House keeping steals from your luggage. Not recommended at all. They dont provide even a hand towel. Its pain to stay here.

unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming at all and carried a lot of unnecessary attitude, which made the check-in and overall interaction quite uncomfortable. Hospitality is a major part of any stay, but here it felt completely lacking. The breakfast was also below expectations. The quality wasn’t great, and to make things worse, I noticed unhygienic conditions — including a hair in the fruit plate. This is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer good service. Overall, the attitude of the staff and the poor hygiene really affected my stay. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their hospitality standards and cleanliness for future guests.

The staff were very friendly, it felt very safe and the food in the restaurants were very good. Breakfast was great every morning with staff helping us individually.

The towels and bed sheets were not always completely clean and we had to keep asking for more. It was difficult to get anywhere without catching transport

I had a terrible experience at Fern Residency. One of their staff members, Rishi, behaved in a way that completely ruined our stay. He opened and drank the alcohol himself, then tried to make us pay for it. When we questioned him, he spoke to us in a rude and abusive way and kept insisting that we were responsible for something we clearly did not do. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any hotel. We expected honesty and basic respect, but instead we were blamed and spoken to aggressively. The management needs to take this seriously and fix their staff issues. I would not recommend staying here until they address this kind of conduct.

Located well

Levels of cleanliness across the property. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Oily and average quality food and really poor service. Staff couldn’t get a simple omelette order right

Facilities are just about OK, Bath rooms are not cleaned properly and Bed spreads are not washed after the last use. Hair was very much visible on the bed, i had to dust the whole bed before sleeping.

Value for money, clean suite room with jacuzzi. Good food. Bar was great , ambience and music with lovely dine and wine menu. Location was suitable for me to travel to mohali and chandigarh for meetings. Ellante mall was 5 mins away. View from suite room on 7th floor was great..city view with cloud clad mountains at far background.

Staff approach was casual. Although stay was comfortable but have stayed at places where staffs are more hospitable and smiling.

Very rude staff. I don't understand how can they refuse for the food from outside after they close the kitchen. Its ok if they refuse food in their restaurant but inside the room, they dont have any rights

Multiple times the door lock was getting inactive and was unable to unlock the door from outside by using the card and we had to rush to reception multiple times and asking them to check.

Water licking in the Shower

Worst is the restaurant. They don't have their own restaurant, instead they have rented it out to a third party. Now this restaurant charges you a bomb (We asked about Masala papad which was 220/- , now you can make the guess). They charge you like a 5 star and serve you food like a home made preparation. We had mutter paneer, tandoori roti, garlic naan and dal Tadka, all were just OK. and worst part we were the only occupied table in the restaurant and yet they took over 40 mins to serve. Overall a very mediocre experience from a well established hotel brand

The rooms are comfy, staff is eficient and breakfast is good enough. Nice stay for a night in Chandigarh.

There was only instant coffee at breakfast.

Great location as it is close to the airport. Staff and their services were very good. Good food. Nice and comfortable rooms with all facilities. Very clean. Smooth experience overall.

Good for short stays. Property is old so rooms are not that great.

Room's big enough and it's so comfortable. Suite has 2 washrooms which is very nice. Complimentary wine is cherry on top. Location is easily accessible.

Suite's sofa was unclean. It has mehendi markings all over it and I am allergic to mehendi. Plus room's floor wasn't cleaned properly. Flower petals are lying on the floor here and there.

Property first look seems ok but don’t get fooled by it.

Not well prepared, charged on the card before checked in, room was not prepared for the number if guests, toiletries were provided partially, the extra bed was extremely dirty, cups were dirty the rain shower head was clogged.

Breakfast was excellent, they had a fairly good variety. The rooms were cleaned to perfection, Adarsh Singh was always pleasant and helpful. Cannot be without mentioning Rishab at the Reception, he was extremely helpful and accomodating, as i had to change my booking date due to hospitalisation. And so too were the two young ladies at the Reception desk.

Against the cost which i paid, nothing i found impressive.
