Overall okay if you are looking for a budget hotel. Stayed there for a night while on a road trip. Staff is very friendly and nice. Few areas where there can be improvement. 1. Cleanliness- The bedsheets and pillows had stains all over them. The sofas also look they were dusted long ago. There’s lot of scope for improvement in this regard. 2. Breakfast options- No protein or fruits option present in the menu. Simple fruits like bananas or apples and any option of eggs if added to the menu will be good.

Mall was within walking distance

not clean, broken walls, non-functional light, and every part of the building has different bad smells. Very strange. It was a big mistake booking for staying.

Arrived around 5 pm. Whole town closed up. Room smelled like smoker, dressers doors tied because of floor not level, continental breakfast most items had expired dates on them. Only one item good was bed was comfortable.

The front desk guy is very nice and kind.

The roome was under renovations and should not have been given to clientel until complete. The heat did not work and there were no blankets on the beds. Also the tv only provided a limited amount of channels and would not turn on with the remote control.

I cannot say I liked anything special. Cleanness were average, staff were good and polite, building was old, breakfast was different, not in a good way. Beds, which I think are the most important part of a room, were very uncomfortable, and old. The Sofa that I slept on was old, broken and unusable. It does not worth paying less for a room, but cannot sleep through night.

I think that for better convenience, additional wires should be used for the coffee maker. But everything else was satisfactory. Thank you.

We didn’t stay due to odor of carpets and very old stained chairs. We have asthma and moved to the Best Western. The desk person was nice but could not solve this as we had booked with Expedia. An expensive night all told.

Everything was great

The complimentary breakfast was a major disappointment, consisting solely of bagels, bread, and cereal. There were no options such as cheese, croissants, eggs, or any variety that would typically be expected. The facility itself is in need of significant repair and updating. Areas near the pool require attention, the walls and ceilings throughout show patchwork that diminishes the overall appearance, and the bathroom caulking should be redone. Additionally, several ceiling tiles need replacement as they are marked with unsightly leak stains, which negatively impacts the impression of cleanliness and upkeep. In summary, while the staff were pleasant, the property requires substantial improvements in both amenities and maintenance to provide guests with a satisfactory stay.

Older motel/hotel toilet was too small for toilet ,the pool was inside which was very noisy outside our door till after 930 PM.Breakfast included is a stretch in advertising. Hot water for tea was at best luke warm, bagels and bread and I choice of jam and no name peanut butter from a jar I had to had to ask for a bottle of water which I received . King bed was comfortable

The staff was great and accommodating. The hotel is somewhat dated but room was clean.

This is an old hotel that is economical. The family running it are nice and do their best however, do not have high expectations or you will be disappointed. There is a construction site beside it.

Air conditioner did not work. It felt unclean although sherts were fresh. Dirty handprints on door etc, stale smell, stains.

Guest services were accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool was a little cool but it was working and refreshing. There were plenty of places around to dine that were in walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable king bed.

Although the staff was helpful, the property was not clean, the bathroom doors wouldn't lock, bedsheets had stains.

We found bed bugs in our bed. They were very responsive and moved us to a different room on a different floor right away after a call to the front desk.

Decor very outdated and what has been upgraded is of very poor quality. Free breakfast is basically grab a bagel out of the bag. Coffee was weak. There was only one yogurt in the fridge. We had to ask the gentleman for more and he handed it out to the other people waiting, while he had them tucked under his underarm. The no-name cream cheese for the bagels was tasteless. This seems to be a family-owned business and I wish them well because the property has so much potential, but even the new shower curtain in the bathroom isn't waterproof. If more attention was given to upgrading each room to the 21st century and the pool area to be more inviting, this could be a wonderful place. The king-sized bed was very comfortable but we had to pull out the 90's bedspread from the closet, since the paper thin upgraded replacement was not exactly warm and cosy.

Booked a king bed room and had non available when i showed up even though it showed three more available on line booked a king so my one year old could sleep safly between us insted only recived two doubles and not offers a solution like a pack and play or cot very unprofessional

The staff were excellent, unfortunately they are fighting a battle with an aging property. It could use a refresh. Breakfast also needs a review as would not consider the offering as breakfast. It seems the owners are trying to make an effort, but much still slit needs to be done. Great for budget stay and not concern about rooms and amenities.

