המיקום מושלם, ממש קרוב לסופר,מסעדות, מרפאה פרטית, אוטובוסים לכיוון הרקליון ( אזור הקניות), 10 דק הליכה מהקארטינג. הצוות היה מקסים, הכל כלול מעולה אנחנו קיבלנו חדר גדול היה מצוין בשביל זוג עם 2 מתבגרות עם 2 מקלחות, החוף ים מעולה (המחיר לכסא היה יקר לדעתי 25 אירו למיטה) , האוכל היה בסדר , ה street food אחלה (מחלקים פיצות, המבורגר, גירוס,, מנה לכל אדם בין 14:30 ל 18:00 באמת חוויה טובה , בארים שפתוחים ומחלקים אלכוהול חינם עד 22:00/23:00 למי שהוא הכל כלול

אומנם כתוב 5 בריכות אבל הן ממש קטנות , היה עדיף בריכה 1 גדולה, המדרגות שצריך לעלות לחדרים או לרדת עם מזוודות,,לא מחליפים מגבות רק אם מבקשים שזה לדעתי לא תקין, חובה להחליף מגבות כל יום

We adored this Hotel, the staff was extremely polite,helpful and kind! We could ask about programmes, sunbed prices, they could always help. The staff of the restaurant, the cleaning staff were also friendly and gentle. Would recommend to anyone with kids,without kids. Wonderful experience! Thank you!🥰

Uzeli smo all inclusive, a kada smo došli u sobu mini bar je bio prazan, u kupatilu nismo imali šampon ni gel za tuširanje, peškiri za plažu nisu bili uključeni u cenu, morali smo da ostavimo depozit za njih. Osoblje neljubazno. Ležaljke na plaži ispred hotela se naplaćuju 25€ po ležaljci. Pića su bila užasna kao da su razblažena sa vodom, a i dosta iz menija nije ni bilo. Na ručku i večeri nije bilo dovoljno mesta da svi gosti sednu.

Great location and close to everything, great staff in the hotel and in king Scorpio bar, great atmosphere, clean, the food is great with lots of variety.

1/ au bar scorpio vous avez les boissons all inclusive uniquement jusqu'à 21hrs... boissons chères alors que vous payez le all inclusive 2/ scandaleux... Pour le prix de l' hôtel en all inclusive, vous devez payer 25€ par jour et par personne pour un transat à la plage, c'est inacceptable 3/ le restaurant principal est à revoir en agencement car trop de monde surtout le soir, on cherche une place pour s assoir et pour se servir les plats, c'est la jungle, trop de monde...il faut un second restaurant 4/ le restaurant à la carte steak house est trop rapide, ils vous amènent tous les plats en même temps pour se débarrasser de vous rapidement... pas top pour apprécier son repas Sinon bel hôtel dans l' ensemble, les appartements avec vue sur mer sont tops

An dieser Unterkunft waren nur die Mitarbeiter top. Freundlich und hilfsbereit sofort! Aber alles andere Katastrophe .

1. Sauberkeit das kommt an erster Stelle man sollte jeden Tag saubere Zimmer bekommen wenn erwünscht, ich habe es erwünscht und habe 2x hintereinander die gleichen Bettwäsche und gleiche Handtücher bekommen, für weitere Handtücher sollte ich eine Kaution von 10€ bezahlen,und fürs Waschen 2€ jedesmal das geht garnicht ich hatte ein All inclusive Angebot da verstehe ich all inclusive dabei ist und nicht Kaffe extra zahlen Frappé extra zahlen! Das Essen vom Buffet war viel aber alles ohne Geschmack oder zu matschig! Und jeden Tag das gleiche ,das einzige was super war sind die Mitarbeiter . An sich so ein langweiliges Hotel, ich kenne all inclusive Total anders, es gibt überhaupt keine Attraktionen , die liegen und der obere Pool so dreckig also Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel auf 0 !!!!!!! Shampoo und Dusch zeug wie so in einem Knast Behälter und riecht nach nichts also nach der Dusche habe ich mich immer noch dreckig gefühlt !! Die Betten für mich und mein Mann haben sich in der Mitte getrennt, mein kleiner Sohn hat ein Bett als Sofa erhalten also so was habe ich und werde ich nie wieder buchen,die Bilder sagen totall was anderes. Dann gab es 2 Restaurant wo man reservieren musste wo aber immer alles voll war und nie ein Platz bekommen hat,also wirklich überlegt euch es gut bevor ihr sowas bucht! Die Cocktail in so Plastik Becher . Tequila Plastik Becher ohne Eis Würfel also wirklich schreckliches Erlebnis .

