Pullman Dubai Downtown

Neat, well appointed and good location

Front door graffiti- it’s all the town which is a sad reflection on the city

Location is amazing rooms quite big enough It’s amazing also

Only the smell of the corridors I don’t like this kind of perfume they have

Staff is amazing Specially, snow, and Mike on the reception Location is amazing The room size is perfect

Frühstück war gar nicht gut 😒

I advise everyone to book in Pullman Dubai Downtown hotel

Nothing

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always available when needed. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

Everything was perfect!

Friendly staff and I loved the French restaurant downstairs.

It’s probably getting a little old but it was still comfortable.

We loved the property. The location, rooms and other services were excellent. The breakfast was exceptional!

We liked everything.

The bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean.

Jai vraiment aimé

The location

Things I Did Not Like About the Hotel * The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There was still hair from previous guests on the bed, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. * The swimming pool towels were very dirty and did not appear to be clean. * The staff were not cooperative regarding our check-out request. We wanted to extend the check-out time to after 2:00 PM, as Friday prayers finish around 1:00 PM and there is usually heavy traffic on the roads afterward. We expected the hotel to be more understanding and accommodating regarding this request. * Overall, the cleanliness and level of customer service did not meet our expectations.

The was really nicely decorated. I like the wooden floor in the hotel room. The wi-fi was fast and accessible everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast had enough choices with good quality of food. The staff was very helpful.

Nothing to mention.

Nothing

I mistakenly booked a suit instead of two connecting bedrooms, the receptionist was very unprofessional and keep repeating the same thing while i was trying to change the category of the booking. I contacted booking.com and they were cooperative and it’s all depending on the property! They rub us the make us pay more money for the extra bed room ( although the suit equals 3 bedrooms!!)

They put is in smoking room which( family with 4 kids!!! Ac was hot room is small not worth the price

Location

The room cheap wooden floor broken shower it was so slow and it through only way too cold or way too hot water impossible to enjoy the shower the beds were very basic

Location

Hotel & rooms & everything at the hotel require renovations including carpets in the corridors etc...and pool and cleanliness wasnt wow specially in the pool area

Rooms were big and clean
