‘L’Architecture de l’hôtel et son implantation avec la vue constante sur la mer est incroyable de beauté, la décoration de l’hôtel est superbe et offre un cocon d’un grand confort dans toutes les déambulations dans l’hôtel, La disponibilité , la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel dans tout l’hôtel du petit déjeuner , ainsi qu’aux restaurants du complexe tout est parfait. George le Directeur est un hôte très chaleureux et présent. Notre suite avec piscine et vue mer était très agréable, déco chaleureuse et confortable Les navettes pour se rendre sur les différents sites sont très appréciable

La croissanterie du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée Certains matelas et parasols sur la plage n’était pas opérationnel mais cependant pas remplacés lors de notre séjour dommage malgré tout cela n’a pas altéré la qualité de notre séjour

Belle vue, l’ambiance du restaurant le soir

Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits mais à l’arrivée la chambre que nous avions réservée avec sa grande piscine privée n’était pas disponible et nous en avons eu une moins bien, que nous n’aurions pas choisie et nous n’aurions pas réservé à cet hôtel si nous avions sû que nous aurions cette chambre. Qui plus est piscine partagée avec vis à vis qui était sale (mégots de cigarettes et bouteille en plastique dans la piscine) et mauvaise odeur tenace dans la chambre. Suite à notre demande nous avons pu heureusement changer de chambre le lendemain mais avons perdu une nuit dans la chambre au prix que nous avions réservé et il ne nous a pas été proposé de geste commercial ou indemnisation financière. C’est dommage. Cet hôtel a des couloirs assez tristes comme un hôpital, selon nous plutôt un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles.

La formation du personnel, clairement insuffisante. Le personnel que vous rencontrez ne vous salue qu’une fois sur deux au maximum, ils fument au 6 eme étage au milieu des espaces réservés aux clients et il y a de nombreux problèmes de formation. Ayant dépassé se près de 20KE sur 10 jours, j’étais en droit d’espérer un meilleur service que celui d’un hôtel de moyenne game. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, je n’ai jamais réussi à manger des œufs chauds, soit ils étaient froids, soit ils étaient trop cuits. Enfin, le mobilier de notre suite manquait de classe avec ces canapés certes confortables mais d’une bizarre couleur rose. Pour terminer, si la suite était très grande, la partie salle de bains était très petite avec un seul lavabo alors qu’il existait par ailleurs une cuisine équipée qui ne servait à rien. A noter, une voiture est indispensable, car l’hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville.

La posizione è semplicemente splendida: immersa in un contesto di grande bellezza, con una vista meravigliosa su Elia beach e un’atmosfera di assoluto relax. Le stanze, curate in ogni dettaglio, e la piscina contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, offrendo privacy e comfort in un ambiente davvero suggestivo. Un particolare ringraziamento va a tutto il personale, sempre disponibile, attento e professionale, capace di farci sentire accolti e assistiti durante tutta la settimana, con grande discrezione e cordialità. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il servizio di navetta, estremamente comodo e puntuale, che ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia e di vivere l’isola senza alcuna preoccupazione. È stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della bellezza e di un servizio di alto livello. Una struttura che consigliamo senza esitazione e nella quale torneremmo molto volentieri.

The private pool isn’t completely private people next door can see you.

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary early check-in, which made our arrival even more comfortable. A special thank you goes to George, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit around the city and even helped us secure a last-minute reservation at one of the city's most famous restaurants, which is something we truly appreciated. We also used the hotel's airport transfer service, which was seamless, convenient, and well organized. We highly recommend taking advantage of it. The hotel's grounds are absolutely stunning, with a beautiful and exclusive atmosphere. We also recommend visiting the restaurants within the hotel group and enjoying the different pools, all of which added to the overall experience. To top it all off, George kindly arranged a complimentary late check-out for us, allowing us to enjoy our final day without feeling rushed.

The only minor issue during our stay was that the taxi boat arranged through reception with an external company arrived much later than scheduled, causing us to miss our reservation. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally and sincerely apologized by offering us a complimentary dinner at one of their restaurants. We truly appreciated how they took responsibility and turned an unfortunate situation into another positive experience.

A wonderful place with a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the sunbeds are excellent. The real highlight, however, is the staff. You can truly see that the management has invested in their people. Everyone was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive, providing exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable.

