The Breakfast was good.

Only 2 towels were given 1st day and 2nd day housekeeping guys left 1 towel only for 3 in a family.

Great location, close the tourist attractions and good restaurants. Friendly front desk and helpful staff at the lobby. Clean and spacious rooms 🤗

About this place i only like the surroundings is near and convenient to shop, mall,food & 7eleven.

The services from bad to worse. Why, i get my room 4 plus almost 5pm, even if u you put the request early check-in the staff i think don't bother to check. The cleaning room, there's only one towel, one floor mat & all inside the room is old. The flush bowl toilet is so fragile.

In piscina non ci sono sdraio ma solo poche sedute. La colazione è ricchissima per gli asiatici, per gli occidentali c'è pochissimo. Ma è giusto così: il pubblico è al 99% asiatico

Das Schwimmbad und das Fitnessstudio haben bereits um 19:30, geschlossen, längere Öffnungszeiten wären schön gewesen. Es gab keine Liegen am Pool.

The hotel has a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around Melaka. The staff were also friendly and attentive towards guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling enough. The breakfast was also a little disappointing. Although the hotel had many guests, the variety of food available was quite limited.

Location is nice, rooms are clean. Hotel stuff is excellent. They do understand customer needs, allowed early check in and upgraded our room according to their availability.

I would like to sincerely thank the Hatten Hotel for the lovely gesture of upgrading our room to the Premier Hatten Suite. I had only requested a small gesture to make my husband’s birthday a little more special, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful surprise. Thank you, Hatten Hotel, for making his birthday even more memorable!

I like the location of the hotel, clean and spacious room

I find the staff is not friendly during my check in. The hotel need to improve in the lift system, as longer time need to be take to queue to wait for the lift to go to parking

The check in was hectic, we waited for few hours to receive room keys. The room not that clean, the carpet quite dusty and stained.

Car parking is a bit of confusing

The concierge and door bell were all friendly. The always greets the guests. Even the Security personal. Great Service. Hotel is walking distance to the top attraction in Melaka.

We came during peak period (Singapore National Day). Didn't wait long to be seated during breakfast but the plates, cups and even most of the food were not replenish in time. Even though it was almost 10am, there were still many guests in the restaurant. So the kitchen must continue to top-up the dishes. In the morning the lifts, we had to wait long time as they were all full. The Shampoo and shower gel came in small bottle which can only last for one shower for 2 guests.

The location was great near to places of interest and eateries.

Massive crowds at breakfast. Had to compete to get a table and the food. The sofa in the room was soiled. Repeated requests to have the room cleaned. Housekeeping failed us.

El olor de la habitacion y que el mobiliario está algo anticuado. El grifo del baño no funcionaba bien. El comedor del desayuno no tiene aire acondicionado y estaba muy masificado. El desayuno es buffet oriental y es muy completo, pero a mí personalmente no me gustó.

Have to pay daily parking n the hassle of bringing the tngo card to s reception everytime u head out is cumbersome. The mall Infront has closed down but there's another mall nx to it. Pretty happening in there.

Location is excellent being next to 2 shopping malls and also only a short walk to the main tourist areas of Malacca. Room is spacious with nice comfy beds. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection to suit everyone’s palate. Good wifi connectivity and yes, the gym and the pool.

The room carpet and the furnishings already showing their age, the result of which, the room did not project the impression to me at least, of it having been thoroughly cleaned, prior to checking in.

Our trip was to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, making this stay extra special. During the booking process, I had requested an early check-in in case we arrived ahead of schedule. Although we eventually didn't need it because we were delayed by heavy traffic at Johor Bahru, I had mentioned the purpose of our trip in my email. Ms Sharon Li, who replied to my email on 14 July 2026, and her team went above and beyond by thoughtfully decorating our room before our arrival. It was such a wonderful surprise and made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Ms Sharon and the entire team for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent hospitality. Your efforts truly made our stay unforgettable!

Beetje uitgeleefd/ afgeleefd hotel, wat waarschijnlijk veel voor congressen en conferenties wordt gebruikt. Wij vonden geen geweldig vakantie hotel. Zwembad totaal geen schaduw en gezelligheid, foto’s lijken toch weer mooier dan in het echt.

Dear Hatten Melaka Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback during our stay between 17 April and 19 April. We truly had a wonderful time, and Hatten Melaka continues to be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Melaka. The hotel’s cleanliness is always impressive, and the friendliness of your staff right from the entrance & makes us feel so welcome each time. Checking in at the counter was seamless, and your team was both friendly and incredibly helpful. While our room (1430) was clean and neat, we noticed a couple of things that could be improved. The sofa had some visible stains, which detracted a bit from the overall comfort. Additionally, although there were two shower heads—the rain shower functioned well, but the handheld shower wasn’t working as there was no button to switch. It would be helpful to know if the handheld shower could be made usable for future guests. We also wanted to share some thoughts about the buffet breakfast. This has been a recurring issue during our stays: the restaurant appears to be understaffed, and tables aren’t cleared quickly enough for the next guests. On this visit, we had to clear our own table, which was a bit inconvenient. While the food was delicious as always, there were many empty trays, and unfortunately, the items were not replenished. We arrived around 9 am and were disappointed to see several trays empty at the buffet. We hope this feedback helps your team continue to improve. We truly enjoy staying at Hatten Melaka and look forward to our next visit.
