Mari Kristin Beach Hotel

Nagyon szép, új, modern berendezésű hotel ideális elhelyezkedéssel: közel a tengerpart, buszmegálló, városközpont. Teljesen elégedettek voltunk mindennel, a reggeli és a vacsora választék is rendben volt, mindig találtunk valami finomságot. A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon kellemes légkörben zajlott, amelyről a kedves, udvarias személyzet gondoskodott. Nagyon jó választás volt a hotel, szívből ajánlom mindenkinek.

A szemközti szálloda éjszaka is elég zajos, de ez egy nyaralóhely, normális a nyüzsgés.:)

Hotel molto bello e curato. In un ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e anche in posizione centrale per i negozi e il lungomare. Il buffet non aveva ampia scelta ma i piatti proposti erano sempre ottimi. Camera con tutto il necessario e un balcone comodo che affaccia sul mare.

La camera era di dimensioni un pò piccole e, non essendoci molto posto, mettendo le valige a terra occorreva continuamente spostarle per aprire gli armadi o la porta

L'albergo ha un'ottima posizione ma attenzione non ha una sua spiaggia, come qualcuno potrebbe credere vedendo le foto. La colazione e la cena fantastiche. Lo staff della cucina davvero impeccabile e così anche i camerieri.

La pulizia della struttura, le parti comuni, qualche volta la stanza. La piscina che è piccolina e il fatto che non ci sia una convenzione con un lido. Se si mette beach nel nome della struttura uno presume che la spiaggia non sia solo prossima ma collegata all'albergo. In più lazona in cui l'albergo è situato vicino a lidi piccoli. La spiaggia grande è ad almeno 20 minuti in auto dall'albergo.

The room service is great, very nice and kind receptions, food is very tasty, like homemade 🤍very easy and short way to the sea from the swimming pool, especially if you don’t want to have sunbed nearby the sea with crowds. Highly recommended!

I stayed in the hotel June 26. Hotel room was nice and kept clean by the room staff. Food was VG with lots of choice. No complaints there. Restaurant staff were attentive, helpful and very friendly. The Pool area is small but kept immaculately clean with sunbeds, canopy beds, bean bag chairs and loungers, all very comfortable. The hotel is near the beach on a side street just off the main road. The location is great. Close enough to the main strip but far enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife. I will return

The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was disappointing. The variety was extremely limited, and the quality was very poor. It failed to meet my expectations and was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. Hard to find parking close to the hotel.

The rooms were not clean, the staff told us that towels were only changed every two days, which is a real shame, and the check-out time is listed at 12:00. We were told to leave at 11:00. My wife slipped on the very slippery and dark stairs. I am now consulting a lawyer about a lawsuit.

Nice clean hotel environment and lovely staff, the room we had came with a tv, kettle (with mugs and coffee/sugar sachets) and a small fridge. You have a sign so the room can be tidied daily or simply left alone should you choose, very quiet environment beyond the random eagle sound that plays at intervals from somewhere nearby. On the lower floor there are extra public toilets as well as brochures for various activities, some books you can borrow to read and a couple of games like chess you can also borrow to play. The lift is a small one so only 1-2 people should use it at a time. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were nice and full of a variety to choose from and slightly different each day (the only thing I disliked was all the dill herb in the salad area which is common but not my personal favourite). Breakfast comes with hot drinks like various tea/various coffee/hot chocolate via a drink machine while dinner has an ice cream freezer as well as the usual desserts. There is a voucher for the restaurant behind the hotel on the coastline should you need it. Good wifi throughout the hotel and a small pool that is kept clean to take a quick dip in plus the hotel itself is a few steps away from the coastline so you can walk to the various small beaches and restaurants along the strip. The main Herssonisos strip/shops/port area is about a 10-15min walk along the coast.

Accueil de qualité, grande gentillesse du personnel. Très beau buffet de petit déjeuner. Situation géographique parfaite pour profiter du front de mer et de la ville.

Everything was nice but the staff was extraordinarily helpful.

I arrived late and they never kindly let me get my dinner (half board) before checking me in. Breakfasts and dinners were fabulous. Close to bus stop. Nice comfortable room. Loved it.

