We had a wonderful stay at resort l. The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and the overall vibe felt both modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which really made a difference. Breakfast at Terra and Mar had a great variety, and the quality of food was consistently good. A special appreciation to Helena, Tanya, Nathalie, Pui, Tida, Gade. Addressing this would make the experience even better. Overall, we had definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at SAii Laguna Phuket and would 100% return. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warm attitude really made the trip special. One thing we really appreciated was that drinking water was available at all times. It was incredibly convenient, especially in the heat, and great to see the hotel taking a more sustainable approach. We stayed in a Laguna View room, which was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean, and it had all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The pool area was fantastic, well maintained, clean water, and a really fun water slide that the kids loved. It was also refreshing that there wasn’t much sunbed reserving, so finding a spot was never an issue. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Do watch out for the occasional jellyfish, but otherwise it was a highlight. The included activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing were brilliant. We actually preferred spending time in the sea rather than the lagoon. Breakfast was consistently good, with plenty of variety and everything tasting fresh. On one morning when we had to leave early at 5am for an excursion, the hotel kindly arranged a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, an excellent experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Saii was a wonderful beach front hotel, had a fabulous swimming pool and hotel grounds. Spotlessly clean, with great breakfast choice and excellent staff, always helpful and working hard. Lovely room, ours over looked the pool area, good standard, clean and tidy everything you needed! Several bars/restaurants along the beach just outside of the hotel all within walking distance, some with entertainment. Beach Pig had some good entertainment during the evening. I will point out, there were lots of young children at this hotel, something to think about! We felt that one of the pools should be made adult only, as some afternoons they were running all over grass to the side of the pool, being a real nuisance chasing the baby chickens, whilst people were trying to chill and relax, a lady got up and said something to them in the end!!! Parents know where to be seen! A pool attendant walked past and just ignored it, Maybe a section for adult’s in the restaurant also. This was a great hotel with lots of positives, beautiful gardens and good position, we had a lovely time but may think twice about returning, putting things aside we still had a lovely stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights and we enjoyed all of it. Gade greeted us and checked us in with a warm welcome which was needed after our 17 hour journey. The staff throughout the resort were attentive, friendly and generally excellent. Our room was large and clean, (we were in 250) there was a daily housekeeping refresh which was great. The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower too! We ate in the Terra & Mar and Miss Olive Oyl restaurants, which were very reasonably priced given the quality of food, drink and service by staff. Breakfast each morning was busy but well stocked and plentiful with iced coffee available on request. The facilities including the pool and sun lounger availability was great, no need to get up at silly o’clock to reserve any sunbeds. The pool at times did get crowded, but that’s purely because we went in high season. The slide was really fun which bought out the inner kid in me 😂). There’s a water station next to the towel collection so take a reusable bottle 👌🏼 Location is right on the beach, which was lovely for a dip in the sea. If you turn left out of the hotel onto the beach, there are a number of local sellers who offer really reasonably priced items and next door is a great bar called beach pig (where we enjoyed a relaxing beer or 2). Particular mention to Bank & Tao at the Tom Yam bar (where we enjoyed happy hour from 5-7pm every day), Beam our waitress at Olive Oyl was lovely and remembered our room number, James the breakfast chef was also lovely. I took a yoga class with Annie one morning which was well instructed and relaxing & we also did a beginners Muay Thai session with Nai which was fantastic to energise you for the day. I’d highly recommend doing some activities as they are complimentary. The onsite gym was good - basic but well maintained and cool. There is also a shuttle bus which takes you into the town and does a number of drop offs. The location of the hotel is great as it is quite close to the airport, but the trade-off was that when we did excursions it did take quite a while to get to places, i.e. Phuket old town and boat trip trips to Phi Phi Islands so be prepared for some longer journey if this is part of your itinerary. My only gripe was that there was a conference/event of some kind which interrupted some of the peace in the restaurants while they were making business deals but aside from that, an excellent resort which I’d highly recommend.

Having been to the hotel multiple times over the past few years, the location, staff and hotel are always the best. From the moment you walk in to the reception, the breakfast and the the pool staff, so nice and friendly. The location is perfect, such a great beach with lovely walks, lots of bars and restaurant within a few mins.

