There is nothing to be improved, this is heaven, and every box is ticked at 10/10. The service, the rooms, bed, the incredible pool, gardens and serenity. The breakfast had everything, the fruit service at 3pm every day was a beautiful experience. With a room upgrade as well in the mix... and a special mention to the extensive fitness centre.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Wansa was very professional and I really appreciated her service. She stands out as the best employee with a friendly smile. Our stay at Twin Palms was fantastic; we have travel around the world, and the reception staff's customer service is the best we've encountered definitely a five start. Wansa made our stay smooth and enjoyable, always ready to assist and greeting us warmly when we arrived or left. coming back next year and going through booking with Wanda.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and resort and loved every minute. Pisit, a concierge, looked after us the whole time and couldn’t have been more helpful. From booking us taxis to recommending places to visit, he made our stay so wonderful. All staff were friendly and the hotel room impeccably clean. The pool was lovely and warm and the food so fresh. Would stay here again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Twinpalms Phuket. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, so it was great for relaxing and enjoying some time at the resort. The room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. However, there were a couple of things that I found disappointing. The pool bar’s operating hours were too short, which made it difficult to enjoy in the evening. Also, I wish there had been more restaurants available within the hotel. Other than these points, I was very satisfied with the clean rooms and spacious pool, and overall, it was a nice place to stay and relax.

We had an amazing time. The hotel was incredibly well-maintained, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was delicious, and the service was ansolutely impeccable. A big shout out to Wan Sa and the other front desk staff members for all their help organizing our trips. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous 5 Star resort close to beach, with an amazing swimming pool. Great that the resort has reciprocity with 2 of it's other properties, Catch Beach Club and the Lazy Coconut, which are right on the beach. A well equipped gym. Staff were very friendly, helpful and provided useful recommendations. A quality, high standard resort with an excellent location to Surin Beach.

Our stay at Twin Palms was exemplary. We were contacted day prior to our arrival and were upgraded to one bedroom penthouse loft with our own private rooftop pool at no extra charge. We had a personal assistant Pisit whom arranged everything we requested with efficiency and his communication was instant. The facilities are outstanding. Everything was reasonably priced and excellent value for money. The main pool and bar are amazing. Breakfast is everything you could ask for and was included in our room rate. The staff and service is second to none. Restaurants, shuttle service to beach clubs and spa services make it a five star resort for us. I couldn’t recommend any other property I have stayed in more. Loved everything about Twin Palms.

During our stay, we were very kindly upgraded, and eventually had the incredible experience of staying in their most luxurious rooftop villa with a private pool. It was absolutely stunning. What impressed us most, however, was the level of service from Pisit and his team. We travel frequently and have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this level of genuine hospitality and personal attention is something we have experienced in only a few places. Everything was always perfectly clean, the team was incredibly welcoming, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed — always with a smile. In a quiet location this hotel is excellent. Cleanliness, comfort and quality are top class. Beautiful well kept surroundings. Rooms spacious and well presented with good attention to housekeeping. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Access to beach clubs a nice option to have if looking for a change. Really can’t fault the hotel for a quiet week away. If looking for something busier taxis available and not expensive. Highly recommend

We stayed at Twinpalms Surin Beach for 9 nights in August 2026. The experience we had from the hotel was absolutely fantastic . The hotel itself is a perfect balance of serenity and calm, with a contemporary but still Thai design. The big pool is probably the most appreciated feature, surrounded by palm trees and gardens, open from early morning to midnight. Our room had almost direct access to the big pool, but its large terrace was also a nice place to relax discretely hidden by the rich gardens. The complimentary fruit buffet each afternoon was a very welcome refreshment. There is a constant free shuttle service between the three sister Twinpalm hotels, allowing for change of scenery between the beaches or the clubs. Of course, it is always the people who can make a hotel feel like home, and that was the case with all the staff of Twinpalms. We were very lucky to have Ms Wansa looking after us. She anticipated our wishes and scheduled our daytrips in Phuket and fulfilled all our big or small requests with professionalism and politeness. Thank you so much dear Wansa!!! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we strongly recommend Twinpalms Surin Beach. Maybe we will be lucky enough to come back some day🌺🌺🌺

Conveniently located in front of Surin Beach, Twinpalms Surin Beach is great for those looking for a quieter getaway. I was extremely lucky to get a room upgrade to a 1-bedroom duplex loft during my stay. The loft is gorgeously designed, impeccably clean, and comes with a small private pool. The service team led by Pisit Silva, was also attentive and helpful with suggestions on what to do/see around the area. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Twin Palms Surin Beach was absolutely incredible. The resort was gorgeous, the facilities were perfect and well kept, the experiences/spa/pool were all to die for. Staff were absolutely incredible, endlessly helpful and caring. A few staff deserve special mention, though so many were amazing that I sadly can’t name. Jehaan in the Spa, along with the ladies who massaged us, Maliyah and the trainees in F&B, Din, Wanida and Yah-Yah in concierge and Nom along with the women in the kitchen were absolute assets to the resort and are deserving of so much praise. The pool was always clean and warm, the landscaping team were heard working and friendly, and the fool was absolutely delicious. We loved our time at the resort, truly made for the best honeymoon we could’ve dreamed of.