Staff at desk and at hotel were very kind and helpful, however the rooms are quite dated and carpets are stained as well as the furniture. Broken pieces of furniture and wood boards on wall that seem to have no purpose, maybe used at one time for headboards

We got so lucky finding this little gem, there’s a great pool right in the middle of the Inn that the kids just loved! The deep end was 7/8’! It’s a family run business and you could tell the staff cared very much about their establishment and guests. There was a variety of items out for a continental breakfast which saved us from having to spend more on food. They were doing some upgrading here and there on painting and edging which we didn’t mind, the price was great for what we got; 2 queen beds (very comfortable), pull out couch (clean), mini fridge and kitchenette with dishes all for way under market value. Sweet deal! We really enjoyed the place and would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

The motel was in very poor condition and not clean. The room was poorly lit and there wasn't even a box of tissues in the room. The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell when sitting due to it sliding to the side. The tub floor was dirty and the shower curtain wasn't even long enought to fully close when showering. On the plus side there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was sub par with only white bread for toast, and the coffee was terrible. I let my feelings be know at the desk upon leaving. The owner was cordial and extended a half price stay in the future. We won't be staying again even at half price. It was way over priced at $180.00 per night and would even be over priced at half price. I would have preferred a full refund!

The inn is a bit older but if you can get past that everything is great! Kids loved the pool. They had a seating area with a bbq out back which we really enjoyed!

The staff were great. The included breakfast was very limited, no butter, only margarine. Jam in jars not individual pkg. No decaf coffee, no pastry or muffins. And very noisy from a TV blasting on a news channel. A small kitchen area in our room but no dishes or cutlery. no ice machine or ice buckets but we did get about 10 ice cubes in a bag that quickly melted in the heat. I think it's perhaps new owners and it should improve. But again, the 1 staff member we saw was very friendly,

We have stayed here many times and all times have been great and enjoyable

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived late in the evening and realized I made a mistake when booking online and booked the wrong date. Front desk staff fixed it and had a room for me. Also, breakfast was great.

This was a great hotel for our family of 5! We were able to park on one side of our room and went out the other door and there was the pool in the centre! Super cool. They are doing some updating and renovations so we can’t wait to come back and see what’s up. Definitely recommend.

Hi we spend 3 beautiful nights for our anniversary and we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Parry sound city and surrounding H & A 

It was family trip with 2 kids for 2 nights,Very bad experience very smelly room ,washroom very dirty and smelly the swimming pool is very dirty you feel your body oily still I don’t know what’was that 😔

Everything was good, but as soon as I pull up, the family(I’m guessing) and the staff are all outside staring at me I felt a bit at a place. This property is super old, but seem to be cleanish! For the price, it was fine. And they ran out of coffee in the morning.! 6,9 rating pretty good

I booked for 2 nights had confirmation Clerk insisted it was for only one night but a second nigh was available same cost. No one was at the desk when we got there at 2.50 pm after we checked in the key food would not open the door we went out and someone took our parking spot in front of our door and refused to move No information about computer log in and no imformation abou a very old tv the rooms ver also very old we had stayed there years ago and it looked like the rooms had not been updated in 20 years no one at the desk when we checked out as well not very professional On the bright side the beds were comfortable

Very Poor. Ordered a room with one bed and got a room that was 2 beds once, but now only one bed and a lot of excess furniture they could not find any other place for. there was NO phone in the room. Was supposed to have WIFI but was told code # was on top of phone in room which was not there. The light beside the bed did not work as the bulb was burned out, and the quality of the picture on the televison was very poor. The hair dryer was broken from the wall.

I looked at reviews before booking this place. There is NO way that this place gets 10/10!!! Something fishy about review process. It’s an aging facility with a hint of mould in the air. The water pressure was good as was water temperature. I didn’t try breakfast because I wanted to go next door to Trapper’s Inn restaurant. The most I’d give it is a 7/ 10.

I have stayed here before, unfortunately not quite as clean as last time. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. It’s close to restaurants, some shopping and about 1.5km to water and more trails.

I'd disconnect from being a partner of this hotel. Was there 3 nights, fiest day my key wouldn't work. Had to get it re programmed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to bend down under the sink in my room to change the temperature. Doors are not secure. Windows had no locks. Floor un level, tub had mold around it. No confidence the water was even clean.

The price is very good. Average motel quality, the pool was a big plus but water was quite cool. Advertised as per friendly ........ as long as the pet stayed in the room. My dog was not welcome in the breakfast area or pool room.

Decent value for the price

The property felt like it was not being cared for. No recent updates, just basic cleanliness and this was the first time I got reprimanded for booking via Expedia vs with the property directly. Very strange and not very welcoming overall.
