goed om de tempel en de watervallen te bezoeken.

Het personeel spreekt uitsluitend Spaans en doet geen moeite om Engels te praten, ook niet met een vertaalapp. Het zwembad was verouderd en alle ligzetels waren stuk ( de rotan was overal los). Kamer was wel proper, maar verouderd. De foto’s van het hotel zijn mooier dan in het echt. Dit hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Ik zou dit hotel zeker afraden.

Onze kamer was gelegen in de grote, prachtige tuin. Is zeer rustig gelegen, waardoor de natuur zijn gang kan gaan. Het te betalen ontbijt was zeker groot genoeg. Ideale ligging om de historische site te bezoeken, maar ook dicht genoeg bij de stad.

Personeel aan de receptie was niet echt vriendelijk.

This was my 2nd trip here, the last was in 2018. They have added a 2nd pool and a lovely spa. The Mango Restaurant continues to be delicious, affordable and with excellent service. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. What makes this place TRULY special is the natural environment and tropical landscaping. On our first day, we saw howler monkeys and 3 red macaws! The jungle is exploding with life. Some trees have so many plants, flowers and vines growing that you can't even see the trunk! It is a nature lover's paradise and is worth every peso. It is the only place I will stay in Palenque!! Keep up the great work and change nothing. Thank you team La Aldea!!

En las habitaciones 31 a la 33 hace falta más cortinas para oscurecer. Por la noche entra mucha luz de los pasillos y no hay como tapar las ventanas.

Las habitaciones están dentro de la naturaleza, la alberca bastante amplia y limpia, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas

L’hôtel est bien situé, les bungalows sont spacieux et la piscine très bien. Le personnel a l’accueil et au restaurant étaient très sympathique.

Nous avons pris un massage relaxant mais il n’était pas vraiment relaxant. La masseuse n’était pas agréable, elle montrait clairement qu’elle n’avait pas envie. Ses gestes étaient trop rapide et pas assez précis

Nice large clean room, comfy bed, huge pool, nice well maintained gardens. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was okay. Small store at reception for snacks and basic supplies. Easy cab ride into town or to the ruins. Room was a little tired but overall it's a nice relaxing hotel.

Restaurant was closed on two of our nights, but admittedly it was low season and there were few guests. There are restaurants within walking distance and it's an easy and cheap cab ride into town.

The hotel setting is wonderful, and the rooms are enormous. The pool was lovely and quiet. The shower was great and had hot water, AC worked well. Housekeeping is daily and cleanliness was very good. The restaurant was fine when I used it. The hotel also offers tours and massages, which is convenient. Location is a great in between the ruins and town, a colectivo can be easily hauled in both directions. There are other restaurants nearby as well! Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Service could honestly have been better in a few areas - I had a massage, and while the quality of the massage itself was fine, the therapist was quite unfriendly and didn't seem to care or notice when I almost fainted afterwards. Regardless of my health - the spa rooms were very cold, both in temperature and feel. Didn't feel that relaxing at all! While suffering from heat exhaustion I had to walk down to the restaurant to get water because I couldn't get in touch easily with reception - this could be helped by having an interphone in the rooms, especially with such a sprawling hotel. I would also strongly recommend equipping the rooms with kettles/coffee making equipment. There's certainly plenty of space for them! For a hotel of this calibre, this is an expected feature. When the restaurant was unexpectedly closed for maintenance for a day (which is understandable), one had no way of procuring a beverage on site (no mini bar, no teas or coffee). This should be addressed.

Great location very close to the Palenque archeological site, in the middle of the local vegetation. It has wonderful gardens, walkways, lovely pool, comfortable bungalows with all amenities (internet, etc). It has a good restaurant catering good local food even in the evening. Tours can be requested as the hotel offers them. People and service is very good as well.

Nothing really, we really enjoyed staying here and being surrounded by nature, wonderful plants and a pleasant pool area.

Being in the middle of the jungle and have all facilities ! People are super friendly too.

The rooms don't have mosquito net, we would prefer to open the windows instead of using the airco, the temperature outside is great, especially at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

El concepto y la naturaleza, excepcional.

En 1 de las habitaciones que adquiri habian muchos insectos ( hormigas principalmente y escarabajo), olía mucho a insecticida y no me dieron una opción de cambio o alternativa para quitar el olor o retirar las hormigas, termine haciéndolo yo. Y la alberca no funcionaba la cascada que se ve en las imágenes promocionales.

Que nos asignaron habitaciones al final del lugar muy húmedas y con instalaciones muy viejas y con mallas rotas que hicieron q se metieran las arañas, lo q no había en otras ocasiones que he ido, también las últimas ocasiones ha habido ruido de construcción y música q viene d un salón o algo que queda cerca lo q ya no permite descansar como antes, pero bueno eso no es atribuible al hotel sino a los permisos de fiestas hasta muy noche,

Las instalaciones sin increibles, y la persona que nos recibio las maletas, la verdad que fue super amable y nos dio buenos consejos.

Que cuando estaba en la Alberca fue muy dificil pedi algo que nos llevaran a la alberca, ya que tuvimos que ir al restaurant por un mesero, nunca hubo uno dando vueltas por la alberca pendiente a alguna solicitud.

La Aldea es un hotel que se compone de casitas o bungalows diseminados en un entorno con abundante vegetación y alrededor de una piscina. Las habitaciones son amplias y el staff es muy atento, con especial mención a Mercedes. Con suerte se puede ver fauna salvaje en el hotel, como monos.

El hotel no está cerca de Palenque y se hace necesario contratar un taxi para cualquier desplazamiento. Las habitaciones son muy simples y no cuentan con servicios como nevera o televisión, por ejemplo. Merece la pena pagar más por una Suite Junior por ejemplo, ya que la diferencia en la habitación es muy considerable.

La Suite Junior está situada en una casita a la que se accede por un caminito entre abundante vegetación. La habitación es muy amplia, con vistas a la piscina y cuenta con un jacuzzi. A destacar la atención del personal del hotel, en especial Mercedes.

El hotel no está cerca de Palenque y se hace necesario contratar un taxi para cualquier desplazamiento. En general, las habitaciones son básicas, con los servicios mínimos y prácticamente nula decoración.

das Zimmer ist gross und sauber und die Terrasse ist auch gemütlich. der Garten ist eine Oase. das Restaurant hat eine schöne Aussicht und nette Bedienung. das Essen ist ik, für Vegetarier etwas spärlich.

der Empfang an der Reception war sehr kühl. wir haben gar keine Informationen erhalten. Samstags ist in der Bsr in der Nähe laute Musik zu hören, die bis tief in die Nacht dauert. Lärm mitten in einer sonst ruhigen Dschungelgegend. so kann man den Abend suf der Terrasse kaum geniessen.