First time that we stayed in Phuket - we will be back and the Twin Palms will be our hotel of choice when we visit again. Great room set up for 2 adults/2 teenagers, fantastic housekeeping team, bar and restaurant service and a regular shuttle bus to 3 other beach clubs that are linked to the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery. We went to the Lazy Coconut which was very relaxed/informal, great food on a lovely beach. Best meal of the day at the hotel was the excellent breakfast, tremendous selection with a wee glass of fizz if you want to start the day. It's very busy at breakfast time, the restaurants are a lot quieter at lunchtime / early evening - I think a lot of the residents must use the beach clubs or local restaurants - there is a lot of choice nearby. Special mention to Pisit, always on hand to assist and make recommendations.

We loved every moment of our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful across the board. We arrived quite late and were not expecting such a warm and welcoming team to greet us at such an hour. A lovely hand written note from the room manager was an extremely nice touch and very much appreciated.

To be honest if I could make one small criticism, as non smokers we found it very unpleasant sitting around the pool with people smoking next to us. In this modern day I was quite surprised and rather disappointed this was allowed.

Really nice family holiday here for our family of 5. We were repeating a 2023 stay and were glad we came back. Service great (occasionally coffee at breakfast was slow but no big deal). The lagoon pool access rooms are superb. Love the Twin Palms. Love Surin Beach. Wish the Govt had not cleaned the street food vendors and stalls off the beach and the beach waves are choppy in July but other than that, nigh on unimprovable.

We had an excellent time at Twinpalms for our honeymoon! The crew was fantastic, friendly and accomodating! The facilities, room, pool, and affiliated restaurants and clubs were great, and the package deal was of a great value! Definitely recommend!

A stunning resort defined by its immaculate, landscaped gardens creates an immediate sense of calm and beauty. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with lush greenery and carefully maintained grounds that elevate the entire atmosphere. The high standard of service reinforces that sense of quality, with staff who consistently deliver attentive and polished care, particularly Eleni at concierge. The abilty to dine at the nearby beach club and other affiliated resorts was welcoming. Together, the pristine surroundings and exceptional service make the resort feel refined, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. Locality was probably the only negative. Being a little far from activity.

We traveled from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and had a truly wonderful family stay at Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. Recently stayed here and was very impressed with the overall facility. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, capable and efficient. We ate at a number of the food outlets they offer including the Main Hotel Restaurant for breakfast which had an amazing array of food on offer and all very high quality. Also ate here for dinner which was lovely. The Catch Beach club was our favourite and never disappointed great location and vibe and food was very very good. The pool at about 50m long was great and even better you can use it up until midnight where a lot of hotel pools “close” much earlier. The fitness centre was well equiped and very spacious. If we need to visit Phuket again this hotel would certainly be our choice.

This is mine and hubby's first holiday together in 5 years and I could not think of any better place that we could have come. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome by all staff. The room was comfortable and meticulously maintained for the 9 nights we stayed. It was hubby's birthday whilst we were here and he was spoiled with 2 cakes and our room was beautifully decorated ❤❤ Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone coming to Phuket. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, whether with phone calls, local arrangements, or practical questions, the staff went above and beyond to support us. We were especially impressed when we needed to make a payment through a Thai app that we could not use ourselves. A member of the lobby staff kindly used her own app to help us complete the payment, and we were able to reimburse her immediately. This level of trust, kindness, and dedication to guest service was truly remarkable. The hospitality we experienced throughout our stay made us feel very welcome and well cared for. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The Summary. Twin Palms is an amazing resort, very peaceful with great facilities, staff and good. Highly recommend. The Detail. The resort was very relaxing, and our room, the lagoon premium was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was similar to many high-end resorts with an enormous selection of eastern and western foods. There is an omelet chef, dozens of different bread options, salad bar, and hot options like mini pancakes, French toast, bacon, eggs, etc. etc. A special dish on offer every day. Visiting in May, being the 'shoulder season', the resort was not crowded. PROS - Staff were very friendly and attentive. - Huge Lagoon Premium room with Apple TV, King size bed, USB C and A charging ports - Amazing buffet breaky - Lagoon pool access from room. - Luxury Escapes dining option was great value. - Onsite Spa for massage treatment. - Well equipped Gym - Clean and very well-maintained property. CONS - Restricted menu options for Luxury Escapes diners. - Not much do around Surin Beach - Resort not on beach, one street back. - The sister restaurants / bars , 'Beach Club' and 'The Lazy Coconut' are 10 min away via shuttle bus, that runs every hour. Were not our scene, geared towards a younger party crowd. HIGHLY recommend for relaxing getaway.