We stayed in an ocean view room, and the beautiful room combined with the stunning view made our holiday absolutely perfect. As a family we came to Thailand for both a 50th birthday celebration and Christmas. It was our first time in Thailand, first time in Phuket and first time at SAii Laguna. And while things a 5 * rating, I would give our overall experience 7* . SAii Laguna is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot). Its location, its amenities, its services, the food, the rooms, the extras, the pools, the gym, the beach, the water sports are all excellent. The app is great and makes the entire expense much more seem less, hassle free and easy. The staff were exceptional. From Tida and the warm hearted team at the front desk reception who always have a smile for you no matter what time of the day (or night!). The very attentive team at the Club Lounge. The very helpful team at Terra & Mar who are tirelessly on hand from breakfast until late. The amazing team of professional masseuses at the Spa who went above and beyond at everyone of our 4 x treatments. The poolside team and also the activities team. Just always so happy to be of service to make the experience truly wonderful. Whilst the dreamy excursions we took to Phi Phi islands and Similan islands were organised by a seperate operator, the SAii Laguna team still provided tips and towels and breakfast boxes. Just so thoughtful. We are leaving with big smiles and an overflow of the most wonderful memories that we will treasure for life. Kop khun krap 🙏🫶

We stayed for one week in December, during high season. The room itself is nice and well presented; however, the standard room offers very limited storage space, making it difficult to unpack properly. As a result, most of our belongings had to remain in our luggage throughout the stay. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the food is very enjoyable, which was a definite highlight. Unfortunately, this positive aspect was offset by the experience at the swimming pool. The pool area was consistently overcrowded, with no shaded sunbeds available after breakfast. Having to rush at 8 a.m. to secure a sunbed with some shade is not what we expect from a holiday, and certainly not from a hotel marketed as five-star. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations associated with a luxury resort.

We just returned from our vacation in Phuket and it has been one of our best holidays. The resort “SAii laguna” was stunning and in particular we praise the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff. The vegetation and the laguna has been a pleased attraction. Everything is in harmony with the natural environment. The long beach “Bang Tao beach” has been for us a good opportunity for our daily walks. Staff was very welcoming, hardworking, efficient making us feeling at home. Food in the restaurants and in the pool area was excellent and fresh. In particular we wish to thank: Tida at the reception desk that has been so helpful and her attitude was above and beyond any expectations. Thank you for making sure that our room was filled with coffee pods. Orn at the restaurant Terra & Mar for her contribution to made our dinners enjoyable which was dearly appreciated . Thank you to be so friendly. Laila which, with impeccable manners, contributed to keep our room nice and fresh. We would like to highlight that, regretfully, the resort hasn’t have evening entertainment, although they have plenty of space inside and outside able to organise performances such as traditional Thai dance and music to make their guests more inside the amazing Thai culture. Only stayed for 4 nights at SAii Laguna but absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived through the resort lobby the staff were so friendly and helpful, no ask was too much. We had booked an airport transfer with the resort from Phuket airport which was really slick, representative from the hotel was there with a name board in arrivals and a lovely A/C cooled van took us to resort. Our room was ‘Ocean Front Balcony’ with beautiful views of the beach and sea and had every amenity you could ask for and if you thought of something that wasn’t there you could order from the hotel app and it would be delivered (we ordered the insect repellent and arrived less than 10 mins after submitting the order). The beds and pillows were super comfortable which made for some fantastic sleeps especially with the would have the sea as well. The hotel grounds are kept lovely by the hard working staff, who are constantly keeping things in great order. The pool area is really large with plenty sun loungers even if you are a late riser there’s always space, you might just miss on a parasol initially but with people always on the move be that for trips or just a local wander down the beach area one will soon be available. We used to move around just to get a different view 😁. We only ate at the resort at breakfast and there was a good varied selection which would suit even the fussiest of eaters. During the day we had a few drinks from the pool bar and these were reasonably priced with a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The only reason we didn’t eat lunch or dinner was due to the hotels location to a fantastic array of bars and restaurants on Bang Tao beach. Upon leaving the resort we booked a transfer to our onward destination which again was really slick and ready for us as the specified time . All in all a wonderful stay at SAii Laguna Phuket (just not long enough though!) and would highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of somewhere in the vicinity, hopefully we will return in the near future..

