Online you can see jacuzzi and airport transfer, but in reality it is not available. The printer was not working neither.

Easy location for Prudential center.. our room was clean and nice.

We had no hot water or water pressure the first morning there due to water main break.

Paid extra for room service and it was just a ghost kitchen who leaves overpriced food in the lobby. Also paid extra for breakfast in the morning, and it turned out to be from a little Starbucks, kiosk, where you can pick one beverage and one entrée. Never had this kind of breakfast experience from a hotel before. Odd people in the lobby, blasting loud music from their phones for everyone to hear while they just stared into the distance.

Super dirty wrinkly and stained sheets, found pills under bed from last guest, stained shower curtain, bad area

When I booked it said it came with parking. I was driving a cargo van with all my daughter’s possessions for a move and could not fit in the parking deck. I reached out to the hotel by text and got a BS AI message telling me where the parking deck was and when I called they referred me to surface lots blocks away. Not acceptable. We did not stay and had to find other accommodations. Very disappointing.

The location was very close to Newark Penn Station. For breakfast, we could choose one entrée and one beverage, which was enough for us. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean.

There was nothing exceptional about my stay here aside from the downstairs security.

The breakfast is advertised as being included, but it is not. It is sold à la carte. The location is terrible. Every time we stepped outside, locals told us to "be careful out here." We booked for 4th of July weekend, and housekeeping did not clean the room once. Worst of all, WE FOUND BED BUGS!!!! The assistant manager was so rude and nasty. I showed her proof of the bed bugs (pictures and videos), and she said they'll have to investigate on their own. WHAT DO YOU MEAN!! They did not switch my room because I booked through a third party, and I had to sleep in my car. All of that, and they denied me any compensation. Terrible.

The property was close to the places I needed access to. Parking was tricky as the website doesn’t specify guests can park in the garage next door. Front desk was a long wait and never picked up the phone. So much trouble to connect to the WiFi. Overall an okay experience, but la king in the little details.

To connect to the WiFi you need to join the Marriott Acct. Front desk staff never picks up the phone and always busy.

The location was good. However, is confusing to find it. One staff member was great. The others appeared angry and the manager was also indifferent.

The rooms have more light and are clearer. The lights in the bathroom were burned out and could not give us light to fix ourselves in it. The wallpaper was coming out and looked neglected.

It was comfortable and convenient to the location of the event we attended.

It was just sticky and gross in a lot of areas the water pressure was very little and the location just had to many people folded around the property like chairs felt very unsafe

This property exceeded our expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the first-floor security desk, second-floor lobby, and on-site Starbucks. It was easy to use our room card to operate the front door and elevator. We stayed on the fifth floor facing the street and only noticed a little traffic noise, not to any bothersome degree; the windows seem to be well soundproofed. I'd guess the rooms on the other side are probably even quieter. Room was larger than expected and had a nice bed, desk, and small couch. Breakfast at the Starbucks was excellent and much better than a continental option, in our opinion. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Newark Penn Station, and the Prudential Center was only two minutes' walk away; it was great to avoid dealing with driving or public transit after the event. Several good food options are within a few minutes' walking distance: our favorite was the banh mi at Banh & Bo. We would definitely stay here again the next time we attend an event at the Prudential Center.

We'd like to have more and larger towels available in the room, and the top bedsheet was slightly dusty. I was also accidentally charged for parking at the garage next door even though I didn't drive, which was easily resolved by Peter at the front desk--still, make sure to check your bill just in case.

My room was a bit smelly, like it had been used by smokers. I bought a bottle of water for 8$ in the lobby, too bad they have such prices for hotel guests
