Otele girer girmez dekorasyon sizi çok etkiliyor bayıldık. Karşılama bölümündeki tüm ekip çok harika, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı için seçenekler yeterli, taze ve lezzetliydi. Özellikle yumurta çeşitleri ve taze portakal suyu nefis. Akşam yemeği lezzet güzel fiyatlar iyi.

Yemek bölümünde servis biraz yavaş kalıyor ve aksama oluyor, sandalyelerin mutlaka değişmesi gerekiyor kısa şort ile oturmak için çok rahatsız. Bizim minibarımız boştu. Odalara kahve makinesi, su ısıtıcı, kahve ve çay çeşitleri konulması hoş olabilir. Böyle hoş bir manzarada odamda kahve yapıp balkonumda içmeyi isterdim.

What I really liked about the hotel was its beautiful design and the spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. And the view from the pool is simply spectacular!

There are, however, a few areas where I feel the hotel could improve. The first is the gym. For a hotel of this standard, the current fitness facilities are simply not adequate. There are essentially three treadmills and one additional machine, which was out of order during our stay. I think this should either be significantly upgraded or described more accurately, as guests expecting a proper hotel gym may be disappointed. Breakfast was another area that didn’t quite match the overall standard of the hotel. We were a party of five, and finding a table was a challenge almost every morning. My impression was that this may partly be due to guests from other Myconian properties also having access to breakfast at Utopia, with many choosing it because of its particularly beautiful setting. The breakfast itself could also benefit from more variety. The selection remained virtually unchanged throughout our stay and, while perfectly acceptable, it never felt particularly special. This was especially surprising given how outstanding the food at the restaurant is for lunch and dinner. The quality of those meals sets a very high standard, and it would be great to see breakfast brought up to the same level. These are relatively specific issues, but for a hotel positioned at this level, they do make a difference to the overall experience.

Tout ! C est un paradis ! Nous avions une chambre incroyable : 759. On ne se lasse pas de la vue. Le personnel est aux petits soins et tout est mis en place pour notre confort absolu. Le seul bémol est l impossibilité de se promener en départ à pied depuis l hôtel. Par bonheur, les nombreuses navettes vers la plage, Mykonos et Ano Mera sont hyper efficaces. Un séjour inoubliable !

-Amazing interior design -Very friendly and sympa young staff. Costa, the hotel manager, is always present. -Location is top, even though it’s a bit far from downtown Mykonos. Amazing views over Elia Beach. -Beach is wonderful. -Food is very delicious

-TV has no Netflix -No sofa in the deluxe room

We were in a luxurious villa with a jacuzzi and a private swimming pool. And the view! Out of this world. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne, water and fruits, which was a very nice surprise. The shuttle to the private Elia beach stretch (for all Myconian hotels' guests) was very convenient, and the sunbeds are ever so comfortable. Both the restaurant, and the pool bar had very lovely food and drinks, reasonably priced, and kids-friendly! (We had three little ones with us, and they were so happy.) On our checkout day we spend the whole day at the shared big and beautiful infinity pool overlooking the bay. But all this is nothing compared to the staff! Top notch. Particularly Pauline who was greeting us and overlooking our stay was fantastic. Thank you so much for having us! We'll be back.

De kamers zijn geweldig maar het meest opvallende wat je heir doet terugkeren behalve de luxe zijn toch echt de mensen die er werken. Ze werken keihard en zijn super vriendelijk. Ze zorgen dat je onbezorgd kunt genieten! Hopelijk zien de hoteleigenaren hoeveel zij waard zijn!!

Het wachten op de taxi kan soms welecht meer dan een half ur tot 3 kwartier duren. Dat is wel jammer.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying here from August 3rd through August 11th to celebrate my birthday. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone—from hotel management to every single staff member who went above and beyond for our family and our 80 guests. The service was truly superb on every level; every request, need, and idea was met instantly with so much genuine care and warmth. A very special thank you to Mr. Dimitrios, Mr. Konstantinos, and Mr. Apostolos for being there for us around the clock throughout our stay—your hospitality made all the difference. Our stay at Myconian Utopia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single person made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The service was simply out of this world. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, luxurious rooms, and incredible food. Every detail exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more special was celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday while we were there. A huge thank you to Polina, Kateryna, and Costas, who went above and beyond to make it a celebration we will never forget. They arranged all of our reservations, surprised her with beautiful balloons, a delicious birthday cake, and so many thoughtful touches that made her feel incredibly special. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care we received. It wasn’t just a hotel stay. It was an experience that created memories our family will cherish forever. Thank you, Myconian Utopia, for making our vacation so magical. We cannot wait to come back.

