No se siente relajado, mucha gente en todas partes, en el desayuno tuvimos que hacer fila

El personal del Hotel, muy atento y amables, te hacen sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones impecables todo en su lugar y super limpio, la zona de restaurantes y su amplia gama gastronómica, la disfrutamos al máximo.

La comida del buffete y que no servía el aire.

Super clean & not overcrowded

We liked the shows and pool. The food was ok. Overall it was underwhelming as the property needed work. The beach was riddled with seaweed and the location was near an area with abandoned ships. The room was nice and the staff was ok.

La comida estaba rica eran muy amables el personal

Los restaurantes que cerraban para poner otra comida,que se tenía que reservar para poder ir a dónde uno quería ir a cenar y que en el restaurante que está de 12 a 6 se terminaba la comida faltando una hora o media hora y ya no volvían a rellenar.

En general esta OK. Tiene una linda alberca y un parque acuático. La habitación es amplia

El servicio bastante malo. No nos resolvían lo que necesitamos aunque fuera muy básico (periqueras, agua, toallas, tazas limpias, cafe) fuimos a todo incluido y no reestockeaban la comida ni los platos, casi no hay meseros. Tienes que pedir las cosas varias veces y el servicio en general hostil. Cuando los platillos se terminan, te dicen que no hay mas, aunque falten varias horas para recoger el servicio. El menú infantil solo ofrece alimentos ultra procesados y fritos. No hay tantas opciones de fruta y cosas frescas en los restaurantes.

Hermoso lugar. Muy limpio. El personal excelente. Nos dejaron un vino de regalo.

From the moment we arrived, Japhet made us feel truly welcome and set the tone for an unforgettable stay. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home from day one. Oscar and Antonio at Markado provided exceptional service and made every dining experience enjoyable. Agenis at Cape Noa was equally attentive and welcoming, always ensuring we had a great experience. Abraham at the gym was incredibly helpful, and the facility was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere that made working out a pleasure. This is a fantastic destination for families, and it's the incredible staff who made our vacation so memorable. Their outstanding service and genuine kindness exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here, and my family and I will definitely be returning in the future!

One area that could be improved was the housekeeping. There were a few occasions where the bed linens had stains, and some of the pillow covers appeared to have mold on them. While the staff addressed our needs when asked, ensuring that all linens are clean and thoroughly inspected before guests arrive would make the overall experience even better.

Las instalaciones limpias, y todo muy cómodo, el personal amable y atentos

Lo platicamos con el chef que se acercó a nuestra mesa la ultima noche, y le comentábamos que en las mesas nunca habia cucharas para el cafe que teníamos que solicitarlas al mesero ya veces tardan un poco, pero a la mañana siguiente todas las mesas contaban con cubiertos completos tenedor, cuchillo y cuchara y fue grato saber que tomaron en cuenta la observación

Super cerca a los parques que vistamos

No realizan aseo durante la estancia.

Me gustó que estaba muy limpios los cuartos. No puedo decir nada la comida, porque no comí ahí, pero los cuartos muy limpios y muy cómodos

Lo que no me gustó carrente un yate. Ahí en el resorts. Me dijeron todo muy bonito que lo rentara ahí que porque si lo rentaba ahí y va a ser más seguro todo y resulta que en el yate. Se me olvidó un reloj. Una cadena de oro uno lentes de marca y otro día que lo reclamé. Que según que no deje nada o sea que me lo robaron prácticamente y nos hicieron responsables. Lo del resorts. Por mi pérdida.

El concierge Marcos siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudó el último dia de la estancia con la habitación hospitality y el hizo todo para que saliéramos a tiempo al aeropuerto. Excelente persona y gran elemento en el hotel

La comida en el buffet puede mejorar

Playa. Servicio de playa. Ubicación. Habitaciones amplias. Cama y almohadas buenas. Muy bueno que haya una habitación de cortesía para cambiarse para los que salen de check out pero permanecen algunas horas mas en el resort

Que los mozos no tengan QR o algo digital para recibir las propinas, que no haya app o web para reservar en los restaurantes. No juntan rápido el sargazo y permiten que se acumule. Feo olor en la rejilla del baño. La comida de bufete es calidad media. En los restaurantes mejor.

The room it was really clean, the house keeping service is really good.

The food in the buffet is not good (no many options and oily ) the restaurants with reservations are a bit better but nothing special to be honest, and the service in the hotel ( waitresses and bar tenders) are below comparing to the service in Cancun. They have only one waiter on the beach, and the waiters at the pool are completely overwhelmed; consequently, the staff always appears stressed and unfriendly. The hotel's activities feel stuck in the 90s or early 2000s, they really need to modernize in this regard, and you have to pay a little extra for beach loungers, though I fail to see the added value. The rooms have been renovated and the beds are comfortable, but the hotel itself lacks personality.

Good value for the money

They stop giving bar or restaurant service too early because of low occupation, low number of waiters, only a few options for meals

They’re changing for a early check in per hours but they give us the room after 1,5 hrs later and didn’t give us money back

Super hôtel pour les familles avec des activités. Suite à un petit soucis de date on a dû réserver une nuit supplémentaire nous étions en suite et le responsable David au chek in a fait de son mieux pour nous garder le surclassement en suite malgré un manque de place et l’ajout d’une nuit. Cela afin de nous éviter de changer de chambre la dernière nuit. Un super hôtel super service. Un endroit paisible et la fois familiale. Une attention particulière à tous les clients

beach was well kept, clean building is a bit outdated but the furniture itself and decorations are nice and the service is fenomenal the food was very good, for being an all inclusive it is great

La cena, el trato en el check in, el desayuno, el agua de la alberca HELADA, ningún mesero se acercó durante mi tiempo en la alberca.