Twinpalms is a fantastic hotel with a stylish design and thoughtful room layout. The rooms are modern and well equipped, though the toilet setup felt a little lacking in privacy, separated only by a slatted door. I really liked the twin sinks positioned opposite each other, a practical touch. While local TV channels weren’t available, each room came with Apple TV, making it easy to stream from my laptop. The pool was a highlight: spacious, beautifully maintained, and the pool‑access rooms added an extra layer of luxury. The bed, however, was very firm not the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Breakfast more than made up for it: although the variety wasn’t huge, everything was high quality. Fresh juices (not watered down), excellent bread selection, good coffee, and even a glass of bubbles were offered that many guests happily took advantage. The fruit selection was outstanding, with mango and passionfruit being a delightful surprise. Service was generally good, though the cleaning request via the app was inconsistent. One morning, despite being told housekeeping would arrive within 15 minutes, it took over an hour and a half, which was inconvenient. That said, the staff themselves were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our holiday feel special. Their friendliness and personal touches remembering our preferences, checking in with a smile, and offering helpful local tips gave the stay a boutique feel that set it apart from larger, more anonymous hotels. Outside the hotel, the surrounding restaurants and massage spots were excellent, adding to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we loved our stay. The combination of great design, superb pool facilities, excellent breakfast, and the staff’s personal touch makes Twinpalms highly recommended.

Schöne Anlage mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten , vom Empfang bis zu den Zimmern alles wunderschön und gehoben. Frühstück war ein Traum keine Wünsche offen. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer sauber und gepflegt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wenn man sich die Gegend ansehen möchte etwas schwierig (Hauptstraße mit massig Verkehr um die Ecke). Kein eigener Strandabschnitt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu Partner Hotels in der Nähe allerdings sind Preise für Sonnenliege Schirm Essen schon ziemlich realitätsfern

My wife & I stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon, it was amazing. The restaurants, daily massages, and pool was unmatched. Pisit and his team took great care of us. Along with keeping our room tiday. I highly recommend TwinPalms Surin Beach for your stay!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the end of our trip to Thailand. It was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left and provided us with the much needed rest and relaxation we were hoping for. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Our room was beautiful and the whole resort is a calming oasis. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There are lots of local restaurants around and it's a short walk to Surin beach.

My first international trip, my location was the Twinpalms surin. My room was every bit of me, the penthouse loft with 3 floors. The entire loft was so clean and managed everyday throughout the day and I had no complaints. The atmosphere all around was filled with so many pleasant staff and guest. I was so surprised and value this surprise I received for my birthday. My host, Mr Silva did a wonderful job, every call I made he given me a quick reply. He was so wonderful with planning scheduling our excursions and handling the transportation. I would recommend this resort and look to come again.

Fantastic I stayed here on a package with luxury escapes. I honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The staff were the highlight as they were always friendly and helpful. The facilities are fantastic with nothing forgotten. I have to say the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. Normally I get a bit bored with buffet breakfast l, however, I found that the breakfast here was always something different to try. Will definitely go back

Wohlfühlatmosphäre vom ersten Moment an. Das Personal ist so lieb und top engagiert. Der Garten , die Zimmer und der Pool einfach traumhaft. Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück unschlagbar…. Die Beach Clubs sind toll und laden zum chillen und relaxen ein. Lazy Coconut war unser Favorit.

아름다운 숙소 풍경, 수영장. 친절한 직원, 넓고 깨끗하며 차분한 룸 내부 인테리어. 체크인 시 웰컴드링크와 생화팔찌를 선물로 주며, 태블릿으로 친절하게 호텔 내부를 전부 설명해주심. 핸드폰 어플을 통해 숙소 관련 사항을 편하게 확인 할 수 있고, 사용할 베개 타입과 룸 장식용 생화를 고를 수 있음. 오전 7시부터 자정까지 수영장을 이용할 수 있어, 관광 후 호텔에 돌아와서 밤 수영을 즐기기에 시간이 넉넉했음. 퇴실 시 룸 향기를 담은 향수 선물까지. 호텔에서의 편안한 휴식을 즐기기에 최적의 장소.

