The size of the room was big. The aircon worked well. There was tea and coffee and an electric kettle. The hot show worked at it got really hot. Breakfast was included.

There was an outdoor deck. It would have been better not to have it so the room could be bigger, it's a waste of space. The TV remote didn't work. The TV had a defect on the screen, you can see it when the TV is off or viewing it from the side, it's almost like a burn mark. The room smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast buffet was OK. The egg omelet should have a sign saying spicy. I didn't know their egg omelet is spicy. The toaster didn't work. The light was on but the bread never got hot. I can see why the price is low for this best western because it's an old hotel and it needs maintenance, it has no elevator. It's next to a side street where you can hear vehicles pass by. There was no refrigerator in my room. When I booked the room the description says it has a refrigerator. This is one instance where I could say you get what you pay for.

The hotel is located in calm place, away from street noise. The staff is kind and professional. The room is spacious, very comfortable is well equipped. Tasty breakfast with many options to choose from.

Basically no available meals for lunch (which we learnt from the staff more than 30 minutes after our order). Also, I could not benefit from early check-in although it was included in the final price.

The pool wasn’t Full on arrival

Staff was good.

However the bed mattress is really dirty the towel were old… the mattress cover the one he just changed has a big blood or wine mark on it… horrible. Private pool is a joke. It’s an old place.

The hotel has a few positive aspects. The pool area is nice and provides a good place to relax. The staff members were friendly and did their best to help whenever needed. The location is definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel — it is very convenient, only around 10 minutes from the airport and close to the main areas of Kuta with restaurants, nightlife, shopping malls, and entertainment options. For travelers who mainly need a practical location close to everything, this can be an advantage.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was a major disappointment and, in my opinion, not acceptable for a Best Western hotel. The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of the furniture were far below expectations — even a basic non-brand hotel could offer a better standard. The furniture was old, scratched, damaged, and partly unstable. The curtains had many visible stains, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with a loose toilet, damaged seals, and signs of aging and lack of maintenance. The room also had very limited furniture, and what was provided felt extremely outdated, more like from decades ago than a modern hotel. The potential of the hotel is there, but the rooms urgently need renovation and better maintenance.

The property is outdated and differ from the photos pretty drastically. The room wasn’t clean and was much smaller than what we expected. The only good thing about our stay was the staff and the location.

Well maintained… cleanliness of accommodation, pathways cleared , gardens well designed and interesting, lower floor accommodation.

Cons: A lot. We stayed ın 1 week. 1. If you are looking for a vılla wıth the pool and you want a better facılıtıes. This hotel ıs not a good ıdea for you. 2. They will clean everyday but they will not change the towels, and the blanket they never changed ıt. The pool ıs not clean, u can see the green mold formıng ın the water. 3. 2 days before we left. We left a cash for the cleaners. That’s the only tıme they clean properly. 4. If u take shower outside, the water will go ınsıde ın the spot of bowl and u cannot use properly the washroom bcoz the floor ıs too wet. 5. The aırcon ıs not working properly maybe bcoz ıts old. 6. There’s a presence of cockroaches 7. The cabınet ıs too small

We stayed one night at Best Western as a transit stop due to its proximity to the airport - very convenient and good value for money. It was quiet, the rooms were spacious, and having interconnecting rooms worked perfectly for us

The rooms are a little dated and co.uld benefit from a refresh but for a short stay worked perfectly

This is our go to hotel on our last night before flying out so we are close to the airport, it is only 5 mins away from the airport by car, an amazing buffet and close to shops and facilities. The private/personal pools are very good, have a shower nearby.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. I stayed there 10 years ago and it was in much better condition

the staff here are absolutely awesome, very friendly offering great service, the breakfast is my favorite time of the day, i love the food here, I'm comfortable in my awesome private villa, the room is perfect for me but most of all its the staff they really look after me so well, i absolutely love this place.

A equipe é simpática, mas acho que não está tão preparada para orientar os turistas quanto a atrações locais. Este hotel com certeza já teve seus dias melhores, hoje precisa de uma reforma urgente. O bar na piscina não estava funcionando e mesmo o restaurante fecha muito cedo. A localização não é boa, se você busca estar mais perto do movimento turístico. Não é ruim, mas escolheria outro lugar na próxima vez. Na reserva constava que teria um frigobar no quarto. Mas eles alegaram que quartos no piso superior não tem.

Wonderful stay. Excellent rooms, very nice pool and excellent breakfast. spa under renovation, however very good massage available in room. Location close to airport and area has many good food outlets. Overall all the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Special thanks to front office manager Mr. Agus,, staff Ari, Rafael and Dewi, trainees Intan and Diana and Sara for massage for a very enjoyable stay. Highly Recommended.

At the time of my stay restaurant was temporarily closed in the evening which was a little disappointing the menu looked very good.

Abseits gelegen von der Hauptstraße und deshalb sehr ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut!

Der in der Villa vorhandene Mini Swimmingpool verlor das Wasser bis auf Kniehöhe und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Beim Frühstück wurde immer sehr laute Musik gespielt, weshalb ich jeden Tag um Lautstärkereduzierung bitten musste. Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen wie z. b. grauslige Toilettensitze, laute Spülkasten und schleifende Schiebetüren. Am Pool waren 6 Liegen vorhanden und keine Sonnenschirme!

Honestly, nothing bothered me during my stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities matched what the hotel promised. For what you pay, the experience feels more than worth it.

-가성비가 좋은 곳인것 같습니다. -독채로 되어 있어 프라이버시는 잘 보장되는 듯 -공항과도 멀지 않은 곳에 위치(고잭차량비는 3500원 정도) -아침은 많이 풍족한 편은 아니나 그럭저럭 메뉴구성 됩니다. -새벽 뱅기라 반일치 선납하고 오후 6시까지 뒹굴뒹굴 하다가 나왔습니다.

-주위에 식당은 무진장 많은데 딱히 먹을데가 없다. 현지인식을 한끼 먹었다가 지금도 설사도 나고 죽을것 같아요. 호텔 식당에서 드시길 추천 합니다. -주위에 대형쇼핑몰은 없지만 고잭오토바이 불러서 잘 다녔습니다.

Ensuite separated by an opaque glass door. No privacy. Was able to see person using the toilet. All power cut out. Worker used a screw to hold the button in place. Bath needs repainting, has marks of rubber mat in the bath. Needs a good scrub. Found the distance from the room to the front entrance a bit of a walk for a 72 year old, stairs need to be aware of persons age when accommodating.
