We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights, but we loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another 2 nights! The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful ocean and beach view, which we could enjoy right from our bed and balcony. Waking up to that view was absolutely wonderful. We also loved the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, plenty to eat, and everything felt fresh, especially the fresh fruits. The ladies serving breakfast and helping with the cleaning were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The rooftop pool was another favorite of ours. The views from up there were beautiful and made the hotel even more special. We also recommend renting a scooter from the rental place next door. It made getting around Phuket so much easier and convenient. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and were very happy that we decided to extend it. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! 💕 The hotel surprised me with a lovely birthday celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch and made my day extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were also kindly upgraded to another room. The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful! 🌊✨ We really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated all the little details that made our experience so memorable. Highly recommend! 💕

The view from our room was exactly like the photo. I woke to the ocean. Swimming pool was lovely, room was clean, staff were helpful.

Surin Beach was a little further away from everything than I imagined but we still enjoyed our stay.

No hot water for shower

Our room was on the lowest floor with stunning views to the waves crashing onto the rocks below. We booked 3 rooms for us and our friends and we all enjoyed our stay. A 1 minute walk to the long sandy Surin Beach and easy walking to nearby cafes and 712

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and had a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located right by the beach, which you can reach via a staircase. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for peace, great views, and direct beach access.

A few things to note: the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and is built on a hillside. Also, condensation can build up in the room if the air conditioning is set too cold, making the floor slippery. Keeping the room at a comfortable temperature helps prevent this. Breakfast was very simple and very limited.

Not enough shade near the pool. Pool tiles are falling off. Steps need a good scrub. Breakfast choices were a bit odd. The pool above our room is leaking. This could be seen from the crystals from dripping pool water at the end (we had a room on the northern end). Drips of water could also be seen coming from the roof in the walkway.

Leider gab es bei dem Top Pool viel zu wenig Schattenplätze, das Restaurant hatte zu und somit musste man ca. 700m den Berg herab laufen, um Besorgungen oder sonstiges machen zu können. Aber mit der Bolt App kam man zügig an alle Orte.

Absolutely breathtaking beachfront sea view room! 🌊 Waking up and enjoying the direct views of the beach from the room was a truly unforgettable experience. The shower area is something unique — being able to enjoy the beautiful sea view while showering was amazing. The location is perfect, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, and every detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every moment.

The only small thing I noticed was that the bathroom is a bit compact, but honestly, it doesn’t take away from the incredible experience and all the wonderful things this place offers.

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff and helpful , they have small gym , 2 swimming pool with sun beds, they trips corner in the recreation so u book trips need to look for it outside 👍. Great sea view and they are 5 floors , down you can sea the rocks so awesome 😃 nice beach the Surin beach 🏖️brake can swim and fish their , Good for the honey nooners for 2-3 days in my opinion 👍

It’s on the high way so u need motorbike or taxi to go to the shops 😢 they have restaurant service only breakfast and limited choices 😢, 7/11 near holiday inn u need to take a long walk about 20 mins or by motorbike. I advice u to order from Grab for food and drinks , order items in 7/11 better and taxi 👍

It's a fair walk to anything, the access to beach was difficult due to the high swells from bad weather but it was fine on normal days. I went backside up one morning because the floor at the rear entrance to reception was wet and extremely slippery. There was no room for clothes or luggage in the family rooms, we lived out of our suitcase

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, breakfast was more than adequate

No cupboards or storage in family room. Reception staff weren't overly helpfull

The beach view was amazing, and the beach itself was just a 1 min walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. I also loved the bathroom with its beautiful beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

ไฟในห้องบางดวงไม่ติด / กลอนหน้าต่างห้องน้ำล็อคไม่ได้ และอยู่ติดกับห้องข้างๆ ที่เดินถึงกันได้ ล็อคห้องน้ำจากในห้องก็ไม่ได้ ติดเรื่องความปลอดภัยริดหน่อยครับ / ที่จอดรถอยู่ติดถนนช่วงขึ้นลงเขา ค่อนข้างอันตราย ขับกันวันไวมาก ถอยออกลำบาก