Мені сподобалось що було багато локацій де не було великого згромадження людей всі відпочивали в різних місцях і не було відчуття що всі люди збираються в 1 місці один на одному відпочивають можна було від дихнути і зливати

Не сподобалось що за лежаки на пляжі потрібно платити і відведене місце без лежаків було значно менше ніж платні лежаки та не хватало на різних зонах музики іноді було за тихо

Tutto . Personale gentile e accogliente. Cibo buono e abbastanza vario. Unica pecca c'era poca scelta di pesce e quasi mai alla brace peccato! Abbiamo scelto una family vista mare e siamo stati molto bene la signora addetta alle pulizie sempre disponibile. Consiglio per una vacanza super di affittare una macchina anche perché le strade sono ottime .

Összességében szinte mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. A recepciós hölgyek és a pultosok is rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A hajókirándulással, valamint az autóbérléssel kapcsolatban is sok segítséget kaptunk.

A King Scorpio bár hostess munkatársa sajnos nem volt túl barátságos. Emellett a korábban egyeztetett asztalfoglalásunkat is összekeverték, így végül nem az általunk lefoglalt asztalhoz tudtunk leülni.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedése van a part mellett, minden megtalálható a környéken amire szükséged lehet egy nyaralás alatt. Nagyon figyelmes és kedves a szálloda személyzete. Választékos az ellátás.

A parton található napágyakért fizetni kell 25€/darab, ami tartalmaz egy üveg vizet és egy törölközőt. Sajnos a szálloda semmilyen kedvezményt nem biztosít, hogy olcsóbb legyen a bérlés.

Ein fantastisches Apartment! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Alle Mahlzeiten waren vielseitig und lecker. Das Apartment geräumig und schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Rezeption, Bar, Küche und Roomservice Ihr habt einen tollen Job gemacht.

Привітний персонал, чисті номери і територія. Смачна та різноманітна іжа. Різноманітний вибір барів, перекусів та фаст фудів що входять до пакету все включено

Невідповідна кількість відвідувачів до басейнів. Забагато людей, які з ночі займають місця біля басейну, розкладаючи речі або рушники. Пляж у пішій доступності із вартістю 25€ за 1 шезлонг, пляж дуже маленький. Відсутність набережної або пішохідних зон для прогулянок, забагато транспорту, небезпечно навіть на пішохідних переходах.

It was perfect spot located near the beach and shops but not in the thick of it either so you could retreat away from the lively atmosphere when needed. Requested a sea view which we got however, felt uncomfortable using the balcony as the restaurant is below. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly friendly. Only drawback for us was that despite being a paid customer, we felt the service could’ve been better with regards to the drinks. It seemed customers from the street got better treatment. It would e also have been nice is shower gel, shampoo etc was available. Only hand soap as the option. We would still come back though as it is set within a beautiful location.

De ligging is perfect. Op loopafstand.afstand van het drukke centrum. De bar King scorpio.is heel gezellig. Tegenover het hotel.

Disappointing!! I had a reservation for 2 rooms (1 bedroom suite). I arrived at the hotel around 1 am. At the reception a girl who didn't know English at all. I spent half an hour writing to us on the phone with a translation of what she wanted to communicate to us. We received the rooms. Shock! It didn't correspond to what I had booked. (I mention from the beginning that I chose this hotel for this room with a sea view). I go back to the reception to explain, in vain, the answer was to come the next day at 11 am to discuss. Night of torment! Lots of mosquitoes, bathroom with a bathtub that you could barely get into.. The next day they tell me that that's the room, that those pictures of the room are from Booking and they keep showing me their website. I tell them that I made the appointment on Booking, not on their website and that I want those rooms. In the meantime, 2 other suites become available and they move us there. More disaster. Later I found out that others who couldn't rest because of the infernal noise in the rooms had given up on them. Not to mention the fact that the toilet bowl didn't flush, that the air conditioning was from another era and couldn't cope, that a light cleaning was only done on one day. The food?? The same every day, with minor exceptions. To drink an ok coffee we had to buy it ourselves. If you didn't wake up in the morning to occupy sunbeds, you had to pay 25 euros/sunbed on their tiny beach, or look for other more accessible beaches. There's a lot to say, the conclusion.. total disappointment for the costs they charge.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The place was very clean. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. There is a good variety of food in the buffet. The food was good. You can take a drink at the hotel or at the bar or even the restaurant in front of the hotel, all included. The staff is very friendly, always there to listen, especially at the reception. The sandy beach was awesome.

