Room was comfortable, specious and quite. breakfast was good the selection of resturants down in the lobby is great

when you call for any thing no one picks up the fone. only house keeping guys do answer the rest no one answer your call incase of emergency you will be in trouble because of this.

The staff was amazing. A special thanks to Douglas for his kindness, warm welcome, and excellent service throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the facilities and the staff. The only small point for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to the room cleaning. During our stay, we noticed that some fingerprints and marks remained on the windows and mirrors, and the furniture and floors could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Nothing major, but a little extra attention to housekeeping would make the experience even better.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and well kept. The staff was wonderful starting with the reception to hotel supervisor Ansar!

The location is terrible there is nothing around the Hotel, its away from everything you have to get a taxi or their private car to go anywhere

I was truly impressed by my stay at Anantara in Dubai. The level of service was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and attentive, always making you feel genuinely cared for. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is conveniently located. I especially loved the swimming pool in the inner courtyard it creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, almost like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Everything was simply excellent. The service, the rooms, the location, the atmosphere and the staff , I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. A wonderful experience and definitely a hotel I would be happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Welcoming.

Arrangement of the floors. I faced a coincidence where I had to transfer to another room and check out in the following day and still have 2 nights left.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The room was beautiful, extremely spacious, and probably one of the largest standard rooms you can find in Downtown Dubai. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful, attentive, caring, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The service throughout our stay was excellent.

Nothing, we had a wonderful stay and everything exceeded our expectations.

Price transparency. Property is keep asking money through mail. I spent 45 minutes doing check in, I pay a certain amount then after clarification asked by me, they asked even more money.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful atmosphere and cleanliness to the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. The valet service was especially impressive always fast, professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Yamen, Saidy, and all the other wonderful staff members who truly went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience even better. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent attitude really stood out. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again!

It was a great lication.Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and spacious rooom. Room was clean. Value for the money.

One of my rooms had disturbing loud night racers car sounds. Nothing to do with the hotel but nay suggest getting room away from the street would be better. Not a big issue though.

The room was comfortable and clean. They placed roses in my room for decoration.

The check-in time was long, the wait for staff to ask questions was excessive, and my belongings and luggage weren't delivered to my room even two hours after I arrived. There weren't two cups in the room despite the booking being for two people, and the wait to check out was also very long.

Kitchen chef is really great and breakfast buffet excellent. Front office manager Mrs. Monica is very professional and excellent host. GM invited me for a complimentary dinner, which is appreciated and professional.

I booked the package with FnB consumption at 20% discount, but hotel refused to give on the outsourced restaurant, which was for me cheating. At the time of booking I got confirmation of this discount without any exception. That mean valid for all restaurants. that was my biggest disappointment.
