Beautifully kept grounds and old style hotel, very friendly staff

Peacefully, private and very relaxing. The spa there is amazing.

Room 310 didn’t have the overhead shower. The hand held shower position was way too low. Just a touch annoying. Being on a 1 way road for busy part of a day made waiting for a bluebird a long wait, around 20 mins if they were coming from Ubud town area.

The staff is incredible The location is fantastic, I was able to walk to restaurants and markets. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I love that it makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The room was very clean and air-conditioned

First, the accomodation is located on a good place, very short walk to the centre of Ubud. Room, breakfast is standard, room is very clean. I was absolutely amazed by the garden, such a beautiful place with two swimming pools, with so many blooming plants - I was told that some Japanese architecture had developed this garden. I truly recommend this accomodation - for very cheap price you can get an extraordinary experience.

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Weinig keus en geen glutenvrije optie waarom we hadden gevraagd. Na een klacht over het glutenvrij ontbijt, werd dit opgelost. De ontbijtkeuze bleef wel beperkt.

Ældre hotel i hyggelige omgivelser

De Munut oplyser, at hotellet er handicapvenligt, og at alle værelser er tilgængelige med kørestol. Det er desværre ikke korrekt. Der er trapper op til alle værelser, så det kræver ramper, vi selv måtte leje, at komme ind. Desuden er der flere niveauforskelle på udendørs arealer på hotellet med trapper, hvor der er lavet ramper, som er alt for stejle til, at de kan bruges uden to stærke personer til henholdsvis at skubbe bagpå og trække foran. Desuden er der trin ned til brusenichen, så en badestol skal løftes ned og op igen. Personalet var utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt, men kunne ikke kompensere for hotellets mangelfulde tilgængelighed

Its outdoor scenery is beautiful the spa the walk to the room is nice . staff is really sweet and does the best they can for you with limited resources they have.

no microwave, no cutlery, bathroom is semi-open so unsafe you would get bugs in immediately. sheets had some previous stains on them and they wouldnt change sheet after housekeeping. the wifi was so so so slow. the breakfast was also very mediocre considering we paid extra. know that it goes through a one way so coming back to hotel a 3min distance turns into 15min drive as you have to go all the way around. they didnt have a bug spray and so many bugs in the room would come in from bathroom if door left open even for a second.

Liggen is echt top! Net buiten het hele drukke centrum van Ubud. Binnen 10 lopen sta in het centrum en bij het resort om de hoek ook genoeg koffietentjes en heerlijke restaurants. De massage is het hotel was goed. De ontbijtjes wat sober maar wel prima met een heerlijke juice. Hotel kan chauffeurs regelen voor dagtripjes. Het resort is kleinschalig en mooie aangelegd. Ligt aan de redelijk drukke weg maar daar hoor je helemaal niets van.

Bedden zijn wat hard

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le cadre est magnifique, très charmant et apaisant. L'établissement est entouré de verdure, ce qui lui donne une atmosphère vraiment magique. Les deux petites piscines sont très agréables et parfaitement intégrées au paysage. L'accueil a également été excellent : le personnel est souriant, chaleureux et très accueillant. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter d'un environnement calme et agréable.

En revanche, il y a quelques points qui ont malheureusement gâché notre séjour. Le principal problème n'est pas lié à l'hôtel lui-même, mais à son environnement. L'établissement est actuellement entouré de deux importants chantiers de construction. Dès 5 heures du matin, nous étions réveillés par le bruit des bétonnières, des disqueuses et des ouvriers. Nous avons très mal dormi pendant notre séjour. C'est vraiment dommage, car le lieu est magnifique. J'aurais simplement aimé que cet élément soit mentionné dans les avis, car cela aurait influencé notre choix. Le deuxième point concerne le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable, mais nous avons trouvé la formule assez décevante. Nous aurions préféré un petit buffet avec davantage de choix plutôt qu'un menu imposé. Le petit-déjeuner reste très simple et manque de variété. Malgré ces points négatifs, le charme du lieu et la gentillesse du personnel restent de vrais atouts. Nous espérons simplement que les futurs voyageurs seront informés de la présence des chantiers afin de choisir en toute connaissance de cause.

We loved the atmosphere around houses, the pool area is very nice, so peaceful. Location is near Ubud centre. The staff is extremely helpfull, aranging transportation, laundry,... The brekfast is tasteful, we recommend ordering the evening before, so that you avoid waiting the preparation being in a hurry.

Resort très propre avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Un peu en retrait de la rue principale sans être trop loin à pied, environ 5mn. Parfait pour passer de bonnes nuits au calme

Ontbijt was niet ok, wespennest op het bankje voor de kamer, vreselijk veel mieren en vies.

We loved everything about our stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the surroundings and the pool. Breakfast was simple but delicious. We would come back again!

Clean facilities. Felt like we had the space to ourselves most days. Easy walk to some nice eateries and spas. Very budget and family friendly stay. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Beds are quite firm. Bug spray not available but sourced easily from the marts around. Would be nice if some was available. Lots of construction sounds during the day but these are not the resorts fault, hopefully the surrounding places will be finished soon!

Градината на хотела е очарователна. Басейнът е приятен. Не го ползвахме, но изглеждаше добре. Има климатик. До оживена улица, но тихо място през нощта.