Greeted upon our arrival by Mike the night porter after a late flight. Arriving around 1am, Mike had a great sense of humour and a warm welcome. As we missed dinner, there was a lovely 'cold plate' for each of us. Breakfast for us was OK, there is a wide variety of foods, but not our cup of tea. One member of the breakfast staff throughout our stay stood out being happy, smiling and welcoming each day. She is the first to say morning and appears to lead the lads in customer service. Dinnertime offerings meant eating some of our childhood film animals including Thumper, so we opted to go elsewhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel by the beach (Petalida) provided traditional Greek cuisine. The hotel is literally a couple of hundred metres from the beach, with a bit of sand available, which appears uncommon along this coastline! We got a double bed 😀 in our room, and a balcony overlooking the main road, great for people watching! The layout of the bathroom could be better for the use of the space, but everything worked. This is our first visit to Hersonissos, and we will return to this hotel when we next return.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, διότι βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο, οπότε είναι πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη η πρόσβαση στα καταστήματα, στα εστιατόρια, στα κέντρα διασκέδασης και στη θάλασσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το πρωινό και το δείπνο είχε πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα, άριστη ποιότητα και αναδείκνυε τις γνήσιες παραδοσιακές κρητικές γεύσεις. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στους μάγειρες! Επίσης όλα ανεξαιρέτως τα μέλη του προσωπικού διακρίνονται για την ευγένειά τους.

Відпочивали на початку серпня 2025 року. Розташування готелю просто супер. Дуже смачні сніданки і вечері. Ввічливий і привітний персонал. Рекомендую для бронювання.

Finom ételeket készítettek reggelire és vacsorára egyaránt.

Túl hangosak a szobák, minden zaj behallatszott a folyosóról, illetve a szomszédos szobából, mert vékonyak a falak. Aki 10 órakor ment le a medencéhez, annak nem volt helye, nem tudta letenni a törölközőjét, mert egyesek törölközőikkel foglalták a helyeket, pedig csak délben vagy délután jöttek a medencéhez (a medence is üres volt, abban sem volt senki).

- A szállás elhelyezkedése ideális: a strandhoz közel, a nyüzsgő belváros határán, de a zajos bulinegyedtől mégis távolabb fekszik. - A szoba megfelelő méretű, az ágy kényelmes. Az erkély is feldobta a hangulatát. - A medence is kellemes, mindig volt szabad napágy. - A büféreggeli nem túlságosan változatos, de a felkínált választék finom. A pincérek kedvesek.

- A kávé ihatatlan volt. (Egy közeli kávézóban azonban nagyon finom, igazi kávét lehet kapni.) - A vacsorák minősége összességében elég vegyes: a zöldséges ételek finomak, azonban a főételek kb. fele nem volt fogyasztható (rágós, csontos, zsíros húsok, elsózott köretek, stb.). A desszertek közül is csak pár volt ehető. Ezek alapján a félpanzió ár-érték arányban nem éri meg. - A WiFi silány minőségű, akadozik. - A takarítás felületes: az ágyra ugyan felkerült a törölközőből hajtogatott szív, de rendszeresen elmaradt a fürdő takarítása, illetve többször nem kaptunk új tusfürdőt, kilépőt, törölközőt - ezeket a recepción kellett utólag kérni.

Posizione eccellente, vicino al mare ed al centro. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Struttura moderna e curata nei particolari e sempre molto pulita. Molto carina la terrazza dove si fa la colazione e la cena.

Very handy for the beach, shops and bars. Our room was quiet with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The shower was small but manageable . Staff on the most part were very welcoming and helpful. The bar was open all hours and pleasant after an evening out. Good value for money. The only downside for us was the food, which most seemed to enjoy but we ate out most days. I would however use this hotel again.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. pokoj byl moc pěkný, čistý, voňavý. Jídlo bylo výborné. Lokalita úžasná, kousek od pláže. Personál byl velice milý.

Hotel Very close to the beach but there isn't much sand this side of hersonissos. As it's near the end of season many shops/restaurants are closing so it's a more quieter environment and not too rowdy. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The rooms are very small and not enough storage space, although it does have kettle and fridge (to keep their four star rate) Our clothes are piled on top of each other due to suitcases taking up the space. Very small pool but enough beds for this time of the season. This hotel is definitely not four star rating ( probably more like a 3 star) and doesn't look anything like the photos on the website. The rooms look bigger on the photos. The food is minimal and cold, ( mainly because the plates are cold too) by the time you sit down. Staff are pleasant but We probably wouldn't visit again.

Este un hotel aproape de mare micuț și cochet ! Am avut mai multe experiențe care au fost interesante. Prima noapte ne-a cazat în alt hotel într-adevăr aproape dar a fost neplăcut am avut o cameră care a avut vedere la mare .😂 și a compensat . Am avut un mic accident cu un cui în scaun la masa și fără obiecții mi s-a decontat pantalonii rupți ! Masă de dimineață un pic sărac dar bun ! Cină delicioasă ! Bucătarul morocănos ! Doamna de recepție din rep Moldova o drăguță și foarte amabilă! Am avut un sejur plăcut cu familia și prietenii!

