Location molto bella, immersa nel verde, molta privacy intimità, con buon servizio piscina e bar. Camera molto confortevole, con tutte le necessità.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, equiped with everything we needed and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Having cats everywhere was a plus. 🐱

The Elea is a closed group of apartments buildings with a pool and beautiful garden in its center. Very calm area. Some 5 minutes walking distance to beach and to Synka, Lidl supermarkets also.

Fantastic staff, friendly and quick to help when we inquired for an extra night! The place is lovely, green, clean pool and doesn't feel busy! The rooms are big, spacious and clean! Super accommodation and we definitely want to come back!

Not much to put in here, maybe an anti bug net for the windows could help against the mosquitos and the bathroom could use a little upgrade and love. All in all a fantastic stay!

Potser la cuina s'hauria de renovar. Mancava potser un forn. Les plaques de cuina els hi costava escalfar.

Nous avions une personne allergique aux chats c'est le seul petit bémol de notre séjour

Tout était parfait ! Le lieu est très beau avec les fleurs et les jolis oliviers. La piscine était propre et très agréable. Le logement confort et propre.

Vraiment dommage que le logement ne soit pas très équipé (poêle un peu abîmée, pas de four) mais franchement acceptable pour le tarif.

La presenza di troppi gatti,ma a creta è cosi ovunque.

Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Sehr angenehme ruhige Anlage. Appartement durch 2 Zimmer und 2 Balkone großzügig. Man kann je nach Sonnenstand jederzeit draußen sitzen. Immer ausreichende Liegen am Pool, Schatten durch Olivenbäumen sehr angenehm. An der Bar gibt es auch kleine warme Gerichte. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermärkte 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Man muss 10 Minuten zum Strand laufen, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Die Anlage liegt etwas versteckt, was nachher dann aber s sehr angenehm ist.

Really delightful small complex. Very pretty with flowera and olive trees. Nice pool. Lovely bungalow apartment. Nice fluffy towels Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Everything we needed for great stay.

La ubicación, en una zona tranquila, cercano a algunas playas y a Chania

Había leído en comentarios de otros años que le faltaba mejorar la limpieza y una pequeña renovación y nos hemos encontrado con lo mismo (sábanas y toallas viejas y alguna mancha, trapos viejos, menaje sucio..).

Oasi di pace, dopo le varie escursioni e giornate al mare stare in piscina è molto rilassante. La struttura non ha strade trafficate vicine, è immersa in un piccolo parco silenzioso, a parte in alcune notti in cui un cane dei vicini ha abbaiato tutta la notte. Parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile. Supermercati e ristoranti raggiungibili in auto o anche a piedi. Appartamento al 1.piano ben ventilato essendo la struttura su una collina, oltre che fornito di aria condizionata. Cucina ben attrezzata. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani puntuale ogni 3 giorni.Bar a bordo piscina aperto dalle 8.30 alle 19.00. Ci tornerei volentieri.

I materassi e le lenzuola troppo piccole e ci vorrebbero un po' di mobiletti in più per appoggiare le cose, soprattutto in bagno.

Le cadre est agréable, familiale et super joli. Lieu très calme. Les enfants étaient en sécurité, et le petit plus ils ont adoré avoir un chat très câlin. Petite restauration sur place, la piscine était très propre et très sécurisé

This was our second time visiting chania and twas the best stay for us, the staff were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We loved it here, it was very peacful, just minutes walk to the beach, parking was always available. Amazingly clean and great service. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you to the Management for everything.

Just a little advice- Having a small oven available in the room would be great

Bagno piccolissimo e cabina doccia rotta e piccola Non c'è lavatrice comune bisogna lasciare la biancheria in reception e loro la portano a lavare per 8 euro. Assolutamente scomodo e costoso.

I love the house itself two rooms a beautiful kitchen and two bathrooms it’s more beautiful in personal.we don’t need to buy salt oil and other stuff for cooking. Very close to the center it’s like 15 minutes more or less with the bus my children love the pool

The location is very good, not crowded with tourists. the property has a beautiful amount of greenery, the staff were friendly and helpful, and having access to the pool was a real advantage. Very close to the beach. Pretty convenient access to Chania center by city bus 21. There was also towel change after 3 days, which is nice.

Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation were a major disappointment. There were large numbers of ants inside the apartment, to the point that we had to keep all food in the fridge or microwave otherwise the ants would get to it. There was also a persistent smell of wet damp rug and cigarettes inside the apartment which we were unable to get rid of, even after airing it out. The kitchen equipment was another problem. Some of the dishes were dirty, and the frying pan was so old and burnt that it was not usable. When we asked for a replacement so that we could make eggs for breakfast, instead of receiving a new pan, I was given instructions on how and with what to scrub the old one. In the end, we simply stopped making eggs for breakfast, even though they are something we really enjoy. In general equipment was rather spartan, you need to juggle to make use of it. The bathrooms also need significant attention. There was something looking like mould in the shower, and the drains could not cope with the water from even one shower, causing the bathroom to flood. The mattresses were very old and we could feel the springs, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Bed could be also wider as for 2 person. There were also nasty looking stains on the wall in the head of the bed, which made you wonder about cleanliness and sanitation. The outdoor air-conditioning unit also had a strong damp smell, which made it difficult to dry our clothes outside. On two occasions, when we had early morning trips planned, there was no hot water at around 7 in the morning and after 22 in the evening, which was quite inconvenient. Usually there were car parking places available at the facility, however few times there were none, so we had to look a spot around the street.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits. Appartement simple et propre. Il y a des restaurants, supermarché, pharmacie…. autour à 5 à 10 minutes à pieds. Le soir très sympa de visiter le Cannée. Nous avons pris le bus en face de Lidl 2,30€/ticket aller. En 30 minutes vous êtes en plein centre-ville, c’est le dernier arrêt donc on ne peut pas ce tromper.

Possibilité de faire une machine pour le ligne. (8eur)

Πολύ ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις. Τα δωμάτια άνετα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος με τίς ελιές υπέροχος. Η πισίνα μεγάλη και καθαρή. Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στα Χανιά και σε παραλίες. Καλή ενημέρωση για τον τρόπο άφιξης και αναχώρησης.

Το δωμάτιο (τουλάχιστον το δικό μας) δεν είχε τηλεόραση και δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάποια λογική εξήγηση. Ας υπάρχει και αν δεν θέλουμε, δεν τη χρησιμοποιούμε. Υπάρχει τρόπος περιορισμού της έντασης του ήχου για να μην ενοχλεί. Αρκετά έντομα. Από χωριό είμαι κι εγώ, με καλό ψεκασμό σχεδόν εξαφανίζονται. Η πισίνα κλείνει στις 7 το απόγευμα ενώ υπάρχει ακόμα κόσμος που τη χρησιμοποιεί. Θα μπορούσε να μένει ανοικτή τουλάχιστον μέχρι τις 8.

Residence davvero speciale. Le case si sviluppano attorno alla bellissima piscina. Stupenda la sensazione di pace donata dagli ulivi tutto intorno alla piscina e dai banani vicino a ogni appartamento che ti fanno respirare una sensazione gradevole di natura e pace. Gentilissimi I gestori, una famiglia locale. Con parcheggio attaccato alla struttura, vicino al mare e comodo per acquistare cibo o fare la spesa.

The pool area was gorgeous . The olive trees offered very welcome shade. Lovely compact complex, never too busy, always sunbeds available, and only a few in the pool at a time. Very calm and relaxing. Good location, only a few hundred metres from a beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Carparking for approx 5 cars. We got 2 bed apartment.1 x double and other room had 2 x single beds. 2 bathrooms, although we didnt use 2nd shower as no door or curtain to keep water in. Outdoor balcony with shade and table and chairs. Good fluffy towels provided and showergel. Air con in bedrooms. Fridge /freezer , hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Cups , plates and cutlery with a frying pan and saucepans. We really enjoyed our stay here

The 2 bed apartment was adequate. Sofa not comfortable. And the mattress on the double was very uncomfortable, so much do it has caused back pain.

Le jardin de la résidence est apaisant, avec les oliviers, les bananiers et l'accès direct à la piscine. J'adore cet endroit, on s'y sent bien. C'est une petite résidence, donc plutôt calme. La 2ème salle de bains est un plus. Les 2 personnes qui font le ménage sont très gentilles et efficaces. La localisation est bonne pour aller à la Canée, mais aussi pour aller à pied à la plage. La route principale du Nord de la Crète est facilement accessible, pour aller à Balos également.

J'en ai parlé au propriétaire, ce qui pourrait être amélioré selon nous c'est l'équipement au niveau de la cuisine : avoir une cafetière (cafetière à filtres, ou à dosettes) est pour nous un basique qui nous a manqué ; 1 casserole et une poêle en plus serait bien également. La piscine ferme à 19h c'est dommage ! 20h serait bien. Cela dit, nous nous sommes adaptés et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Tout était clair dans le descriptif quand nous avons réservé.

