No pool, expensive compared to other places who have everything. The rooms are extremely small and bathroom couldn’t move. Bed was uncomfortable but nice in size. Very noisy

Good location, nice room with great shower. Two good lifts. Did not eat in the restaurant part but had breakfast which was very good. All the staff were very helpful, polite and cheerful. Nice decor of the interior.

Earplugs I found helpful at night which cannot be helped in quite a busy area.

The location is very convenient to/from the airport as well as from Legian beach.

The rooms facing the road is a bit noisy and quite disturbing. Sound-proofing must be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Excellent location, walking distance to Legian beach, in between Seminyak beach and Kuta beach. Stores along the road for shopping and cheaper price compared to Seminyak. The staffs are all friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English.

The shower room door couldn't close tight, water is flowing out. Only 1 trash bin in toilet, no face towel and facial tissue provided. The traffic noise could be heard in the room, but hotel does provide ear plugs (upon request).

Great location, amicable staff, spotless. It is a steal for the money you pay. Rooms are small but cozy and with natural light. It is a good option for an overnight stay upon landing in Bali, or the night before your flight bcs Bali traffic can make it tedious to commute long distances to the airport.

Our favourite staff are no longer there - Agung the security man had left, and one of the lovely ladies at front counter left while we were staying there. We always looked forward to Agung greeting us.

Hotel was perfect for the purpose of our stay. We needed a place to rest for the day before our evening flight. It was central, clean and just what was needed with a working a/c, clean bathroom and comfortable shower. For the cost per night, you can't go wrong.

Room was very clean & fresh, although a bit small for a week long stay, I have no complaints! Very good location, close to shops, restaurants, & the beach. The staff really made this place shine! They were always smiling, congenial, & super courteous!

A Very Comfortable Stay and Excellent Value for Money We stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian for two nights and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering the price, we found this hotel to be excellent value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Legian. The room was quite small and compact, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for the price we paid. What really made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the front supervisor. When we first arrived in our room, everything was good, but we could hear some motorcycle noise from the road. We had unfortunately experienced a lot of stress from road noise at our previous accommodation, so we were particularly sensitive to noise during this stay. When front supervisor contacted us via WhatsApp to ask whether we were happy with the room, I mentioned the noise. Front supervisor immediately offered to move us to a quieter room and arranged the change without any hesitation. Thanks to her quick response, we were able to stay in a much quieter room for the rest of our two-night stay and slept very comfortably. What impressed us even more was that front supervisor continued to check in with us via WhatsApp during our stay, asking whether everything was comfortable and whether we needed anything. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very well looked after. Overall, we left Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian with a very positive impression. It may not be a large or luxurious hotel, but for the price, it offers excellent value, and the friendly and attentive service makes a big difference. Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable and great-value hotel in Legian. A special thank you to front supervisor for making our stay so pleasant and stress-free!

Great location, very good shower with plenty of hot water, quiet room, comfortable bed and safety deposit box. Staff were very friendly.

The lighting was ok but could be improved. The power outlets were badly positioned and only 2 in the room. The clothes hanger was poorly positioned next to the tv and should have been relocated along the wall next to the bed.

Idéalement placé, il offre le comfort typé occidental sans superfluous, le personnel est tres prevenant. Un superbe resto est sous l'hôtel et reliè a sa réception. Notes : - A proximité (50m) vous avez un service de nettoyage versements express. - ne pas utiliser leur taxi mais l'appli grab (par ex pour aller a l'aéroport c'est avec l'hôtel 200k qd avec grab c'est 60k...)

Il manque la piscine mais la plage est a 300m, on a pas utilisé les services

The room was clean, spacious even though it was a single room, and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were very kind and cheerful. There were several breakfast options to choose from, and they were all delicious.

There is no hairdryer in the room, so you will need to bring your own. They will lend you one if they have a spare.

The location, because it’s on a corner of streets, it’s really noisy.. more than usually in Bali I mean..

We’ve had a lovely week staying at Grandmas in Legian. The breakfast is lovely, with a selection to choose from each day. The spinach eggs are delicious, as is the French toast! Hot Balinese coffee available every day too. The ladies that work in the restaurant have been so welcoming and friendly towards us and our children. Thank you Ita and Aya for your warm welcome and for teaching our children some Indonesian words. It’s been a pleasure to meet you. Big thanks :)

Close to everything

We had a great experience during our stay although the room is quite small which is just appropriate for the price. Toilet is okay, shower is nice, only on our first day the towel is quite smelly that our 10year old son complained. Also theres tiny ants on the table. Overall still great specially the staff are very accomodating,kind and nice. Special thanks also to Miss Ita Ayu Padma for the outstanding performance and for reaching out on us.

Everything was excellent, from the breakfast to the housekeeping service. I would like to thank Ayu, Ita, and Padme for their wonderful service during breakfast. They were always kind, attentive, and professional. The entire staff is amazing and very respectful. You can really tell that the hotel takes pride in providing outstanding service. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you’re traveling with family or friends.

I have been staying at this hotel for 3 nights and needless to say both the room and the service were excellent. Standard rooms are a bit small, but they are affordable so if you're travelling in a group of more than two I would recommend booking two rooms. Even if you didn't book the room with a breakfast option you can enjoy one meal + tea/coffee for IDR 75K. Free refills are available for tea and coffee, which was very neat. The staff is super friendly, especially RD, IS and AN who have been accommodating to my family's extra requests for our breakfast orders. Overall, a very nice place for long stays if you're on a budget.

Affordable, centrally located and a great Italian eatery next door. I also enjoyed the great breakfast, especially with Ita and Ayu serving. Their service and smiles really made my mornings!!

The best service from Ita she is special in everything and Ayu. Breakfast is amazing specially the eggs Benedict. Definitely we will be back in Kuta! Thanks for your kindness