Amazing hotel value for money worth every dollar

Just enjoyed a lovely short stay at Utopia! Loved everything, the decor, the food, the facilities, and the great staff. Great bonus point is that you can also use the facilities at sister hotels ie Royal and Imperial.

Fantastic property, fantastic location, superb level of assistance from Katerina, Kostas, and crew at the hotel, the spa, and at the beach. If you think you can't avoid crowds in Mykonos in mid-July, you haven't been to the Myconian properties above Elia beach, especially Utopia. Highly recommend the 2BR villa. The owners are sons of the founders and they are not resting on their laurels. Look forward to returning one day.

Mykonos est certes l'ile de la fête mais la musique omniprésente dans le restaurant et au bord de la piscine peut etre fatiguante L'accès aux piscines interieures est payant Petite deception sur la belle baignoire qui est uniquement décorative et ne peut pas être remplie (mais le jacuzzi extérieur compense largement)

Сначала получили комнату на самом последнем этаже которая была предпоследней комнаты до неё было очень тяжело добираться по лестницам так как лифт не доходил до неё, спустя два дня в этой комнате мы поговорили с управляющим и нам поменяли на комнату которая находилась напротив бассейна и она нам очень понравилась её расположение и вид с комнаты

В букинге было указано что пляж находится 250 м от отеля а на самом деле он находится намного дальше и очень тяжело до него добраться пешком нереально так как отель находится наверху горы а пляж внизу и это намного больше чем указано в букинге но в отеле есть подвозка которая ходит по расписанию и довозят до пляжа но нам это было очень неудобно так как нужно подстраиваться под расписанию автобуса И это нам поменяла все планы .

We came here for the second time to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the hotel is and not only for its exquisite beauty. The staff are the ones who made our visit so special. Katerina, Sotiria, Paulina and Bianca on reception with their lovely smiles and welcome whenever you enter and leave the hotel. George, Gavriil and Filippos always ready to help with any bags or simply to escort us to the transfers. Juliette who is the restaurant hostess, the loveliest, kindest person. Kostas, the Maitre de Maison who literally cannot do enough for you and the same for Dimitris, the General Manager! What a team! And finally thank you to George, one of the transfer drivers for your patience whenever we needed transfers to places, especially on the day of the wedding. WOW!!! Where to start. Reception Katerina and the other girls are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Before we arrived I arranged an intimate 5 course meal by the pool, with Katerina’s help we settled on the courses ( I’m a bit fussy), she was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The welcome back every time you walk in, makes it feel like home. When we sat down for dinner on the Friday, it was laid out beautifully, champagne on ice, (our fav veuve), the lovely young lady looking after us was Asimi (silver in Greek) she was a definite gold. Attentive, engaging but discreet aswell, just perfect. We ended up getting 7 courses all absolutely sublime. Then we had Zozef working his magic with the music, even playing our first dance for us, his sidekick Greta is an absolute sweetheart. Then in breakfast and restaurant, Juliette as the host, Francesca, Asimi, Irene, and many more who are just so wonderful, friendly, fun, engaging always happy and always there when you need them. The two lovely ladies that kept our room immaculate for the two weeks. The shuttle bus drivers ferrying us around, between the other 6 hotels you have use off, food in all of them is just another level for hotels. And every member of staff is worthy of a special mention, Bruno in sushi, stavros on the beach, just too many to mention them all. The view from our room was simply breath taking. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, thank you all for making our honeymoon better than we could ever have hoped for. I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the season and then a well earned rest. Just spent an unforgettable week at Myconian Utopia, and I can't recommend it enough. Our sea-view room was stunning, the kind of view you find yourself just staring at every morning once you wake up. What really stood out was the service. The reception staff, porters, and housekeeping team were all incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You could tell genuine care was put into every interaction, big or small. A wonderful stay overall, and I'd happily come back to Mykonos just for this hotel.