The deck chairs at the beach were expensive There are 4 swimming pools, small in size if you don't swim in the sea. The deck chairs were free but taken from early morning ( even when people are not using them all day)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are no designated place for smokers. There are no provisions for tea and coffee in the rooms.

The room had a nice sea view. The location is quite happening if you like it that way. Not very difficult to reach from the Herakleon airport, particularly if you have a rental car.

Reception desk provided incomplete information about ala-carte dining @ black pepper restaurant that caused some inconvenience to us. Air conditioning did not work in one room & hence our kid had to squeeze in in one bed with us. No fan was provided despite our request. Bathrooms was too small & without regular toiletries. Customer Service manager was strange. She was blank faced & casual not showing any concern or regret from her end. The hotel draws guest with “all inclusive deal” which is not that great as it sounds. There is enough food but the taste is not good except for the fresh salads and yogurt. The drinks are also just okay served in plastic cups. You need to pay 15€ to sit on the shacks by the small beach that is supposedly under the supervision of the hotel.

I liked everything about the property

Hôtel bien situé, face à la mer (vue magnifique) et un peu excentré des bars et autres restaurants, donc plus calme. Le bar de l'hôtel en version tout inclus est splendide (king scorpio bar). La restaurant principale du complexe est excellente et variée (de tout : des spécialités locales aux basics). Le personnel est accueillant.

I enjoyed the breakfast, lunches and dinners. Food was always available with minimal wait time. Fresh fruits, salads, eggs, pancakes, I was super happy starting the day right. Lots of fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian options. We came for a family reunion and had an unforgettable stay. The staff especially at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food and beverage was great for us travelling with small kids and the need for occasional beers/cocktails. The area felt super safe, family friendly, and relaxing, right on the coast. Would highly recommend Porto Greco to anyone who asks!

The food signs could be a little clearer especially with products that might have beef mixed with pork, the people taking the plates were a little too fast at times, the coffee machine could use an upgrade with fresh coffee/milk quality. Mosquitos were a bit annoying, be prepared with bug spray and don't leave your door open too long. Some of the rooms are a bit close to the nightclub so make sure that you request in advance a room that is quiet at night.

Loved this hotel. The staff, location, all inclusive food and drinks. The Scorpio beach bar with inclusive drinks was wonderful. Walking distance to everything you need.

Can’t think of anything to complain about.

This is the second year we have chosen this hotel for our holidays for many reasons. And AGAIN, everything was just PERFECT. The high-quality of the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, the top quality of the food belongs to a 5 stars hotel!! The restaurant has a relaxing sea view, and if you are hungry or thirsty you will always get free food and drinks in different bars or restaurants of the hotel at any time of the day with the amazing all-inclusive formula without getting stressed out on your holidays! and most of all..the KINDNESS OF THE STAFF. They are so sweet and polite, they look after you in every moment of the day!I am pregnant and the staff (Maria in particular, the manager) and also other 2 lovely girls (Eleni and Olga) they were just AMAZING, taking very special care of me. We will definitely come back every year for our holidays to this amazing hotel!! Thank you to all the staff of Porto Greco Village to make our holidays just FANTASTIC!!

Every possible way it was great - the staffs and the management every one made all their effort to make each of the guests happy and comfortable !! The all inclusive generous deal is absolutely fantastic - we had a room ( in fact 2 rooms for 3 ) overseeing the sea and we enjoyed our vacation the fullest

1) bathrooms do not have shower curtains - so it gets wet ( negligible problem - every time we came back it was dry and was cleaned by the cpurtepus room service personel) 2) mosquitos

Our sea view room was very beautiful with a great view. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great. You also have access to a beautiful beach club which gives the luxury touch to the stay

although cleaned daily to a good standard there were many mosquitos in the room. bring insect repellent! facilities are not modern e.g. gym

Great patio overlooking the water at King Scorpio.That was where the four star rating should end and was also a real problem for noise it created going past 2am while right next door.Food was good although monotonous.Would have appreciated pita bread.Snack bar was mislabeled as a different name.Also served third grade meat in the gyros with plenty of fat and no vegetables.(a real shame for greek pride).All the other non greek foods were good however atbthis snack bar.

