The incredible staff make this place. So friendly, welcoming and always there to greet you with a smile. Nothing is beyond them. Location about a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Would definitely be returning.

Very well appointed rooms in more traditional Balinese style, 5 star service in knowledge, kindness and accountability, and very clean. The attached warung/restaurant was great. Best oat milk latte I had in a long time! Great place to touch down middle of the night upon a midnight arrival in Bali.

Great location in the heart of Legian but a nice peaceful oasis. Pretty pool and garden to relax beside. The staff were lovely and if there was an issue they were on it immediately. Great value for money, lovely cafe onsite for meals and drinks.

The aircon was blowing like a gale over my head and I got a sore throat, may not have been that but I think it was. Had to get antibiotics. Apart from that beds a little too firm for me.

Siamo stati a Bali di passaggio da Java a Labuan Bajo, è stato un appoggio per prendere l'aereo al mattino dopo. La camera è silenziosa, ampia, letti comodissimi. Ci hanno anche dato la colazione d'asporto, ma purtroppo non ha incontrato il mio gusto. Posizione top per raggiungere l'aeroporto in 15 min (alle 4 del mattino) e avere Kuta Beach a 15 min di distanza.

I think it was called medallion trading- so many gorgeous pieces and very reasonably priced

No biggie for me but there never seemed to be any pool towels when I needed one. When I asked for one I was given a room towel

It was close to bars and restaurants etc clean a/c worked great staff were so nice breakfast was delicious I’d definitely stay again $50 aud a night such good value only 20 minutes from the airport 5 minutes walk to lemongrass Thai restaurant and sports bars too

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême. Toujours aux petits soins et avec le sourire. C’est très appréciable. L’hôtel est très bien placé, il est dans une petite ruelle mais proche du centre.

Bel hôtel très bien situé dans une ruelle calme, le personnel est incroyablement gentil et aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse, il y a plusieurs choix possibles pour le petit déjeuner. Bref super hôtel !

The staff were very friendly, obliging and extremely helpful. Though at times agreed to requests but didn't actually carry them out, definitely a language barrier problem. Brekkie was sufficient, as was the pool. The room and bathroom were a great size, great hot water, great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Great warang across the road and a laundry and mini market. Value for money but with a few negatives for us.

The bed was very hard, I took my own mattress topper and it only just sufficed. The many comments regarding the beds as hard are accurate. My friend stayed in a separate room and she had a sore back and didn't sleep well the whole stay. A few of the other guests also commented on how hard the beds were as well and caused them sleepless nights. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating and dampness from the shower in the bathroom was causing peeling paint in bedroom. The pool is difficult to get in and out of for older guests, it only has a ladder at one end, which proved difficult for me. There were limited lounge chairs as some guests stayed by the pool for hours, making it difficult to share. I wouldn't stay there again, purely for the uncomfortable bed and pool access. The motorbikes start early in the morning zipping up and down the front street, which made it difficult for sleep in's in the morning .

Bed not very comfortable

Amazing staff, i wanted a particular scooter and they sorted it all out, at a good price, they went above and beyond for me, fantastic service. Needed cash for it, they take me to atm! Nice atmosphere and beautiful rooms/garden too, couldnt ask for anymore! Very close to main street in Legian too for restaurants, bars, shops etc. Really comfy bed and lovely new pillows too, and the shower was a treat.

I love the hospitality provided by the staff, always helping out proactively. It’s hidden from the Main Street so while being in a very convenient location, it is quiet too!

Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et serviable ( ils m'ont fait un take away du petit déjeuner car départ tôt). Très joli hôtel, central mais au calme. Super la piscine. La plage est à environ 15 minutes à pied. Large choix pour le petit déjeuner qui est copieux et très bon. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Great location and excellent value for a nice place. Enjoyed the pool and the overall vibe - nice breakfasts at the restaurant.

The only negative was that we asked for adjoining rooms for us and our young children months ahead of the trip, and we placed across the hotel from them, even though there were lots of next door rooms. I feel that the rooms could have been shuffled to place families together as requested.

- leider lag die Unterkunft zu sehr im Geschehen und man hat die Roller doch sehr gehört.. - außerdem war ein muffige Geruch in den Zimmern, der uns leider nicht ganz gefallen hat.

It had a Gillian’s Island feel and ambience, great location close to all shops, restaurants, right on the edge of Legian, easy to get around everywhere. The staff were excellent, so keen to ensure we had a happy stay….my travel buddy usually stays 5 star, so I was thrilled she loved the hotel, appreciating the genuine care the staff invested in us. They moved me to a better room, large rooms, comfortable beds. …great hairdresser just over the road.

The only surprise was that it was very close to Kuta, when I usually the Seminyak end of Legian, but I hadn’t checked the location when I booked, but no issue at all.

Chambre spacieuse avec une bonne douche. Grand lit confortable, et même un canapé. Présence d'un frigo. Personnel agréable et souriant. Bon emplacement, proche des rues commerçantes et plage à 10-15 minutes à pied.

Un peu bruyant le matin, depuis la chambre 102 on entendait le blender du restaurant, il y avait du bruit venant de la chambre au-dessus également.

I friendly vibe around the place makes this a pleasure to stay.

The traffic runs right past the place. It cannot be helped and the rooms are in the back so no really a big issue unless you are a light sleeper.

Was a beautiful Balinese feel in every way. Shower was exceptional. Nice and quiet in a great location. Staff were helpful in every sense. Will definitely return

Location was perfect, right in the middle of the main streets, plus close to the best tattoo shops and markets. The room was comfortable and the service outstanding. The people at the reception and the restaurant staff made our stay feel like at home. Shout out to the great waitresses they will remember even our order and the room number and we only stayed for a couple of nights. Thank you so much Mina Pelasa staff ❤️ We cannot wait to comeback.

Some more sun lounges at the pool area would be great.

Our third stay at Mina Pelasa, and once again it did not disappoint! Best thing about it? Hands down, the staff. What a beautiful bunch of happy, smiling, helpful people, always with a warm welcome. We also love the location, just off a main road and around a 10 minute walk to the beach. But as you walk through to the pool or your room, the beautiful gardens envelop you and you could be anywhere! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Legian.

The staff is absolutely incredible, and so so so helpful, we enjoyed every second of it. And would come back without hesitation, we were leaving really early they offered to bring breakfast to our rooms at 6 am !!! How incredible is that ! Thank you Cindra for helping us with everything.!!

Quiet peaceful spot near a busy road. Air con and Wi-Fi worked well. Good sized room. Nice porch area. Good value for $. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend and definitely stay again. Thanks!

My room needed some general maintenance around the peeling walls and furniture could do with some staining removal. Otherwise I would give it a 10.

My room was lovely to come back to after the haggle hustle of Legian street sellers 😂. The bed was comfy and room spacious with everything I needed. No bugs! Food at the hotel restaurant was great and breakfast 10/10 The location was excellent and not too loud. Staff lovely and helpful.

The balcony wasn’t very private but it was nice to see the sky and view of the pool in the middle of the city.
