Gold Majesty Hotel

Gold Majesty Hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with convenient access, valet parking, and an accessible entrance. The hotel features elegant décor, a spacious lobby with various activities, and a wide range of facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The welcome basket and drinks were a lovely touch, while the room facilities and services made the stay even more convenient. Housekeeping standards were excellent. The reception team was friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Emre. The restaurant staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food. Other advantages include the 24-hour front desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, reasonable prices, and visible environmental efforts through recycling and green spaces.

The hotel and lobby can become crowded during busy periods. The Wi-Fi connection would benefit from greater speed and stability. Additionally, an unpleasant bathroom odor was noticeable, apparently due to insufficient ventilation, and should be addressed.

Spa was excellent and free of charge. Fantastic breakfast. Free valet service.

Great location ,very spacious and clean room with good gym and spa facilities Special thanks to Furkan and İlham for their great hospitality and excellent care Overall, a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back

The breakfast could use some improvement

Totul

Amplitud de la habitación. El baño precioso. Muy bonito todo

La cama redonda no me pareció demasiado cómoda

The hotel is very spacious especially the rooms. The property is also in a very nice part of the city with shopping centres, restaurants and hospitals near by.

Great reception and professional crew, super clean and well located

We received a free upgrade to room. Outstanding breakfast where they can make you an omelette of your choice. Free valet parking.

Received a wake up call at 7 am that we never asked for.

Ich bin das 2.te mal hier gewesen. Es ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Für ein 3tes mal spricht nichts dagegen. War top.

It is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff is very nice. I even got a welcome cake and drink at arrival. The room was nice. I got a nice hand written note in the room and the stay was excellent.

Everything was perfect and I have nothing bad to say.

Parking lot was huge however it was stone and next to the trash bins, and room corridor had the odor of cigarette

Camera foarte mare, curat.

Locatie, kamer grootte, hygiene, vrolijk personeel.

The breakfasts were great and had a wide variety of food. I liked the pool and the sauna. Both were difficult to initially find but staff explained where to go.

The facility (pool , spa, etc) hours were limited (10:00 to 22:00), I'd have preferred earlier hours.

This was hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Turkey. The facilities are top-notch and modern, featuring captivating architecture from the moment you step into the lobby. Here are a few highlights from my stay: 1. Staff and Service: The personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Shortly after I arrived, I was greeted with a lovely welcome gift consisting of a dessert and a refreshing drink. 2. Room Quality: The room was fantastic, spacious, and equipped with high-end amenities, including a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub. 3. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was absolutely phenomenal. It worked perfectly, which is a rare find compared to many other hotels. 4. Breakfast: There was a phenomenal selection of everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of seating and no lines at all. 5. I had a large, circular bed in my room. It was incredibly comfortable, and I slept extremely well in it. This hotel truly had everything you could think of, all at a great price. This is exactly how hotel services should look everywhere. I highly recommend it to everyone: give it a try, it is a unique experience.

Maybe a few small pieces of furniture in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't spoil the overall impression for me at all.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Bed was very comfortable.. I had a corner room which was very nice.

Some things didn’t work like the safe box, it was nine operational . Lightning in bathroom was dim makes it hard to shave! There seems to be Construction nearby as the noise was very loud during the day, would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time! Otherwise everything was very good

Excellent location in Bursa, near restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel is ideally situated, making it very easy to explore the area and enjoy dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They were always ready to help and made our stay feel comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa. Thanks to Mr. Khan, Mr. Kemal, Ms. Ilham, and all other staff

Parking slot is in dusty open area

I regularly stay at this hotel whenever I visit Bursa. The property is consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mahmut for his outstanding service. He consistently takes excellent care of the guests and handles all arrangements with great professionalism. Thanks to his attention to detail and proactive approach, all paperwork and room keys are always prepared in advance, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. I highly appreciate his dedication and look forward to staying here again.
