Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Beautiful property with lovely staff who go out of the way. We celebrated my 40th here and it was the best. Used the spa facilities it was great. Room was beautiful . Property arranged shuttle for free to town. Also the shuttle to hotel from ferry is convenient for a charge.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Widok przy budowie kaskadowej na wzgórzu zapiera dech w piersiach. Nasz pokój z tarasem numer 8431 rewelacja. Sprzątanie w pokoju dwa razy dziennie plus uzupełniane ręczniki. Po sprzątaniu w pokoju jest wręcz sterylnie. Obsługa bardzo miła starająca się zawsze pomóc. Z racji położenia hotelu na górze świetnie zorganizowany transport busami na plażę. Śniadania z przepięknym widokiem na morze, przestrzenna jadalnia.
Na plaży dużo parasoli wraz z leżakami jest zajętych przez jedną osobę, drugi leżak pozostaje wolny. To powoduję, że w hotelu jesteśmy informowani o braku miejsc na plaży, co nie jest zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Architektura hotelu wymusza korzystanie z kilku wind, na początku jest to uciążliwe, ale widok i obsługa rekompensują tą niedogodność.

However, after my car got damaged over night in the hotel parking lot, I was introduced to their incredibly rude hotel manager. When explaining what happened I was interrupted and told I needed to be quiet and listen to him. How does a hotel of this range have a manager speak to customers in such a rude way. In the end I received no help. The car issue remained my problem.

L’hôtel est absolument magnifique, mais ce qui a véritablement rendu notre séjour inoubliable, c’est l’équipe que nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer cette année 2026. Tous ont fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, d’une gentillesse remarquable et d’une vraie attention tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention toute particulière à Pamela, à la réception, pour son professionnalisme, son sourire, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Elle a largement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et pour tous ces beaux moments. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026- La beauté du resort - le service de navettes vers Chora, même s’il en manquait une dans la matinée (aller vers Chora) et une entre 21h et 22h30 (retour depuis Chora) - le service de navettes pour la plage en contrebas - les petits-déjeuners excellents - la mer cristalline, bain sensationnel - la vue mer et coucher de soleil depuis l’hôtel et la chambre - Kostas, au spa - la jeune femme de la boutique - changements de (belles) serviettes 2 fois par jour
- wifi qui ne marchait pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée et qui n’a été rétabli que 2 jours plus tard malgré plusieurs requêtes à la réception - ménage assez approximatif dans la chambre, surtout le passage du soir (pyjamas en boule, flacon dans la baignoire retrouvé après le passage etc.) - odeur de la climatisation, un entretien s’impose - en parlant de la clim, quel besoin ont les hôtels de la régler à 18 degrés à l’arrivée des clients? Avons-nous besoin de renvoyer tant d’air chaud vers l’extérieur dans le contexte préoccupant de réchauffement du climat?? Avons-nous besoin de couettes à Mykonos en plein mois d’août ?? Comme d’habitude, 1ère chose à faire, virer la couette et régler la clim à un niveau correct (24 minimum) - absence de machine à café dans notre chambre, c’est apparemment normalement un supplément pour ce type de chambre. Surprenant dans un resort 5 étoiles… Le manager a cependant consenti à nous mettre à disposition une machine expresso et des capsules.

The only downside is that the hotel is located quite far from and high above Mykonos Town, away from its authentic narrow streets and vibrant nightlife. It is a wonderful hotel for a honeymoon and for those who are not planning to leave the hotel much and are happy to spend most of their time enjoying the hotel itself. However, the restaurant has a rather limited choice of dishes, so dining at the same restaurant every day can become boring and repetitive.
The only downside is that the hotel is located quite far from and high above Mykonos Town, away from its authentic narrow streets and vibrant nightlife.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Wunderschöne Aussicht,die Einrichtung ist sehr modern ,das Pool war sehr schön beleuchtet und das Personal sehr bemüht vorallem Christina ein Herzliches Dankeschön für das wunderschöne Zimmer und Lisa war auch sehr freundlich. Nach dem Auschecken durften wir auch noch zum Strand mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle hin und zurück fahren und danach noch im Spa Bereich duschen gehen.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Ein sehr schickes Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Das Zimmer mit privaten Pool kann ich bestens empfehlen, es war traumhaft. Ich möchte an der Stelle das myconion utopia Restaurant loben. Wir waren dort zweimal essen und es war top , tolle Gerichte und Service .weiter so 👏🏻
Die Dame am Strand die für die Handtücher zuständig war. Wir sind immer zu zweit an den Strand und jedesmal machte sie mich pampig an das nur ein Handtuch pro Person gilt. Ich habe zwei genommen - für mich und meine Tochter- sie glaubte das erst als meine Tochter wieder zurück lief und beweisen musste das sie zu mir gehört! Sorry , es ist nur ein Handtuch , nicht mehr und nicht weniger - das war sehr unangenehm und darf nicht sein