It was not clean at all… we have pursue all over our body from insect pites … and we found alot of geckos. Also it is far from every thing

Kind and helpful staff, 24-hour reception, beautiful reception with a magical view, excellent breakfast and very nice cooks and a security person who always helped me when leaving with the car, cleanliness of the rooms excellent. This was our second vacation in this hotel where we wanted to stay for a week, we ended up staying for 14 nights. Thanks ♥️

Second time here with my wife. Super friendly staff, amazing views, only 20 steps down to one of the best beaches in Phuket, rooftop pool until 9pm, and halal breakfast.

Would be great to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view.

Отличное местоположение отеля, тихо, приватный выход к пляжу. Шикарнейший вид на море из окна. Завтраки отличные. Все супер. Если бы не нужно было ехать дальше, остались бы в этом отделе.

Вода в душе была прохладной, но в целом это не помешало отдыху.

Первое впечатление потрясающее прежде всего от вида из окна , на эту красоту можно любоваться бесконечно. пляж прекрасный , в шаговой доступности еще один пляж - и это самое главное что есть тут. Мы хорошо провели время на этой локации.

Если в общем то комфорт в отеле и сервис на троечку. 1. Крайне неудобные подушки. 2. Кондиционер размещен прям напротив кроватей и дует прям в лицо .. итог - сыну продуло ухо серьезно и пришлось обращаться к врачу. 3. В близи нет нормальных точек питания, вечером нужно ехать на такси чтобы поужинать. пешком вроде и не долго идти, но путь к ближайшей цивилизации лежит вдоль автомобильной трассы .. такое себе в ночи идти вдоль дороги, поэтому привязка к транспорту получается. 4. Пляжных полотенец впритык, если во время не взять, то потом просто не будет их. 5. в нашем номере не было шкафа в привычном понимании. Это просто открытый мебельный модуль с вешалками и полкой.. очень не удобно все на виду , не достаточно мест чтобы разложить одежду.

Property fine but walking to Surin at night was restricted, via the beach was dark with no lights for first 5 mins. Via the road no pavement, and no lights on a busy road for first 2 minutes.

The view was fantastic!

Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Angefangen von den Räumlichkeiten dunkel ohne Fenster. Das Angebot der Speisen und Getränke äußerst dürftig. Das Badezimmer hat gestunken.

Die Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer sind wunderschön. Der Zugang zum Strand ist zwar ein bisschen hollprig aber auf jeden Fall wert, da vor dem Hotel fast keine Leute sind und man wie einen kleinen Privatabschnitt hat. Außerdem kann man Handtücher im Hotel ausleihen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer war stets sauber. Die Aussicht vom Pool zur Sonnenuntergangszeit ist traumhaft und jedem zu empfehlen!

Das Frühstück war ziemlich minimalistisch und leider in einem relativ dunklem Raum. Es war nichts beschriftet, wodurch unsere vegetarische Gruppe munkeln musste, was davon vegetarisch ist und was nicht. Leider wird sehr viel von der Hotelanlage nicht/nicht mehr genutzt wie z.B. die Bar beim Pool oder auch das Restaurant, das es angeblich mal gegeben hat. Für den Balkon könnte man auch noch bequemere Sitzmöglichkeiten organisieren, damit man dort auch länger sitzen möchte.

Die Lage ist phantastisch,toller Ausblick,Infinitypool toll...alles Andere mittelmäßig.

Es gibt kaum Platz, die Kleidung zu verstauen,5 Bügel nur, keine Schubladen.Es gibt nichts zum draussen sitzen - es sieht so aus,als wenn das mal möglich war.Die schöne Dachtertasse mit dem Pool wird leider sehr vernachlässigt.Schirme kaputt u.Poolbar ausser Betrieb...dabei könnte man von dort die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Cocktail super genießen.Die hatten einen tollen Fotographen bzw. es ist schon länger her als die Fotos bei booking.com reingedtellt wurden.
