Hotel Regina

Food was good and breakfast was part of room price. They have their own garden. Everything was super fresh.

I was there 5 days and they don’t do maid service so you need to ask for what you need. I had a private bath.

Great location, staff were serviable and friendly. We even got upgraded on our two nights for free. Breakfast with a view was amazing.

Not much to say honestly.

Общение персонала ресторана, который находится внутри отеля. Выгнали нас с террасы, потому что мы ничего не заказали в их «ресторане», хотя мы были гостями этого отеля.

The location and view was amazing!! The breakfast and eating area were great. We were thankful for the double door and earplugs as we were worried about being near the stairs. We were not bothered by any sounds.

实在是太棒的酒店了，整个米伦只有一个coop超市，酒店就在旁边。走去雪朗峰只有3分钟。唯一不足的就是床太软了😭睡得腰疼。酒店大部分房间是公用浴室和洗手间，但是非常干净。最美的是餐厅，早餐是包含的。实在是太美！上图吧

Das Hotel Regina hat mich positiv überrascht. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge sowie der Ausblick vom Speisesaal sind einfach traumhaft. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsdusche und -WC auf dem Gang, was für mich zunächst etwas ungewohnt war. Doch alles war jederzeit makellos sauber und bestens organisiert. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Classic Austrian style hotel with a stunning lobby and high class kitchen.

The view was incredible! Room 5 was fabulous. Comfy beds. Large room for 2 people. I loved the super soft large pillow, my husband did not but he doubled it over and managed. The breakfast was also fabulous plus views from breakfast room were breathtaking. We also had perfect weather in Mürren which is a gorgeous village. We loved the hiking in the area and the Coop shop is next door to the hotel. We had many a picnic on our balcony.

The door keys were old fashioned which made it a little hard to get in sometimes.

Charming hotel with amazing breakfast views. Very clean, and had very helpful staff!

The location is amazing, the receptionists erre helpful, kind. The breakfast was delicious.

Aspects positifs hélàs ternis par les points négatifs... L'hôtel a un sérieux besoin de rénovation, même dans un contexte "vintage", les chambres en particulier posant problème. Le petit-déjeuner est toutefois appréciable, dans les grandes salles avec vues (magnifiques). Et la communication avec le personnel a été bonne.

Zéro isolation phonique, ce qui rend un séjour calme, au mieux aléatoire, voire impossible, en particulier en présence de clients dénués de savoir-vivre (en l'occurrence certains touristes anglophones et groupes de jeunes adultes). Les douches et wc, situés dans le couloir +- mixtes ! sont aussi un facteur de gêne. Et les lits sont durs (mal de dos au réveil). Tout cela pour un prix complètement surfait.

Keys were a little hard to use

The dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent! The property was charming and comfortable.

There were children running loose during dinner and late into the night. While this is not a direct hotel issue, the keeper has the ability to step in and direct the parents to quiet the children.

Considering the long history of Hotel Regina, I think it is quite amazing how well they have managed to preserve its old character. The flooring, furniture, windows and all the little details that matter have clearly been maintained and renovated over the years, but without turning the place into a generic modern hotel. It still feels genuinely old, historic and full of character. I had read some older reviews where people seemed shocked or disappointed that the rooms are not built to some modern "Euro standard". I don't really understand that criticism - do your research before booking. The hotel presents itself exactly as it is: retro, antique, historic and naturally with some of the quirks that come with that. For me, those imperfections are part of the experience rather than something that needs to be removed. Yes, you can hear the old floors squeaking and occasionally hear people moving around upstairs. But in our case the Alpine View room with the balcony more than made up for it. Walking into that room and seeing the view was genuinely a wow moment. It felt completely one of a kind and absolutely worth the extra money. Overall, I really appreciated that Hotel Regina has preserved what makes the building special instead of renovating all of its history away.

The only real downside for me was breakfast. It felt a little limited and one-sided, and I would have appreciated a wider variety of options.

Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The staff was excellent, so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom lights were on motion sensors that turned off after only about a minute and could not be turned back on from the toilet room. Toilet room needs to have separate light or separate motion sensor. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were flat And not at all supportive.

The location is great. You need to walk a bit to get there, but once your'e there you're close to everything. The supermarket is the next building, the cable car station is near. The view from the room and the restaurant is amazing and the breakfast was great. The most amazing thing is that this hotel and town start to feel like home and the staff will try to make everything possible for you.

The acoustic is really bad, you hear everything from your room. Sleeping after 7:00am is almost impossible. You hear people walking, talking, walking up and down the stairs, children yelling. I just adjusted my schedule to wake up at 7:00am, but would rather to not hear everything from the room.

La proximité des transports et différents services est appréciable, mais dans un petit village comme Mürren, tout est de toute façon accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Le personnel était accueillant. Le supplément pour chambre avec vue sur les montagnes en valait la peine.

Établissement extrêmement bruyant. Entre le manque total d'isolation acoustique et les nombreux clients qui ne respectent pas le calme en faisant énormément de bruit, attendez-vous à passer des nuits avec des bouchons d'oreilles... si tant est que vous les supportiez. Autre point négatif : la lumière des toilettes s'éteint beaucoup trop rapidement, et le détecteur de présence manque de sensibilité pour la rallumer. Le petit-déjeuner est également très limité. À part des œufs durs et le café servis chauds, tout le reste est froid. Ne vous attendez pas à un petit-déjeuner de type « eggs and bacon ».

Honestly it wasn’t worth the high price. Very basic tiny room, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and ceilings so the hotel provides earplugs. I expected more for the high price. And the breakfast was so basic!!! Nothing great at all.

Toller Aufenthalt in Historic Hotel, Zimmer mit Terrasse und fantastischem Bergblick. Ausgangslage für den Höhepunkt unserer Schweizreise auf das Jungfraujoch. Sehr empfehlenswert das Nachtessen. Hervorragende Küche und überraschende Weine. Vielen Dank!
