I'm not sure WHY I was charged extra US $4.95 on the day I checked out. I asked for a printed receipt and he said I could print it myself via booking.com website. I got a little suspecious and found the transaction.

Location of the hotel is superb, next to a mall, walking distance to the handicraft market and night market. Opted for the sea view room and got it. The view of the evening sky was remarkable.

Ist mitten drin und nahe zum Flughafen. Als ich mich über die Lautstärke und den Geruch nach kalten Zigaretten beschwerte, bekam ich sofort ein kostenloses Upgrade . Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer

Dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und den Folgen. Heißt man konnte frische Luft nur über die AC bekommen und die ließ sich nicht regeln

Near with the pasar malam, Jamilah shop and pasar filipina. Walking distance and easy to find restorant and gifts shop. Easy to get grab and no long to wait. Good breakfast and lift well functioned.

1) Call front desk three times no one pickup even has staff in duty 2) Need to pay extra mineral water if we request after cleaning services 3) Bathroom door room 784 lock is not functioned 4) Room 757 after cleaning they put the dustbin in front of the room 5) No replenishment of toiletries and change bath towers every day 6) Can hear and no soundproofing room 7) No door bell

Breakfast is top rated. Full range , well cooked.

The top quality rooms are top quality. The middle price rooms, floor7, are not the best. No decorations, bare walls. Poor soundproofing, can hear neighbours talking.

Confuse… book for 4 then when check in only 1 king bed … the others sleep where?? And also need to pay extra blanket even book for 4 pax

Initially, reception advise me to cancel my booking with full payment so that I can rebook with a small discount. It meant I will pay twice. Fortunately a friend saw the discrepancy and helped. Otherwise, I would be charged twice. Being computer illiterate, I will be unable to retrieve my money. I've had previous experience with bookings.com

The location is excellent. Walking distance to eateries, night market and shopping mall.

The bed are not comfy at all. My body became itchy with red spots everywhere most probably because of bed bugs.

房間窗面對日落景超讚。

因為是住四個晚上的，預定時已表明要雙床房的，可惜第一晚酒店竟然冇預留俾我們，只得一張大床，表示要第二晚才可换回雙床房，這樣做法對依間酒店有點失望的，慶幸第二晚換翻一間有海景雙床房給我們。

1. Only 1 type of coffee drink option at the coffee machine for breakfast (no latte, mocha or cappuchino). 2. I believe most rooms do not have a good view because being blocked by sorrounding buildings.

The view of the sea was incredible - well worth the rate I paid. All the staff were also very helpful and courteous. It was also great to be just opposite the Centrepoint mall where we could sample all kinds of local food.

After I washed my hair one day, I found out the hairdryer wasn't working. There was no time to ask the hotel to replace it as I had to leave for an appointment. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was that the restaurant had views of the sea, but when I went up, the bottom half of the windows were all covered. So I did not make use of the restaurant and the free breakfast. I went down to a local shop to do my morning writing and reading. Another reason I chose The Klagan was that from the pictures of the exterior, it looked like a "heritage hotel". The exterior in reality does not look as nice as the photos, but our room was excellent.

Lifts direction signages (7th flr) quite confusing, suggest hanging from the ceiling.

the location is superb. nearby to all the attraction, Philipino market, night market, handicraft market, Jamilah Pearls etc. The buffet breakfast is also great, a lot of variety of tasty food and halal. Towel (body & face), shower cream, shampoo, iron, hair dryer, kettle etc & many more are provided. There's even a safety box in the room

The bathroom water drainage was slow, a bit uncomfortable, a little bit flooded while showering

The location so strategic. Can walk to pasar filipina, anjung kinabalu and todak waterfront too. Tired of walking can take grab. Breakfast selection variety. Room spacious and water pressure excellent. The view from my room so beautiful and can enjoy sunset too. I really enjoy staying here for 4D3N.

前台服務很差，第一天晚上抵達時有告知前台保險櫃不能用，回覆說會派人來看結果沒有，出去吃飯回來後告知無法修理，有需要的話可以把貴重物品交給守衛保管（？！）,第二天早上看到前台換了人又在詢問一次，結果馬上就有人來看了，且10分鐘就處理好了（因為換電池而已）,所以很納悶到底sop是什麼 另外也沒提供梳子或刮鬍刀，這部分蠻可惜的

Close to the waterfront and easy walking to other parts of the city. A good sized room with plenty of natural light. Great view from the breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff who were able to answer all our questions.

Pity we couldn't watch the famous sunset from the dining room on the top floor (it was closed).

Room: We are both seniors. The room given to us has a toilet fitted with several safely grab bars. Excellent for seniors like us. Location: It has a great location, within a few minutes walk to the sea front, handicraft market, night market, department stores. Breakfast: Very convenient to be able to have breakfast at hotel every morning.

La ubicación era buena y el desayuno estaba muy bien.

La habitación tenía una ventana que daba al pasillo y eso no te lo dicen cuando haces la reserva. Se escuchaba a las personas que estaban en las habitaciones colindantes. Por la noche nos despertamos varias veces por los rezos (que estaban puestos en altavoz) y la alarma despertador de la habitación de al lado desde la 4-5 de la mañana.

Close to downtown and the night markets. We enjoyed the breakfasts. We made this hotel our central hub for our excursions into Borneo. We were able to leave bags while traveling about.

No Space inside the room, The large pillar inside. No Privacy, window is in way. Told breakfast was free all, Paid for my kids breakfast, Paid for Extra blanket.

Room was spacious and sea view since i requested it, breakfast was ok and location just neaby centrepoint.

飯店房間比想像中還要乾净整潔，與房價有成正比。因爲有開車，很喜歡飯店提供的免費停車服務。飯店位於市中心，前往購物，娛樂與用餐地點很是方便。

若硬要說缺點的話，應該就是莫過于房間内有一根柱子， 擋著下床去路。哈哈哈😄😄😄

We got a corridor room without any view so we were a bit insecure because when we opened the windows its walkway but it's okay because i also don't check during booking.

I think it is important to mention cheaper rooms do not come with windows with an outdoor view. The first room I got had a window facing the corridor and the furnishing was bare and the wall painting looked like it was rushed. I had to top up cash to change to a better room.
