Hotel location is very good, near MRT station and near Myeongdong. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities such as laundry and gym were good. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Would have liked to have cups or mugs or actual drinking glass in the room not just paper cups. Even though you can request them it would be nice to already have them.

Voortreffelijk ontbijtbuffet op de 27ste verdieping was een onverwachte extra.

Reception service is good

Under the guise of addressing climate change, the substandard, tiny room and the highly uncomfortable environment—lacking even basic disposable amenities—meant the service did not match the price paid.

Smaller room than expected this second stay

Excellent location for first time visitors to Seoul. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet on the top floor

The room felt slightly small for the price but it didn't take anything away from the experience

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes, néhány perc sétára van a bevásárló negyed és több belvárosi látnivaló is elérhető 15 perces sétával. A személyzettel semmi gond nincs, udvariasak és szolgálatkészek, a tisztasággal és a takarítással sem volt semmi probléma. A szálloda földszintjén van egy kis bolt, amiben szinte mindent lehet kapni, és sokszor jött jól, hogy nem kellett messzebb sétálni a bevásárláshoz. A reggeli széles választékú és jó minőségű volt, megfelelt egy négy csillagos hotellel szembeni elvárásoknak.

A szobák eléggé kis méretűek. A Pekingben, Shanghai-ban, Hong Kong-ban, vagy Szingapúrban megszokott tágas szobák után ez a méret kifejezetten szűkös volt a nagy bőröndjeinkkel. Kávéfőzőgép nem volt a szobában, reggelente a szálloda földszintjén üzemelő amerikai stílusú kávézóba jártunk le kávézni. A reggelinél csúcsidőben sajnos a liftek száma nem volt elegendő. A szálloda 27. vagy 28. szintjén van a reggeliző, így néha 2-3 percet is várni kellett reggel a liftre. Sajnos többször előfordult, hogy a reggelinél a csészék vagy a tányérok a mosogatást követően még vizesek voltak. (Valószínűleg a nagyobb vendégforgalomhoz képest alulméretezték a gépek kapacitását). Kávéfőző automatából is elkelne még legalább egy, mert a reggelinél szinte mindig sor volt az automatánál. A reggelizőből tiszta időben szép a kilátás a városra.

Suggest: one fee for washer and dryer. Perhaps a complimentary detergent pack?

Fantastic location, great staff, clean everyday, and two water bottles a day. They also let us store our luggage for free after we checked out.

I love the location. Walking distance to subways & myeondong street. There is convenience store right outside the hotel which make it so convenient to grab snacks and late might snacks.

The room is pretty small and the breakfast isnt halal. It would be so much better if hotel could provide halal option breakfast for muslims tourists.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä metroa ja ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Alakerrassa hotellin lähellä on kaksi huoltoasemaa, mistä oli helppo hakea esimerkiksi iltapalaa.

Hotellivarauksen kanssa oli ongelmia, koska varaus oli tehty eurooppalaisella kortilla. Varaus peruttiin äkillisesti kesken lomamatkan, kun olimme Busanissa, pari päivää ennen kuin saavuimme Souliin. Varasin saman hotellin uusiksi ja jouduin maksamaan korkeamman hinnan. Tästä ei tullut minkäänlaista hyvitystä. Eli ei kannata varata huonetta eurooppalaisella kortilla vaan mielummin maksaa se etukäteen! Tämän lisäksi huone oli hintaansa nähden aika tavanomainen. Suomessa, joka on hintatasoltaan kalliimpi, saa vastaavan hotellihuoneen halvemmalla.

La propreté de la salle de bains. Malgré le fait d’avoir informé la réception à deux reprises, la pièce n’était pas correctement nettoyée.

i stayed with my family and we loved absolutely everything about this hotel. the room and facilities were always clean, and constantly saw people cleaning the shared areas. it has a gym and a laundry room we used quite a lot. our room was a deluxe one and perfect for my group of 3. it was spacious and comfortable, and it never felt like we were all top of each other. the bathroom was also very decent sized. all the staff was kind and attentive, and tried the best to communicate with us despite not fully understanding our english. they also were very kind to receive some packages from me. we didn’t book originally with breakfast, but we did pay for it once and it was one of the best buffet breakfast we had with plenty of options. location is optimal since is very close to the subway line number 2, the one that tourist uses the most since it connects most of the touristic areas. it also very close to the myeongdong shopping area. if you enjoy walking, the mandan tower and the main royal palace are 20/25 minutes away.

the only issue we had was when we were leaving. the man on the entry receiving people tried to pressure us to book an airport transfer with him, despite we telling him multiple times we already had one booked. first he told us a quote, and then a higher one when he realized taxis were about 180.000 won at that time. when i tried to drop my room keys on the check out box, he took them away from me and had to go to the lobby to tell the receptionist what happened.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel View was amazing. Always clean and felt good. Loving the location, I think it's the best pick you can choose.

Waiting for the elevator

The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do eniught for you. The room was clean and tidy. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was very good. The coffee shop downstairs was nice, the location was great and was close to the stream, Myeongdong, and the tube/bus

There was building work outside which was a constant noise. At first it was fine to ignore but then they started working at 5/6am. I did tell the reception, who moved us to another room and then we couldn’t hear it, but we only had a few days left at that point.

Location was close to subway to go to various places and also near enough to main myeondong shopping area without being right there which can be quite intense and noisy. The coin laundry in the 3rd floor was useful. The 7-11 on the ground floor also useful to get climate card and other drinks snacks etc . The room was functional and clean although a bit dated.

Staff was not as warm and friendly to help with questions . Felt like I was bothering them .

Great location with friendly staff, a good gym open until 10pm, and a convenient setting just a 10–15 minute walk from the main centre. Comfy bed, clean and nice bathroom facilities

This hotel was well placed close to underground shopping malls and night market. It was also close to the subway and made it convenient to catch the train to the airport

The location is perfect and very close to myeongdong street. The staff were helpful and kind and there is two convenience stores.

No Iron inside the room. So You have to go Down to level 3. Nice area but Í didnt like to have to go Down everyday to do that. No nice if you have to go to conference everyday and needs iron suits

Lockerroom for luaggage is little unsafe, since everyone can enter. No Amenities. Only 2 Japanese Channels. If the tv is thst big more foreign channels would be nice (or ability to connect to smartphone).

The location is the best part of this hotel , it’s in the heart of Meongdong , you get out and can walk to the famous market with plenty to do.

The hotel itself didn’t really feel like 4 stars, rooms are small not horribly small though, elevators are very slow, you can hear neighbors close their doors and it’s very loud and it shakes the room. Windows are also not sound proof we are constantly being awaken by police sirens and protestors.