El personal muy amable los chicos de bar amables, los restaurant de cena buena comida. La habitación q nos todo con excelente vista y amplia

It was very spacious and footsteps away from the beach!

The only thing I’d say is to make the snack bar open 24/7 because some people who travel get there late due to delayed flight times and get there hungry and only have limited food options that aren’t really the best, they should add tacos to their menu!!

Hotel muito confortável, localização muito boa da praia. Tem drinks inclusos no bar, gostei.

Chegamos e o chão tinha muita areia, msm com as portas fechadas, não tem motivo de ter tanta areia. Outro ponto negativo é a variedade das comidas, por ser all inclusive esperávamos mais variedade, é bem limitado msm a variedade. No Brasil estamos acostumados a ter bem mais variedade. Bebidas também só pedindo ao garçom, não tem a disposição. Mas a comida é saborosa.

No me gustó que es un hotel muy grande y solo tiene una alberca. El buffet tiene poca variedad y lo repiten de la cena al desayuno No me gustó que pagué una habitación con vista al mar y no fue así la que me dieron

Not a great stretch of water … old boats moored opposite are a bit of an eye sore , the revamp of the property in general is nice but a bit slap dash in our room, no space for storage and a poor finish like the old tap lest from the old hotel, also buffet very limited and egg station in a morning was impossible ..

Mala atención de muchos de el personal sobre todo en restaurantes

Alles war gut, tolles Buffetangebot. Hatte All Inclusive und eine Suite. Keine Algen. Die machen da gut sauber. Kaffe und Tee rund um die Uhr.

Lauwarmes Wasser in der Dusche. Genügt eigentlich auch. Obwohl es einen riesigen Kinder-Pool mit ganz vielen Rutschen gibt und einiges mehr, waren alle mit den Eltern im allgemeinen Bereich. Kann ja Spass machen und ist entsprechend laut. Ich lag zum entspannen im Kinderpoolbereich und am Strand. 😀 Im allgemeinen Pool war immer alles voll. Aber alles kein Hindernis. Gut war es trotzdem! War im Februar 2026 dort.

Andres, the server from Casa Nova was the silver lining to our stay at this hotel. What a fun, enjoyable dinner experience he made for us. He was engaging, funny and wonderful.

The property was dirty and run down. The beach was depressing.

Agradable ambiente

El personal excelente y predispuesto. Tienen muchas actividades y shows todas las noches. Una vez hecho el check out nos permitieron permanecer en las instalaciones, consumir y tener una ducha de cortesía antes de salir al aeropuerto. Tiene un excelente parque acuático con toboganes para las familias con niños

La playa tiene mucha gente y el mar no es muy calmo para los niños. La comida es poco variada

O hotel foi reformado e me surpreendeu muito!!! Excelente opção para crianças! Com destaque para os funcionários muito queridos e atenciosos, atividades para crianças e adultos, noites temáticas, piscina aquecida (que é muito raro em Cancun!!!). A vista do nosso quarto era espetacular e a praia do Hotel é muito boa! Sem falar no parque aquático, ótimo para crianças. Tivemos ótimos dias por lá!

Os restaurantes precisam de reserva, acaba tornando a experiência um pouco burocrática.

The food was horrible. My wife got food poisoning on the first day. We had to order pizza from outside the hotel to eat because the food in the hotel was terrible. Our room was smell like mold- we couldn’t breathe in the bathroom in the room because of hard mold. Worst experience in all inclusive hotel we ever been!

Kids water park

Even after all inclusive a lot of extra extra that need to be discovered only when you stay there. Not excess to all restaurants.

Small, not a lot of good food options suitable for vegetarian

De locatie is top, leuk net hotel, afwisselende animatie.

Het eten is niet ons ding er missen basis producten bij het middag en avond eten (rijst, aardappels, frietjes etc) Het is niet ons eten, maar smaken kunnen natuurlijk verschillen

Un hotel familiar con muy buen ambiente. La playa muy bonita, la piscina de niños y los juegos acuático muy bonitos. El personal en su mayoría muy amable y la habitación estaba bien.

Opciones de alimentación limitadas y repetitivas. El proceso de checkin es muy lento. Los horarios de restaurantes son limitados y de baja capacidad, por lo que es difícil conseguir una reservación.

Instalaciones muy limpias

Es un hotel familiar y no hay rampas para los coches o sillas de ruedas para lugares estratégicos como parque acuático y playa, ejemplo para ir al parque acuático hay que bajar 15 gradas, variedad de comida limitada siendo en México una gastronomía tan diversa.

Las instalaciones son preciosas y el personal del hotel es muy servicial y amable

Apartamento imenso e muito confortável. Funcionários cordiais e comida boa. Agradável parque aquático para as crianças. Praia calma e limpa.

O restaurante ao lado da piscina e do mar é casual, inclusive para o almoço (o que não faz sentido). As bebidas sem álcool são de baixa qualidade.

The level isn't worth it.. there is nothing special about the upgrade , dinner reservations was a nightmare and a lot of back and forth!

nous avions payé pour un océan view donc nous avons du changer de chambre car la première n’en avait pas, la 2e non plus mais il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés alors nous avons choisi de rester

2 things: the restaurant at the beach did not have neither air conditioning nor ventilation fans so it felt very uncomfortable tonhave dinner there. Second, when we arrived the room had some humid smell. We had to leave the windows open for a while