Хигиената беше на много ниско ниво. Почиства се с една метла и това е. Всичко беше захабено и старо в стаята. Мебелите на терасата бяха мръсни. Банята и тоалетната изключително неподдържани, самата тоалетна беше също мръсна и захабена. Бих сложила и снимки, но не са приятна гледка. Почти нямаше налягане на водата от душа. Ваната, разбира се, не ползвахме. Чашите на закуска бяха с кафяви петна от кафето. Самата закуска не е най-добра, кафето не става, соковете са добри. А платихме за стая с гледка към басейн като по-добра опция. За щастие ползвахме стаята само за преспиване в противен случай със сигурност щях да се оплача. За мен беше първи хотел при първо посещение на Бали и бях шокирана! За щастие на следващите локации, на които отседнахме нямахме проблем с чистотата. В съседния имот се строят вили към момента - май и юни 2026г.

Great resort and excellent value for money! I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use many of the facilities, but it was perfect for what I needed. Comfortable room, good atmosphere, and I had a great sleep.

Quite outdated, could benefit from a refurbishment.

The traditional Bali feel. Beautiful gardens. Pools that are fresh and feel just right. A safe and peaceful haven.

We had a problem with the air-conditioning on the first 2 nights but were able to transfer to sn adjacent room as soon as it was available.

Le cadre est splendide, à 15 minutes du centre d'Ubud. Très calme. Restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. Personnel adorable, d'une gentillesse incroyable !

It had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Close to many shops and restaurants.

It needs a little maintenance, our shower didn't work too well but other than that there were no problems.

Ons verblijf was in een prachtige tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. We hebben ons lekker laten masseren. Je loopt vanaf daar zo naar het centrum.

Excellent location. It's 8 mins to intuitive yoga studio. Near to massage and good food..beside Zest. This is my 5th time staying here.

Light is a little dim. Most bali hotel have dim light i realised! I was at sanur for 2 nights.. and same dim light. Then in lesong-dim light again.

El servei és molt atent, ens han ajudat en tota necessitat que hem tingut. La ubicació és excel·lent! Està a 10 minuts del centre, i ja va bé perquè així el lloc és més tranquil. Les piscines són precioses i a l’spa els massatges estan genial relació qualitat preu. El servei d’esmorzar també excel·lent. Tot el personal és molt atent. El servei de bugaderia eficient i amb resultats molt bons, la roba olorava genial.

El lavabo és preciós i té molt encant, però contecta amb l’exterior i té alguns insectes. A més, la carxofa de la dutxa necessitava arreglar perquè perdia aigua. I el WC també era antic i els llençols tenien alguns forats, però ens en portem molt bona sensació! Val la pena!!

I like the property. I like that there’s a lot of greenery in the property and it is relaxing.

There’s a lot of animal noise especially in the middle of the night when there was a loud sound of lizard (tuko) coming from the ceiling. It happened for 2 nights in a row and it woke me up.

The hotel had a magical feel, touching nature and filled with culture. The massages are the best i have had in Bali! And the bathroom was semi outside (still had 100% privacy) loved it so much!

The hotel had no room service, but they did have breakfast available for $6 AUD! and it was very nice :)

El hotel es muy bonito, quizás le hace falta tener una mejor limpieza en las habitaciones, movimos una cama y nos encontramos con mucha suciedad. Cama cómoda, almohada cómoda. Ubicación excelente! Conectado con todo!

El desayuno es bueno pero básico, el internet pésimo!! Inocupable! Deberían tener mejores respuestas a los pasajeros que necesitamos datos, conexiones y consejos para recorrer Bali, no tenían idea que playa recomendar siquiera y el personal de recepción le agregaría un poco de profesionalismo.

Ocekavali jsme resort, to znamena s restqurace nebo alspon s obcerstvenim. Prijeli jsme vecer s tim ze si tu neco dame, nic vubec nic tu neni. Kdybychim nemeli zaplaceno odejdeme hned.

Intercom facility and restaurant facility they must include as their hotel service .. as it is in a remote place , complimentary breakfast is very poor

The stay here was great. The hotel is close to the centre but not on the main noisy road. We had nice spacious room with private terrace close to the pool. There are USB chargers close to the bed, that was great. The breakfast was simple but tasty and they served great watermelon juice. The staff is really kind. We used their laundry service several times and they also recommended great driver for our trips and transfer from airport. I would stay here again.

Very close to the Ubud center. The area has a beautiful garden.

Bed linen and towels not white. No towels near the pool. The property doesn’t have soap for hands. The bed not very comfortable because of soft mattress. The room was pretty dark.

Beautiful grounds, quiet, generous rooms with excellent storage, outdoor bathroom, clean, fab location with near access to good restaurants, beautiful pools, excellent spa facilities within the grounds. Excellent value for money.

Sorry, but the new outdoor chairs I had (room 106) were rather uncomfortable and I needed to sit on towels! Could also do with soft coverings on the pool recliners.

The location was great. It was close to Campuhan Trail, and yoga. Restaurants and downtown were near by. The AC was great. The Wi-Fi was not good.

The building site in progress next to DeMunut was very noisy. No fault of management. Big king size double bed 2 smalll pillows one was very lumpy & made it hard to sleep well. Only Jasmine tea bags in room & desk said they had no black tea tea bags available.

Great value. Great location. Serviced each day. Quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. And only a walk down the hill to shopping. Great pool area and gardens.