Super schönes und luxuriöses Hotel in Traumlage über der Bucht von Elia. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wir machen gerne wieder Urlaub hier.

A very beautiful hotel in a great location!

Everything was excellent

The views were incredible. Definitely go for the ocean view private pool option. The Villa property was top notch. The staff was amazing. Had some wifi issues the first night. They worked hard to solve, and ended up moving us to better room. On our last day, we had to catch early flight so missed the complimentary breakfast, so staff had a bag of packed sandwiches, fruits, and jam for us to take on the road. Shuttle to the private beach if you don't want to walk the 150 steps. Loved every minute.

Great hotel for those than like an exclusive resort with great caring staff.

Posizione eccezionale. Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli con arredamento di grandissimo pregio. Camere bellissime e molto spaziose. La piscina e la spiaggia (una delle più belle di tutta Mykonos) completano in maniera eccellente la struttura. Ottimo il cibo sia per un light lunch a bordo piscina che per un pranzo o cena alla carte. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

One of the nicest hotels in Mykonos. The view is breathtaking and is only a short walk to the beach. The restaurants at the hotel were all amazing, with fresh food and produce.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

The views from this property are spectacular. Truly a 5 star experience with excellent restaurant recommendations from the staff and promptness in making arrangements for pool side loungers and transportation. The room could use a refresh but this is a very minor point - would love to come back to this hotel for an even longer stay

The staff is amazing - they are so friendly and helpful - greeting everyone with a smile and genuinely helping around. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We have never seen a bit of dirt anywhere. We have tried the hotel restaurant and other around, they were all good and not necessarily more expensive than Mykonos City. breakfast is great and with loads of variety for everyone.

it is a remote location and there is really nothing much around. One needs to be fine with it or rent a car.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. There are actually 5 hotels in one - all connected but separate. Restaurants were excellent and were different. Staff were universally charming, friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience. Thank you

Overall beautiful resort. Excellent facilites, Great breakfast, Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Nice semi-private beach next to resort.

One major issue is the distance from the resort to Mykonos Town. Though its nice the resort is far enough away that the cruise shippers don't come near the resort, its a bit of a chore to get to town and the resort shuttles don't run frequent enough and end too early in the evening - they should adjust their schedule so the run return trips past midnight. The resort restaurants are nice (not great), the dishes are good, but overpriced with the food portions being very small even for a slight lady...not to mention a man.

The hotel is situated away from the cruise ship crowds. Its remote and quiet but a quick bus ride away from Mykonos town.The hotel staff are very friendly and everyone who works there goes above and beyond. Service at this hotel is top notch. One of my favourite hotels I've stayed in.

Decor was lovely, room was nice, clean and quite Spa treatment was wonderful Food was good in evening Check in took a long time and our room was not ready until 5.30 after a long day travelling as not great

Was not sure if the layout and where we could go in the hotel, would have been good to be shown around, pools and restaurants explained Breakfast was not great , people pushing in and cold eggs was not good, would have been nice to have the option of hot food even if it was just eggs Hotel pools all salt water, they were nice but very salty and not great for cooking down The hotel beach was a bit of a joke, felt like being crushed crowded, we paid for the beds next door and we 70 euros each per day was very expensive and with salt pool we did crave a non salty swim

We, and many others, are repeated guests - for very good reason; the breakfast is one of the best we‘ve ever had (both selection and quality), the service and cleanliness is top notch, pool with salt water, and the staff and manager are eager to fulfil each wish making your stay special. Strongly recommended!

For a “5 star hotel” room service was shocking. The girl on the line had no idea what i was asking for and then told me to wait to get her brother. 😳another 1000 examples like that, pool service bad cocktails during the day bad! The GM really needs to get things together there, it was so much better 2 years ago

Secluded!

The staff were very nice and eager to help with anything. The restaurant manager was so lovely and went out of her way to make sure our dining experiences were perfect. The Manager was also incredibly helpful and approachable. We can’t fault the actual hotel and facilities at all.

The location for us was a bit remote and it’s difficult to get into town easily. The hotel runs shuttles but not necessarily at the times that suit. Taxi or drivers are hard to find and can be quite costly. Unfortunately, due to the high wind going to the beach was also not really an option.

Hotel was amazing! Special shout out to the Bartender Ben. He was so helpful and made the best drinks. He told us all the good restaurants on the property. The hotel staff was friendly. They made us feel right at home. Let me add the private room pool was THE BOMB
