Il personale, le foto su Booking non corrispondono al vero. Solo nel caso di prendere una suite si ha dello spazio in camera altrimenti ti danno una stanza tugurio in cui non puoi tenere nemmeno aperta la valigia. La colazione è terribile, con poche opzioni meglio andare ad un caffè intorno all’albergo.

Good location...many eateries around. Clean rooms, helpful staff from checkin to baggage storage. Good value accommodation.

As there were 3 of us sharing a family suite, it would have been great if we could have 3 singles rather than a queen and single bed arrangement.

1) Pillow case, bedsheet, blanket cover are quite old coz light grey in colour (instead of white). Since these are not expensive items, the hotel should consider to change them 2) The twin-sharing room is small where the 2 beds are only separated by a few cm gap

tv has great free content - i watched a movie and a documentary. So far in all my travels over the years this is the best so far.

El cambio de habitación de 13m2 a una de 40m2. todo limpio y agradable.

tuvimos que hacer upgrade de habitación porque tienen unas en las primeras plantas de 13m2 (5m2 ya es el baño) y literalmente no tienes espacio ni para dejar el móvil o el libro. no tienen luz en las mesitas de noche.

Ive been staying couple of times here and I tried both upper floor and lower floor rooms. The upper floor is seriously spacious, with a lot of natural light and the facilities are nice. The staff are super friendly too. The hotel is walking distance to Borenos, Chinese Seafood restaurants, pharmacies and a small mall.

The lower room however, kinda reminds me of old hotels. Its cramped. Some room doesnt even have windows. On my first night, the aircond broke at midnight and the staff kindly upgraded me, which is very kind of tme. I wish they would revamp the lower rooms. As for breakfast, they have lots of carbs, and real proteins are eggs and heavy chicken dish. Which is okay. How i wish they expand more on fish and vegetables

Ditengah bandar, mudah dapat grab, banyak restoran di keliling. Ada bilik dengan katil single .

There is a sense of freshness in the design of the room interior..simple bright and comfortable. The bed sheets were fresh and clean.

The location is strategic, just 20m away have bareno fried chicken which open 24hrs, 50m away for the famous welcome seafood restaurant. 10m away you will have guardian and watsons, 24hrs self service laundry Supermarket just 100m away (in sabah centre point shopping mall) The room is clean, but no slipper provided. 2x mineral water and basic amenities is provided. And also they have hair dryer too.

You can hear the sound of the next door no matter they go toilet / shower. There is totally no sound proof. I was stayed in level 2, is not refurbish yet, some blogger said is new renovation but 2nd floor still the old room.

Room is quite small for the price. You can get better bargain at other 4 star hotel. Not really good value for money.

Staffs were friendly and polite. Location is nice near to every attraction places. Lots of seafood restaurants nearby. Grab car is also simple and easy.

Lack of amenities

Everything is ok except for the occasional sound from the bathroom, most probably due to water moving from above rooms.

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel wat in ruime mate aanwezig is. We hebben 3 nachten in Cititel verbleven met 1 nacht ertussen waarbij we onze rugzakken in het bagagedepot kostelook konden opslaan. Er wordt aan alle kanten meegedacht en meegewerkt. Dank u!! Kamers zijn klein maar voldoen prima. Airco doet prima zijn werk en op de gang is koud en warm water te pakken. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd in klein buffetvorm zowel noodles/Rijst als brood, sapjes en goede bonen-koffie ;-) Prijs-kwaliteit is prima in orde!

The breakfast was very good!! Close to the airport and easy to reach. Big family room for when you travel with a kid.

室内は広めで新しく綺麗で過ごしやすかった。ペットボトルの水も2本付いて、簡易スリッパも備え付いていた。ドライヤーは小型だが付いていた。立地は街なかで、コンビニやコインランドリーもすぐ近くにあった。

シャワーヘッドが固定。枕元にコンセントはあるがUSB端子は無し。