Nu pot să zic nimic rău doar că nu este pentru pretențioși cu fițe !

The hotel is great so are the staff the food is awful it was cold every time and there is not enough sunbeds no hand rails down to the pool and to get to the beach are about 20 steps which is not disabled friendly

At check-in, I got a free upgrade to a room with a sea view. The location is excellent, and the breakfasts and dinners were tasty, but not very diverse. The room was cleaned every day. Wi-Fi worked well. There is a small swimming pool. You can also leave your luggage if your flight is late.

The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach. There is one nearby, but it is dirty and costs extra.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Mari Kristin Beach fue realmente encantadora. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos metros del mar, lo que permite disfrutar fácilmente tanto de la playa como del animado ambiente de Hersonissos. El hotel está impecable, con una limpieza excelente en todas sus áreas. Las instalaciones son modernas, muy cuidadas y transmiten comodidad y relajación. También destacamos la comida: tanto el desayuno como la cena ofrecieron una muy buena variedad, con platos frescos y sabrosos que se adaptaban a distintos gustos. Lo que más nos marcó, sin embargo, fue el personal. Queremos dar un reconocimiento especial a Inna en recepción, siempre amable y dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Giorgos en el restaurante hizo que cada comida fuese un placer gracias a su servicio cordial y atento. Eva, encargada de las habitaciones, mantuvo todo perfectamente limpio y organizado. ¡Muy recomendable!

Our stay at Mari Kristin Beach Hotel was truly delightful. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the sea, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the lively atmosphere of Hersonissos. The hotel itself is spotless, with excellent standards of cleanliness maintained throughout the property. The facilities are modern, well-kept, and provide a sense of comfort and relaxation. We especially appreciated the food – both breakfast and dinner offered a very good variety, with fresh, tasty dishes that catered to different preferences. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. A special mention goes to Inna at reception, who welcomed us warmly and was always ready to assist with a smile. Giorgos in the restaurant made every meal a pleasure with his friendly and attentive service. Eva in charge of the rooms ensured everything was perfectly clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Mon séjour était top ! Je suis tombée amoureuse de la Crête. L’hôtel était super ! Petit déjeuner et buffet du soir très bien avec quelques spécialités locales. L’accueil est à la hauteur ! Tant à la réception, que les serveurs ou les personnes en charge du ménage. Mention spéciale à cette magnifique brune de la réception présente le soir ! Son sourire n’a d’égal que sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Les serveurs ? Avenants, drôles et serviables ! Ils savent créer un lien avec chaque client. On a adoré ! Les petites attentions du personnel de ménage et le respect de l’écologie. Tout pour vous faire sentir comme une reine. La literie est super confortable, l’emplacement est parfait. Pas besoin de voiture pour flâner dans la ville sur la corniche. Choisir le Mari Kristin c’est ne pas se tromper ! Merci à tout le staff d’avoir transformé ce séjour en une super expérience !

After getting there late, we were greeted with the most warm welcome from Mike( who is definitely a credit to the Hotel) right from start of holiday to end. could not find any fault with hotel at all. loved our room. loved the food, the location of the hotel was perfect. such a relaxed pool space never had problem getting a sunbed. overall loved our stay in Mari Kristen and would most definitley return , thank you Dave and Sandra

Struttura molto pulita, e con un tocco elegante. Stanza non grande ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Nelle vicinanze comoda fermata del bus sia per raggiungere spiaggie sia per aereoporto. A due passi dal centro di hersonissos con tutti i locali e ristoranti, la maggior parte affacciati sul mare. Il mare in alcuni giorni era più bello mentre in altri non ne valeva la pena, sicuramente non è un mare da farci la vacanza ma solo da passarci una giornata, magari appena arrivati. Per quanto riguarda il cibo di buona qualità con tante ricette anche del posto mentre la colazione rivolta più al turista inglese o tedesco, vista la presenza di tanto salato e poco dolce ma comunque buono. Il bere è a parte, quindi tutto quello che viene preso può essere pagato subito o al checkout.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien. Nous étions en plein centre ville ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était très belle, assez spacieuse et très propre. Les personnels de l’hôtel sont juste incroyables. Ils étaient au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour. Les femmes de ménage aussi étaient très gentilles et les chambres étaient nettoyées et les draps changés tous les jours selon votre convenance.

Le petit dej n’était pas très fameux, ce qui est assez dommage. Le jus d’orange industriel dès le matin, j’ai eu un peu de mal. Cependant, le buffet le soir était assez convenable et varié.