Everything Was fine we I like Place Much the Place Is Wonderful the staff is awesome special Irina MOD Men Tita. The room is spacious. The breakfast is wonderful. You have a great chores of all the food around. You can eat watermelon papaya fresh passionfruit all the team around the area is very kindly they can help you all the time they do care of you also they can teach you Thai language so all the time which I spent here I was on the full relax.

We just spent two fantastic weeks at SAii Laguna and really couldn’t fault the hotel or staff….from a great welcome after a long trip to just basic things like sorting out cabs for nights out, everything was perfection….our room was wonderful in a sea view club room which meant we had all the perks of the club area…great staff (Mickey etc.) who were amazing…. Beach and pool area well looked after and staff at the beach bars were professional and fun…. Highly recommend the hotel….

Mother and I have been travelling to celebrate Mother’s 80th birthday. We have been through a couple of countries before coming to Phuket. In all those instances, there were no Korean speaking staff in our accommodation. Arriving in SAii in Phuket we had the good luck of meeting Dani in reception, a Korean speaking staff member. Dani has been so welcoming, friendly and caring, especially towards my elderly Mother. Mother was over the moon to be able to be part of checking-in and being able to communicate with somebody who speaks her language. Every time I had a query or something that needed to be taken care of, I knew I could go to Dani and ask for her assistance. It is good to be able to find somebody in the staff that one can trust, rely and know that things will be taken care of.

Attention parents with children. There's an open-air grill restaurant near the children's pool. The kitchen staff casually sprinkle spices onto the fire, sending huge clouds of pepper spray, like pepper spray guns, engulfing both children and parents. Children and adults alike begin choking and coughing, which is extremely dangerous for those with allergies. I reported it to the kitchen, but the staff did nothing—they didn't call the manager, didn't reprimand the cooks, didn't apologize. So what, another farang and his children.

I’m not sure where to begin with how fantastic this hotel is! The staff are lovely, the food is great, the rooms are excellent (spotlessly clean too!) and the location is just perfect. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again. We upgraded to a Club Lagoon facing room and it’s definitely worth the money. The hotel is on a long stretch of beautiful beach, to the left there are various bars and restaurants. Also highly recommend getting a massage on the beach - it’s significantly cheaper than the hotel spa. There isn’t a single thing I’d change and we are already planning our next stay!

The swimming pool is impressively large and the waterslide was such a fun highlight. I would also like to compliment Greennis, who provided excellent and attentive service throughout my stay. Her warm and friendly attitude truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The quality of service, cleanliness, and overall comfort exceeded my expectations, especially Beach access room. Communication by hotel application was smooth and timely, check-in was easy, and every request was handled with professionalism and courtesy, especially front desk team, Breakfast team, Helena,Tan, Tanya, Tida, Greenis,Natalie, Khor and New. The space was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything needed for a pleasant and stress-free visit. Without hesitation, I give this stay a 5/5 rating and would confidently recommend it if traveller will plan to Phuket.

I did not stay at this resort but did go for the breakfast. Food was average but what was revolting was the flies! Not one, two or even three but honestly like 50 at our table. In our juice and couldn’t shoe them away, just too many. All over our food, disgusting. I was going to take pics but both my hands were busy trying to keep them off my plate, but was unsuccessful! Once inside I understood the flies, very dirty dining area…🤢

We stayed here for 10 days and it is real value for money Positives - immaculately cowan Smells gorgeous Really lovely staff especially Oh and New at the breakfast restaurant who went above and beyond and who had incredible initiative and who in my opinion should be much more client interfacing Oh from concierge and nam from the shuttle Thankyou so much for your patience and kindness Negatives - during our stay 2 days full of a big digger all day working at the beachside in front of our loungers No advance warning and a full day of work near the pool too so not really very relaxing This hotel is value for money and the Thai level of service and politeness is wonderful I would recommend this for families and friends but maybe not for a couple who want tranquility Thankyou for a lovely holiday

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent resort, excellent location, service from staff is excellent especially the front office trio, Tida, Rum and Mod. They made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as it was.