혹시 몰라 챙겨간 샤워 필터가 하루 만에 갈색으로 변함. 다른 지역보다는 났지만, 그래도 그냥 사용하기에는 걱정되는 수질. 근처 다른 곳보다 비싼 이용료. 근처에는 음식점과 마사지 외에는 다른 놀거리가 없어 무조건 다른 지역으로 이동해야 함. 수린 비치 근처가 전부 공사 중이라 해변으로 가는 길이 좋지 않음.

Check in was efficient. Really enjoyed choosing pillows and the fresh flower scent for our room. We had a room with a walk out directly to the swimming pool river and loved it. Buffet breakfast, and coffee selection, is excellent with much variety. The gym is well equipped, clean, and includes a sauna. There is a lovely quiet library available with many shelves of books and tables to use. The Beach Club, a 10 minute shuttle ride from the hotel, is on a lovely long stretch of beach perfect for a walk, or a meal from one of the many restaurants on the beach front. Highly recommend.

The ceiling fan for the outdoor patio did not provide enough breeze to cool off the space.

We had the pleasure of staying at Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket for 12 nights in April 2026, and we truly enjoyed every single day of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. We spent many peaceful and enjoyable hours there. The facilities overall are thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and refined environment throughout the property. Breakfast each morning was a real delight. The selection was both delicious and varied, offering something for every taste and making it the perfect start to each day. We also greatly appreciated the convenient and relaxing shuttle service to nearby beach clubs such as Catch Beach Club and Shimmer. Everything is located within close proximity, making it effortless to explore and enjoy the area. A very special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Olivier Gibaud, and his entire team for their warm hospitality and outstanding service throughout our stay. We are especially grateful for hosting such a wonderful evening at Wagyu Steakhouse, which was a truly memorable experience and a highlight of our time at the resort. In the end, we really loved our time at Twinpalms and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back and memorable stay in Phuket.

One of the best stays we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything was spot on — the front desk team were genuinely accommodating and made us feel welcome straight away. We had a pool walk-out unit which was absolutely lovely; being able to step out of the room straight into the pool was such a treat. The food at Shimmer was excellent every time, and the service there was consistently great — attentive without being intrusive. Honestly, we couldn't fault a thing. The whole experience felt effortless in the best way. Highly recommend Twinpalms if you're heading to Kamala. We'll be back.

What a fantastic family friendly experience we have had. The amenities are so clean and the grounds are so well looked after. Meals are well good and a variety of drinks available. Pool is the perfect temp and provides options for shaded swimming. Thank you to all the lovely staff and a special shoutout to pisit for all your help in planning fantastic adventures to go on!

I placed two service requests for an iron and slippers on your app after 11 o'clock, but received no response at all. To make things worse, the app stopped working entirely not long after. What a ridiculous hotel.

If you are in Phuket, I cannot emphasize how incredible Twin Palms Resort & Spa is. Their hospitality is unmatched, the whole staff is inviting and want to make sure you not only have the best stay but make the absolute most of the time you have in Phuket. Shout out to Pisit and his team! We will be returning for years to come.

From the moment we arrived at the Twin Palms for our honeymoon (actually, even before we arrived- I received a personal greeting and welcoming from our host on whats app) everything was top notch- sparkling clean, beautifully maintained lush landscaping and pool, and unmatched service. Pisit, Alex, and the whole team were over the top accommodating- Pisit handled our reservations, cancellations, taxi services, glowing recommendations, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and personalized to us- we never had to lift a finger! We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolutely stunning- complete with sky high ceilings, and our own private rooftop pool. We were even gifted a complementary bottle of sparkling wine, and other little extras that made our honeymoon that much more special. The hotel restaurants were fantastic and shuttle service so easy. If you want to feel like a queen/king, you will stay here. We will absolutely be back ✨

A beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great start to the day.

One thing we didn’t like was that although the beautiful beach is only a few meters away, there are no sun loungers or umbrellas available there. In addition, many guests “reserve” the loungers at the hotel pool very early in the morning, sometimes already at sunrise, by placing their towels on them. It would be great if the hotel staff could regulate or prohibit this practice so that all guests have a fair chance to use the loungers.

We had a fantastic stay at the Twinpalms from the moment we arrived we was greeted by Pisit who was fantastic from start to finish. Unfortunately one of our cases hadn’t arrived and was still in Bangkok, we didn’t need to inform the hotel of this as Pisit greeted us and immediately told us he was in control. The case arrived within a couple of hours. The hotel was nothing but perfect, our Loft Villa was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for our family, it was kept spotlessly clean by Pisit and his team. We booked multiple trips through the hotel, Pisist took the time to listen to what we wanted and advised us fantastically. All trips were absolutely amazing and completely hassle free. Thank you Twinpalms for an unforgettable holiday, we will definitely be back and most definitely recommending your beautiful hotel 🥰

The pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