Ilyen kedves személyzettel még sosem találkoztam! A recepciósok mindenben kérdés nélkül azonnal a segítségünkre fordultak, a pincérek és a bartender nagyon barátságosak és nyitottak voltak, illetve nagyon segítőkészek bármiféle ajánlással kapcsolatban. A takarítónők is tökéletesen végezték a munkájukat, gyönyörű szép rend és tisztaság várt minket minden nap amikor visszaértünk a szállásunkra. Illetve a hotel is nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el. És, hogy ki ne hagyjam, az ételek isteni finomak voltak, minden este legalább 5-6 féle ételt ettünk, olyan választék volt és egyszer se kóstoltunk rosszat! Tökéletesen éreztük magunkat ezalatt a hét alatt és nagyon szépen köszönünk mindent!

La literie était confortable, les chambres insonorisées, donc on n'entend pas le bruit de l 'extérieur. Le personnel est serviable, les petits déjeuners superbes. Bien placé car à proximité des commerces, tavernes et arrêts de bus

Nous n'avons pas eu d' eau chaude 2 soirs d affilé. La piscine est petite et le nombre de transats insuffisant, d'autant que la réservation des transats reste malheureusement toujours à la mode 😕. La plage la plus proche est également très très petite et décevante. Les plats du soir étaient assez répétitifs. En outre, il faut savoir que ce lieu est très prisé par les jeunes pour faire la fête, donc il faut s'attendre à subir des réveils forcés au milieu de la nuit ou au petit matin par des vacanciers indélicats qui rentrent de soirée. Et je ne mentionne même pas les conversations ou visionnage de vidéos sur haut parleur, qu'il faut supporter à la piscine et au restaurant . En outre, la plupart des boutiques autour qui se touchent littéralement ne proposent que du made in China. Conclusion ; si vous souhaitez vous ressourcer au calme dans un lieu authentique, je déconseille fortement cette localisation. Il est fort dommage également de ne rien trouver dans les chambres qui résume le fonctionnement du restaurant, de la piscine, les bonnes pratiques attendues au sein de l établissement, etc. Certes c'est un "Adults only", mais les incivilités devenant malheureusement monnaie courante partout, on ne peut plus compter sur le savoir vivre des voyageurs qui se croient tout permis, d'autant plus lorsqu' ils sont à l étranger.

Personalen var ganska loj. Ingen personal vid poolen. Gäster la ut handdukar på solsängar och solstolar(var väldigt få av vardera) utan att dyka upp på hela dagen så det var svårt att finna plats under poolområdet under veckan. Frukosten var undermålig och ej utmärkt som det stod innan. Valde ej att äta på kvällen då frukosten var så pass illa.

Restaurant kitchen staff was not very friendly, the elder man refilling the buffet pushed me twice coming out from the kitchen and didn’t even apologized to me. The other elder man standing behind the hobs barely answering to any questions. Considering the hotel is a 4 STARS, the half board package was average, dinner with very basic menu courses and no seafoods whatsoever. Only poached eggs as egg option for breakfast is not acceptable. The pool lounges were very crowded with rude people occupying them with clothes and going out for lunch.

Just returned today from a very relaxing break at the Marie Kristin Beach Hotel. It was perfect for the three of us — myself, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or friendly. in fact, every Greek person we made was incredibly friendly. We arrived late at night (around midnight) and, even though we’d missed dinner, they kindly prepared a fresh salad plate for us — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps from the beach. The pool is small but ideal for chilling out. No need to set an alarm to reserve sunbeds! Everyone just came and went as they pleased. There are several beaches within walking distance. You do need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas at those, but the prices were very reasonable. We stayed on a half-board basis. The food at the hotel was fine - buffet style. The hot partner with a restaurant just down the road which was absolutely amazing — definitely worth trying. And you also get a restaurant discount for staying at the hotel The only small downside is that the rooms are quite compact. It was manageable for three of us, but a bit tight — I’d recommend no more than two people per room for maximum comfort. For all the things in your room, though. We were out and about every day either at the beach on a sailing trip, visiting Heraklion town or shopping. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a chilled, friendly, beachside holiday.

Tutto perfetto, professionalità, simpatia, organizzazione, semplicità, insomma ci hanno coccolati e fatti sentire come a casa. Un grazie di vero vero cuore per averci reso ancora di più una vacanza super super fantastica. A chi dovesse dirmi dove potrei trascorrere le vacanze a Creta? Non avrei dubbi nel consigliare questi albergo e sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a creta non avrei dubbi di prenotare e alloggiare presso questo albergo.....grazie grazie mille per tutto.