Η ατμόσφαιρα και η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου. Ο κήπος με την πισίνα είναι φανταστικός. Επίσης αν και το τσεκ ιν ήταν στις 15.00 επειτα από ερώτηση μας, μας ενημέρωσαν οτι μπορούμε να μπούμε γύρω στη μία. Χρειάστηκε να αλλάξουμε δωματιο τη 2η βραδιά και αυτό ήταν έτοιμο ακριβώς στην ώρα της αλλαγής και δεν ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε καθόλου

Οτι υπάρχει ενα τελος φόρου διαμονής για το οποίο μας ενημέρωσαν λίγο πριν φύγουμε (τη 2η μέρα κάναμε μόνο ημερήσια χρήση του δωματίου και φύγαμε το απόγευμα) και ευτυχώς είχαμε τα 2 ευρώ, σε μετρητα για να μπορέσουμε να πληρώσουμε. Κατα τ άλλα ήταν υπέροχα..

One of the best stays I've had — and at an extraordinary price. Elea Apartments ticked every single box. The location is perfect: close to beaches, supermarkets, and everything you need, yet quiet enough to truly relax. Just a 10-minute drive to Chania old town, and a bus stop nearby if you don't have a car. The property itself is wonderful — spotlessly clean, peaceful, with beautiful sunlight and two terraces that made every morning feel special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable and flexible. Parking is available on site, which is a huge plus when exploring Crete by rental car. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly throughout our stay. Overall: great location, beautiful property, friendly staff, perfect sunlight, complete facilities — all at a remarkably reasonable price. Elea is everything a holiday apartment should be. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

L'établissement est particulièrement calme et ombragé.

Certains élément de l'ameublement ou des accessoires sont usés et mériteraient d'être remplacés : le matelas du grand lit, les vérins des portes des meubles de cuisines. Un rideau de douche serait le bienvenu. Nous avons été incommodés par des chats apparemment affamés particulièrement envahissants et voleurs.

Aamiainen muuten ok . Kiitti aamiaispalvelusta mutta kahvinjuojalle pikkuinen puolikas kahvikuppi ilman santsikuppia oli harmi. Sillä turha lisämaksu kahvista 2lta harmitti. Siksi siirryimme toiseksi viikoksi omatoimiaamiaiseen. Kiitos että oli kuitenkin mahdollisuus aamiaisiin. Ruokatarjoilut oli niukahkot hotellin baarirespassa. Raha eli cash maksut alkuun oli hankalaa kun on totuttu korttimaksuihin. Onneksi aamiaiset pystyimme maksamaan kortilla.

Відпочинок в Elea пройшов просто чудово. Номер мав дві спальні і дві ванні кімнати (одна з душем і одна з ванною), а кухня мала все необхідне для самостійного приготування їжі. Крім того, в барі біля басейну ви можете замовити місцеві салати з власного врожаю, вони нам дуже сподобались. Апартаменти розташовані навколо басейну в чудовому саді, де кожен куточок хочеться фотографувати. До моря досить близько, в пішій доступності є три гарних пляжа на різний смак (від 10 до 15 хвилин), а також в пішій доступності є два великих супермаркета (Lidl, Synka) що є дуже великим плюсом

Ванну кімнату з душем варто оновити, бо обладнання душової кабіни вже досить старе, крім цього все було чудово

We stayed as two couples and found the accommodation very spacious and comfortable. It offered excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and beaches all nearby.

De ansatte som jobbet der var hyggelige og var reint og fint, internettet var bra. De fikset barneseng, så det var positivt

Hadde 3 stk til fra familien på besøk og vi oppholdte oss ved bassenget. Da kom sjefen bort og sa at min familie ikke kunne være der, og at de måtte dra. Syntes det var merkelig når det ikke var noen ved bassenget bortsett fra oss, og alle oppførte seg fint. Grunnen til at familien var der var fordi at de skulle hjelpe med barnepass.

Le cadre est très agréable et très vert. Le parking était facile d’accès. Le personnel très attentif et sympathique.

Menage moyen, matelas étaient très sale. Nous avons eu très froid dans le logement… climatisation réversible bruyante et peu efficace.

Fantastic location, great pool, spacious apartment, private parking and we were able to add late check out before heading home. Only a few minutes walk from the park, beach, bars and restaurants. Great communication from the host too.

Parking and location were good for us. Very affordable.

Property was overgrown, but they worked on it while we were there. Mattress was uncomfortable and the sheet didn’t properly cover it, so we had to sleep on top of both the bottom and top sheet to stay off the stained mattress.

Very peaceful and attractive location among olive trees, spoiled only by a neighbour's occasionally barking dog. Apartment was adequately equipped for my needs (with a kettle). Easy walk to / from beach and supermarkets.

More and better pegs for the washing line would have been helpful. Contact numbers for Elea seem to be out of date. Local restaurants are poor value by comparison with Chania and Neo Chorio.

Please, wash the blankets, not only sheets sometimes. We killed 30 mosquitos in the apartment during one evening.