Location, facilities and staff all were very good and we spent the whole holidays under the sun it’s was perfect ! Pool was very great !

Panorama-Suite bei Ankunft noch nicht einzugsbereit, mangelhaft gereinigt. Beim eintreten der Suite die liegt zuoberst im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Was wir vorfanden war eine Frechheit. 1. Ganze Suite magelhaft gereinigt, kein Telefon 2. Wohnzimmer-Küche: Stühle fehlten kein Mineralwasser (wie beschrieben) Fernbedienung (Klima-Anl.) Wohnzi.-Küche defekt 3. Terrasse: Türen zur Terrasse defekt (n.schliessbar) Mückennetz defekt, Liegematten fehlten Terrasse unsauber 4. 1. Schlafzimmer: Matraze durchgelegen, sehr hohe Kopfkissen, kein gutes schlafen TV beim drehen fast herunter gekommen (Halterung defekt) kein Kleider-Schrank, Zimmer mangelhaft gereinigt 5. 2. Schlafzimmer: 1 Nachttischlampe ohne Kippschalter d.h. Stecker direkt in die Steckdose Zimmer dreckig auch unter dem Bett etc. Ameisen z.teil auch auf dem Bett 6. Badezimmer: Spartanisch eingerichtet für eine Suite (4 Personen) keine Hand-Badetücherstangen oder Ständer, weder im Bad noch sonst wo. 7. Reinigung der Suite Mal wurde gereinigt dann wieder nicht, bis man über das Natel in das Hotel anrief und fragte wo die Reinigung bleibt. Katastrophal !!! Essen: nicht rühmenswert! Was auf auf der Homepage beschrieben wird ist alles andere als wahr! Sanierung im 2019? Möchte die zukünftigen Reisenden einfach warnen. Bewertung dieses Hotel, höchstens eine 2. Rühmenswert war nur die Terrasse mit der Aussicht..

We had a family room , with a baby and a buggy. We had to go up and down the stairs all the time or go through the restaurant which was annoying to us and the staff as well.

Buona posizione fronte mare, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro pedonale del paese (facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata sul lungo mare). Servizi ristorazione e piscine dell’hotel eccellenti. Cucina internazionale che fornisce pasti adatti a tutti. Purtroppo, la pulizia delle camere è carente: nel soggiorno per una settimana è successo ben tre volte che la camera non venisse pulita e gli asciugamani sostituiti, nonostante la sollecitazione in reception. Per il resto, nel complesso buono.

The food was amazing with lot of varieties and each meal was very delicious. Literally all hotel staff (at the reception, in restaurant, cleaning staff, massager...) are very professional and diligent, but also always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as it is just accross the road to the nice beach and on the quiet side of the Hersonissos sea promenade. Hotel has a couple of drink bars and pools, but if your room is next to one of them, might be loud. We were lucky with the quiet backyard room which was renovated and had everything we needed. As a part of the package, we have got a 15 minutes massage by Ms. Katerina who was super kind and skilled.

Some facilities are in the state which is unfortunately far below the level of the rest of the hotel and require urgent improvements: fitness gym is almost useless as most of the machines are broken, one squash pad is broken so cannot play it, basketball ring is bended, common toilets have broken soap dispensers for days, etc. This is a big pity as if those things would be fixed, I would give a clear mark 10. Considering the price of the all inclusive package, the beach beds should be included and not heavily overpriced.

I didn't like having to step in and out of the bath to have a shower. There should be a hand rail for safety. I also asked for a plug to have a bath but didn't get one. A walk in shower would be better and safer. There is a very dangerous slippery slope/ramp between the pool bar area and the restaurant.

This hotel exceeded our expectation because they clearly went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service to my young family. They met all our special requests for the room ahead of our visit, they regularly checked in with us to see if there was anything more they could do and they went over and above expectations when it came to providing special meals for our eight month old baby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it really made for an unforgettable stay.

There weren't as many sun loungers around the swimming pool as we might have liked, so it wasn't always possible to get one. However, the beach is a very short walk away, so we went there instead.