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. A serious incident occurred in our room involving missing money, and the hotel failed to handle the situation properly or provide any meaningful support. We repeatedly contacted the hotel and formally requested an explanation and investigation, yet our concerns were completely ignored. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and guest care was unacceptable. We felt unprotected throughout the entire process and would strongly not recommend this property.

Our stay at Myconian Utopia Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. Perched above the crystal-clear waters of Elia Beach, this resort perfectly captures the elegance and magic of Mykonos. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and effortlessly luxurious. Polina, Johanna and Juliet did exceptional work to make sure our needs were fulfilled. The architecture blends beautifully with the island’s natural landscape, featuring stunning Cycladic design, sophisticated interiors, and breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is both serene and unforgettable. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely spectacular, especially during sunset. The food was also great with a small but delicious dinner menu and breakfast options. Overall a ten out of ten experience.

Only visited the restaurant but the whole experience was 5 star. Views incredible, food outstanding, we had the lamb chops and beef fillet. Julia and Alex were destined to be in hospitality and nothing was too much. A wonderful end to a lovely holiday on this magnificent island.

We stayed for our honeymoon and we had the pool room which was amazing, we didn’t dine for dinner but we did have their pizza and some nibbles in the day and they were lovely! Views, staff, whole vibe were unmatched we didn’t want to leave! Free shuttles to the main town daily as well which was a nice surprise.

They’re trialing a new WhatsApp system (it was 2 days old when we arrived) defo needs some tweaking and some food we ordered never arrived one evening and some of the responses were not helpful - but it’s 2 days old so cannot complain!

Stunning setting, beautiful room and delicious breakfast

An amazing experience at the Myconian Utopia hotel. The staff is so pleasant and helpful! Paulina at the front desk and Joanna the hostess at the breakfast buffet- just amazing! We came with a 9month old baby and everyone was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. They have transportation to the beach back and forth at request always available. We hope to come back soon.

We chose one of the best rooms at the property -the grand majestic suite with exterior hot tub-, and the room size, view and overall decoration were fantastic. The beach was beautiful-- clear & tranquil waters, super clean. The housekeeping service was just exceptional. Every morning they would clean every inch of the room and terrace and during the night service, a whole refresh with very thoughtful touches (folding clothes, arranging scattered items like shoes, replacing towels and refreshing amenities, etc) was offered. The food was very good, including the generous breakfast. We appreciated the shuttle vans to and from the beach and also to the main town, although the schedule was a bit restrictive. Finally, the reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The water temperature of the room shower was not very hot, we reported it and apparently there was nothing to be done (however we found the ones at the spa to have hotter water). Talking about water, since the tap water in Mykonos is not safe to drink, aside of two small bottles per day per room, the property charges hefty prices for water at the bar and restaurant. Given how expensive this property is, they should at least offer filtered water to drink for free (or bundle it with the room price, it takes a bit out of the luxury experience to be constantly charged for basics like water or bread to accompany the meals -think of flying business where you expect everything to be included for the price you pay-).

After 2022, I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Just like last time, it was breathtaking. The staff, the food, the cleanliness, the location, the rooms, the pool...and so much more! Special mention must go to Aristoteles and Joana, who took amazing care of my friend and me. Always attentive, professional, and polite. I've never felt so safe and comfortable. I'll definitely be back for a third time!

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Utopia Relais & Châteaux a été une véritable parenthèse enchantée. Tout était absolument parfait : de l’accueil chaleureux du personnel à la beauté des lieux, en passant par le confort raffiné de la chambre et la qualité exceptionnelle de la cuisine. Chaque détail était pensé avec soin, dans une ambiance à la fois luxueuse et apaisante. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande sans réserve. Un grand merci a Juliette pour son sourire et sa disponibilité de tout les instants .

La piscine est magnifique mais il manque terriblement une petite échelle pour se baigner en toute quiétude . Compliqué lorsque l'on a une mobilité réduite .

Staff is super friendly, quick and helpful, they literally make things happen as soon as you ask them. Any transport or activities they can sort out for you. Food is wonderful!
